Everything was clearly explained with no hidden details, a very straightforward process in signing up. They are kid friendly, which relieved stress to know I can bring my kids if need be. I got a wonderful package for removal of ALL 7 of my tattoos at a surprisingly affordable monthly price. They have worked with me amazingly with my few issues that came up, everything from getting off work late to adding my 7th tattoo after already signing up. Im so pleased with my experience & super excited to finally be getting my tattoos removed after deeply desiring removal for many years. All glory to Jesus for this wonderful establishment.

I always have a great experience here. The technicians always make sure you feel comfortable despite my limited communication. I have been coming here for a while as the tattoo was difficult to remove. But Ive seen great fading progress, Im sure it will be worth it in the end. I typically have my treatments performed in Wayne, NJ, but due to a scheduling conflict, I was contacted by Removery of Robinson. From the initial phone call and scheduling to the treatment, everyone was friendly and accommodating. Ella was very thorough with my treatment, and had taken the time to review my treatment history prior to my arrival; she was very thorough. Everyone was very professional.

Good company and good employees (who are friendly, chill, and pleasant to talk to). Sessions for me take no longer than 15 minutes (time can vary by size and ink). I see the progress done, and its awesome. My only qualm is that for payment, they go through a third party. So you can sign up for a 12 month plan for the tattoo removal, but I dont think it was properly mentioned that interest is paid on top of that for the third party (Ally, which is now switching to a new company Im unfamiliar with). So despite it already being well past 12 months, I STILL have $255 to pay off (I get charged $91 a month). Overall the loan amount (FOR ME) is $1,690.00. INTEREST (APR) is 26.99%. That is STUPID HIGH! I dont remember if that was discussed or not, but Im extremely disappointed with that aspect of the third party payments. I love the company itself, but their payment system is not that good at all. If I had known better at the time I would have tried looking elsewhere for tattoo removal. Even though I signed up for a 12 month session plan, the loan is paid for 24 months. G a r b a g e. I cant wait until the rest is paid off.

I visited Removery Tattoo Removal and Fading for a free consultation today, and I couldnt be more impressed. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, making me feel comfortable throughout the process. They took the time to thoroughly explain the tattoo removal options available to me and answered all of my questions with patience. The clinic itself was clean and well-maintained, creating a welcoming atmosphere. I left feeling confident in their expertise and eager to begin my tattoo removal journey with them.

I scheduled a consultation for 11:30 today and was told, when I came in, that it would be 45 minutes to an hour. There were two people in front of me. I ended up waiting an hour and a half. Apparently there were only two people today working today and one is new. They were very apologetic and professional the entire time though so Im hoping my next appointment is better.Edit. Ive gone back twice for services and theyve been amazing. Im happy to admit the first time must have been a crazy day.

This place is very welcoming, very professional, very comforting! The specialist doing my treatment was Ella. She was very very kind and professional. Horrible experience. Please don’t give your money to them. I have a very small tattoo to remove and after 6 sessions and almost 1000 dollars later there has been no change. Very disappointed.

I am currently doing a package plan here for a full tattoo removal on the arm. this is my 4th session and I love you. Everyone here is super nice everytime welcoming and professional. They also offer a variety of packages and financing which I did. I would 10/10 recommend. I have waited years of making excuses for why I haven’t started my removal journey. My only regard is not starting it soon!

Update: It has been over a year now that have been going to the Robinson location and after having a few different techs come and go. Finally there is a tech that is so wonderful and amazing at her job, Ella. She makes the experience so worth while that I’m not nervous or afraid of my upcoming appointment anymore. She always makes sure you’re comfortable and lets you know exactly what’s being done and why. I am so happy that she has been with me and continue to be with me through out this experience. Her knowledge of the work and customer service is top notch! Before she came along I honestly wouldn’t of recommended anyone but now I tell people all the time how great of an experience I have. Thank you.

Wonderful experience!!! The staff is always friendly and professional. The place very clean! My advice would be to buy the package if you’re able to because you never know how long it will really take. Mine took many more visits than estimated so I was very happy I didn’t have to pay for them. That being said, my tattoo is gone and along with it the memory of my stupid choice.

Yet another amazing experience here at Removery Robinson! I met new staff yesterday. I normally don’t go on Fridays but due to some personal reasons I had to reschedule and they even made that easy! Anyways, The staff yesterday was amazing and made me feel super comfortable. You always kind of feel self-conscious because you don’t like the thing on your body that you’re trying to remove, but they make you feel so welcome that it doesn’t even matter. They were just as pleased as I was with my progress. Might I mention, that they quoted me for so many sessions and I have gone over those sessions and they have not been billing me those extra ones. I literally can’t say enough good things about this place. Do yourself a favor and just get a consultation if you don’t like a certain tattoo you have. It’ll be so worth it.

