Finally got my 2nd earlobes pierced by Sara Rollins on August 19th no irritation or infection, anything. *Very* happy with the placement and how quick it was, also a very affordable price @ this business! The blonde younger girl at the front was also very sweet and helpful. Make sure you bring your ID 😉 (photo from right after , a month later)

I came in back on 8/6 first thing in the morning to get my ears & nipples pierced. I worked with Rachel, and she was the absolute best! Quick, thorough, professional. The store opened at 10, and we were walking out by 10:15. 12/10 would recommend! Ask for Rachel!

I have had 3 piercings done in my left ear by 3 different people. I had 1 person for the first one and 2 for the second as they were slow that day. And the 3rd piercing was done by one of the 2 that did my second piercing. Both the counter staff and the people doing the piercings were excellent. All 3 piercings are healing nicely. I wouldnt go anywhere else!!! I highly recommend this place!!!

Excellent work by a very relaxed piercer. She did a great job of making sure it was what I wanted ans where and got it done smoothly and effectively. Absolutely would go back for other piercings.

I cannot say how happy I am with my daughter’s (8) and my experience here. We live in Manchester and they were unable to pierce my young daughter’s ears due to one of the piercers going home due to not feeling well. So, we drove here after the Manchester store called and told them we were on our way.The store is absolutely spotless. The employee that helped us was friendly and professional. He was fast with the paperwork and getting my daughter in line for her first piercing.When we were called, we walked into a pristine room and two very friendly and professional piercers greeted us. They explained to my daughter (8) and I what they were going to do. I am not kidding, from the time they cleaned my daughter’s ears until her earrings were in, it was a minute. They were so fast and my daughter was so surprised the piercings didn’t hurt and her “rainbow diamond” earrings looked so good!I could not recommend this place more (and the Manchester store). The Salem store employees were so friendly, helpful, and professional. My daughter’s ear piercings are right where they should be and were done with sterile needles and very professional and knowledgeable piercers.I did not want her to go to a place that practices on teddy bears and/or uses the “piercing guns.” Please spend a little extra and get your child’s piercings done correctly and professionally.I would HIGHLY recommend this place for your piercings. I was so impressed with our experience and I wouldn’t have done it any differently.Thank you to the gentleman and two young lady piercers that helped us. You are the best!

My Mom and I just got our nose pierced today, Sarah was the one who did it. She did a wonderful job and made it less nerve wracking. Definitely would go again if I got another!

Warning: If you encounter butterfly backings during a piercing, consider it a red flag. My personal experience serves as a cautionary story. Despite following care instructions, I endured two infections and an embedded earring, resulting in the need for surgery.Even after sharing my ordeal with both the receptionist and the piercer, I was dismayed to find myself undergoing another piercing with the very same butterfly backing that caused my previous complications. It was a recipe for disaster, and I was well on my way to yet another surgery before seeking help elsewhere.It was only when I consulted a different piercer, who expressed shock at the use of butterfly backings at Medusa, that I realized the gravity of the situation. Its disheartening to think that a piercing studio would prioritize sales over the well-being of their customers, especially when the product theyre using is notorious for trapping moisture and causing infections.Moving forward, Ill be seeking out establishments that prioritize professionalism and customer care. My experience serves as a stark reminder to always advocate for ones own health and well-being. They do not always know best. Please, do yourself a favor and steer clear of this establishment.

My experience in the store was awesome, the booking and aftercare process was handled expertly by Sofia, really made me feel welcome and I was able to get the piercings I wanted. 10/10

I dont know if it was my gray hair or skin color. I was not approached/acknowledged by the staff and there was only 1 other customer.... then a family of maybe the right age and ski n color was quickly attended.... Hmmm

I would definitely recommend this store. The employees were very knowledgeable and very experienced. The only thing that I would like to change is the amount of time you have to wait to see the peircer. I wish they would hire another peircer so that it would cut down on the wait time. But overall I had a very good experience.

