Got my conch and flat helix pierced today without an appointment- so quick, easy, and $77 for it all! Dalia is such a kind soul, and I felt so safe and comfortable with her. I’ve gone to so many different piercers, and this already is #1 for me. Thank you East Coast!

I love love loveeee Delia 🫶🏼 she always has amazing energy and is fun to talk to. I love the way she pierces as well, she’s fast and gentle. Prices are also reasonable as well, my experience is good every trip.

First of all, this shop is so aesthetically pleasing and super clean! Right off the bat, I felt good about working with them for my daughters nose piercing and my septum piercing. Delia, the piercing artist at the shop-embodied patience and a cool presence the whole time. She was professional and quick. She had a little crew of us and made us all feel confident!10/10 recommend!

Meg was soooo amazing!!!! I did a walk in piercing appointment for dermals on my cheekbones! She answered all of my questions and was super helpful and sweet. I appreciate her for being super patient with me (im so indecisive lol.) I had such a great experience and she was such a lovely girl 💕❤️ Def coming back for my next piercing idea!!!!. The shop was really clean and i loved the aesthetic too!

Omg Pedro 🙂 I am so so happy I found this place on my search for tattoo shops. I just have to say the first time I went I didn’t bring any cash. It was a huge mess. Totally my fault and Pedro had so much patience waited for me. I pretty much felt like I wasted his whole day, but was still so sweet, I got that day literally the cutest Tattoo I’m absolutely in love with it I rescheduled to make another appointment with him and I got stuck in Boston traffic. I was supposed to be there at 12 I got there at 12:30. This poor guy I felt so bad was still so genuine and kind and that’s when I got the original piece done that I wanted and I cannot be happier like I thought he was done and I was like damn this looks good but he kept going and it just transformed into this beautiful piece. I’m absolutely obsessed with so I have to say hands-down Pedro is the one to go to out of all of my tattoos those two are literally my top two favorite tattoos such a great guy to work with!!! I most definitely recommend anyone who is looking for a great piece. I most certainly will be getting all of my tattoos from now on through him. I don’t care if it takes months. He is the only way to go now Pedro you do amazing work.!!!! He did my little frog and mushroom, and a little bit of touchups on my previous tattoos

This shop was beautiful, clean, and overall a nice environment. I loved the way my piercing came out however I was a little disappointed that the piercing doesn’t actually come with any aftercare like the website and signs in the shop state. Also piercing aren’t actually $40, they start at $40. So for my second ear piercing I paid $60. After I paid I asked her about the aftercare and I was I instructed to just use dial soap which confused me because the website and signs all say “All piercings $40 including jewelry, aftercare and lifetime”. Overall 4/5 experience.

I went to East Coast because Medusa wouldnt switch out jewelry for me, and the young woman who helped me was understanding and didnt hesitate to help. And despite the jewelry turning out to be too large, she assisted in resizing and replacement without issue. I left a very satisfied customer!

Bought myself a new piece of jewelry online for my rook and I had it pierced out of state so I tried to change it myself at home - did not work lol so I called up asking for help and Delia told me to come on down. She took me right in and changed it super easily, didn’t even charge! The studio was clean and professional, I’d go back.

Delia is amazing! I was looking to get my nose re-pierced as I was worried that after trying to switch out my piercing after 10 years and not being successful in getting the new ring in, it had closed up. I emailed East Coast about making an appt and received a prompt response. When I went in on Saturday, Delia gave me a super warm greeting and I was handed paperwork immediately. There were people ahead of me (busy place- good sign) and every person left smiling. When it was my turn, I was brought to the room and it was immaculate! I explained the situation and Delia went to work immediately. She is an absolute master. She was able to get a new ring in without truly needing to re-pierce my nose. And I can honestly say, I did not feel a thing. I was floored. Truly a testament to her top-level skill. She gave me a few tips and tricks and I was out the door in less than 15 minutes. Absolutely impressive establishment! Highly recommend 10/10.

My sister and I went on an adventure this weekend and decided while we were out we were going to each get a piercing, my sister got an industrial and it looks great! I got my septum done and absolutely love it. We will definitely be back!

