This is the most wonderful piercing shop I’ve ever been to and has such an amazing crew! The people who work the front desk are so kind and will gladly answer any questions you have in a simple but detailed way, you also have wide variety of beautiful jewelry choose from. Jo is such a talented and skilled individual, professional yet very approachable! They’ve done my last four piercings and my newest one today, they always make sure I’m feeling comfortable before starting and explain each step of the process as they go along which I really appreciate. Overall, I feel so welcomed whenever I come in and always leave with a beautiful piercing that was done with perfect precision and skill along with a smile on my face :)

Walked in today and got my third lobe pierced. Beautiful rose gold jewelry. Front desk employee was extremely helpful in helping me pick my jewelry and with pricing information. Piercer was friendly, explained everything well. Placed my piercings perfectly and was very nice and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend this shop. Love

Got my tragus done and new studs installed after getting my lobes pierced earlier in the week (from a different place). The staff were SOOO kind and welcoming!The prices for the jewelry is a bit expensive so prepare for that ahead of time and they have titanium options that are cheaper but still very nice.The piercers were extremely gentle and soft handed other than the needle I didn’t feel much. They also were very good about sanitation. The staff also was very helpful in helping pick out pieces that would go well together.Aftercare instructions were laid out and easy to understand. I’ll be coming back when I’m in Minnesota again!

Elise is the best. She has done 8 of my piercings. Ever since she did the first few, i will not go to anyone else. She is very throughly and will tell you everything she is doing. She takes her time to make sure that your piercing is precise, even and done correctly. She is also very positive during the whole appointment to make sure you are comfortable.She has done my third lobes, industrial, rook, flat, and nipples. I’ve had many people ask who my piercer is and will always recommend Elise.

Im usually more of a tattoo girl, but I decided I wanted to pierce my nostril. I did a lot of research online to find a shop that had a vibe I liked, and when I found Electric Strawberry, I was sold. It was incredibly easy to book an appointment, and their website was really helpful - I got to read about each piercer, look at jewelry options, and got a lot of piercing FAQ.The day of my appointment, I walked in and immediately knew I chose the right place. The shop is clean and unique, and I immediately felt my butterflies ease up. The front desk staff member that checked me in was incredibly helpful, going over the paperwork and helping me pick jewelry. Id arrived a little bit early but only waited a few minutes before Jo took me back. She explained the process and then it was time to get pierced. Although piercing pain is a bit different than tattoo pain, Jo was quick and efficient.Im incredibly happy with my entire experience and would highly recommend Electric Strawberry for anyone in the market for a piercing.

I got an anti-eyebrow piercing 2 days ago from another piercing shop and my jewelry was not at all screwed on securely and fell off. I decided to call this shop and asked if I can come in and if they can help me put it back in since I couldn’t find the screw. We showed up 30 minutes before they closed and they were so patient and extremely kind the moment we walked in. They were able to successfully screw it back into place, they truly are so amazing and i’m so grateful they were available. Not to mention all of the beautiful jewelry on display. I will most definitely be coming back to get a piercing here next time. Highly recommend this shop, Thank you for having me!

Very neat and clean studio with a lot of options for jewelry. I went in for a nose piercing a few months ago. I would not say it was a painless process. But Jo made sure I was comfortable. I went in a 2nd time recently to change out my original piercings and they were fine with the jewelry I brought in. This time, I went with Melissa and she was the sweetest. I didnt feel even a pinch of pain when she was changing out the jewelry. She was talking all the time and kept me distracted. She even packed up the original jewelry in a small bag even if I didnt want them. I have found my place for any of my future piercings. I love this one!

We were greeted warmly as we walked in and helped immediately, they explained the pricing/care/jewelry selection thoroughly and we never felt pressured at any time.Elise was amazing at explaining everything to our 6-year-old who was getting her lobes pierced for the first time and kept the appointment moving so there was no time to let fear build up. I’ve had multiple great experiences at ESP, about 18 months apart. Both times, the folks at the front desk took plenty of time to answer my questions, and offer advice and information about the extensive jewelry options. Although there are piercing studios closer to my home in NE, I opt for ESP because the jewelry selection is amazing (so many sparkly options and different styles to choose from).I also appreciate that they’re an APP studio, which means that the piercers are all very knowledgeable about what will work, and precisely where. Jessy, the owner, did my second lobe piercings and strategically placed them to minimize the imbalance between my original love piercings that had been done at a Piercing Pagoda years ago. She also did a recent forward helix and placed it just right - not only does it look great, but itll heal well too. I recently got a flat helix piercing from Jo, who did a beautiful job of positioning a statement piece to really show it off.Definitely make an appointment - theyre busy for good reason!