Absolutely loooove this place so much. Will never go anywhere else. have had probably 6 piercings done here mostly with the same girl wish I knew her name but she also did my 13 y.o daughters lip and we always heal very nicely and always placed perfectly. It’s very clean and their jewelry is so inexpensive but amazing quality. At least twice they have given me a free piece of jewelry with the one I selected just in case the size wasn’t perfect. Literally every person that works there is so awesome!!! Would give them a million stars if I could🥰🥰🥰🥰

This is the only place where I will go to get my piercings. Tall skinny guy is the best. Love him!! Ive had no problems with this piercing! I even go to him when I need it changed. I recommend coming here to get your piercings plus they always give you coupons and stuff!!

I’ve had my ears pierced 4 times there (lobes 3 times and 1 conch) and everything was super smooth. All the employees are super sweet and walked me through what they were doing every time, made my appointments go quick and easy. Highly recommend!

I like the piercers, they all do a good job. But the girls behind the counter didn’t make me feel welcomed. Whenever I asked for help, they seemed bothered that I “interrupted” their conversation. 5 stars for the piercers, but I don’t like the judgmental energy I got from the girls behind the counter.

Went in today for a septum piercing. Staff was very friendly checking me in. I have several other piercings but for some reason this one made me nervous. The piercer Sarah (sriracha her nickname as there is 2 Sarah’s) was amazing. Calmed my nerves & explained everything. She went right through the sweet spot & I felt 0 pain however I am a bleeder so I did start to bleed & she stayed in there with me to soak it up and make sure all was good. I’ve bled with every piercing I have so it wasn’t a surprise lol I 100% recommend going to them it’s well worth it

I’ve gotten my second lobes, double helix, my third lobes, and industrial all from medusas and all times i have had a great experience with minimal pain and great healing experiences i’ve had multiple different piercers pierce me and all of them were so quick and so good at making the experience as least painful as possible highly recommend everyone is so nice and good at what they do

Got my belly pierced on jan 6, and i have had no issues with it. it looks so good and everything was clean and the process was so quick and easy. i’m especially happy with how this piercing turned out because i’ve always had issues with piercings getting infected or having to re-pierce them and i haven’t had to do that with this! 10/10 will come back for my future piercings:)

I can’t put into words how great my experience was here!! I had an emergency surgery two weeks ago which required me to remove all my jewelry, and there was a section hoop that I couldn’t get closed. I walked in on BLACK FRIDAY, fully aware and expecting to wait hours or make an appointment for another day, and they took me immediately and even provided a new hinge hoop for me that I preferred. In addition to getting me in immediately, they didn’t charge for the hoop or for an appointment. Only cost was what I tipped! Sarah, the piercer was beyond incredible, efficient, and so kind. I’ve been to the Manchester location for several piercings and jewelry and always had a great experience but this was truly above and beyond.

I came in today and it was absolutely amazing! I was quite nervous but all the employees made me feel so comfortable! They walked me through aftercare and they had an amazing selection of jewelry! I had Sara and she was so funny and nice! Overall super professional and just an amazing place!

Amazing!! got my industrial done here and they were so kind. i almost passed out after and the piercer sat with me, gave me water and a cold towel, and helped me breathe until i felt better and well enough to leave. super professional and amazing service!!

Just wanted to thank the lady who pierced both sides of my nose today. She was such a sweetheart and made the whole experience very easy. I was super nervous and she was a pro on talking me through it. the place was also super professional and clean. 10/10 experience. And again thank you.

Customer service is awesome. Super friendly and most important they keep a sterile environment so you may wait a few minutes but its worth it.Do NOT go waste your time or money at Claires or Piercing Pagoda and get it done right the first time. Youll save money too!

Historically, Ive never had an issue with Medusa. But when I went to buy jewelry to have it switched out today, I was told it couldnt be done. I later went to their website and read that this service wasnt available during the holidays on a Saturday due to high volume - and yet, this is a 2 - 3 minute service, not to mention there were very few people in the store when I was there. Granted, they had only one piercer, but I was willing to wait. I still bought their jewelry, but I left disappointed.