This place is awesome! Their COVID protocols are really reliable - everything was quick and clean but the piercer still took her time and was super careful. I got my septum pierced here and was super nervous as I have a low pain tolerance and have heard some nasty septum piercing stories, but it was 1) so painless, Tatiana did an amazing job 2) really even and perfectly placed 3) healing so well! Im on week three and im shocked by how nicely its healing *knock on wood* and 4) really affordable!! anywho, love this place! 5 stars all around:))))

I’ve been here twice in two days. Went yesterday to get my nose re-pierced. After inspection and a few questions, Delia determined it didn’t need to be re-pierced! She pushed through a nose-ring and that was that. Spectacular service, so friendly, and a lovely, clean building. I came back today for a triquetra/Celtic knot tattoo I’ve been wanting for years. It came out better than I even imagined! Once again, very friendly, attentive, talented, and kind. Not going to lie…probably will be back within the month for another tattoo!

I was very pleased with my visit. I got my first piercing (aside from my ears) here yesterday and I couldn’t be happier. The system they have in place for covid is great and if you don’t mind waiting, this is the place to go. Prices are great too! Tatiana was very clean, very professional, easy to talk to and she got me in and out as fast as she could without rushing. She even talked me through it so I would not work myself up and I plan to come back and have another piercing done! 10/10 would recommend this place to friends and family!

I ran in there today for the first time ever. I needed to have a jewelry swap out on my nostril. The girl there (Delia, I believe?) was able to take me right in, and pop in the new piece for me. I had been giving thought to a septum as well and asked her a few questions while she did the swap. She answered my questions, and I decided to get it done right then! She did a great job! She was very nice too! I will definitely go back if/when I get anything else pierced!

Ive had Tatiana pierce myself and my daughter quite a few times now. She is by far the best out there! Very direct, down to business and professional all of my piercing have healed faster than previous piercings. Also cant beat the price! Go she her shes great!

Walked in intending to make an appointment for a septum piercing, found out that for piercings for appointment was not required. After waffling a bit about whether to bite the bullet, was talked to by the piercer (forget his name unfortunately, super chill guy, very friendly, has the studio on the first floor) and shown how the piercing would be done.After that, I was sold and the piercing took all of two minutes.Very pleased with my septum.Future customers please note; the establishment is CASH ONLY *they have an ATM on site that only charges a $1.50 to withdraw* and the $35 piercing fee includes the starter jewlery. I tipped the guy about 40% and was on my merry way. If I need my other ear pierced, Ill be heading back soon!10/10

Earlier today my wife and I went to East Coast for the first time ever and we both felt welcomed as soon as we walked in. This establishment is clean and such a very cool place to be in. Our artist, Pedro, was very professional and charismatic. We wanted to say thank you and we are very happy with our tattoos. We will definitely be coming here again. Thank you so much Pedro!

Josh went above and beyond to make sure that we were comfortable with our piercings. He was very thorough in explaining each step of the process. Josh was so friendly and spent time with us to make us feel at ease. His shop is fresh and new, and is exceptionally clean. We will definitely be back for any other piercings and tattoos!

Got my belly button repierced after having it out for many years. Delia was awesome, made sure the placement was good. Everything was clean and professional. Definitely recommend this place for any piercings!

I called and spoke to a tattoo artist for two small tattoos. He told me he could take me in 30 minutes. I came in and was met by the receptionist who apologized for the artist but that walks ins came and he can no longer take me. If this is the business you run, advise your current and future clients you MIGHT be able to take them if no one else walks in prior. Word of mouth goes a long way.

East coast is by far one of the best shops I have been to. I will only go here for my tattoos and piercings. They’re all so friendly and professional and also sarcastic and fun. They make the experience truly amazing. Calvin did my most recent tattoo and he was amazing and the piercer did an amazing job and was friendly and fun! Also a very clean shop! Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

AMAZING!!!! Tatiana did my daughter and my piercings and she is absolutely amazing. She puts you at ease and talks to your throughout the piercing process and makes you feel comfortable to the point where you feel youve know her forever. Very clean! The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They were great about being accommodating of my allergies that are odd and very specific. I love my new piercing and will hopefully be back for more soon!

Cant speak for the tattoos, giving two stars because the girl behind the counter was nice. I was waffling about getting a nose piercing while my friend had her snug done, witnessed the piercer vaping behind my friend in the seat. Totally unsanitary and bizarre. She did step into the restroom previously to use her vape, took another hit out of her peripheral. Again, really bizarre and unsanitary. Needless to say, I didnt get a piercing that day.