Absolutely phenomenal service. I came in on the 2nd for a septum piercing, and I didnt feel pressured to get expensive jewelry, like I have when I had my ears pierced elsewhere. The piercing was quick and painless, Kalei did a great job with that! I lost the barbells twice since then, the first time you all replaced them for me, and I as happy to pay for the pieces then, after the second time, I came in today to ask to get a fixed bead instead, just so I wouldnt have any pieces to lose. You were more than willing to help with that, and you did this at your expense as well. You all have been so kind and helpful. Youve earned a customer for life.

Got my nose pierced here over two years ago and had the piercing changed from a stud to a hoop a year and a half ago. Excellent service with high grade materials. I have sensitive skin and have had poor reactions to piercings before. Not with electric strawberry! Thank you!

Got a second lobe piercing today with Jo and am very happy with it! Electric Strawberry has a terrific selection of jewelry, and Jo made sure I was comfortable and understood every step of the process. It barely hurt at all and looks great!

I would highly recommend this place to anyone! I received my first facial piercing here which can be intimidating. Every staff member here was very helpful and supportive. Elise was my piercer and she was amazing. She was helpful with all the jewelry selection, the process of placement, and the actual piercing part as well.They have very good quality jewelry and a good variety of options for a starter piece.

I got my septum done by Jo ~1 week ago. Great experience overall. Everyone was super helpful and easy to work with. The studio was well decorated but still clean, and, probably most importantly, the piercing came out straight and properly positioned.Definitely recommend, especially for other first-timers.

I really cannot recommend this place enough. I had a little bit of a “piercing emergency” today and both staff members were very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Cleanliness is on point and the jewelry selection is stunning!

My 9 year old daughter and I both got piercings at Electric Strawberry and had a great experience! Kalei was wonderful. My daughter was determined to get her ears pierced but very nervous and Kalei could not have been kinder or more patient. Front of house was also really helpful with care instructions and jewelry selection. Its a friendly environment and you can tell they really care about everyones safety and comfort.

Everyone I interacted with here was so kind, helpful, & knowledgeable. I was having some issues with a piercing rejection & they squeezed me in that same evening to take a look at it, even though I didnt get the original piercing at their shop. So glad we came to Electric Strawberry for my daughters first ear piercing. The staff was fabulous, answering all our questions and did a great job explaining to my daughter how to care for her ears post piercing. Elise was wonderful! She walked my daughter through each step to make her comfortable and made the experience perfect! It cost a bit more than I expected, but Id pay for it again. I highly recommend!

Got my first piercing ever done here, I am not the type to write a review but it went so perfectly due to the skill of the employees that I genuinely felt inclined to write my first (and probably last) review ever. The piercer covered all possible sources of anxiety and got things done very quick, concise and risk-free.

Holy sh*t this place is amazing. I fell in love with V at the front desk. Very knowledgeable, went through everything with me and my friend, helped us pick out the right jewelry for us and for our piercings, and chatted with us until the piercer (Elise) was ready for us. And Elise? INCREDIBLE. We were walked through the entire process meticulously, and there was not one moment where I felt afraid or like I was not in good hands. The high level of professionalism was astounding (unfortunately, everywhere else I’ve gone for piercings has been unprofessional). My eyebrow piercing is amazing and hardly hurt at all - I owe it all to such a great experience at Electric Strawberry. Got my first face piercing here 2 weeks or so from Kalei, great place very professional and since it was my first time they were very helpful, I’m definitely gonna be coming back!

As soon as I walked in, the setup of the store had a welcoming and chill vibe to it. I was so nervous as I planned to get a nose and tongue piercing. But my nervousness wasnt as bad because of the chill vibe. Maya was very informative on the jewelry I picked out for my piercings. Pricing for the piercings arent too pricey either. So Glad to feel trust and confidence in someone who knows their jewelry and what would be the best fit! Elise was AMAZING! She made me feel super comfortable and respected . She made it Super easy to understand the process and got it done quickly and efficiently! I had a septum piercing done by Elise, and she did an absolutely outstanding job. I had had surgery on my nose some 20 years ago, which made for an extremely complicated process. But Elise took a ton of time getting things just right, and helping me get into a comfortable position despite having recently had surgery.I cannot recommend this place enough, they have and friendly queer staff and are absolutely fantastic.

