The staff at milestone is great! Jacob has a great way of taking my ideas to create unique pieces and has never disappointed.

I had a great experience. This is the only place I go when I want work done. The staff is always courteous and informative.The shop is always clean and tidy. This particular tattoo was done by Aaron. So if youve been thinking about getting some work done I definitely recommend stopping in !!!!

I got a full sleeve done with Mike and I literally get nothing but compliments on it. I even got a marriage proposal! Anytime someone sees my arm they rave about how beautiful it is. Highly recommend being a little flexible and giving the artist here a little creative freedom because they are amazing!

Amazing place! Had Lauren for an oral piercing and not only was she knowledgeable, but just flat out fun to talk to! Super quick and painless, she’s good at what she does. Will for sure be recommending this shop to others.

Stupid me went for a piercing on an empty stomach and nearly passed out lol but Im very glad I chose Milestone. The piercer guy (wish I got his name) was very knowledgeable, understanding, and accommodating due to the circumstances I created. I most definitely recommend Milestone for all piercing needs. I have been tattooed by both Mike and Lauren, and I wouldnt trust anyone else help decorate the walls of my temple. Absolutely phenomenal people inside and out. Very friendly, professional, easy going and just an all around memorable experience.

I was scrolling through FB while waiting on a fish to bite seen they had posted a flash sale so I said the hell with the fish lets go get a tattoo needless to say I rolled up in there smelling like fish and I thought for sure they would mention it or something I mean I had stink bait smeared all over my pant leg looked like a mess cause it was hot and I probably sweated out most my bodies water content while I was fishing plus the smell I had from handling the fish I did manage to catch it just wasnt a pleasant smell at all but nobody batted an eye or made any comments they was polite and as nice as could be I looked like a bum walking in there and most definitely smelled like one and they treated the same as if I was somebody drapped in gold and they did a fantastic job on my new tattoo highly recommend this place to anyone its the best atmosphere at a tattoo shop that Ive experienced.

Ive been to many shops around Richmond but this one is by far the best. The way they make you feel welcome, the attention to detail and the all around vibe is amazing. I would recommend this shop to anyone.