The staff and the technicians were all super. It was estimated that it would take about 12 months to remove my tattoo but it took much longer than expected. They were just super about it. I am very happy with the results that were achieved. I highly recommend them

I first found out about Removery by researching online and saw that they had excellent reviews so I decided to schedule a consultation. This was my first appointment for full tattoo removal. I did not have to wait at all and they were ready as soon as I arrived. I worked with Emma, and she was very helpful, described the full process and how it worked and was able to answer all of my questions and was very knowledgeable. When I went in for my first session, I was surprised as it barely hurt at all. I am very happy with everything and am excited in continuing my sessions with Removery.

Best place to get your tattoos removed. They have always been so nice and helpful and never make me feel bad for saying ouch so many times. LOL. 11/10 recommend.

I was very impressed with this business. They are very clean and organized, professional and welcoming. I have had laser removal for my tattoo before, but this was a completely different experience. I had to take a rest between each zap on the old machine. At Removery, they use the latest technology. I did not have to take a rest for the entire treatment. This was considerably less painful compared to the laser I had before. And this time we started with a cold pack, and then cold air was blown constantly on the tattoo during removal. This was, by far, a more pleasing experience.

The free consultation was very great. The employees were very friendly, informative, and very up front about what to expect during the removal process.

I am so impressed with how far my tattoo removal has come along and the customer service provided by Becca and Sam, the manager and laser technician, make you feel comfortable in a nice and clean environment. I obviously don’t “enjoy” coming to these kind of appointments, but look forward to seeing them when I have to come in. I met with Margo at the Pittsburgh location on Saturday, she was fantastic. I have done a lot of research on tattoo removal over the last few years and she was very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. I had all of my questions answered and had my first treatment. It was not painful at all. I am pleased with the results so far and can not wait to see the fading progression over the next few weeks. The receptionist was very friendly and upbeat, the environment was very clean and well lit. I am very happy with my decision to choose Invisible Ink for my tattoo removal.

Great first experience! Went in for a consultation and left having my first procedure. This has been a long time coming and I’m so gladI chose to do it now. The ladies that took care of me were great.If you’re considering removal or fading definitely check them out. I think the biggest challenge is going to be waiting six weeks till I get to go back.

Thanks to John, I had my first session of lazer removal as of July 7th! John explained all of the plans, the healing process, how lazer treatment works and what it does to the body, as well as the time to be expect and the price. He was very thorough and detailed, showing pictures of the process from previous patients and why specific colors may take longer than others (like blackout tattoos). He explained the payment method as well. Super informative.My actual treatment was with Alicia, and she was super cool and collective (informative as well) about the whole process! She also does a great job checking on you before the session and during; she’ll count down and do some test zaps before diving into the actual 15 minute session. She even asked if I would like a stress ball too 😁 So if you’re the anxious type that can be great for you. I highly recommend, you’re out of there before you know it. I will say there is no lie about lazer treatment hurting worse than the tattoo!! It do be hurtin. Just breathe deep during treatment and stay calm and it doesn’t hurt bad! Will upload pictures after process is done.

I love Removery & the people that work there!! They make what can be a painful decision, depending on why you’re removing a tattoo, so much easier. The space is also so clean and calming, it’s almost like you’re going to a spa rather than going to get some ink zapped off your body. I could not be more pleased w/ their service. Seriously the best place! My tattoos are fading so fast and it’s almost painless!!! (Almost) it gets easier at every appointment, the more it fades the less it hurts and the staff is so great at making you feel comfortable during the entire appointment

I cant believe this place is so highly rated. I paid 1390.00 for 10 sessions to remove a 16 year old tattoo approximately 2 by 6. The consultant was confident that 10 sessions would be enough (and likely more than enough). They would also reimburse me for sessions in excess, if the tattoo faded away in less than the 10. I saw huge progress to the tattoo in the first 5 sessions. But, I expected that I would be paying for 10, regardless. About halfway through the process Removery Tattoo took over the business or the business changed its name.I go in today for my last session and they tell me they cannot guarantee but I probably need 2 more sessions. Keep in mind the cost paid, up front, and that this took two years. I will not give them another penny. I was better off with a full blown tattoo than the faded art I am left with. I am very disappointed and frustrated. Just keep in mind how desperate you will feel when your tattoo removal isnt complete and your sessions package ends..... I am not a removal expert but judging from progess, this tattoo could have been gone a long time ago and for significantly less cost. Now, Ive got a faded tattoo that cost me 1390.00 to fade.