I have to say the staff here today were wonderful and patient. My girl had a not perfect experience with her first ear getting pierced and thus backed out of the second one. We went today here instead in hopes to get the second ear done… she got too scared again, BUT they were so kind and understanding to us and were able to refund at least most of the money (I understanding paying a portion for their sterilizing the equipment and time). I will be waiting a bit but will definitely bring her back here when she’s ready!

Amazing customer service.I needed an MRI and had to remove all my piercing and replace with plastic and they were amazing in helping thru this process. It was quick and just the same to put all my piercing back on. Love Medusa and all their staff

Don’t get your septum pierced here or anything other than an ear piercing. I hear constant horror stories about piercings from here and have one myself. When I got my septum re done here (I originally got it at spider bite and should’ve just went back there) they pierced through my cartilage. The pain was so bad and you could literally hear a crunch in my nose when they did it. When my friend told me they had the exact same experience I was horrified. These people should not be piercing.

The whole process was easy peasy. In and out quickly. The gentleman working the front was professional and informative and my piercer was super sweet, very clean and professional as well. Will definitely go back for any more piercings I, or my husband and son, may want in the future.

I took my daughter here for two different piercings on 2 different dates (eyebrow and lip) and they did a great job. I was nervous, but the place was clean and knowledgeable. I would recommend. The only thing I wish they would change is that they dont change piercings on Saturday (as that is their busy time), but if they have a opening and dont have clients waiting, they should consider doing it. Would make things more convenient. All in all - we loved it.

I went for a belly button piercing and all the people there were super welcome and nice , the piercer was super quick and it looks super super good . They were super clean and has great quality.

A day shy of 40 I went to get a nose ring. To say I was scared of the pain was an understatement. Everyone was so helpful and very informative. Megan did my piercing. She put me as ease, reassuring me that I would be okay and a lot of people worry. She then walked me through every part and waited on my terms. I was shocked at how easy and how little pain there was. 10/10 reckoned.

I always call to see who the piercer is. I only have Rachel or Sara. If anyone is super nervous about a first time piercing or even childrens ear piercing , I highly recommend either of them. They talk you through everything in a soothing calm voice.

I got my septum pierced with Sarah, it was such a lovely experience. It was quick, affordable, and informative. She was fast, communicative and obviously very knowledgeable. I was very impressed.

I know tattoos but I don’t know piercings very well. This place made the process really simple and easy, no pressure at all. It was incredibly clean, smelled and looked cleaner than my doctor’s office lol. In and out within 5 minutes. Looks great!Editing to add I came back for another piercing that I had some anxiety about and the piercer walked me through how she chose the placement and how the piercing works. It was virtually painless and looks great!

My 6 year old daughter had her ears pierced here. It was a great experience. Staff was very friendly and professional. The guy who pierced her ears was AMAZING!! He made her feel so comfortable. Got down to her level and had a whole conversation with her, which is amazing in itself because she is very shy! He was very quick and efficient. Room for piercing was very clean. The male peircer has been in his line of work for many experienced years. Hes amazing and nice. Great with kids, as my son went to get his ears pierced. Ive chosen for the last 4 of my piercings. They have great prices and many options if you are just shopping for jewelry to change out your piercing you already have healed. I drive 30-45mins to them and I never regret it.

I just got my ears pierced here. Ive been looking for a place to pierce my ears with a needle rather than a piercing gun. They were careful when making the piercings even, and used the needle quickly but efficiently.The wait was not long; Even when busy, the costumers were managed well. The staff was friendly, and explained everything (about piercing care, etc) thoroughly enough to not leave me confused about anything.The selection of piercings in the store were also quite lovely. I plan to go again to buy some new earrings once I am finally able to change them.

Rachel has pierced me twice, and I couldnt be happier. I will also be going back soon to have her pierce me again. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because the basic jewelry is not good. The silver peeled off the nose screw I was pierced with.

