I had a hydrafacial with Ashley and it was amazing. She answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable. The facial was both relaxing and effective. My skin felt tighter, hydrated and overall very refreshed after the facial. I highly recommend seeing Ashley for your skin care and rejuvenation needs. Also, I did the hydrafacial to prep my skin for micro needling which will be my next treatment with Ashley.

Evelyn at the Arlington location is everything! In every appointment she is thoughtful and considerate. She isn’t pushy with extra products or services but is great about explaining your options and ways to address any areas of concern. The spa is always immaculate and welcoming and all of the digital scheduling tools are super convenient.

I’ve been coming to AALC for a few months for semaglutide shots and the staff is so kind and welcoming. Shelia goes out of her way to help every client. I went to Morgan for a face refresh and him and Bella made me feel comfortable and relaxed throughout the procedure. I highly recommend!

Hands down the absolute best in this industry. I am so happy with the results that Morgan has achieved.I have been to other places to have filler done, but it hasn’t been the result I wanted when I came to him he sat me down and let me know what I needed and what he thought I didn’t need. I really felt comfortable in his hands. What I love the most is that I thought that he was not just out to get my money. Morgan and his staff truly care for their patients. I get filler and botox with him for now, but I am absolutely looking forward to have more procedures done in his office. They have many options for procedures in this office. This place is so amazing, the cleanliness, the front desk staff is kind but most of all Dr Gale and his Assistant are the kindest most amazing people you ever want to meet. I got my lips done and I was very nervous first the nerves of doing a change that could make or break you but, Dr gale and his assistant treat you like family, it’s like their going through the journey with you but, also he’s a perfectionist. He’s very detail oriented, he knows what he’s doing and I could never chosen anyone better. I’m so grateful to them both and to be honest 5 stars isn’t even enough to show my gratitude and thankfulness.

Ashley is the real deal. Ive been getting facials for years, but this is the first time that an aesthetician prepared a custom skin program with keen attention to my skin color, age, and lifestyle. Ive seen significant improvements in my skin. I can now walk out the door with only tinted moisturizer and dont depend on heavy make up to cover up dark spots and imperfections. In addition, she has incredible bedside manner and makes the whole experience easy and enjoyable.

Whoever is going to get Botox at this place should read it!!! I went to this clinic around 6 weeks ago to get rid of wrinkles between my eyebrows. They did 27 units. In about 2,5 weeks I noticed that there was still movement, although the lady and I agreed on no movement at all. So I came back, Morgan added 5 more units and I told him if it doesn’t work this time I will be back. I knew it was not going to work because they have a bit different technique comparing to other places in LA where I got this procedure done. Keep in mind Botox has always worked on me. I came back today and they mentioned that I will have to pay for this time to fix it. I asked why am I supposed to pay again if it never worked? Morgan said that there was not enough units before that’s why. Then I asked why it didn’t work the second time when he “fixed” it and why it has always worked before? He said that he doesn’t have any answer for that. I asked how can he have this clinic if he can’t answer questions related to the procedure???Then he mentioned that he doesn’t freeze his clients, and as I mentioned before that’s exactly what we agreed on at the very first time.Well, I said that I will never come back again and the last thing I have heard from Morgan was “I am sorry that Botox doesn’t work on YOU!”Basically this 15 min conversation was about telling me that Botox doesn’t work on me and he doesn’t know why.Please think before you go there. I have spent $300 and got nothing. There are better places to go to.And if there was not enough units why didn’t they mention it when I came back for the second time?I attached a picture. There are wrinkles and there is movement. I have gotten Botox before and I have not had any of it.I also know that there will be a response from them. And probably a good one. You guys please do not go there no matter what they say. There are plenty of better places.

Ill keep it short and sweet. Great experience from beginning til now. Morgan was very open and knowledgeable at my initial meeting.Currently 3 sessions deep with my laser hair removal for my scalp with the amazing Lauren. Also, had a birthday facial done by the amazing Ashley. (highly recommended them both) All the ladies there have great personalities and make it a good time every time.I leave every visit with the same ritual - a bag of gummy bears for the road!

In prior months I have seen Chelsea for microneedling , dermaplaning & hydro facials also highly recommended. The entire staff is just wonderful and I am always taken care of when I’m there. This practice is amazing! I saw Chase to get cheek filler and the whole process from beginning to end was wonderful. She listened to my wants and needs, and offered advice and recommendations. She explained everything so well and my face looks soooo good!! I don’t ever want to overdo filler, but I find myself asking what else I can have Chase do because I felt so seen and well cared for!