I always have a great experience here. The technicians always make sure you are comfortable. It hurts pretty bad don’t get me wrong . But they do their best to make sure you are are comfortable as possible . I’ve been coming here for a while, I have a lot of work to remove and I took some time off. It’s a serious commitment and takes some time . But I’m sure it will be worth it in the end. Sam is super great and very fast!

I have a very large tattoo super colorful and detailed. It was a professionally done tattoo with a lot of layered colors to it. I began treatment here and have no regrets! I have Liz do my treatments and she is awesome! Shes so gentle and explains everything thats going on with my arm. She will stretch out my treatments longer if she thinks I need more time to heal and makes sure I go home after my treatments with everything I need for healing at home 🙂 She showed me today my process pictures from my first treatment to where I am now and all I could say was wow! Its really going away and I couldnt be happier! ❤️

I found this place after seeing doing more research on the other tattoo removal place (disappearing ink) after hearing about Invisible ink over the radio and some TV adds. I didnt want to settle for something that i didnt feel all that comfortable with (driving to Pittsburgh and such). I scheduled my consultation. Let me just say... Margot was really informational with the entire consultation. She explained the difference from old technology vs the pico technology. Also she prepared me for the worst of what the healing process would be like. After going through the quote and how many sessions i would need.... Margot worked with me. We would out a way to where it was affordable for me and i was still able to get my tattoo removed. My first treatment was in the same week of the consultation so, I started to get nervous. The day of my treatment i was psyching myself out the entire time. Me personally I ALWAYS think of the worst. Got to my appointment and Margot was my technician also. it really didnt hurt. She said if i needed break we could take them. But, me I just wanted to get it done. I was honestly happy with my entire experience so far. Im not nervous anymore. I felt safe and in good hands because all the technicians are nurses so that really made me feel more comfortable with choosing invisible ink then someone else.If youre really considering getting a tattoo removed I100% and HIGHLY recommend Invisible Ink. In great hands and the day after treatment i liked how they called to check up on me if i had any questions on after care and just to see how i was feeling in general, They are all very professional and its literally not what I thought it would be like. They care and want you to be happy with everything with the entire process.

I previously had treatments done at another place and wasn’t extremely satisfied with my results so I was recommend here.This was only my first session, of 5 to come, at Invisible Ink and I was impressed by my overall experience. My procedure was quick and much less painful than my previous treatments. I highly recommend.

The removal is going well. It is not fully removed, I am on my fourth treatment out of ten. The technicians are nice and comforting people. The wait between treatments seems a bit long, 12 weeks at a time. As long as the tattoo is removed by the end, which is guaranteed, I will be happy.

Invisible ink tattoo is great! Such an incredibly friendly and informative staff. Most other tattoo removal places I have checked out have not seemed quite as clean and welcoming as invisible ink. Don’t waste your time and schedule with them if you want the best results.

Ella was fantastic, she was patient and caring. This is my 7th or 8th time working with Removery and I can’t say enough good things.

Promised complete tattoo removal. After over 30 treatments, tattoo is still visible. Was told they can’t do any more treatments because the laser has scarred my skin. Now I’m left with something worse than when first started. I do NOT recommend. Go elsewhere.

The people there were nice today but Im probably never going back. I drove all the way from North Carolina for an appointment only to be told that my payment plan was up and my appointment wouldnt be honored. They apologized for not letting me know before hand but it still doesnt help the fact that I drove all that way. After several sessions, I dont have anywhere close to the results that I wanted. Overall a really dissatisfied experience and Im really disappointed with the end result. They should implement a program where instead of number of tattoo removal sessions the tattoo should be faded to a pre-established standard. That way people have results after multiple sessions and dont end up feeling like me.

Your technician was an absolute dream. Polite and knowledgeable. The frosting process wasnt painful at all! In and out in 15 minutes (my 2 areas were fairly small.)Would recommend 10/10 to anyone

I was here back when it was invisible ink and the machines and the staff have gotten way better. Today was the least painful and best experience I’ve had so far. It’s nice coming towards the end of treatment and I can see they will 100% remove the tattoo. Expensive but worth it!

I am now on my 3rd of 11 sessions and every time I go it’s a great experience. Everyone is so friendly and usually Alexis or Liz will do the appointment. On top of the friendly staff, the place is absolutely spotless. Can’t go wrong with this place if you are ever considering tattoo removal.

I went in for the consult and they explained everything I needed to know and answered all my questions. The price was fair and we proceeded that day with a laser session. It hurt but was tolerable. I don’t use any ice or numbing and got through it on my neck. So that says something! Overall it was an amazing experience!!