Walked in to replace my 6 month old daith piercing. I was reassured by the reps at the counter that it would be fine. Once I selected the jewelry I wanted, piercer began asking questions about piercing, and once he learned it was 6 months old he became argumentative. He said I could do it but it wouldn’t be painless. It was like i could do it but I shouldn’t type of situation. He barely even looked at it to form a solid opinion. I didn’t expect it to be painless as it’s a daith piercing after all. Piercer was really rude so I purchased the jewelry (which I really wanted) and went to my original piercer whom changed the piercing right away and said there were no issues with it.My original piercer is just outside the mall and SUPER AMAZING!

I have seen many piercing studios in my time...dont let that its in the mall fool you this was so professional and clean. They made me feel comfortable and at home. The staff was extremely helpful and kind. Would recommend it for new and experienced customers alike. Cannot say enough good things about this shop.

I have finally gotten my nose pierced and I definitely went to the right place. All the workers are super helpful and very informative about the business. Very clean, precise and fast! I got my piercing done and it was beautifully done by a girl with black hair and tattoos all over - she was fantastic. Unfortunately I had to go back because my piercing came out while I blew my nose and another girl helped me and walked me thru the process of what had happened to my piercing and put a new jewelry on my nose. Thank you so much ! The owner should be proud of their staff members.

The first time I went here, my piercer (considered a master piercer) was extremely rude and passive about answering questions. Not very understanding of normal levels of anxiety on piercings, and when called later to ask additional questions, she said not to “question her profession” and to just do what she originally said. Uh okay. I’ve gone here more than once since then simply because it was convenient and every piercing got a bump, or got infected. I wrote this off assuming I had just done poor aftercare until I got a piercing done at keepsake in Salisbury and had such a positive experience it made me certain I will never go here for a piercing again. Cheap jewelry and they treat their customers like cattle

I scheduled an appointment after calling with a bunch of questions and everyone I talked to was very patient and friendly! I ended getting two piercings and Rachel was my piercer she was awesome I’ll definitely be going back and highly recommend this place! Rachel made sure all my questions were answered and that I was happy with the placement and explaining the process! I was really surprised how quickly it went and was expecting way more painful! She also not only went over the aftercare but also printed me out information incase I forgot anything!

Great place to go the peircing room was extremely sanitary and almost looked like a doctors office the piercer was very fast but took her time to explain what hes was doing and talked me through as she was doing my industrial. Highly recommend

My boyfriend got his lobes and I got my second lobes here. Quick and easy. Both were even and the place itself is kept clean. We never had any issues with the piercings afterwards.

Staff is friendly and professional. Very understanding and take it seriously if you dont feel good. I know Ive had my share of not feeling good during a piercing. But they give you juice and help you out when needed. The jewelry is really pretty. I like getting my studs from here.

Wasted 10$ on trying to get my septum jewelery changed. The piercer told me it was closed and even had to try to use a tube to help her assist putting it on but when i went To the bathroom with my friend she put the jewelry in no problem. Also the last time i went before that i asked for plain ball-less hoops for my nose and was told there were only ones with balls.

The young lady who helped me at the counter was so friendly and nice. She patiently helped me, it was my first cartilage piercing, she explained everything to me and helped me with jewelry and didn’t rush me. She answered all my questions. The piercer, Tony, was nice and did a good job. He was patient with me being very nervous. He explained to me how to care for it. I even went back for a second one!

My son had his lip done and they were so good. Couldnt believe how fast it was and he said it didnt hurt. Prices were really good.

I got my belly button pierced here a few months ago and had them change my nose ring for me. My piercing healed very quickly with no issues. Piercer was excellent. Very professional and informative. She knows how to get the job done quick and easy, especially for those who are nervous!

My daith clicker was broken so I went into Medusa to see what they had. Rachel was awesome. Friendly and sweet! She put my new clicker in for me.. When I decide which new piercing Im getting I will definitely make an appointment with her!