I came in for a jewelry change and met Jessy & Jo, and after the first 5 minutes being there i was already having a better experience than i had at my last piercing shop. Jo was patient with me while i decided on my jewelry and so gentle when switching it out, and happily answered any questions i had. i had an appointment and they got me in and out in less than 10 mins, and i loved their jewelry selection. 10/10

An amazing place! Me, my adult kid and even my mom have gotten a few piercings here and every artist weve had has been just fabulous. They are respectful, clean and professional. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Truly a great place!

Ive gotten two piercings done here (my jestrum a year ago and my nostrils done just yesterday) and its always a great experience. Both of the ladies who pierced me (Elise and Jo) made sure that placement was good for me, made me feel comfortable and made both piercings a good experience. Love this place! Totally recommend to get your piercings. All staff were super helpful and friendly plus quick service. I called in before because I went to another store but couldn’t get my nose pierced there because I didn’t have my birth certificate. Thankfully this one didn’t require my birth certificate but other documents that were valid for me that I had. My piercer was Jo and she did an excellent job. Thank you so much! I will be coming back again soon. 😊

Scheduling here was super easy and quick! I had a few questions that I couldnt find answers to on the sites FAQ, so I gave them a call before booking and they were SUPER helpful and answered all my questions. My appointment with V went so well. I had so much fun meeting everyone and talking through what piercings would work best for my ears. Picking out the jewelery with V was great, I never felt pressured to get certain things and they listened and offered great suggestions. The actual piercing was super quick and painless and I LOVE the way my four new piercings look! Ill absolutely be coming back for more once these heal!

Originally this place was recommend to me because they are known for being super clean, professional and have quality gemstone jewelry piercing pieces. --My two experiences have completed confirmed this. --I first called and asked a ton of questions about, everything, and V was patient, thorough and unbelievably kind. --They were helpful with the selection process, providing suggestions for size/shape/style based on my preferences as I formed a clearer idea of what I wanted. --The piercing process was clear, communicative and exactly what I expected. Also, I am clean freak and everything seemed on point. --Explanation of follow up care also clear with reasons behind suggestions. --When my piercing fell out unexpectedly over a year later, they, again, were super clear on the phone regarding my questions and extremely helpful when I came in to replace it. --They are doing things so well. I imagine that they stand out in their industry and I am grateful for such quality care which inspired me to invest in much pricier pieces than I originally planned but could not resist when I saw how beautiful the options were. They earned my trust and have my appreciation.

I got my septum done here about a year ago. I was very nervous but have wanted it for a while, so I decided to book an appointment with the oldest piercer and owner Jessie, as it said on their website she had been in the business for over a decade. Everything went great until we actually went into a private room to get the piercing done. Jessie seemed very short with me and almost annoyed that I asked basic questions about the piercing process as this was my first nose piercing. The actual process of the piercing was horrible; it hurt a ton and I cried after Jessie readjusted my septum. I didn’t think much of it originally because maybe my pain tolerance is just low. A couple months later I went to another APP certified piercer to get the jewelry swapped out with a regular horseshoe, and the the guy I worked with was shocked that Jessie pierced me with what I was wearing; it was a titanium twist in septum which because of the metal is already very difficult to open or close, not to mention piercing someone with it was something they would have never done to begin with because of this. I was not told about this at Electric Strawberry which was very disappointing. I figured I maybe should’ve asked more questions and forgot about it. Then recently a friend of mine also got pierced by Jessie who had the exact same experience; she seemed impatient and annoyed with my friend. We were both 18 when we got pierced by Jessie and assume that she might not like working with younger clients which is strange to me since piercings have always been popular with the youth. Generally it was not the best experience and I do not recommend young adults to work with Jessie. Besides that the vibe and cleanliness of the store is great, but the personal interactions do not make me want to come back.