I just walked into the shop on Sunday...(after reading reviews of past customers who actually had work done at the shop)... I was very happy to be accommodated on the spot. I needed my Monroe redone after letting it fully close after removing it for a medical procedure back in February. I was so pleased by both the professionalism of the staff and cleanliness of the shop.When I was done I enquired about getting a tattoo done next time I’m in town.Please don’t be deterred by poor reviews written by people who never had work done in the shop. I stand by my 5 star review and will 100% return for more work.

I absolutely love this place, and honestly dont know what Im going to do for my piercings when I leave to go back to Washington. Ive gotten my septum and bellybutton done here; Josh is the best piercer I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Hes personable, professional, and super funny! He always makes sure youre happy with where he marks your piercing before he sticks the needle through, and jokes around to help you calm down if youre nervous. Not to mention his pup is the best pup in the world???? 10/10, if I could give them more stars I would. Cant wait for my next piercing!

East did amazing work for 2 of my tattoos. I saw someone write about customer service not being great and I dont believe that is true. Ive met 3 of the guys there including East and they all have a dry sense of humor, thats all. Compared to other tattoo shops, they provided the best service Ive experienced.

I stopped in to East Coast this past weekend for a septum piercing with Delia. I knew I was going to get lightheaded and told her so. She was so kind to me! She made sure I had water and pointed the fan at me, she even gave me a lollipop! Ive been wanting my septum pierced for so long but have held off because I knew how my body would react, Delia made me feel so much better about the whole thing. My piercing didnt hurt at all and looks great, thank you!

I started a zombie leg sleeve with Jae Lopez and it exceeded all expectations. He was a true professional who made sure I was good from the moment I walked in. I highly recommend putting your trust in him. You will not be disappointed.

Tatiana did my nose piercing uneven from my other one & it was lopsided in my nose, she treated me very rudely when addressed to her and trying to discuss a repiercing. Don’t think she should be piercing here, her work & attitude are both completely unprofessional and she seems to have a history of bad piercings for reviews. The piercing was so awful it was taken out immediately. It is clear they are unable to take criticism as every negative review is responded with sarcasm and very rudely.

Please never go here. if i could give this place a 0/5 stars i would. i got a double cartilage piercing in december of 2020. he pierced with what i thought was a normal hoop. if i had known how horrible hoops were to pierce with i would have never gotten them. as a professional he should have told me how harmful getting hoops were. he told me to use dial soap to clean. fast forward to december 2021, my cartilage still wasn’t healed after a full year of what i thought was proper care. i went to medusa and asked what to do. they first told me my original piercer recommended a harsh soap which made it inflamed and red. they then told me he pierced with a small, thin nose ring and it would never be able to heal. each time the ring moves around or gets pushed up, the inside of my ear would bleed and get cut up. in february 2022 i finally went to medusa to get the jewelry changed. after a lot of trying and lots of blood, he was only able to get the top piercing in because the guy from east coast some how pierced the second hole crooked. in the end i had to take the top piercing out too because it would never be able to heal properly. after a talk with the piercer from medusa, he told me how horrible and unprofessional my original piercer was. not only did he pierce with a nose ring which is strictly not allowed on any other body part besides your nose, he also pierced my second hole crooked. i have never been so disappointed. if you go here you are wasting your time. completely unprofessional.

I absolutely love East Coast, sad to learn they are not doing mouth piercing’s at the moment, but they get 5 stars from me. I’ve only ever had Delia but she’s always been amazing with my daughter and niece’s.

Me and my friend showed up thirty minutes before close and they were still willing to accommodate both of us. I almost backed out because I was being a baby and they still let me come back once I chickened out even though it was 20 minutes after closing time. All three piercings came out great. We will both be coming back for more in the future.

I Came here for a Daith piercing. The place was clean and staff was friendly. Josh was great and would definitely recommend him for piercings. I was a bit nervous since Ive heard this piercing can be quite painful. He explained what was going to happen and had a great sense of humor.

I’m not sure what the 2:30 is in reference to.My friend and I both got piercings here about 2 months ago.I have never been to a piercing place where you don’t choose your earrings. (My friend and I both have quite a few piercings. )The earrings used are obviously low quality- I took very good care of my piercing but they would not heal, while hers got infected very quickly. I had to change the earrings out, and still they are not healing well.I got another piercing at a different place only a few months before these and it healed in about 2 weeks.These piercings are going on 3 months and still are painful/swollen.