I was very disappointed with my time here. i got into the store around 7:10-7:15pm and immediately talked to a worker who informed me they would not preform a walk in (as advertised this place does walk ins until 8) because they wanted to have extra time to clean. the women not only never asked what i was interested in but proceeded to tell me they weren’t taking any clients while the group at the counter next to me was requesting a piercing and was allowed to start the process. i am very disappointed as they had over 45 minutes left before closing. as someone who feels costumer satisfaction should be most important i found it disappointing that the workers were more concerned about going home directly at 8pm then to work with the costumers. they should not advertise they do walk in piercings if they are going to turn people away almost an hour before closing, not to mention no where on the website do they have any disclaimers that they will not do piercings for an hour before closing. i hope this location improves and learns to become a more customer importance based shop.

Piercings are decent, Ive had a few. Normally no issues with them. However, I cant say I entirely enjoy the staff. Cashiers are decent normally, but the piercers that Ive had arent personable, and kind of rude sometimes. Especially the last when I went back because I had an abnormally swollen piercing. I have 12 other ear piercings that never have done this. The man wanted me out in a rush, and insisted it was totally fine, use ibuprofen and Saline wash still. Itll go away.I went to my doctor the next morning and he told me it was infected, gave me a prescription, and told me to get it removed, otherwise it could further damage my ear canal.They didnt cause the infection, as far as Im aware, but couldnt spot one when its their profession, and my ear was red and swollen, and had abnormal discharge.Will never come back here. Finding another place to get it removed.

Went in today to get a body piercing and they were incredible. I got pierced by an apprentice Felecia and she did an amazing job. The woman training her made sure she went through everything properly and made slight corrections while overseeing. I actually ended up fainting after the piercing and they handled it extremely professionally and calm. They let me rest and were in no rush for me to get up; they did everything to ensure I was ok. I would highly recommend going here and the piercing room itself is extremely neat, clean, and organized. The piercings turned out great, I am so pleased with my experience here!

Awesome experience, got my daughters ears pierced 6 and 8 years old. They made them very comfortable before the piercing. Very quick, went with the needle and not the gun.

I got my nose pierced during COVID and I was very impressed with their safety precautions. Cleanliness aside, my piercer was incredibly friendly and professional. I was really nervous but she was reassuring and it was over so fast. I cannot recommend Medusa highly enough!

Eyebrow piercing.. waited in line 25 mins. The piercer.. was extremely nice and polite and gentle.. I had a couple questions she answered right away.Perfect experience with this place.

Meh. Ive been in there 4 times now. I knew exactly what I wanted to get and I knew where they were because of the 3 previous times I had been in there. There seems to always be at least 6 people working at a time which is weird, but theyre all standing behind the counter having there conversations while 1 or 2 of them try to help customers. Theres a bigger chick that works there that isnt helpful at all what so ever shes just a mouthy know it all snot that really just makes you want to walk out and not go back. I was talking to a girl about exactly what I was looking for and this rude snot just comes up and butts in giving wrong information.... it was super frustrating and just annoying. We were doing just fine until snot came over and tried to put her incorrect 2 cents in... they have the same jewelry as any where else so save yourself the frustrating interaction and just go elsewhere.

I have came here for all my piercings I have nine and they have all beenn fine the place is very clean I recommend it to all July friends if I every want any more piercings (I want at least 3 more) I will definitely be coming here.

Took my daughter (age 7) to get her ears pierced for the first time and wanted to get it done with a needle instead of the gun. She was a little nervous and the piercer Toni was very patient in waiting until she she ready. His piercing was super gentle, quick and accurate. My daughter was pleasantly surprised when it was already done and Im so glad I took her here!

Quick and professional. Clean establishment who is very serious about piercing and doing it safe and correctly. Took both my daughters here ages 12&15 for ear piercing. Needed to bring a copy of their birth certificate.