Elise is absolutely fabulous!Very personable, made me feel comfortable, knowledgeable and doesnt rush the process. My piercings turned out beautifully and the quality of the jewelry is the best Ive come across yet. Will definitely come back for any future piercings.

I think the place is nice, it’s clean and there are many piercing choices. Yet they’re into bleeding your pockets. I paid near $150 for two lip piercings (not including tip) only to come back and hear they want $40 to change both to the proper jewelry. There are many places that will do the entire service for a much more reasonable price. You pay $30 for the most basic jewelry that isn’t even permanent. (For lip piercings)

I LOVE Electric Strawberry! Elise is an incredible piercer! Ive visited them a few times now, and Im always blown away by how gentle, communicative, knowledgeable, and kind they are. They take the time to really listen to their clients and understand their needs and preferences. Plus, their expertise and attention to detail are truly impressive. Ive never felt more confident and comfortable during a piercing session than I do with Elise. Ive already made my next appointment with them and cant recommend them enough.

She has pierced me and my kids. Long story short, my fiance needed a nose ring so we booked. Chad was awesome and patient and really did a great job. Highly recommended! Amazing service, the staff were wonderful and walked me through the whole process of getting my first helix piercing. Friends and I were able to make a same day appointment by calling. Only downside is it is really expensive, but you get what you pay for.

Never got a piercing done with them wish I had but I had to stop in on an emergency jewelry purchase and they were very informative and since I got the new piece I never had problems with it (feel like I could hang off a cliff with it and trust it with my life ). Brought my 10yo here to get her lobes pierced and everyone was amazing. I was super flustered and had some anxiety about putting my kiddo through optional pain, though heavily pierced myself, but Jessy made the process virtually painless. Thoroughly and calmly explained every step, during setup and actual piercing, helped with breathing/relaxation techniques, and was super friendly. Shop is SUPER clean and the jewelry selection is amazing. Both my daughter and I were absolutely thrilled throughout the entire experience

My daughter and I had our helices pierced by Chad. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We had hardly any pain and we love our piercings. Nice clean shop. I’d go again for sure.Follow-up review - (changed from 5 stars) I purchased a $300 piece of jewelry for my original piercing. It broke when I was removing it. I took it to them several months ago and was told they had to send it to the manufacturer and they would repair it. I haven’t heard anything back from anyone about it.

The shop is beautiful and beyond cleanly. JoAnne was an absolute legend! She made sure my daughter was comfortable and at ease for her first lobe piercings. She did an amazing job matching my existing nostril and an additional nostril piercing as well! 10 out 10 recommend and would visit again!

They were so quick in a response and were able to help me reschedule an appointment without me having to call, they offered to do it for me. Despite me asking lots of questions, they were very patient and helpful! I would have zero issue traveling the distance I do and working with either of them in the future.

I got my lobes pierced and it could not have been easier or more worth the money. The shop had super sweet and helpful staff, tons of jewelry options, and a great vibe.I went in super nervous about my piercing; how bad would it hurt? Would my old piercing holes be an issue? Would my weird ear shape cause problems?A piercer there, JoAnne, pierced my ears with no problem in under 5 minutes and Im not exaggerating when I tell you I didnt even feel it. Extremely professional and great work. Im very happy with it. :)I would recommend this place to anyone!

If youre looking for a place to get a piercing, Electric Strawberry is the place to go. My partner and I did extensive research for a reputable place to get pierced because we had a poor experience from another shop, and Electric Strawberry checked all the boxes before we had even walked in--and when we had went, they even helped with the issues we had with those piercings! Jessy, the owner is amazing, and the whole team makes an atmosphere that is fun and comfortable. Weve been pierced by almost every piercer there, and every single time we get a piercing, we never have any issues. weve probably had 5 or 6 piercings done by them. We trust Electric Strawberry through and through.

Everyone I interacted with was absolutely lovely! As a queer woman I felt comfortable and listened to through the entire piercing experience. Highly recommend if you want to be pierced in a safe, queer, environment.

I have gotten about half of my piercings at Electric Strawberry and I cant recommend this studio enough. Elise did my first conch and second pair of lobes and V did my conch downsize, nostril jewelry change, other nostril piercing, second conch, and high lobe. Both of them made me feel so comfortable and excited about my piercings. The people at the front of house are so helpful and knowledgeable I am always so grateful for their assistance and advice. I have always walked away feeling so good about how I was treated, the jewelry, the piercing process, the price, and the shop itself.

