If I could give 100 stars I would! This is by far the best tattoo shop in Richmond. They’re so kind, so patient and helpful. The shop is beautiful and you can just tell how much love goes into every tattoo they do. I can’t WAIT to come back for another tattoo! Thank you all for everything

I went in without a appointment to see what i could do about my piercing that was taking a long time to heal. The staff were extremely nice and while the piercers was busy with a appointment she was still able to help me find the problem and got me a smaller bar. Its healing great now! I would recommend this place just by the friendly atmosphere and helpful staff.

I have been going to Lucky Lady for years now. Not only for tattoos but for my piercings. Nicky is AMAZING!! She is ALWAYS helpful, friendly and remembers me and everything I have told her. The staff is friendly, and welcoming. The establishment is one of the cleanest I have ever been in!!! HIGHLY recommend!!

I seriously could not have asked for a better experience! I got my nose pierced by Nicky, and she was great! Perfect placement! I was really nervous and she slowed down and talked me through it! She even urged me to come back to change my piercing the first time so she could help me if anything went wrong! She’s literally so sweet! SO GLAD I WENT HERE! Not to mention their shop is super clean and nice!

Was pierced by Nicki. Very professional and took her time to make sure the piercings were going to be even. Explained everything during consult and once again at the beginning of the appointments. Has answered questions post appointment very timely.Have got 2 tattoos by Brittany Overbay. Extremely talented and have had so many compliments on my sleeve tattoo.

I got my nose piercing done by Nicky! She did so amazing. I was super nervous to have it done and she was so understanding and talked me through it! Another mention this shop was so clean. Great safe environment! I would recommend 100%!! I will be back!

Nicky pierced my nose extremely uneven. I got my double pierced and it looked awful. I asked if it was even as I could not tell and she said “looks pretty even to me” - it was extremely off so I had to take the piercing out immediately as it looked so bad and to top it off I asked if she could take the jewelry out and she told me I’d have to make an appointment to PAY to have it taken out. I expressed my dislike immediately after the piercing and she tried telling me it was because of the jewelry and tried selling me more jewelry and she was unsympathetic. I spent $90 on an awful experience. I would not recommend this place to anyone. If I could give no stars and leave this review I would. Awful awful awful.

Got my piercing done by Nicky. She was extremely professional and kind and made me feel very comfortable! Definitely will come back to Lucky Lady for any future work!

If I could leave negative numbers I would. My friend and I were interested in getting tattoos and our noses pierced this evening and weren’t even acknowledged or greeted in this tattoo studio. I understand if she had a client but she could have greeted us. Who ever was working completely ignored us. No way to treat potential customers!

Great family owned company. They have been in business for a long time I got my first tattoo there 20 year’s ago. Since then I have had ear piercings done by Nicky, she is amazing! Very nice and informative on every step of the way including aftercare. She will even change out my jewelry for me. I have been thinking about getting a new tattoo and if I do Summer Johnson is the only one I would let do it.

This is the 2nd time I’ve been here for piercings and Nicky has been just wonderful. She makes sure you’re comfortable, she makes sure to answer any questions you have, and she’s just very friendly. I will absolutely go back and see her again for my next piercing.

Summer does awesome work.I moved back to the area and was disappointed that after 3 online requests, 2 voice-mail, 3 actual messages left with whomever answered the phone. NO REPLY...I wanted to schedule an appointment for my husbands birthday but it never happened.The stars are for Summer, although shes a 5 star artist. The customer service got a 3 and that was questionable.I probably will not be back.

Nicky did a great job of making me comfortable, and the piercings were done so fast and pain free(breath how she tells you to). Love her!!I have ear piercings that are messed up and we discussed fixing the spacing. Nicky looked at them for a bit a came up with a plan to fix the problem. I have wanted to get these fixed for years and she gave me hope!Thanks again!!

Will is a super great guy. Very professional and goes out of his way to make you as comfortable as possible. Hes a very good artist and does outstanding American Traditional work. I would recommend that anybody give this guy a shot I dont think youll be disappointed.

I loved my experience here. I was so nervous because I hate needles but Nicky helped me feel more comfortable and relaxed while also being super professional and making sure I had all the information I needed to care for my piercing. I highly recommend this shop and am so happy I made the decision to come here.

I have had work done at three separate shops in the past. Once I went to Lucky Ladys I refuse to go anywhere else. The shop is clean and organized as well as very fair with their pricing. The work Ive had done here is incredible and the staff are all simply wonderful people. Do not hesitate with getting any kind of work done here. If you are reading this because youre trying to go here for your next, or your first tattoo, just go ahead and schedule an appointment. Youll be happy you did.

I have got two of my last tattoos there. Fixing to go there for another one. Great place, great quality work, very kind, good people and very patient. They make sure you are satisfied before they even tattoo you. Very clean place. Would recommend them to anyone and I have recommended them many times. Will done both of mine and I am very pleased with them both and they r awesome. Asian is also done 2 of my family members and they r awesome too.

I got 2 tattoos here and I got hem at a great price. The people are great and super nice. Th shop is kept very clean and organized. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone wanting a tattoo. I haven’t got a piercing here but they do offer piercings and I have heard great things about them.

While we were on our honeymoon we found this shop and decided to stop by. I appreciated the honesty when we were referred to another artist because he knew he would be nervous and not as experienced in portraits and didnt want to mess up on something that would have a deep meaning and permanent! So we got 3 tattos within the week we were there! We trusted him to the best and he didnt let us down! Danny was the best! He is also affordable. So if you are thinking about getting a tattoo, tell him the GA honeymoon couple sent you!

I was going to get my belly button pierced at art attack, but the piercer wasn’t there, so I went to lucky lady and I thought the piecer would do great, but after about a week, I started showing people my piercing and they said it was pierced in the wrong spot, my friend also went here and the piercer pierced hers in the wrong spot too.

She helped me replace my nose ring that I tore out and they were very friendly. Will definitely be back
