My experience at this location was phenomenal! Alice was nothing short of amazing! She was friendly, professional and helpful! My husband and I arrived with 6 kids in tow. All getting ears pierced as well as myself. She treated us great and provided wonderful service. Thank you Alice. We highly recommend you!

I shopped with my daughter and granddaughter for 40 minutes. The granddaughter is just so happy to be there surrounded by so many hair, ear, girl accessories! They had a great sale the day we were there and all 3 of us stocked up on our bling. The sales girl was fun and helpful. The store was clean and bright. Tons of extra accessories selections for an 11 year old girl. I love my new head band also

Me and my kids have been shopping in clairs Spence they were in diapers never once have I had a problem there. There service was great instill this afternoon we were waiting in line for almost an hour ! That is so ridiculous . And you want to know why service person was doing a girls earrings yeah yeah yeah I don’t mind that but I do mine when she doesn’t even think about coming up to the register to help three folks in line she just goes on to do in another person‘s ears peirsed when we got there befor them that it is ridiculous I am never bringing my kids there again your service is terrible

Me and my wife were shopping for some accessories and we weren’t aware of the special they had. Instead of taking advantage of us, the friendly employee offered us to pick 3 more items for $10 or less for free. Thanks so much!

My daughter got her ears pierced ay Claires but i have a hard time taking off the back I usually go back for they can take it out i went inside location today the young lady said she could not take the back off she stood so far back as if it was an issue my daughter have surgery coming up she need her earrings out so i thought i would take her to experts who no how to take those earrings back off where is help when you need it !!

The store says that they open at 12:00. I came at almost 4:00pm dark inside and lights off. I thought I may went to the wrong side went around and see nobody inside as well.

Crystal was AMAZING! So patient. She took her time and made my daughter feel extremely comfortable in order to pierce ears.

I give 3 becouse i went to get JoJo siwa bows but it does not has all the color bows and i like DanceMoms

I store must open today at12.30 i came two tomes at 12:30 and 1:00 o’clock and they still closed

Do not buy the earrings here I bought these little rose earrings and I got sick for 3 days and lost my appetite when I was wearing them when I toke them off I was sick anymore please don’t buy them