I cant believe I havent posted a review yet?! Electric Strawberry is THE place to go for piercings. Ive seen almost everyone here and they are all super lovely and talented. If you want a new piercing (and you should!) Electric Strawberry is where you should go!

This happened during August of 2023.I had done my nose piercing in India during May, and when I took it out just for a day in August, the hole got closed. I owned a pure 24Knose piercing ornament and it’s a tiny one.I came to Electric Strawberry to check if they would be able to re-pierce and put my jewelry back in. I spoke with Jessy. My piercing gets screwed differently than the ones used in their shop. My husband before handing over the jewelry to her, cautioned her and explained about the way the screw works on that ornament and even suggested that he can unscrew it for them if needed. Jessy retorted saying that she has handled jewelry all her life and knows how to handle this one. We did not say anything and trusted her as she claimed she knew what she was doing. She let us inside the room and while trying to unscrew , she broke my jewelry. She coolly blamed it on my jewelry and called it flimsy and was not at all sorry about it. Not one bit. That was my 1st nose piercing ornament I purchased, and it obviously holds a sentimental value. Now I can’t use my ornament at all . When I asked her about the broken jewelry, she told us she can’t do anything about it and continued to blame my ornament. While I was obviously and rightfully affected by my broken ornament, the thing that hurt me more was her attitude, carelessness, and the disrespect with which she handled my jewelry. She offered no help whatsoever.I came to this studio, after trying out 3 other studios prior. They respected and handled the jewelry with utmost care and asked for help when needed.This is something I recommend to Jessy – to treat everything as how you want to be treated.

Our 8-year-old recently had her lobes pierced at Electric Strawberry. From the moment we walked in, the entire experience was thoughtful, supportive, and respectful. Staff took their time, answered every single question, and explicitly talked about consent. It was a master class in treating humans -- even young humans -- with respect. My kid felt totally supported throughout and is thrilled with her piercings.

I came to this shop because I used to get pierced by Jessy at RCKT. The vibe was so fun inside yet mellow. The front desk worker (Jamie I believe is their name) was super friendly and helpful getting me checked in and picking out the right jewelry for my piercing. Hannah, the guest piercer, was also amazing. Hannah was super thorough making sure the placement was perfect and also explained everything as she was doing it. It was a great experience. I highly recommend stopping in for your next piercing!

Went there in hopes of getting a snug piercing, after checking it they said I couldnt because of anatomy- honestly a big part of the reason I wanted to go a place with good piercers. Sad I couldnt do it, but happy that its not a place thatll give you a piercing that wont work.Flat piercing I got its really cute though! And Elise was super nice and did a great job.

Absolutely wonderful staff, jewelry, and service. I went back for two more piercings when I needed to have my jewelry downsized. I wish I had more time to pick out jewelry at my first visit, but I didn’t really have an idea of what I wanted. Jamie was so much fun to work with as they helped me pick out jewelry. I recently got my septum done here by Elsie and loved it! The place is super clean and cute! Everyone was very friendly and helped me pick the right jewelry and size for me! Elsie was absolutely amazing! She walked me through every part of the process and her communication was excellent. We went at a pace I was comfortable with and she was constantly checking in to make sure I was okay. I have been to some other piercing shops but this one blew me away! As someone who works at a piercing shop, I couldnt give this place a higher recommendation. Every person I talked to was knowledgeable, kind, and patient. Incredible jewelry selection at just about all price points for high quality products, and it was a clean and inviting space. Hannah (a guest artist) gave me paired high nostril piercings and I love them, and love the care she and everyone else put into the process to make it as comfortable as possible.

Maya at the front desk was amazing! I brought my mom in for a nose piercing and it was so amazing that you had a bilingual front desk. I really wish you had bilingual piercers but it was really helpful and made us feel much more comfortable to be able to have things explained in her first language. We love the piercing too!!

