Had a great first experience at Goodbye Rhonda. Ive been through other laser removal treatments before at various shops, and this was BY FAR the most comfortable experience! Moe and Kati are awesome, so professional and easy-going. The shop has a wonderful vibe and Ill definitely be back for more sessions and the laser facial!

I was so nervous going in for laser tattoo removal having heard stories of pain, but Monika and the folks at Goodbye Rhonda made me feel completely at ease. From the chic waiting area complete with Pac-Man cocktail table game and comfy giant lip couch, to explaining the procedure step by step, giving me a squishy stress ball and even giving me an ice cream afterwards, they really pulled out all the stops. Not to mention the laser room, which was immaculately clean, professional, and comfortable. A very pleasant experience despite the nature of the visit, I even left smiling! Thank you ladies, I can’t wait for my next sessions!

Goodbye Rhonda is 5 stars as soon as you enter. Cool and clean space. I had a consultation today to remove a very small tattoo on my wrist. Monica took time to explain how the treatment works and what to expect. Regardless of the size, Monica ensured I was comfortable for my first session. It was very quick. My next appointment is scheduled, and I’m excited to return to Goodbye Rhonda! I also that it is female owned- congratulations!

I went in with my friend we both got the Hollywood laser mask and omg! My face is baby smooth after and along with my acne ! Moe and Kati did an amazing job! Their place is so cute! My face felt lighter and so soft after the treatment !!! Will be back!!!!

I wish I could give 10 out of 5 stars! Super friendly, comforting, and knowledgeable. They made me feel super at ease when I was really nervous for my first removal session and explained every step very thoroughly. Their pricing is incredibly fair compared to other local competitors and the energy and vibes on top of fair pricing make this place a “look no further”! The crew @ Goodbye Rhonda is the absolute best! Very professional and fun, they made it easy to relax and are excellent about checking in during the session if you need a break/stressball/etc. Booking and form processing was a breeze and the crew is ready and able to address any questions or concerns about the process and aftercare. As someone who has had a hellish experience in the past with tattoo removal this was the complete opposite in the best way. They’ve got my highest recommendation! If you live in Pittsburgh and are looking into getting laser tattoo removal, this is the place to go! Rhonda has the GOOD laser! I came to Goodbye Rhonda wanting to get the tattoo on my back (that I got when I was 19) removed in order to get a better tattoo in its place. 3 sessions in and it’s almost completely gone! I still can’t believe it. Aside from achieving the results that I wanted, it’s more affordable and worth the money than other laser removal spots. Also, the shop is gorgeous and extremely clean. The staff is super friendly, down to earth, and willing to help. 10/10 would highly recommend for anyone wanting to get rid of their terrible tattoo decisions. Rhonda will take care of you!

The staff is absolutely wonderful! They are always so welcoming. Janneth did an incredible job on my outside eyebrow touch up with microblading - she is kind, took her time and gave me exactly what I wanted. I am so happy with my results! Seriously, this place is awesome! I recently had my first tattoo removal session and a Hollywood laser peel done. Moe, Kati, and Monika make you feel completely at-ease and and are open to any questions or concerns you have. The space is also so inviting and cool; while the laser room is spotless. The removal was quicker than expected. The peel made noticeable changes to my face after (like my pores were gone!) I cannot recommend this place enough!

Amazing place! I was excited to get my tattoo removal ~journey~ started yesterday and these gals didn’t disappoint. When I arrived I was so happy that they are located right by the parking facility behind choolah. Plus it’s free under an hour so that’s great for us peeps getting our tattoos removed. The inside is very aesthetically pleasing, it made me feel famous. Then they gave me a Perrier sparkling water and I really felt like a VIP. They have very nice ice packs and cooling hose to try and make that laser as tolerable as possible. I was so comfortable asking to take a break and regroup. All around a very comfortable experience doing an uncomfortable thing.

This place, and these humans work some magic! I’ve visited twice to have some not so attractive tattoos from my youth removed, the entire experience from start to finish was incredibly comfortable and fun. They do a great job explaining the process, and talking you through the slight discomfort you might feel. These folx provide a professional environment, an expertise in what they and a super beautiful space to have all your worries literally erased. Hands down will visit them again!

I love this place-Ive gotten facials from both Moe and Monika. I had the Hollywood Facial / carbon laser peel. It worked wonders on my skin-I saw immediate results after my first one, but even better results after the second. I plan on doing a package of at least 6. Pores were tightened, breakouts cleared up, and my skin looks noticeably smoother and brighter. Ive tried so many different things for my skin and this was truly the most effective treatment Ive had in 20+ years. There is no recovery time for this treatment-its fast and the results are great. Everyone on staff here is awesome-theyre professional and knowledgable AND fun to talk to. They make you feel comfortable and taken care of when you walk in the door.
