The first treatment I had was a photo facial. My results were fantastic! My significant other noticed immediately as I came through the door! My dark circles were less noticeable which made me look less tired. My two sun spots on my shoulder Mark zapped vanished in two weeks. I go to the South Hills office and always see Jeff. 100% I have to say how satisfied I am! Not only the out come of my Dysport but how Jeff listened the first visit I had there. I previously had dysport somewhere else and I was not happy with it and the didn’t listen to my concerns when I went back for follow up. Here this was a complete new experience did not try and give me too much or too little told me exactly what this amount would do in this area. Really just happy with Body Beautiful all around! I keep going back now and have referred about 5 friends now.

Ive had the pleasure of knowing and working with Mark and his staff for a long time. I do a lot of research into any aesthetic practice before working with them, and I can say with tremendous confidence that Body Beautiful Laser Medi-Spa is the best in the Pittsburgh area.... particularly for laser hair removal, skin tightening, and vein treatments.

I went for botox late June. Its August 4 and it didnt have any effect. I had to go back. Didnt last because she doesnt know how to inject. Half the injection is on your skin. She does it too fast and not properly. Do not waste your money. More than 800.00 of botox on 2 different occasions and no results.

Started photofacial treatments and cant be happier. Skin looks wonderful. I am 49 and starting to get age spots. This has reduced them by 90%, I also got lampprobe done which eliminated those red moles and some sebaceous ones on my neck. Staff is honest and professional,

I went to Body Beautiful for the first time in September. I have a plantar wart that has remained resistant to home remedies and several visits to my PCP and a dermatologist. I decided that laser treatment was the next logical step. Setting up the appt was easy. The spa doesnt have a front desk, so it can be a little awkward and confusing during check-in and check-out.At my appt I mentioned I have unsightly capillaries around my nose. The tech said he could quickly and easily remove them. I agreed to that treatment. Total cost $125. The tech let me know that if I need additional treatment for the wart, it will be $25.I saw no change in either the wart or the capillaries. I went in again today for retreatment of the wart. At the end of the appt I was told I owed $75. I reminded him that he previously told me it would be $25. He then said $50. I paid because it wasnt worth arguing, but the fact that they dont honor their word left a bad taste in my mouth.Will not return and will not recommend.

I’m always pleased with my experience at body beautiful. I have been to a few of their locations and always professional and every service I’ve ever received ( I’ve done a bunch lol ) has always been great. My favorite so far has been the photo facials.

I had previous fillers done with another establishment. Found Body Beautiful Laser Medical Spa online (8 months) ago and gave them a try. The office is dark and has a production line kinda feel to it. The male injector (former Nurse/ Nurse Practitioner?) over filled my tear troughs with JUVEDERM! Areas left raised and bumpy. Found out later Juvederms thicker and attracts more water. Definitely should of used a filler like Restylane or Belotero.Thus far Ive seen 3 Plastic Surgeons, 1 Oculofacial Plastic Surgeon, had 3 rounds of Hyaluronidaise ($800) and only noticed improvement under my right eye. The left under eye is elevated (looks like a bag) with a blue hue (Tyndall Effect).Its looks really bad and makeup enhances it. Lucky me! I now hide behind my glasses 24/7.Youve been warned!

This company scared my face with there lamprobe machine. Also they treat their employees like garbage from berating them in front of guests or clients. Also they dont let their employees eat the food that the drug reps bring in for lunch to the office because they say they need to take it home to their children and dont let their employees eat!Well you know what maybe they do let them have the salad but not the meat on the salad!These are facts!!! Shall I upload the pictures of my face!!!

Staff here do a wonderful job, not only on the coolsculpting treatment and results, but managing expectations, and sharing several other wonderful options such as Liposuction, Body Wraps and other methods of Body Contouring.

I left one star not because of a bad experience but for lack of info there are no before and after pics on the website for lipo and bbl and no reviews on it i would like to see some work that has been done

Very reasonably priced and I always get results. The staff are so nice and alwsys work with you if there is a concern. Truly good hearted people, quality service, and multiple convenient locations.

Went in for teeth whitening, paid $99 for two sections, 20 minutes each. After the first section I didn’t notice any results.