Yesterday I finally got a new piercing at this shop, a vertical philtrum with Elise. My experience was above and beyond! The jewelry specialist I worked with (sorry, didnt catch their name) was extremely knowledgeable and helpful about types of jewelry, aftercare, and other tips, and was very kind and patient with my questions. Elise was extremely professional, talked me through every step of my piercing, and did an absolutely incredible job. I went in originally for a daith piercing. I had some anxiety and seconded guessed getting that piercing. Elise was SO kind, calm, caring, and understanding. She explained the possibilities to me in a realistic yet kind way. She discussed my options with me and ultimately helped me decide on a helix. I am so grateful for how patient and caring she was. I had my ears lobes repierced and 2nd lobes pierced here a couple weeks ago. Overall, my experience was fantastic!Jamie (front counter) was super helpful while picking out jewelry and offered to order a piece of jewelry that I fell in love with that they didnt have in stock. Elise (piercer) was absolutely amazing as well! She explained everything step by step and checked in to make sure I was okay throughout the process. I will definitely be coming back to Electric Strawberry for all of my future piercings!

Got second holes in my earlobes today. Stopped in as a walk in after researching this shop for awhile and following Jessy (owner) on Insta. Loved her focus on cleanliness and high quality jewelry. Would have been fine with a long wait or coming back another day, but it was only about 30-45 minutes of waiting and I used most of that time filling out my paperwork and choosing jewelry. First off, front management was doing an amazing job balancing appointments and walk ins (including crowd control for a giant group that came in after me). Everyone helping out up front between piercings was so kind and patient with me as I was indecisive about jewelry and asked for several things to be priced out while deciding. Then, Elise did my piercings and she was OUTSTANDING. So calm and patient and explained every step of the process to me. Really took the time to make sure my ears were symmetrical and re-explained all the aftercare I had heard from the front manager. Showed me up close how the flat back earrings work since I was a “got the first ones done with a gun at Claire’s at age 10” person and she did not make me feel embarrassed about that either. Super grateful for a positive experience at Electric Strawberry!

I have a lot to say about the shop. The energy walking in is very positive and warm. The girl working the counter was really great and helping me choose the right jewelry. The shop is very clean and pretty. The girl who did my piercing took extra time to ensure that both of the nose piercings were centered which took quite a bit of time and I appreciated that she wanted to ensure that they were centered. Overall it was a great experience!

My experience was mid. It didn’t feel the friendliest or genuine. It wasn’t bad service but I didn’t feel like super pumped to be there. Felt like a transaction. The piercer perked up a little bit after she pierced my daughter, got a bit of a laugh. I would go back, mostly because I feel like I would need to with the jewelry, to make sure it’s all the same. But I wouldn’t go back for myself like I had planned.I feel like it shouldn’t take much to greet folks with a smile. I believe this place is woman owned and ran and I was excited to patron this place. It was overall… meh.

This place is amazing. Septum piercing by Elise=perfection. Everyone I encountered made me feel welcome and cared for. Elise took her time and explained everything she did, step by step, and I left with a beautiful piercing. Electric Strawberry doesn’t have the haughty hipster vibe that is so often found in similar establishments; I realize that this might work for some (and more power to you) but I liked the welcoming atmosphere. Felt like an unwelcome place. The first time I went, I couldn’t get the door to open. A girl came to open the door acting as if she was irritated and didn’t even care to open the door all the way and hold the door to welcome. Still felt uncomfortable the second time because the front desk girls seemed to be pretending, is rushing, ETC. But the piercer, Chad, was awesome. His vibes was just so much better that it made me felt welcome and I was able to talk and ask questions. I will not go back though although Chad was really awesome!

This shop is simply fabulous. The employees are highly knowledgeable and patient. The shop is beautiful, clean and cozy. I was so comfortable and relaxed and felt like I was in good hands, and I was. My piercings turned out awesome and if I had two more nipples, I’d go back today and get them pierced as well. The receptionist was awesome. The piercing artist was awesome. I got my bridge done back in October 2022 and my vertical angel bites done in September 2022. My piercings healed BEAUTIFULLY!! Thank you Elise for doing a wonderful job on making sure these piercings are symmetrical to my face shape! I will always go here for piercings and I always tell people to go here!

Horrible place!!, lady in the front desk was nice. But piercer JoAnne was so rude, she looked like she didnt even wanna talk to me or want to be there. She rushed my piercing and made them so uneven and when i told her they where uneven she acted as if they werent when they clearly are. I felt like I had no say in how I felt and what I wanted for my piercing I felt rushed. I did not feel comfortable at all. I would not recommened this place unless you want to spend almost 200 dollars on some uneven piercing. So dissapointed and sad with this place, I just feel so uncomfortable and sad with just the whole session. I would not reccomend this place at all.

