Negative 5 stars. Make an appointment to get your ears pierced and there’s no one at the place. 30 minutes waiting just to be told they don’t do piercings. What a huge waste of my time. Go ahead and remove that free piercings all day everyday sign thanks!

Went in today completely upset about an experience I had at another banter store which left me disgusted with the way I was treated. At first I was hesitant but I really needed help. I am so glad I went to this store because my experience was the complete opposite. The girl that was helping me I believe her name was Denise. She was so kind and helpful and I think was a manager because she kept having to stop and help the other employees but she never made me feel like she wasn’t giving me her full attention. Not only was she able to look in the computer and answer the warranty questions I had with out my receipt, but she was also able to help me change my perception of the company. I even left with some new earrings ! I will be taking the 30 minute drive from now on just to do business with this location. 10 stars!!!

Girl that did my daughters piercing was really nice , she explained everything well. The other girl (chunky Spanish girl with short , black hair to her neck was the opposite . No social skills , rude and shouldn’t be working with the public. She couldn’t be bothered .

Wendy, Denise and Jazmine did a great job. They did an early piercing for my 8 year old. They were patient, kind and efficient.

Went to exchange a chain that had broke for a new one since i had the warranty, they looked at it and told me it doesn’t look like the one that they had in the system under my phone number even though i bought it there and it looked the exact same. why would i lie about my phone number?