I had an oxygen facial with Ashley today and then a Dysport treatment, which I do a few times a year. Everyone is so well trained and very friendly. Morgan is highly skilled and takes his time to make the outcome of his work is the best. The front desk staff is excellent, especially Sheila, who takes the time to make you feel comfortable and unhurried. Everything is explained clearly. I would highly recommend AALC to anyone considering cosmetic procedures.

I have been a loyal customer at AALC for over a year now and one reason i always return is for Ashley!! Ashley has recommended facials for my skin type and skin goals! Most recently, i got a chemical peel (first time) to reduce blackheads and bring my skin back to life. It has been one of the best things for my skin and left me with what feels like brand new skin. I have sent close family members to see Ashley and they were also very satisfied with their results. Overall, i’d recommend anyone to her who is looking to transform their skin in ways that are impossible to do on your own! Morgan Gale, the owner of this practice is a con artist. Firstly, he is not a doctor. He is a nurse, remember that. He ruined my life. I got a fraxel laser dual on April 13, 2018 and ever since then no one has been able to look at my face. He burned me. He denies doing so, but it’s very clear. He didn’t even give me the messily $1,400 back for ruining my life. Everywhere I go people turn their backs to me, and immediately look away from me upon eye contact. I wish I could take a laser and run it all over his face to see how he likes it. I pray to God that I die every night. I have no ability to make new friendships, no dating options, and extremely limited career options now due to this weird abnormal skin that everyone runs away from. It’s such a curse, and no amount of therapy is making me not want to die. Whatever you do, do not go here because he’s going to jack your face and then you’ll be like me in therapy to learn how to like myself when I’m turned away from by every. Single. Person. In society.

I can’t say enough about Morgan and everybody in his office! Morgan is professional but makes you feel like a friend. I went in for Coolsculpting. We had a very informative consultation, every question was answered thoroughly and then I came back to have all my areas done in one day! I’m a mom of 3 small kids and work in fitness, my stomach has always been a struggle for bc of all the weight I gained from having babies. After my coolsculpting my stomach is flat and I have so much more confindence!! I highly recommend Morgan and coolsculpting!!On to Ashley, she’s the best! She’s the esthetician. Aesthetic Artistry is the absolute BEST! I went in for a treatment with one of their new machines, CoolTone, and my expectations were far exceeded! Morgan knows what hes talking about when explaining the science behind the machine, and how it works to target your muscles. I have gone in for 4 treatments over the course of 2 weeks and I already see a huge difference in my abs, they look so toned! Not only do I see a difference, but my abs already feel stronger when I am working out!! I cant wait to see my progress after my last 2 treatments. I had the pleasure of getting a facial from Ashley in February 2021. The last time I had a facial was October of 2019. I had a lot of concerns with my skin such as milia, dryness, and blackheads. Ashley assessed my skin and recommended a facial that was suitable for my skin type. Ashley was extremely professional and she explained everything she was doing. By the end of my facial my skin looked AMAZING! The milia and blackheads were removed and my skin looked hydrated. I loved the initial facial that I went back to see Ashley in April of 2021. At both appointments Ashley answered all my questions and concerns regarding my face. She also recommended I change my skin care routine as we transitioned from winter to spring. Overall, Ashley was professional, friendly, thorough, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Ashley!

I have been to this practice many times and have received BETTER results from the clinicians here than I have at other practices, while paying LESS money. I used to live in Bethesda and would visit this practice consistently because I was so happy with the results that I obtained. I am now 120 miles away, in Charlottesville, and yet I still continue to return to this practice, even though there are numerous other practices that are undoubtedly much more convenient for me to go to. I do not drive the 240-mile round-trip because I enjoy driving; I do it because this is the place where I consistently obtain the best results at the most reasonable prices. And, while cost is not a major concern to me if the results that I achieve are worth the money, I have been to many other practices before that are significantly more expensive than this practice yet are unable to deliver the caliber of results. For example, I went to a practice that did not have the Fraxel laser (which is a device that costs a practice over $100,000 to purchase), yet they proposed using an IPL laser on me (IPL is an extremely outdated technology that is only suitable for light skin). I have darker skin, and I would have achieved awful results (i.e., hyperpigmentation) with the IPL. This is a practice that has the most up-to-date technologies, does not try to sell you something that does not work simply because they want to make money from you, and I would trust this practice with my life if I had to because I know that they prioritize results, safety, and patient satisfaction over profits. If anyone wants to see the results that I have obtained from this practice (and Morgan in particular), please mention my name to the practice manager, ask her to call me, and I will be glad to give her the written authorization that she needs to show you my before & after pictures. I have seen over 20 lasers and light devices at this practice, all of which are the most up-to-date technologies (for example, they have the V-Beam Perfecta (which is the latest generation of pulsed dye lasers); they have the Fraxel Dual (not the outdated Fraxel 1550, which some practices still use because they do not want to spend extra money to update their laser); and they have the CoolSculpting Elite (rather than the previous-generation CoolSculpting device that had outdated hand pieces and a limit as to how many areas can be treated at a time)). This practice has everything, their prices are reasonable, and I cannot understand why anyone would go anywhere else for their cosmetic medicine needs.

