I have undertaken two procedures at Donna Bella (Rockville) and the overall experience was SUPERB: great receptionist, skilled therapist (Sky, Heather etc.), Dr. supervising and the results were OUTSTANDING. Very affordable price point & great packages, too. I’ve lived in many countries and this is one of the BEST Medspas I’ve been to! 👍👍

This location is great. I get microneedling done and getting appointments is easy and the staff is so nice. My skin has never looked better.

Do not go here. I got IPL done and my face burned. Im getting treated with different doctors and spending way more money. They have no idea what they are doing. Very dangerous place!

Worst place ever for a tattoo removal!!! I’d like to premise by saying the Dr and staff are wonderful people, however, the services I received were horrible! I paid for 3 tattoo laser removal treatments and only used 2. I saw a “good deal” and it unfortunately left me with a raw deal and keloids from the Dr aggressively going over the tattoo multiple times in the same session using the same settings for skin types 1-3 and I’m a skin type 4 to 5. My tattoo has faded a bit, but if I would’ve known what I now know, I definitely would’ve made a better choice.

I would leave a 5 star but I can not. I loved the Doctor and her assistant. They were both very professional and had good bed side manners. I bought the Groupon for six laser hair removal treatments. It was a fabulous deal coming in under $200.00. I had the bikini area done and it has been amazing. Ive only had to shave before appointments. Unfortunately i didnt know how much the touch up care would be!! Three appointments will cost me $480.00. So disappointed because I love coming to this Medspa but just cant afford the touch up prices. If you are looking to have laser hair removal, I do recommend coming here.

I am receiving tattoo removal treatmemt from the Medspa. The treatment areas are healing nicely. The entire staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. The staff made me feel welcome from the moment I walked into the door. The pricing is affordable. I recommended this location for your cosmetic needs.

First laser hair removal treatment! The staff and Doctor was very friendly and professional, they explained the process thoroughly and made sure I understood the process. I received laser hair removal for my bikini area and am looking forward to my future appointments and final results!! The treatment was a little uncomfortable but not bad.

The doctor was very nice, patient and professional during my first visit for consultation. She provided several options for me and explained the pros and cons of each option. She recommended the option that would work the best for my skin type. I cant wait to go back and get the procedure done.

Very dishonest. Bought a Groupon and the owner won’t accept them even though it is still valid. Besides that she doesn’t treat politely people who use Groupon.Services was mediocre. Bad experience, I don’t recommend it.

This was my first experience with laser hair removal. The doctor was very easy to communicate with and explained every step of the process. I will definitely recommend her and this service to others.

This review was originally 2/5, but decided to update to 5/5 for the simple fact that my treatment as a customer was still positive despite my *initial* negative review and inadvertently discovered that the Staff was aware of my negative review but still chose to treat me properly and never drew attention to my review or did anything out of the ordinary to win my approval. This showed humility and Im honored to be able to adjust my review.

Each session was very quick and easy. a little impersonal, but it got the job done! i purchased six sessions of laser hair removal for my underarms.

With the pandemic going on - I have to say that they were very organized, safe practicing and very kind staff. I will be returning for more treatments. Highly recommend
