MacKenzie was able to see me today for a tattoo on my hand, she was super friendly and welcoming. I love how much time she put into my simple tattoo. Im one happy camper! Thanks again MacKenzie!

Dylan did a part of my sleeve today & helped me out when I was in a pinch for time. He ended up finishing my half sleeve so fast I was surprised how quickly it went! Dustin was great. My mother, my best friend and my partner all got matching tattoos (I got three to match one on all three of them). Lines are decent, healing process has been quick so far. They had a childrens room where we all took turns watching my 17 month old daughter.

I really like this shop. The owner has alot of knowledge of the tattoo industry. He Brought a guest artist Tracy Fanning from Sioux City, IA. This is the cleanest tattoo shop i have seen in the cities. Very comfortable environment.Located on a busy corner right across from the S.A. on White Bear ave & County E. Tucked away In the same building as White Bear Chiropractor & Just Stich it Embroidery.The last shop we went too was called Timebomb Ink. We werent happy with the way they operate over there. Timebomb threw a work tray across the room, and started smashing stuff at his work station.That combined with the lethal bowie knife Timebomb carries on his hip at all times discouraged us from returning.No Joke tattoo studio is a very safe and comfortable atmosphere. Nobody is carrying deadly weapons around, and the environment is very relaxing.

Dylan helped put together a tribute for my brother and my grandmother. It turned out better then I could have imagined! I would highly recommend No Joke Tattoo Studio!

The best experience I’ve had with a shop and an artist. Chris did my tattoo and was very knowledgeable and professional! He took his time and explained what he was doing through the whole process. Chris definitely has an eye for perfection. We ended up switching up a few details in the piece and I couldnt be more happy! I cant wait to schedule my next tattoo! Great guys. New, clean studio. Sketch did mine, he was great. Chris and Jonny were awesome. Everyone was super chill. Ill definitely be coming back. They have some cool ideas to expand their business.

My friends and I stopped by here after a very bad experience in Stillwater. We were walk ins and Jonny took us right away with no issues. He was AMAZING. His work was clean and great, so accommodating, and very fairly priced. He has definitely turned into our regular tattoo guy. ❤️

Lost my niece to Gun violence in June and I wanted to get her name on my arm before her service. Getting a tattoo on short notice is almost impossible but I called and was able to get in within an hour of my call to Dustin. He was very nice and did just what iI ask for. Cant wait to get my next one here.

I’ve gone here twice now and doing another walk in today. I’ve referred a number of people here and have had only great feedback from them. Very clean, very friendly, and superb artistry by all the gunners. I would recommended anyone that’s getting their first tattoo or their final tattoo to check this place out.

Chris at no joke is an amazing artist. The shop is super clean an top notch. You can go in for your first piece or almost finishing a second sleve like myself and feel totally at home. My tattoos ALL have a story! And the artist experience is part of that story! Finding Chris at No Joke Tattoo in WBL, MN was perfect!! Chris is a badass with insane talent! Take a look at the hand drawn artwork around the studio, the tattoos he has designed, and inked on so many people - mind blowing! Chriss personal involvement with the suicide awareness has a soft spot in my heart as one of my tatts he did for me was my best friends signature that killed himself a couple years ago! I definitely will be getting more work done at No Joke Tattoo and I have already started referring others to go see him!Thanks Chris-I love the new shop and wish you much success in the awesome years ahead!

I couldnt be happier with No Joke. Sketch did amazing work. He was patient during the design process and made sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. He worked with my busy work schedule and even stayed late to get it done. I will definitely be going back as well as referring plenty of friends.

I came here to get my very first tattoo. I was very pleased with the work that was done. the artist was kind and made sure everything was correct. The shop itself was very clean and neat. Highly recommend coming here to get tattooed. i defiantly will be back

I know none of the artists personally...Just decided to finally get a tattoo Ive wanted for years....I checked out several places ...read reviews....checked out their work...sketchys name came up several times...so I decided on going in to no joke first...BEST DECISION EVER....This place has it all.... friendly staff....clean shop...and a welcoming atmosphere....back to sketchy...wonderful man...he and I went through the smallest details together...and Im picky ...He really took the time....he knows his business...not heavy handed at all...and very meticulous....and a great conversationanist.....if your looking to get a tattoo....come here....you wont regret it...

Horrible! The guys who did my tattoo went over it twice for some reason, it’s so deep and is going to leave a big scar. I got it over a week ago and it still hurts really bad. I would never go back there!
