Linh is awesome! Took my daughters for navel piercing. She was quick but very thorough. The whole process took about 15 mins. She explained aftercare while she showed the girls how to clean and care for the piercing. Will definitely go back to her when I work up the nerve to get a nose piercing.

First time piercer here! Went to 32 Old Town specifically for Linh after reading nothing but stellar reviews. I got my daith, conch and navel done in the same sitting and Linh was the perfect guide through the whole thing. She was thorough, never rushed me, talked me through each piercing before, during and after, and was just the most kind human on top of that. Looks like I’ve got a permanent piercer!

Linh is one of the best piercers I’ve ever been to, probably my favorite to be honest. She’s very straight forward and gives you all the information you need to take care of your piercings in a proper way. I’ve gotten other piercings before and sometimes it’s hard to understand exactly what they are explaining to you especially if your new to piercings but I felt so comfortable asking Linh anything as a person who only has limited experience with piercings, she makes sure you have a comfortable environment and lets you know exactly what she’s doing. Called for a same day appointment and Linh was able to fit my daughter in within 3 hours of that call. Office was clean and office staff friendly and professional. Linh was incredibly responsive and answered all questions both prior to and during appointment and ensured that we were comfortable with the procedure. She put my daughter at ease and was able to make the piercings she wanted work, despite small ear lobes. Her instructions for post care were also very welcome. After tons of research for a good, local piercing place I came across 32 Old Town. Linh has great reviews online and I appreciated this business being asian-owned so I decided to give her a try! The shop is very clean and they follow COVID-Guidelines well. Linh is amazing!! Lin is kinda rude to me. Maybe because I got nervous and my English wasn’t that good but she did a good job with my belly button piercing and she told me how to clean it properly. So yeah it would be great if she could be nicer.

BEST PIERCING EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD!! 100% recommend.Linh pierced my rook and my friends industrial a couple months ago. It was very easy to set up an appointment. Prices were discussed beforehand. The prices are very reasonable and fair. There is a waiting room with a sofa available to clients waiting. This place is appointment only, so there are not many people waiting around. All covid-19 precautions were followed. The piercing room is private and very clean. She talked my friend and I through the piercing process and the aftercare. I was very nervous, and Linh talked to me and made me feel a lot better. My friend and I both agreed that receiving the piercing was relatively painless (a needle going through the skin is never completely painless). We both got a printed sheet with detailed aftercare instructions. We both left smiling. The service and location is very professional. I will definitely go back there for another piercing.

I had a great experience yesterday (01/09/2021) with Ms. Linh who pierced my daith! She was amazing! She was very attentive to me, patient and had such an upbeat attitude. I was scared and nervous because the daith is quite a thick cartilage area to get pierced but she helped to calm be down and relax my nerves. She took her time when piercing my ear to make sure it was going to look the best in the place that she was going to place it. She was helpful in assisting me pick out the correct jewel for my daith and gave me options. She actually allowed me to choose which is awesome (some places are aggressive with you and don’t do a lot of what I mentioned from above). In regards to the atmosphere of this place, it was very clean and they practiced social distancing by not allowing walk-ins and putting everyone in their own rooms. As well as the work (piercings and tattoos) they do there is phenomenal! The room in where I got my piercing done was very quiet, clean and relaxing! Like I said Linh was awesome and very knowledgeable in her piercings! I would totally go back to her for another piercing and HIGHLY recommended her to others who are interested in getting anything pierced! I would say on a scale from 1-10 the pain I experienced was very minimal and was a 2!

Got my ears pierced by Linh and the whole experience was great. She was very professional and talked me through different suggestions and options for what jewelry I could choose from. I got both of my 3rds and one helix piercing. I liked how she took the time to thoroughly explain all the necessary information and even placed a hoop on my actual ear so that I could see what the helix piercing would look like for my ear specifically.

BEWARE - avoid this piercer at all costs!!! Linh pierced my rook back in March 2022. The healing process was awful - despite cleaning it in the exact way she instructed me to, it was constantly infected and remained sore, swollen, and crusty. I finally went to another reputable piercer in March 2023 because something seemed very off, and I wanted someone else to look at what was going on. The second piercer was horrified by what he saw - he told me she had used externally threaded jewelry to pierce my rook, which shreds through the ear, trapping blood, skin, and bacteria and that any reputable piercer would never pierce with this kind of jewelry. He also told me that this kind of jewelry is cheap, manufactured overseas, and has been found to contain lead. It was no wonder that the piercing was not healing correctly! I was extremely horrified and upset to learn all this. I paid this woman to damage my ear using dangerous jewelry - dont make the same mistake.

Linh makes you feel very comfortable, checks to make sure the piercing placement is right, and makes sure you know how to care for it. Will go to her for all my future piercings.

I saw Lihn for a helix piercing. She was very professional and most importantly clean. I have had other piercings that have not healed well but as of now this one is healing perfectly!

The service was fast and kind, but the ear piercing angle was very off and I can only wear studs. Given it was a standard lobe piercing, Im pretty surprised how botched the angle is. I am now in a positition of whether or not to let the piercing close and get somewhere else to do it as I had asked