Absolutely love this shop! It was my first time there and the ladies were so helpful! Elise is so fun to be around, I love her personality! She also helped me get my septum repierced in the proper spot! The ladies are so good at making you feel welcomed and comfortable as soon as you walk in! I cannot say enough good things about my latest piercing experience here! I got a double helix done by Chad and he was great, it’s like he read my mind with placement and kept up a conversation so it was so awkward laying there in between the piercings. I have had two piercings done here; my nostril and navel. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with both piercings. I’ve been pierced by Bonnie and Jessy and they both do an incredible job, but regardless of who you choose, all of the piercers here know what they’re doing and somehow know how to do piercings in the least painful way possible. The jewelry, although it can be a little pricey, is super high quality and worth the money and investment. The folks at the front desk are very knowledgeable and help customers out with selections and aftercare, and it is explained very clearly what is and isn’t normal for a healing piercing. You’re given a pamphlet as well so you remember and to help along the way. Long story short, if you live in the Twin Cities and want a body piercing, go here. They are easily the best piercing shop I’ve been to, and you can trust that you are in some of the best hands you can be in this region.

I have been going to Jessy since age 15 and I’m 25. I followed her from RCKT. I got my nose pierced at 15 at RKCT still have it to this day. Got my lower lip pierced twice by her years after but decided to let it close both times & just got my tongue pierced instead. Still have that. The healing for the tongue was *fun* but her instructions are always so easy to follow! Through out all my piercings Jessy made the process so easy for me to follow and not just that I’m most comfortable with her. I walk in with so much anxiety & leave with so much peace!! I don’t care how far I move away I will make the trip to see Jessy for any piercing I want or any change out/upgrade!! She is the BEST. And this new shop was AMAZING! 5 star place for a 5 star woman! 💖

I got my nose pierced by the owner and honestly it was one of the most comfortable piercings I’ve ever had. Jessy gave me a double nostril piercing (my first facial piercing). I felt so comfortable with knowing how experienced she is—not only with piercing, but also with aftercare—and I know that I’ll always come back to her and her shop for future piercings. The front desk staff did not give the best service. I went in to get a bridge piercing switched out for a different color, and she told me around 75$. Only got the ends of the bridge switched, not the bar. I wanted the bar switched as well. When I asked the resoning for the price, she said its cause the quality of material. Which I get. After that I had also got told that if I wanted cheaper to go to hot topic. Very unprofessional.

This is a 5/5 star rating, they helped both me and my mother threw all the details of both picking out the jewelry for our nose piercings, pricing (if we ended up not having enough at the moment, they also except both cash and card or even half and half if needed) , and when we got the piercing done. They also made sure we were comfortable threw the whole experience. I would definitely come back if I would ever get another piercing as well I would recommend anyone who is interested in getting a piercing again or is getting their first one. My Septum and my mothers piercing is healing very nicely and we have had no infection due to them explaining how to clean and take care of the piercings properly, as well as the cleaning product that they gave us.

I got my septum piercing here yesterday (4/12/22) and wow. Best service ever.My previous piercing from a different location was placed too high and caused me a lot of pain and discomfort as well as issues with the healing. The lovely people at this piercing shop educated me and got me pierced in the right place.They were so so friendly and walked you through every step of the process to make it as comfortable as possible. I would recommend this shop to anyone.ALSO. they anodized the standard horse shoe piercing to be a pinky color and they can do a variety of colors this way without using any paint or anything that would bug your piercing.THIS IS THE PLACE TO GET A PIERCING. no doubt.

I only called for information on a piercing swap, but the person on the phone was very helpful! I needed to get a piercing sized up as soon as possible, and they referred me to a place where I was able to get it sized up with no issues. I will suggest Chad. He was amazing.However, the front desk person was one of the worst people to be in customer service. She was rude, disrespectful, and didnt listen to anything I was trying to say. Then, after all that, the pricing I was provided upfront was not correct. Sorry, Im not willing to pay $160 for a lobe piercing. Honestly, I am going to elsewhere where someone wants my business.**There was a lot more to this, but I can only write so much. There may have been a teenager brought to tears by said front desk person.