We have tried a couple of times over the years to pierce my daughter’s ears. This time around I knew I wanted to find a shop that used needles and NOT a piercing gun. I chose Medusa for this reason alone. When I walked in I was happy with how open and welcoming they were. Apart from that the customer service representative was incredibly knowledgeable. The piercer was friendly and clean. At no point didn’t I feel uncomfortable or like we had walked into a piercing factory. The licenses were clearly posted and any questions we had were answered with ease. Also, the piercings were done in a private room.If you need a piercing , this is where you want to go.

Got my peircing here, bought all my jewelry here. But they sold me broken jewelry, admitted it was broken when i brought it back THE NEXT DAY, and refused to do anything about it. No store credit/ exchange like it says on their sign. 20 dollars down the drain and the manager was so rude, im never coming back. Treated with disrespect and time wasted.

!! DO NOT GET PIERCED HERE!!Before realizing of their horrible piercing abilities, I Got my belly button, vertical labret , anti brow, eyebrow, and septum pierced. Out of all those piercings, ONLY 1 WAS PIERCED CORRECTLY. being my septum I’ve officially had for a year now. With all the jewelry besides the septum, they’ve used incorrect jewelry and gave us wrong information about my piercings. Completely hate this place and if I could, I’d have a 0/5 stars. All of my piercings are now having to be REDONE because of these amateur piercers. DO NOT GET PIERCED HERE!!!

Ive walked in so many times, and every single time, no matter whos working, I have a great experience!The place is so clean, everyone is so helpful and attentive, and they patiently answer all my questions.If Im getting a piercing, these are the people I trust.

This is the ONLY place I will ever get a piercing done. Tony is the ultimate professional. Hes fast, thorough, and safety is of the highest priority. The room is spotless and all tools and piercing jewelry are sterile. One week after a combination triple forward helix and a tragus piercing, everything is pain free and healing cleanly. The directions on how to care for the piercing are perfect. There is a very good selection for jewelry. Overall its a great experience and I will go there again.

Had my nostril done by 2 different piercers, both times they used alcohol on the inside of my nose (NOT SUPPOSED TO DO THAT), both times they got rejected by being done improperly. Both the inside and outside of my nostril swelled and got red and crusty. DO NOT GET PIERCED HERE, ABSOLUTE TRASH

Everyone was so nice and helpful. The piercer chick was awesome (forgot to get her name). She answered all my questions patiently with no pressure or judgement. Ended up getting my septum pierced. Was so quick and painless! Highly recommend!

Very quick and knowledgeable piercers. The room its clean, the tools and jewelry(with sterilization date) are open in front of you. My piercer was very calm and made me feel less stress. I got referred by many of my friend who go here for years... love it.

Great experience both times. I had a cartilage piercing a year ago. I decided I wanted a second piercing above my original piercing this year. Both times the piercers were professional and spotless. I was very comfortable with the sanitary aspect. I did enjoy my second piercing. She was friendly and informative. I also recommend following the instructions exactly! With my first piercing, I read so much on line that I probably over cleaned it and was twisting it way to often. I never had a problem with swelling or infection but my ear was really sore for about 8-10 months. With my second piercing I followed the instructions exactly. I still can’t believe how comfortable I am this time. I had a bit of the usual “burning sensation” for about 15 minutes after I was pierced. Then, I forgot I had even had it done. No pain or discomfort. I clean it 3x daily with the H2 saline and use the anti microbial soap on it when I wash my hair. Couldn’t be happier! Would definitely recommend this place.

They are great at helping clients. Very patient at walking me through all the steps on how to take care of the piercing, and were able to reeducate me, after getting pierced with wrong jewelry at one of the piercing/tattoo shops on broadway Salem. Strongly recommended.

Right in the Rockingham mall.. Every time I go in, I I am treated courteously and with respect.. no matter what someone will ask if you need any assistance looking at something. Which you will. The jewelry is up to date and lovely!! They have something for everyone’Their staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and still professional&serious, Their job requires a lot of patience! The piercer(s) make the experience so flawless, it is almost unique. To be real, they are absolute sweethearts. You can tell they care about what they do. I’d give them 10 stars. Each time I go inside the salem Nh store, I am happy and more than impressed. Truly wouldn’t consider switching piercing professionals anytime soon.Check it out it is very much worth it.-T.G!!!!

