I went today to get my two year old daughters ears pierced and had an amazing experience. The store associate Treasure was amazing, took her time and made sure that my daughter was comfortable throughout the entire process. 10/10 highly recommend this location and her!!!!

I took my daughter to the chesterfield town center location inside the mall to get her ears pierced. Kayla was the employee that was there to do her piercing and she was phenomenal! My daughter was nervous but Kayla took her time to explain everything so my daughter felt super comfortable with the whole experience, she didn’t rush her at all and made sure that she was ok with everything she was doing before she did it. It made for a great experience !

Omg I use to work at a Claires when I was in high school and u can tell you I really hated taking my daughter into this one. Its smelled, there were totes everywhere with merchandise in them just sitting on the floor. There was one girl on her phone and drink cups placed throughout the store. This store needs to be cleaned up big time.

Employees were super friendly and helpful and store was even tidy, but it was so chaotic in there for some reason I could hardly get around anyway! kudos to the workers 4 being as great as they were in the circumstances, but I dont think Ill be back because of how crowded it was!

Arrived at 5:30 to a gate half way open . Online it clearly states closing at 6pm . We rushed to get here and arrived at 5:30 absolutely enough time to pick some bows for hair . Not sure what or who it benefits closing a 1/2 hour early but you have certainly benefited yourself at the expense of your customer.

She was really nice I got my daughter ears pierced and they are uneven 😔

I got my Cartilage and Double Piercings here as a 14 year old and my cartilage hurt even after I put the piercing solution on 3 times a day and it started bleeding when I tried to change the piercing to another Claires hoop and I had to result in taking the Piercing out because it hurt so bad. But for the Double Piercing I had the earring out for like a week and one of the holes have closed and the other one is still open.

They have a great selection of accessories. The girl working there was nice, got my ears pierced and didnt hurt at all, thank you

I got my sisters piercings here and I also got my girlfriend some gifts from here as well