I’ve been going to invisible ink in Pittsburgh for about a year now been receiving treatments on multiple areas and have noticed a lot of great progress in my tattoo removal journey. I’m almost done and I can say that working with invisible ink has been nothing but a positive experience, very accommodating and attentive very kind staff.They also offered numbing cream as for people like myself who have a very low pain tolerance that really helps!!!!

I ve been going there and The staff is awesome ! I particularly like to meet with MARGO she’s my Favorite. This procedure does work and I Love it . I chose this option because I didn’t want a big flower or Heart cover up 🙄. But yes I recommend Invisible Ink AND IT WAS RECOMMENDED TO ME BY MY OWN TATTOO ARTIST 👩🏼‍🎤!!!! Extremely fast process! Every appointment I was in and out quickly. The procedure does hurt if you dont use the numbing cream they give you, but the pain doesnt linger after the appointment.A little pricey for removal of a tiny tattoo. And in a disappointed hearing how long it would take, but that isnt on them. It just is what it is.

I’m very pleased with choosing Invisible Ink. I started my treatment at the Body Beautiful Med Spa, which was a huge mistake. The first place I went to didn’t specialize in anything and offered 100’s of services. I was given incorrect information on what laser was being used (they use the oldest Q-switch laser, but told me it was PicoSure at the first visit and after I called to verify) and offer an injection numbing option that didn’t numb the first time. They were very disorganized, but mostly lying to me about what laser was being used is the ultimate disgrace for a tattoo removal business.At invisible ink, the office is clean and beautiful. The ladies have all been nice and most importantly are experts in the field of tattoo removal since this is all they do. The numbing cream and the cooling machine help. It’s painful, but I can say from experience that it’s no where near as painful as the Q switch. I have what I would consider a medium sized tattoo that takes 3 minutes at the most. I’ve completed two sessions with them and both times there is little to no pain after.The cost was comparable to Body Beautiful Medi Spa except Invisible ink uses the the most updated laser PicoWay when Body Beautiful uses Q-switch, but on their site claim that they use PicoSure (they have this at some locations so beware. I even asked to make sure I was getting Picosure and they lied to me and then claimed the technician that told me the truth didn’t know because she only works there once a month!! They did admitted it was Q-switch though.).If you’re going to a place that are claiming they can remove the tattoo is less than 8 to 10 treatments than you’re going to be disappointed when it does indeed take you at least 10 treatments. No where is using a laser that is more advanced than what invisible ink is using and it takes 10 treatments with 8 weeks in between. You just need to accept that it’s a slow process.I feel confident that a invisible Ink is the best place to go and I’m grateful the pain in fairly minimal. I do not dread appointments! My tattoo is really disappearing too!

Staff is always super friendly and make the treatment go by fast!! Always explaining what they are doing so you’re at ease the whole time and they do amazing work!

Very disappointed with this company. After purchasing a package deal for a tattoo removal, I had to stop after only 2 treatments due to pregnancy. Buying the package deal means you received a discount on the service. Now, with a new baby and COVID, going to their location (which I saw negative reviews about cleanliness and sanitization) is out of the question. I reached out to ask if I could pay FULL PRICE for the 2 services I did receive and get the remainder of my money back. I thought that was a fair deal. Especially since they offer pay as you go services at full price anyway! I’m very disappointed in this company for not working with their customers especially during this pandemic. They are sitting on a large chunk of my money basically telling me to wait until the pandemic is over and to come back in. It’s truly distasteful.

The staff here are super friendly and informative with the new changes! The facility is always kept super clean, and a relaxing atmosphere. I know each time I receive my treatment, that I am in good hands!

I went there March 12th 2024 at 11am and the girl that lasered my tattoo is very nice she does a fantastic job

Everyone is super friendly and helpful and the building is clean. They do a great job keeping up with you between sessions too. Definitely recommend this location if you need to get some ink removed.

Ridiculously expensive. Started over $2000 for complete. I just did one treatment and intensity was nothing compared to other treatments I had. Which is how they get more treatments out of you. My tattoo was completely removed with half the treatments from another treatment place. Complete rip-off. Dont be stupid!!!! Go somewhere else!!

I met with Becca! she was very nice, knowledgeable, and helpful for the questions I had. I didn’t feel any pressure, even when we discussed pricing, which made me feel very comfortable when making a decision like this.

Overpriced compared to other laser places. Take double the time as other places! Paid almost 700$ up front when I realized it was going to take forever and I had no interest although I paid ahead of time I received no refund. Don’t waste your time. Disappearing ink is a way better and faster option. I should have listened to everyone who told me not to go. Quite dissapointed.