I came in for an eyebrow piercing 5 months ago expecting Joshua to pierce me as he was the only piercer on the website. When I got there a woman who I didnt see mentioned on their website was preparing to pierce me instead. I went along with it instead of speaking up because of my anxiety but i wish I brought it up to Joshua who was at the front desk. She pierced me and proceeded to drop the ball of the piercing on the floor before putting it back on my piercing. Thats really when I shouldve said something but I was too nervous and just paid and left. It turns out it was pierced too shallow because it never healed and I had to take it out today because it was a pain. So now Ill have to wait for it to heal and get it repierced elsewhere :(

Ive gotten 3 different tattoos here, and honestly I openly recommend this shop to anyone who wants to get good ink. Prices are definitely fair for the quality, all the artists are kind and amazing at their job, and the atmosphere is just chill. And of course, everything is very sanitary and clean. All in all, its a great shop.

I went here for a daith piercing, so Josh did it. He accommodated my medical issues (I have a fainting disorder). The place was clean, Josh walked me through each step of the piercing, and it was very affordable. I walked in and was out within 15 minutes. In a few weeks I will be very excited to get my other side done!

Kellz and I had been communicating on Instagram for a few weeks and I finally made my appointment.I was getting a memorial tattoo for my Dad and it was a big risk for me to go to someone that I had never been to before but his tattoos on his Instagram were great.Kellz listened to what I wanted and gave me the best memorial tattoo I could have asked for. Hes gentle with the tattoo gun and doesnt gouge, my skin doesnt even really look irritated. Ive already talked to him about my next tattoo and I will definitely be back! 😁

The artist was talented and the location was definitely strict with covid rules(in a safe way).However, we drove over an hour to get here (coming from a funeral) and once we arrived, we got an email asking us to come later than our set appointment. We wouldve canceled all together, rather than waiting 45 minutes, but we had already given a $100 non-refundable deposit. That was red flag number one. Upon sitting down in my chair, I put my arm in somebody elses ink. Red flag number two. But, I couldnt afford to lose my deposit and go somewhere else. The artist recleaned the area and began working. Upon leaving, it definitely looked overworked. There were spots you could tell that had been gone back over and appeared like deep divots in my skin. I continued to care for it carefully (cleaning on schedule, unscented anti bacterial soap, unscented lotion). This is my 6th and smallest tattoo and I have never had any issues before, I usually heal fast and I know how it should look healing. It never began to rise above the skin as they normally do when healing. It appeared to get deeper each day and it got red and inflamed around the area. In day two small pustules began popping up. However, I have now been prescribed a steroid lotion as my tattoo looks infected, and an artist I had look at it closer to home believes it is going to scar in some areas. Im devastated as this was a tattoo to remember my Dad, who passed this month, that my cousin and I both got. Its in a visible space on my wrist so I cant even get it covered up, as I dont want something large there.When you call the shop itll ring the first time (they wont answer), and when you call back, the line rings busy. Almost as if they unhook the phone. There is never an option to leave a voicemail. Upon messaging, the artist will occasionally reply but usually leaves you on read.Definitely do your research before selecting this location.

Went to get a cartilage piercing. The man who worked here told us yes he could do the piercing and to go inside and wait, he would be right in. Well, we went in. There was not one customer there and no other artists there as well. We sat and waited for approximately a half hour, as this man sat on the porch and ignored us. Eventually another person came up on the porch and he just sat there talking to him. He could see us thru the window and kept looking back at us. We finally got up and left. Apparently he did not want our money or he did not find us worthy of his services. As we walked by him, oh, Im so sorry. Such a shame because we went to East Coast last year for a piercing and a female tattoo artist was so pleasant and did a great job, this is why we went back. Whatever, we went to Tattoo Agony in Pelham. This artist was a gentleman and wanted our business. The piercing from Agony Tattoo is great. I will never go back to East Coast and I will not recommend it to friends and family. I felt like we were being judged and just not worthy of this mans time.

Had a room piercing that wasnt healing right, so I stopped in and Josh took care of me right away. He explained everything and was extremely kind, highly recommend!

Just got my first tattoo here and could not say enough great things about Jae Lopez. So kind and talented, made sure I was comfortable from the moment I walked in. Captured every little detail in my tattoo and I am so thrilled with the results!

