I can not say enough good things about Laseraway! To start, the clinic is absolutely stunning, everything is so clean and aesthetically pleasing. The staff is very knowledgeable and professional. The nurse who did my injections was amazing, she listen to my wants and gave me results I could only dream of. She explained step by step the procedure and it was a breeze. Claudia was exceptional as well, she treats you with such professionalism and goes above and beyond. I highly recommend Laseraway to give you that confidence boost. I will definitely be returning!

Every person who works here is a blessing. As anxiety-inducing as laser treatment can be, there is not a single employee here who did not go out of their way to make me comfortable. They make me feel welcome every time I walk in, and no matter who is helping me I feel listened to and acknowledged.

Ive been coming to this location for several months for a tattoo removal. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. The nurses that do the treatment are knowledgeable and make sure you are comfortable. Its easy to reschedule if necessary.

Im so happy I found Laser away. The staff are so nice and well trained. I received 3 treatments of Potenza for acne scars and saggy skin the results are incredible. Im very grateful to all the staff at the Bethesda location,

I just saw Mikayla for the second time (for laser hair removal) and shes awesome! Super friendly, walks me through the entire process and makes me feel really comfortable! Allison at the Front Desk is also amazing!! She remembers me every time I come in, shes very helpful and super friendly as well! So far, nothing but positive experiences at this location!

The laser hair removal is a scam, it does not work. There is no permanent hair loss or permanent change in hair growth. Through the sessions I voiced concern and was told to complete the treatment. Once treatment was completed was told I need to complete more sessions and that it is not permanent hair loss. When trying to deal with customer service Amanda Holmes told me my results are satisfactory. I have ZERO results and now they have stopped responding. Laser hair removal is not possible but they only tell you that after you’ve completed the package.

Loved my experience here! Allison Ruff was so helpful while I explained what I needed regarding my skin needs! She was absolutely correct in suggesting clear and brilliant to help the texture in my face. She was very transparent with pricing and the experience with laser facials. 1000/10 recommend coming here and using her as your sales rep!!

Summary: Expect to be nickel and dimed and lied to.I strongly discourage people from working with Laser Away. I paid for an 8 session package that I was later told actually would only include 4 sessions and that I would have to pay an additional $4K more for the original 8 sessions.I worked with Tori to request a call from Bryan from client services - he never called me. And when I called the general line a manager never returned my call.My experience at my first session was great however I can get great laser hair removal experiences elsewhere. I will be getting laser hair removal from one of Laser Aways competitors like Ideal Image.I do not trust corporate at Laser Away based on their extremely unprofessional behavior and discourage people from spending their money with Laser Away.

I have had a couple of sessions at North Bethesda location and I am absolutely so impressed with the results and with the team. The entire nursing staff is so professional and Allison at the front desk is so knowledgeable and pleasant to speak with! If you need anything at LaserAway - ask for Allison!

I loved my experience at Laser Away and working with Allison was even better! She was super helpful in getting my treatments set up and really prepared me for my appointments. Allison is really great and will definitely work with her again!!

Ive been going to this location for about 6 months now and it has been hands down the best experience. The ladies are so sweet and helpful with any questions I have. The customer service is amazing and the hair removal process has been going smooth with Arina and Jody. I would highly recommend this location!

If you would like a laser tattoo removal, this is where you would want to go. I told the ladies that were working that day the story on the tattoos, they listened and they made me feel really comfortable about it! I made the mistake of signing up for a Cool Sculpting package with these people curtesy of their sales rep Dana in May of this year. I originally wanted to get my stomach but could not due to the size of the applicator not fitting my stomach, which was fine but I was told I could probably do my arms. I let Dana know and she immediately signed me up to get them done through financing with HFD after quoting the price. I originally planned to get the first session done the end of May but decided to cancel because I didnt think it was worth it to get work on my arms when the rest of my body is not up to par yet (I am currently 16 months postpartum and wanted the extra help to get back to pre baby body). Now this is where the issue starts. At first I was planning on just rescheduling to a later date but then I decided I did not want services at all and would just reach out for another package in the future if I really thought it was needed. Little did I know that LaserAway has a reputation for horrendous cancelling practices. When another payment was taken from my account from HFD I remembered to give LaserAway a call. The first person I spoke to made it seem like cancellation would be a breeze and told me I should expect some type of contact from someone within 72 hours (this wouldve been a Monday as I called on a Thursday evening) and he told me to give them till the end of day. Monday came...and went. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and waited until the following Thursday. I gave them another call where a different rep told me that I had to reach back out to Dana because she is the only person with the capability to cancel the package or start the process to cancel, but they let me know they would flag and escalate my case as I had already called once before. I texted Dana and explained the situation, to which I received no response. I proceeded to call LA again this past Monday after 3 weeks of no contact from whomever was supposed to contact me after the first call and Dana the second call. The rep immediately put me on hold to get her manager due to the flags on my case from calling twice before. I was then told this time that apparently Dana was out due to surgery but was back (at that exact time) coincidentally and that she would reach out to me for next steps on cancellation. We got off the call and shortly after Dana sent me a link to the LaserAway Purchase Terms.... I asked her what that had to do with me wanting to cancel especially because I had not received services and she proceeded to tell me that this location told her to do so. LOL She then asked me what exactly the situation was. At this point, obviously I was more than irritated. I let her know pretty much everything I have said above and that I was frustrated that no one explained this to her. Did Dana respond? Nope :) So I had to yet again call them on Wednesday, (very upset because I felt like I was given the run around at this point) at which time the rep let me know the manager was not in but that she would reach out to get someone from customer service to contact me regarding a refund. I was confused but apparently even if you get a package financed and did not receive services and want to cancel then customer service has to reach out for a refund. Anyway she said I should receive a call by the EOD. That was the first time anything they said was the truth and I did receive a call last night. The rep on the phone called and immediately put me on hold because of whatever process they have to do. He then came back to the phone and told me whatever process they have to do is now complete and I have been refunded. No confirmation number given or confirmation email received nor an estimate of how long it will take. So now, I just have to trust that I will actually get my refund but if enough time passes by and if yet another payment comes out before then, I will have to reach out again. I do not recommend getting services here unless you are 100% certain you want or need it!