I have gotten 11 out of my 14 piercings done here and i’ve had such good luck with all of them! The staff is very helpful when it comes to any concerns i’ve had about my piercings and they are always more than happy to change some of my more difficult piercings for me. 10/10 would and have recommended.

UPDATE:The assistant store manager reached out to me and scheduled to have Tony repierce my Medusa free of charge. They were very pleasant and sympathetic. My experience the second time around was muchhhh better! And to boot, the piercing is not crooked 😄So I went in with a friend yesterday to get a philtrum piercing. I realized after getting to my car, taking off my mask and really having a close look that my piercing was completely not centered to my Cupid’s bow at all. It was marked correctly but clearly the needle didn’t end up going where the dot was made. Sadly had to take the piercing out less than 24 hours later. I’m honestly surprised I was even allowed to walk out of the shop like that... Never had an issuewhen Tony did my piercings but I can honestlysay that after this awful experience and moneywasted, I will never go back. What a shame...

Because of Covid this place is booking by appointment only. I made it clear I needed dermals removed for an upcoming surgery, i needed to buy a few retainers for other piercings and I would be traveling from MA. I booked it DAYS in advance. I drove an hour to the Salem location for my appointment which was confirmed multiple times by text/email ALONG with a personal call from an employee the night before. When I arrive the girl at the front desk tells me the piercer who does dermal removals had gone home earlier due to a “family emergency”. That’s fine things happen but how do you NOT call your appointments and let them know they need to reschedule????? Their excuse was they have a new booking system they didn’t know how to work. Funny... they found my number to call me to confirm though. I will NOT be rescheduling and spending any money with this poorly operated business.

Ive gotten all my piercings done here! Sadly i moved an hour away, but best believe i will drive an hour just for them.

Had two piercings done here and not only did the piercer tell me the wrong name for the piercings that I wanted, but the piercings were done so unprofessionally. She got the needle half way through the first piercing in my cartilage and continued to TWIST the needle the rest of the way through. The piercing ended up being at such an angle and into the side of my cheek I had to go to another shop to have it looked at the following day and was advised to have it removed immediately due to the amount of swelling, continuous bleeding, pain and the angle it was pierced at wouldn’t allow to heal properly. Pictures were taken at that shop and the piercer was researched for proper licensing.

I bought new jewelry for my tragus and got it put in ($10) since I know I can’t do it myself. It fell out the very next day. If I wanted it done incorrectly, I could’ve just attempted it myself.

Sara Rollins and Rachel Silverman saved the day when my daughters newly pierced nose got irritated after some rough housing with friends and we showed up one hour before closing, which if anyone has tried to walk in an hour before closing, you know they wont be able to take you. But my daughter was in such pain and distress that one look at her and her bloody nose,, and customers let her cut in line. Both Sarah and Rachel took care of the situation in probably under 2 mins. Saved us a miserable night.

The girl with the glasses did both of my cartilage piercings & she pierced them slanted and uneven. The quality of jewelry is low grade too. I had to go somewhere else to get them fixed. If you have sensitive ears they don’t use surgical steel jewelry just FYI

The most reasonable, friendly, and knowledgeable piercers around. Some of the piercers are yearly attending the Association of Professional Piercers conference. Even they are not members I fell more safe knowing that they are up to date with whats going on in this industry.

Today I spent all day working up the courage to get my septum pierced. I finally made it into medusa and the girls there were So knowledgable and helped calm my nerves. The girl who pierced me (her name was Rachel) was amazing! So quick and painless. Couldnt have asked for a better experience.

I have gone in about five times now, and each time I get horrible attitudes for the employees and never end up getting what I need. Each time I have asked to simply have someone help me take out my cartilage hoop because I can’t twist it and each time I’m told that it’s either “not ready” or the piercer can’t until tomorrow. I had it changed in Manchester three months ago and just simply want to change my hoop to a stud. Absolutely disgusted that I now have to drive to Manchester so someone can bend my hoop. Thanks.

