Tattoo Remorse

Ive had an absolutely awful experience here. This is the most unprofessional office Ive ever been to. Its almost a guarantee that they will not answer the phone. Every. Single. Time. Its a miracle if they return your call. The technician is always rushed, doesnt take the time to talk to you, and I dont trust that she knows what shes doing at all. There is no medical supervision. I finally stopped going when she told me the laser was getting sold, so she pushed me to do 3 appointments each only 5 weeks apart. Way too frequent. Now I have potentially permanent depigmentation, which she brushed off when I first noticed, and I need to go to a dermatologist to hopefully fix what she did to my skin. In the end, the laser wasnt even sold and I dont even believe that it ever was for sale. She put profit in front of my success. I wouldnt recommend Tattoo Remorse to anyone.

Antoinette was constantly late for all my appointments. And by more then half an hour. Bad attitude and the machine wasn’t calibrated correctly. The treatment room is a modified broom closet. Thumbs down! Pathetic service. Go to Albuquerque!

She blew off my appointment twice. Their treatment room is a tiny closet and they didn’t provide bandages or a numbing agent. Avoid this place!

I handed the lady cash, she told me she was in a hurry? I received my session which was quite painful.... They dont offer any type of numbing... And when I called to schedule my fallow up I never received a call back and I drove from Albuquerque because this place was highly recommended????

Terrible service. Missed appointments. The girl doesn’t know what she is doing. The treatment room is tiny and unclean. Don’t go here!

This place sucks. I waited 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment. The treatment room was grubby. They were rude. I won’t be back.

This is the office of Dr Josh Brown. An amazing and accomplished physician.

No topical pain killer.
