The only good experience I ever had here was with former employees who no longer work there. Whoever the managers are definitely need to go back to the drawing board because your current staff selection is questionable at best and negligent at worst.Speaking of management, how much more condescending can one person be? Legitimately questions about your safety standards should not be treated so poorly. It is no wonder the business was empty when I visited.To anyone looking the place was filthy. I wouldnt trust someone here to know how to handle body jewelry if they cant even pick up a broom. Additionally, the management was incrediblely rude but also made statements about certain piercings and those who have them that were crude and extremely unprofessional. Truly shocking that such individuals would be allowed to run a business.I do NOT recommend this place. In fact I would recommend almost any other place than this. For the sake of not getting an infection, stay away.

The costumer service at this Rapture is unmatched. Jonah and Lauren always go out of their way to help me find what I’m looking for. Most of the time I just give them a brief overview of what I want and they come thru every single time! They both offer helpful suggestions and they never rush you which is truly appreciated when it comes to picking out jewelry. As long as these two work here, I’ll always be back!

Lauren was great at explaining how guard and lengths work with eye row jewelry and helped me pick a smaller bar that works perfectly for me. Would recommend

This is a two-part Google review because I never got to thank Lauren for her help my first time at Rapture, and now I get to include Ariel G! Like I said, Lauren was my first trip, Ariel was my second, and both times I felt so comfortable, and I was never rushed. I made a mistake with the sizing on my first trip (Which was no fault of Lauren’s) So the second time with Ariel, I was really able to get the exact piece of jewelry I wanted. This is a great place to talk through with the staff and figure out exactly what you want and if they don’t have it right in front of you, they can help you get a custom order online.If the rest of the staff is anything like Lauren and Ariel you will have an easy/super fun time picking out your jewelry.

My experience was absolutely amazing. I haven’t brought a new piercing in years and the worker was very understanding and took the time to help me out with what I needed as well as looking for. Very helpful overall and taught me a lot about sizes of jewelry.

Chris was amazing! He was very good with my son, he was very gentle and calm when he pierced his ear. He made sure everything was sterile. My son is very happy!

Employee had no name, he was kinda pasty lookin, had a hat on, he was weird from from the second we walked up, had 0 social skills, very sassy, when i checked out he asked me so many unnecessary questions, made me follow the gram to buy something, so much uneeded promo, was very prominent about getting my id, was not professional, and when i asked for a BLACK nose ring he gave me a GREEN one, i went back and informed him about his mistake and he then informed me AFTER i bought the item that he was sold out of the black ones, like u could’ve told me that before i spent $20, and he DID NOT say ur welcome after i said thank u, overall not a pleasant experience.

The jewelry is always cleaned/sanitized before it is handed to me, which is important.The employees I have worked with; Alyssa and Kim are amazing! I LOVE THEM They are always super helpful and kind and attentive to the customers needs! If you are unsure about what you are looking for, they talk you through what would be best for you and your needs.I will only buy my jewelry through Rapture, and I HIGHLY suggest that if you have NOT checked out the shop you definitely should! The atmosphere is super welcoming and the employees greet you with a smile every time and you will have an amazing time choosing jewelry! You wont be disappointed!

I went by knowing but not knowing what I wanted and by the end of it I was super stoked with my purchase and I always come back! Just the other day I went to get my ears pierced for the first time. I appreciate that Jenna was incredibly professional with her approach and knew what to recommend for my first piercing. It was clean and she gave me a very clear and detailed plan to make sure my piercing would not get rejected.Overall 10/10 would go back there again for more piercings and the like.