My new favorite LaserAway location! Claudia was graciously able to find availability for me the same week after I’d not scheduled my follow up. Jody was an absolute dream and is an expert in the field. So grateful I was matched with her, I will definitely be requesting her for every future session. And Cari made booking a 30 second breeze so I wouldn’t have to scramble for another follow up appointment. So grateful for the well-coordinated team at North Bethesda!

This place is amazing. Allison at the front desk is so incredibly helpful and great at her job. I dont know how she does it, but she always manages to squeeze me in and work with my crazy schedule despite always being booked. Oreena has been my nurse twice now and I adore her, also! She is fast and efficient! It is not the most comfortable situation, but we always have a great time, laugh, and she does such a wonderful job. I wouldnt go anywhere else. There are always deals going on and I really love this place. It is worth it!

Always super accommodating to appointment changes! Technicians are always comforting during sessions as well.

LaserAway in North Bethesda is a gr8!! I love everything about LaserAway North Bethesda. Allison at the front desk is such a delightful person always making sure to greet everyone when they walk in and offer beverages. The results of my treatment has been….. FANTASTIC only 4 treatments in and I don’t have to shave I’m feeling confident and amazing every time I strut out.Clean facility, friendly workers, awesome results what more could you ask for 💜

I went to go get a laser tattoo removal and it was honestly a breeze! I was warming welcomed by the ladies at the desk and they had a conversation with one of them about their own laser tattoo experience which calm down my nerves. I showed up to my appointment a little early so I was able to numb my area for about 45-60 minutes which was perfect for when they started the treatment! The nurse walked me through the process and answered my questions about how the lasers work. They are bearable and the cold air that it blown during the process definitely helped a lot. I can’t wait for my other treatments and to maybe even try the other services they provide!

Oreena was the best nurse!!! 10/10 would recommend her to anyone considering coming to LaserAway!

Just got my first treatment of Botox today. Maria did such a great job! She helped me stay relaxed during the procedure. Before injecting me with anything she walked me through it and counted down which I appreciated a lot. The front desk was so helpful! Especially Claudia she got me so excited for future visits.

I’ve got to say when I walked in I immediately felt at home. From the two coordinators who greeted me, Allison and Jasmine oh my gosh….. what beautiful and kind souls I mean really! They were so nice and helpful. They talked me through everything I needed to know and then some. Highly recommend this business. The clinician Oreena was so sweet and truly I felt right at home. She was like family to me. I’ll be back for more treatments as I cannot want or expect more from them. They are amazing. Big love in this business.

Wonderful experience! I came in for tattoo removal and I was SO nervous but my nurse Mikayla walked me through everything and really eased my nerves. It turned out to be really easy! The treatment is so quick and really the pain isn’t all that bad either since they use a nice cold chiller during the process as well, super helpful! Allison at the front desk was super sweet and welcoming too! I’m so glad I did this, thank you LaserAway!

This location is FABULOUS!! The front desk staff is incredible and the nurses are just as great. I came in for laser hair removal for my lip and underarms. Maria was the best!!!! She walked me through the whole entire thing and made me feel so comfortable.

GREAT FIRST IMPRESSION!!!Absolutely love the location , I had to do my 2nd session of the clear and brilliant here for the 1st time. Parking is very close & free (I was out under 2hrs) it’s super clean and the best part of it all was that they allowed me to be a mommy first and a baddie afterwards lol. My daughter enjoyed watching tv while I got my treatment!! Thank you for the accommodations and being so informative. Wish I could book all my appointments here but due to my schedule, I have to switch locations from time to time.

This is by far my favorite LaserAway I have ever been to. The staff is so friendly the two clinicians are so sweet they explain everything they’re doing! Maria treated me for my botox on grand opening and I felt so safe with her! Oreena treated my very first IPL and I was AMAZED at what she was able to do for me. Claudia is by far the most attentive treatment specialist I’ve ever met. She truly goes above and beyond every single time, working around my scheduling needs and is truly such a caring person! If you ever stop by ASK FOR CLAUDIA!

The vibe and staff are super welcoming,the process from consult to payment to appointment was seamless and easy. I was impressed with the cleanliness and smooth transition between steps making appointments. Highly recommend, you feel safe and cared for. Parking is super close and free if under two hours

I’ve made appointments twice, the first time Pam canceled my appointment without notification. She cancelled it the day of. The second time, I joined the zoom call and waited for the specialist to join, No one joined - a complete waste of my time. Pam then again sent me a text after my scheduled appointment to ask if I wanted a phone call or zoom. Horrible customer service, I will take my business elsewhere.

Absolutely INCREDIBLE!!!!!!! I have been to multiple laseraways and this is by far my favorite. My nurse Oreena did my laser and my nurse Maria did my Botox and let me tell you, I have never felt more special in my life. I felt like the most important patient and they answered every question i had. I will 100000% be back.
