This place is not only beautiful it is also full of kind and talented artists. The owner, Alex, is so amazing. She is talented and she really listens to what her clients want. She takes time with her consultations and her work is gorgeous! I highly recommend getting a tattoo from Alex or anyone at Northern Belle!

I came here for my second tattoo, a custom design. I did a lot of research to find a shop that seemed like a good fit and I came across Northern Belles website and I knew I wanted to go here. It did NOT disappoint! I had Leah design and do my tattoo and she did an amazing job! The owner, Alex, is also super friendly and welcoming and makes you feel at ease there. I highly recommend this place!

Alex is LITERALLY THE BEST. My husband and I met her randomly when she was tattooing in Dallas, TX so when I heard she was back home in MN I was so excited! Alex’s work is phenomenal and I cannot express how much I love all my tattoos she’s done. I get tons of compliments on them and love working with her to come up with some awesome ideas!! The shop as well is perfect. While I do love me some metal music and all that, Northern Belle is a shop I wouldn’t have a problem bringing my 83 year old grandma with me to. It’s beautiful, clean and such a relaxing and upbeat atmosphere!! The only tattoo shop I’ve been to that with its vibe. Cannot wait for my next visit!!!

Great, friendly and authentic tattoo artists! Beautiful designs and very reasonable prices. I got a tattoo by Leah, wild flower bouquet and leafy vine up my arm. She has a keen eye and attention to detail. Gorgeous design, great being with you Leah, for this wonderful experience. I would recommend Northern Belle Tattoo in a heartbeat.

I highly recommend Northern Belle Tattoo! The space is clean, gorgeous, and easy to find and Alex (owner/artist) is very talented and knowledgeable! Shes also so approachable and kind while also being professional. She has a great variety of styles and really does each style very well (have you SEEN her portraits?!). You can tell she takes great pride in her work and Ive really loved watching my half-sleeve come to life - very happy with how it has turned out!

Amazing studio. Alex had been working with me for quite awhile now. I can’t say enough good things. She is a absolute gem a fantastic artist. She has such a amazing aura and will immediately make you comfortable. I know some times tattoo studios can be intimidating. This is not the case with Northern Belle. Alex has created the feeling of home and comfort.If I could give more then 5 stars I would. You can’t go wrong with this place.

I love this place! I just started my sleeve with Alex, and am so excited to work with her on this process. When you come into the shop you will feel so calm. Its a whole relaxed vibe. I was so appreciative of her taking the time during my consult in March to listen and doodle what I wanted. Youll love working with anyone here as they are all extremely talented! Im looking forward to all my future sessions!

The Northern Belle is an adorable, warm and welcoming new shop. Sometimes tattoo shops can be a little intimidating, but not this one, which was the first thing I noticed and appreciated when I walked through the door. Alex goes the extra mile to make sure that you are comfortable and totally in love with the piece of art that will with you forever. She is patient, laid back and, of course, crazy talented! I love my tattoo and I will be getting all of my tattoos done by her in the future ☺️Highly, highly recommend! Five stars simply isn’t enough.

Alex is amazing. She is currently consulting with me on redoing/adding to a current tattoo. She met with me and explained multiple options, and we decided that I should have the tattoo lightened before redoing/adding on. I am so thankful she didn’t just dive right in, because I know the end result is going to look so much better thanks to her guidance. I love her work, and to be honest, I can’t wait not only to have this revision done by her (her quick sketches were stunning) but also future tattoos! The shop is beautiful and so welcoming, and I have been very impressed with the attention and care she and the other artists have shown as I navigate this process.