Aesthetic Artistry is my go-to place for all things related to aesthetics. As someone who has been doing injectables (like filler, Botox, etc.) and laser treatments (laser hair removal, Fraxel) for years (...and having gone to many different practices in the area), I can easily say that this place is the best.Morgan is amazing, and whenever I consult with him for a new treatment I feel like he really takes the time to answer all of my questions. His injectable work is especially impressive, I just had lip filler done last week and I am so impressed with how natural and subtle it looks.Overall, I ALWAYS feel prioritized as a patient at this practice. Sheila (the office manager) always checks in with me a few days after I get anything done, which makes me feel comfortable and taken care of. I went in for a tear trough filler appointment about a week and a half ago and im super happy with the results! I look much more awake and my makeup goes on much smoother with way less creasing. Everyone here was friendly and incredibly helpful and I cant wait to go back. Maybe Ill do a skin treatment! Highly Recommend.

Stopped by for a dermal infusion and had wonderful results. Ruth walked me through each step of the process and made sure that there was no discomfort, if any. Ive gone to 3 different cosmetic skincare specialist, Morgan Gale is by far the best. I got great results. I recommend Aesthetic Artistry Laser Center for any skincare treatments.

Morgan Gale botched my face per his own recommendation for the money and he price gouged me for a laser tattoo removal to a large degree. Let’s start off with the less botched procedure: the tattoo removal. I did 10 sessions at $300 per session, totaling a whopping $3000, and it still wasn’t half way gone at the end of the 10th session. To put this in perspective I got A tattoo removal from LaserAway and I got 7 sessions for $500, and after the first session from them my tattoo is more removed than any from Morgan Scam Gale. This guy really is a monster. Now for the marjorly botched procedure: fraxel laser resurfacing dual. I went in for a laser tattoo removal and he suggests fraxel dual on my face and I say no at first then he starts pointing to areas on my face that needed it. I still said no, however, 1 month later I decided to do it because he pushed so hard. I asked him before “I heard laser was bad for people with darker skin” he said and I quote “this laser is good for all skin colors” I say hmm that’s not what I heard but I’ll take your word for it because I trust you. Did the procedure. I got my forehead, cheeks, area below lower lip, and around the eyes. I saw videos of how they do the eye area and they put a black contact lens in it. He did not do this. As a result my left eye is now slightly inward (this makes me so mad). Now for the botch: it’s been 3 years since this procedure and I’m still suffering complications. My skin is always tight, abnormally shiny, and red, it never heals and is always uncomfortable. No one can look at me in the eye anymore because my face is so abnormally shiny and it got rid of the pigment in between my eyebrows which make my nose bridge look so wide and ugly and off looking. My skin is utterly horrible. It’s burnt all the time. It’s an ongoing burn that doesn’t heal. I’m literally the only one in the world with this. I can’t date. No one wants me any more. People talk to me and when they see me in person I never hear from them again. This is devastating. It affect employment prospects, interviewers try to look me in the eye and have a blinking attack and look away and can’t hold eye contact with me for seconds at a time. It’s like a really really bad bad facelift. My stomach sinks when I look in the mirror. Morgan Con Artist Gale takes no responsibility for this an to be frank he deserves to be in jail. He is a con artist and he does not need his business open any more. Please! Shut him down.

I had laser therapy for spider veins with Morgan Gale. Worst case scenario, I imagined there could be minor scarring as an adverse effect of laser therapy. Never in my wildest dreams did I imagine it would be this bad. Each scab eventually became a permanent scar. I have spent a lot of money trying to diminish the look of these scars but will never look the same.

I debated getting Botox for a while and I am so happy I did! I could not be more pleased with the results. Morgan answered all my questions and made me feel at ease. Can’t wait to return! Thank you!!

Spent $500 on tattoo removal and reduce redness on existing pimples. Didn’t help whatsoever. Don’t waste your time and just go to a dermatologist.