I went In thinking I needed a new nose ring because mine was too long. Josh told me that it could just be adjusted and wouldn’t hang out of my nostril anymore! He adjusted it for me instead if making the money on a new nose ring. Thanks for being awesome!

Ive gotten 6 piercings from Josh in the last two months. Second lobe piercings, two cartilage, a conch, and a daith. Josh is really funny, explains what hes doing and is really quick and smooth with the needle. AND theres a dog in the shop - a beautiful pittie bulldog mix named GypsyWith my last and most recent piercing - the daith part of my ear is very small which makes an already tricky piercing a little trickier. He had a tough time getting the needle through at a tough angle, and I ended up passing out for a few seconds (this is known to happen with daith piercings!) My point here is how he and his apprentice knew exactly what to do and moved quickly to make sure I didnt fall, laid the chair back, and tried to cool me down until the dizziness wore off. It only took a few minutes and we all chatted and joked around until I felt well enough to leave.Bottom line: 13/10 would recommend Josh and East Coast for any piercing!

Very rude, we were told to call back at a certain time by the tattoo artist. We called back when we were told and the piercer was very rude and told us we couldnt book an appointment although the tattoo artist said we could. We tried explaining that and she was telling us she was just the piercer and didnt know anything, yet told us we couldnt book an appointment for tattoos.

The piercer, Tatiana put my tongue piercing in completely wrong.. I had to go to another place to get it taken out. They were shocked how horribly done my tongue was. You could tell it was pierced diagonally and not straight. In my opinion she shouldn’t be piercing tongues anymore.

I went in there super excited to set up an appointment for a cover up. I hate to give a terrible review. There are very talented artists here so my review is not aimed at everyone. I dont know the gentlemans name that I talked, but he was not friendly at all. I came in and greeted him, and not knowing I stood in front of the TV. He makes a hand gesture telling me to move out of the way. He looked like he couldnt be bothered with what I had to say. Then I asked if he had any suggestions for cover up ideas. He says Here is a suggestion you need to have an idea of what you want Well I asked for a suggestion because I know cover ups are limited to certain ideas. Needless to say that one encounter was enough to turn me away from making an appointment.

I did my nose piercing twice with the same girl .. she is amazing and I’m gonna go back to her again .

I called ahead a few days before i wanted to get a helix piercing and they said i could just walk in and id be all set. The day comes when i want to go and get it done, and the lights are dimmed in the store and the door is locked, but someone was sitting inside. I went online to check the hours and it said it was open until 8pm that night; it was 6:30 when i got there. I then called and asked what time they were open until that night and whoever picked up rudely hung up on me.Ive never been here before but i sure as hell will never even consider this place ever again. Not after some horrible customer service!

They peirceings on my young daughter..she is legal age for piercings..and they are awesome! Went somewhere else one time and they messed one up. East coast fixed the place at the mall mistake free of charge. I will never go anywhere else except for easy coast and recommend all to only go there!!!

This is one of the worst places I have ever been too!!! I had called ahead of time to see if they would be open to get a helix piercing and the man said he only does walk - ins and the last piercing he would do was at 7:00 and I get there at 5:30 and I walk up to he door and the lights were dim and the door was locked and I tried to call again to see if I heard them wrong and no one answered... the next day I call again and they say once again the last piercing they will do is at 5:00 and I get there at 2:30 and go up and all the lights are off and and the door is locked and the open sign is off!! I call once again to see if I was wrong and there was no answer!! And I look inside and there was a dog lying on the couch... no food no water!!! And there was Wendy’s cup and food!!! I will never consider going to this place ever again!!

I found these guys to be very unhelpful. I emailed from THEIR website to see if they had experience with white tattoos and about how much they cost. They emailed me back that I have to call or come into the shop. That is a $50 deposit that goes toward your tattoo. Then they told me any other questions to CALL the shop.Why do they have a form to email them on their website if they want people to call? And they never answered my question so I am going to assume they dont have the experience needed. Customer service is not their strong suit apparently.

Got snake bite piercings here a few years ago and the piercer was awesome about it didn’t mind when I asked if he could tell me when he was putting the needle in I’m writing the review now as I am currently thinking about when I should book a slot to come in to get a tattoo highly recommend East Coast super friendly and amazing at what they do

I got my snug, tagus, bellybutton, and helix done at eastcoast. All of my peircings are happy and healthy. I highly suggest them, plus they have really good prices. 😊
