My husband got a tattoo by bleach, his first, it turned out amazing. So I sent bleach a pic of my dog and asked him if he would be interested. Not only did the tattoo come out amazing, it looks just like her! I get compliments everytime someone sees it. The detail is on point! My husband has gotten two more since and each one blows me away!

The week after my beloved soulmate dog passed away, I knew I wanted to have her paw prints tattooed on my chest. I reached out to the shop and Jers replied the same day and scheduled me for the same week. He was incredibly compassionate, calming, and genuinely appreciated the meaning behind the tattoo. I trust him with any design and any placement. the last few ive gone to Jers and his attention to detail on the design before the tattoo even begins is something I appreciate. these guys are efficient , reasonably priced, and fun to hang out with while they inflict pain on you for hours.

Capital tattoo is a relatively new shop as it has opened sometime in April 2022 but the owner who just started his own shop(Bleach Temby) is extremely talented and has many years under his belt, Jeremy also works there but I havent gotten tattooed by him(yet) but is very friendly and his artwork is very beautiful and complex! Great studio with light music-expect Bleach to be humming or light singing to songs he absolutely loves his job, it may seem intimidating for first time people and that is totally normal as both artist are covered pretty well, but when I got my first tattoo with Bleach I was very pleased and satisfied with not only by his customer service but by the time I got my 3rd tattoo from him he knew my name and had another design drawn up for the future when I start getting bigger 3-4+ hour tattoos, pricing is very reasonable as the bare minimum is $100 and you absolutely pay for the artistry as these guys have done some insane pieces! Bleach has been my artist for the last 11 months, I got my first tattoo for my 18th birthday done by him and this guy was born to tattoo! He has done pieces of StarWars to Michael Myers and Jason, to David Bowie and very incredible and detailed black and grey portraits! I have zero plans to switch artist or shops anytime soon! THERE IS NO BETTER PLACE TO GET TATTOOED IN MINNEAPOLIS! GET YOUR BUTT IN CAPITAL TATTOO NOW!P.S. pet Dozer, such a sweetheart. She is the shops mascot and will ether be sleeping next to Jeremys station or walks around watching the masters at work but for the love of god weather your a dog person or not give this dog some damn love!

Bleach did my sleeve over a period of a year and its AWESOME! Really worked hard with me to go over design ideas, layout, etc and his execution was VERY detailed. This guy goes to 11.

These guys are the best. I get my work done by Jers but I get the feeling that high quality and attention to detail is a priority for both of these guys all while not wasting time and squeezing every penny out of the experience. Plus its a good hang and the receptionist is adorable.
