I worked briefly with Helena on a cover-up piece and found her to be a creative, talented, energetic, and accommodating tattoo artist. It has been a rare experience of mine to feel comfortable with asking for changes (hence, the cover-up 🤦🏻‍♂️), but she was totally open to feedback and willing to collaborate to ensure that I was happy with the artwork.Additionally, the shop owner, Avery, handled a complicated situation very quickly. Their care and professionalism made me feel valued as a client. Excellent customer service. As such, I would not hesitate to recommend Undead Ink to anyone looking for a new tattoo.

Undead is a nice, clean shop with talented artists. Artist James Golden is personable, professional, and a solid tattoo artist! He the go-to guy for myself, my spouse, our adult children, and friends! Keep up the great work guys!

Ace was recommended by a friend and he really did an amazing job. I couldnt have dreamed up a better tattoo and design than what he did for me. The shop was clean and every person there was very friendly and made you feel welcomed. Ace took great care in making sure everything went as smoothly and as pain-free as possible. I cant speak highly enough of the quality of work and overall experience that I got here.

Corry did a PHENOMENAL job on my calf piece! I wanted some anime meets American Traditional and that’s exactly what I got with Corey’s amazing design, tying in the Thousand Sunny from “One Piece” with a style that stands the test of time. Corry is the perfect mix of professional as well as interpersonal with his clients and that really goes a long way in this industry. Can’t wait to set up more sessions to get the rest of my leg blasted! See y’all soon!

I went in today and had my first tattoo done by John Michael his work is absolutely amazing I love how much he pays attention to the small details in his art I told him what I wanted and he turned it into a beautiful piece of work that I will treasure for the rest of my life I would highly recommend him to anybody who wants a tattoo

Iv been going to Ty for pretty much all my tattoos for years now and hes always amazing! I followed him to Undead Ink and always have had a great experience! Fair pricing and he always makes sure its exactly what i want before we start. Love all of the tattoos he has given me! If you need a good tattoo artist go see him!

I love the atmosphere and artists. Everyone is so friendly and its just a very chill experience. Im currently working with Corry Swanson for my big arm piece! He is very knowledgeable, kind and fun to work with. I absolutely would recommend them.

10/10 studio. Clean, professional, creative, knowledgeable, and respectful. The environment is welcoming (and kind of nerdy) Its always full of laughter and good conversations. The artists, specifically Avery, are knowledgeable without being condescending (which Ive experienced in other studios). I always send friends to this studio because I know theyre going to get a quality tattoo. The tattoo on my scalp was left 100% up to Avery. I trusted him to create something for me and he delivered! I told him I didnt want to see it or know anything about it until it was done. His color work is awesome! I love love LOVE my half sleeve! I cannot recommend this studio or artists enough! Literally everyone there is incredible!

After an uncomfortable encounter with another customer, the staff and owner made sure I was well taken care of! I felt really seen/validated and made my tattoo experience really great! Only positive vibes and gorgeous art work here!

Started going to this shop recently and can’t see myself ever going anywhere else! Vibes were great everyone is super chill. Ty did a couple tattoos for me and they turned out freaking amazing literally everything I wanted! I have planned a few more and will definitely be back in!

I don’t even know where to start. I thought I found a professional tattoo arist. The owner in fact, Avery. Can’t go wrong with the owner right? Well things did go wrong. He started to become unprofessional with me, flirting, telling me about his marriage, asking me to dress to impress before appointments, asking for pictures. Before any of that started he would cancel on me all the time. Only tattoo me for an hour at a time, one time for only 30 mins just to reschedule with me again and cancel. I prepaid in advanced like he asked me too. Offered me a free tattoo for all the time wasted even admitting he doesn’t do that with other clients and I didn’t receive that either. But once his wife got involved he blocked me on everything refusing to finish my arm. Then eventually came around to it finishing it just to barley do the bare minimum and block me again. My sleeve is not what we discussed, it’s not finished and now I’m left to spend MORE money for someone else to fix it. I would not recommend.

I was a walk-in on a whim and they didn’t disappoint! My artist, Ace, did a fantastic job on my little finger tattoo and I couldn’t be more pleased. The place felt clean and inviting and I was in and out in an hour and a half. Definitely recommend 👍

Cody does fantastic work and is super easy to talk to. Planning out my sleeve, I gave him a few ideas but didnt really know what I wanted. I love the direction he took it, and the art hes created. Hes super easy to talk to and has a million movie/TV suggestions to give, so the time flies while youre sitting in the chair. I recommend him to anyone looking to get tattooed!

This place is great! I have been here twice in the last 2 months to see Cody for some floral work on my arm and he is awesome! I cannot wait to go back for more work and plan to see some others in the studio as well for some different styles. All the artists here are very talented.

I went here for the Friday the 13th deal and really appreciated how organized they were! I got my tattoo done by Ty, who is so welcoming and nice. He even re-placed the stencil four times until it was perfectly aligned, which I appreciated a lot since they were so busy. Definitely would go back in the future!

I made an appointment with Tyler Goss three months in advance (the earliest I could get in) for him to cancel the day of, I wasn’t too upset because he had said he wasn’t feeling well which is completely understandable, however I mentioned rescheduling our appointment on two separate occasions and did not hear back from him. I’m extremely disappointed as, like I stated earlier, I made the appointment three months in advance, and I chose this specific artist after months of looking for someone with the style I wanted. This was also supposed to be my first tattoo, something i’ve been planning for years, and now that most shops have a waitlist of 3+ months who knows when I’ll actually be able to get the tattoo. I understand having to cancel an appointment but not trying to reschedule after your client has been waiting months is more than disappointing.

This shop is AWESOME!!! Great atmosphere and amazing artists. Avery is a master in his element. Corry is a great Yes man with a great talent. Looking forward to my next tattoo and so should YOU!!!

By far my worst tattoo. I could tell as the artist was doing the line work that he was going lighter handed in some spots. I was supposed to get shading done on a separate session but after the first time I didnt go back. The lines are faded in some spots. Its swiggly in others. Its horribly uneven. I was assured that touch ups would be available and free. Then a few days after I got it they posted on Facebook that they wouldnt be offering free touch ups for awhile. I dont think I would even go back to the same guy even if it was just a touch up. But this thing needs to be re worked. Also on a side note they have this girl working there who thinks shes too good for the majority of clients. Her books are always closed and when she does open them she only allows in people who shes tattooed before. You could find the same level of skill somewhere else. Dont waste youre time.

Ive gone in 3 times over the past 3 years. They never make me feel that the pieces I want are below them as an artist, such as other places in Spokane. Friendly staff, clean, and awesome a crew.

I got the most amazing ink from Ty yesterday. The detail is incredible. Everyone at this shop is friendly and very accommodating. They keep the shop very clean. This is the only place I will get tattooed and Ty is definitely my artist.

I only get work done here. This is the best shop in Spokane hands down. Ive sent so many people here I aught to get my name over the door but honestly they deserve it. All of the work Ive seen out of this shop is solid. The new spot is in a great location.

One of the worst tattoo experiences I have ever had. All reviews posted on google which are anonymous are all generated. Do NOT use these guys as your tattoo artist. If you are looking for a place to get an amateur tattoo then this is the place to go. Artists are all inconsistent, including Avery (owner of the shop), in areas of customer service and artistic ability.Seriously, find another shop before you even consider getting a tattoo from any artist at UndeadInk.