I got my nose pierced here recently and it was a great experience! All the staff were super helpful and friendly. I got my second lobes pierced as well as a couple jewelry upgrades with V and they were super friendly and informative throughout the entire process! I didn’t catch the name of the front of staff person who helped me but they were also extremely friendly, I will definitely get pierced here again!

I went to Electric Strawberry to get my nose pierced on each side. I asked them which jewelry was best to start out with and I was told there was no such thing as starter jewelry that I could pick anything. My healing process was not great from the very beginning. I got horrible piercing bumps on each side. I went back to Electric Strawberry to get evaluated. I was told the cause was from the jewelry I picked out that I should have started with flat back studs instead of the ones I had in because those were engraving into my skin causing trauma. This was extremely upsetting due to the fact I inquired this subject even before getting pierced. I paid 172.63 for my piercings then I was charged 107.63 to switch in the correct jewelry. I ended up having to remove the piercings and go to a dermatologist to receive injections for the trauma caused to my nose. Today will be the second round of injections. Im still paying towards these piercings that I very unfortunately dont even have in anymore. My dermatologist explained I should have been told about disks I could have put in after switching to the correct jewelry. That was information I definitely didnt receive from my piercer. This experience has been stressful.

Absolutely amazing service!! I came in for my birthday to get my septum redone after it was done wrong from a different place and I was so happy and informed throughout the whole process. They’re so kind and they made a lot of measurements on my nose to make sure it fit just right and it didn’t hurt really at all and it’s been healing very well it feels amazing! I went here back in January and got my nose pierced and it was a great experience. They were there to answer any questions I had and were very helpful. After getting my nose pierced I was told to come back in 6 weeks to have to jewelry changed out, I was also informed that there would be no charge. When I showed up, they tried charging me. I informed them that I was told itd be free. They instantly blamed the piercer, who never said anything about pricing. I told them multiple times it was the person who scheduled the appointment. The I response I got was Oh she was new, weve heard this multiple times. So needless to say I left without having it changed out.

I wanted a septum piercing but I was unsure where I wanted to go, since I am newer to the area. Im glad I found this place! The front was receptive to questions, and they were helpful getting me in. Everything felt clean, and the piercer took the time to place the piercing well. The whole process felt smooth, and I am happy with the result! If youre looking for a place to go, check this one out. I went to get dolphin bites (2 middle lip piercings) and the first pierced did it to low so I had to get it removed and heal and then the owner of the shop Re pierced it a second time and she did it cockeyed. She claimed to have been piercing for 15years. So I had to come back, get them removed and repierced for the third time and the owner STILL pierced them crooked. So Since I couldn’t get a refund I said I wanted my ears pierced instead. I wasn’t offered shorter jewelry for the Inconvenience so now I have super long posts in my ears. It’s a good place for simple ear piercings but if you need symmetrical piercings go somewhere else.

Got my lobes repierced back in October when it was still RCKT Tattoo & Piercing. Came back in February to get my seconds because of the smooth experience I had before. Second time around was even better! Receptionist and piercer (Elise) were super friendly and professional. I love that there are APP certifications. Would definitely consider going back for more!

I was highly pleased with my piercer, however, the front desk people were a bit dismissive. I had an appointment and felt that other customers were prioritized over me because I was only doing a simple ear lobe piercing.

Elise is amazing and everyone who was working today was friendly and genuine! Highly recommend this shop for all piercing and jewelry needs!

Professional, educated, calm, clean piercing experience. Great range of jewelry, especially high end pieces, but they also carry basic options.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. They are great with kids, and if anything goes wrong with ears healing, you can go back for advice and a professional look at whats going on.

JoAnne did an amazing job walking me through all the steps to my piercing and answered all my questions. They also have a great jewelry selection!! 100% recommend!

The staff’s were nice. It’s just a few of them needs to slow down on talking when they are doing the consent forms with under age kids! But overall the lady who pierced my daughter’s nose was super sweet.

My piercing had fallen out. I walked in and asked if they could fit me in. As all I needed was a replacement. Also to have someone install the piercing. All in all I probably spent half n hour in the shop and was done. Amazing customer service. 10 out of 10 will return for any of my piercing needs.

My daughter got her nose pierced at a different place and they put a corkscrew jewelry in it and it fell out. I then took her to Electric strawberry and they repierced it and helped her choose the correct jewelry