Tony pierced both my tragus in December he was great. I went back to see if they could take them out because I got an infection and the woman working gave me a paper with notes On keloid treatment and didn’t even touch basis on what to do for infection. Long story short the process she gave me on paper made it worse had to go through excruciating pain to get them off they were so tight and I had to get treated with antibiotics from doctor the worst experience of my life.

Very professional and clean I was in and out in less then five minutes. Very pleasant workers and my piercer was amazing and fast. Barley hurt and was done before I knew it. I would definitely go back in the future.

Worst place to go for a piercing. They used the wrong jewelry on my tragus so they piercing had no place to swell and got really infected. I️ ended up going to a different piercer and he told me I️ had to take out the piercing and let it close. I’ve been through hell and back between the pain and the inconvenience of going to tons of doctors appointments in between classes to get antibiotics after antibiotics. I seriously wish I️ never went. I’ve never been in so much pain in my life please do not go here. Complete waste of money.

Yesterday I came in to ask if they had a 14g curved bar for the surface tongue piercing, she could of simply just said no we dont have those as any professional should instead she said and I quote no we dont have those, thats just a horrible peircing it will reject in a year anyway. If I could give 0 stars I would because theres no reason I should go in to shop and be rudely told they dont have what Im looking for.

So professional, clean, kind, and informative. After I had had a bad piercing done at another place I came here to fix it. The shop was very CLEAN and organized and I trusted this new piercer 100% afterwards, even after having a previously bad experience with another piercer. I am so relieved I came here!

Says they close at 8pm, I walked in at 7:05pm, and they would not service me due to having only two people in front of me. They stop piercing at 7:30, and that is not advertised. I am very disappointed.

My daughter had her cartilage done 8 weeks ago and she went in to have it removed because it was hurting her, the associates told her they would not remove it to keep putting saltwater on it. Very unprofessional, would not recommend

I havent been pierced at this location but Ive been in the shop and they really have Many types of rings to choose from, and I believe you can get anything pierced here. Their accessories are sterling silver, gold plated, plastic and even wooden just to name a few. Pricing for the piercings themselves are super good deals and staff is friendly and helps you decide what are your best options. I would reccomend

This place customer service sucks, went one day and told me they couldnt take me, because there was only 30 minutes left. I understood, and went back with an hour left and was told the same, that they could take me. Website says they stop taking customers 30 before closing, not an hour.

Went to get my septum pierced, and ended up with it pierced way too high. I look ridiculous, it bled for so long and I was in pain for hours. The jewelry is barely visible, and my nose is small so that’s not the reason why. Also, I paid a $10 deposit, which was supposed to come out of the total, but never did. So I was charged extra for a piercing I will most likely have to just take out.

Before going, I sent a msg via their website & got a response within 5 mins. Equally awesome inside. Two super chill 20-somethings provided excellent service - professional, knowledgeable, and attentive.

This is where I go for all my piercings and now take my daughter. The lady was very friendly and took her time talking to my daughter and making sure that she was ready and calm.

I really wouldnt go any place else to get a piercing their quick and thorough. And while their doing it they explain it step by step they just make the experience very comfortable and calm

They did not sanitize the jewelry I had got there and it was like I was inconveniencing them by asking for help to put it the new jewelry. I was never asked if I had allergies to anything and I was rushed out of the room I could understand if someone was waiting but there was no one . The staff was not friendly at all or welcoming.

Got a nose piercing here with a ring done by Rachel. Followed aftercare and didn’t touch or move the ring. An infection appeared with an unsightly bump for nearly a month now that will not go away. A fellow piercer I reached out to informed me the bump was due to irritation because Rachel did not do the piercing from the correct angle. Stay away and go to a shop that uses sterile tools, jewelry and knows what they’re doing.

I never heard anything good from people I know that went to here(they all got infections) but I decided to get my nose pierced here. The piercing was cheap but it fell out a couple hours later so you get what you pay for there.
