Where do I start… in the early afternoon we went in and my friend bought jewelry and I asked if I could come back later and get pierced when the piercer was available. When we came back another man greeted us but we were looking for the woman we originally talked to, the man acted rude and standoffish when we explained to him why we were there. He helped me pick out jewelry for my piercing and I asked if it was $80 for the pair of earrings and he said yes.My piercing experience with Kayla was great I got my second done no problem. Again my friend had a great experience with another gentleman who replaced her jewelry.We both go to check out, I am checked out by the woman with initially spoke to and she tells me my total is almost $230. I was expecting $150 at most, that includes the $50 piercing, $80 studs, and the saline solution for new piercings. Little did I know it was $80 for EACH stud. I was shocked by the total but obviously you can’t do anything when the jewelry is already in your ears. The woman was very kind and understanding and gave me a student discount to help with the total. I felt like I was lied to by the man and misled into purchasing the more expensive option.My friend had bought two hoops previously that day and when was getting her jewelry switched out she ended up needing a stud instead of a hoop because of irritation to the piercing. When she went to return the hoop and purchase the stud the same rude man treated her like she was stupid and didn’t know was a refund was. He made it more complicated then it needed to be and we’re still not %100 if he actually refunded her or not. He had the audacity to ask for a tip/review after the exchange.I assume he was the manager on duty at the time because he acted like it. But he had no customer service skills and acted like we were wasting his time as if we both didn’t just drop a bag on their overpriced jewelry. I’ve read multiple bad reviews referencing to this man and location. You asked for a review, you’re getting one.

Went to get my helix done and had such a great experience!! The two sales associates were so friendly and helpful, and Dom did an amazing job with the piercing and making it a comfortable experience. So glad I went to studs and so excited about my new ear!!

For Mothers day I chose the experience of getting my first helix piercing and was recommended to Studs. They did not disappoint. Sad that I didnt grab the name of my piercer but she was over and above. She was very professional yet personable and put me at ease with her thoroughness and patience with my questions. I could not be more happy with the entire experience as well as my final result!! I am in love with my new look. Thank you Studs for a great first time. I will be back.

Ive gotten pierced at Studs twice and I went with my sister on her visit. The thing about Studs Georgetown is the piercers are great. They have been 10/10 every time. Very patient, helpful, informative etc.....thats if you manage to make it past the front desk counter staff. I mean every single time Im in there its an issue. Off the walk in. William -- Im not sure if he hates his job, life or a combination of the two but my word -- sour face, sour attitude. He will deny helping you before you even get your full story out. He is bad vibes and maybe needs a non customer facing position, if one at all. Hes literally 3 for 3 with me. Hes monotone, curt and dismissive. Aside from William taking it upon himself to take down the brand -- the piercings I got from there are great. When one of mine came out in my sleep, I walked in and they replaced it on spot. Im not the biggest review girl but I went with my sister for her birthday the other day and William was in there being himself again and Im like enough.

Super disappointed regarding a recent purchase I made in store. I bought an earring after confirming with one of the employees that the gauge was the correct size for my tragus piercing. Unfortunately, the earring does not fit as the gauge is too large.There was no description indicating the gauge size, and I relied on the employees advice. I spent over $100 on this earring, and now I am unable to use it. To add to my frustration, the item is non-refundable (and now I understand why the employee kept repeating that it was nonrefundable).Staff should be better trained to provide accurate information to customers regarding such important details. This experience has left me feeling that I wasted my money, and I am very disappointed. Super shady business practice for a store that is a supposed earring/piercing shop.

Today i walked up to the store and it was so cute looking and i looked at the sign. the sign said the price = service + jewlery so i assumed that my piercing was gonna end up being 60 dollars. WRONG!!!!!!! IT WAS 300 DOLLARS. the crazy part is when i was up there i asked is the total gonna be 60 dollars and pointed at that yellow sign. And the man said yes. okay sounds like a deal. after my piercing WHY WAS IT 320 WITHOUT A STUDENT DISCOUNT?????? I GOT SCAMMED. FIX UR ADVERTISING.

I went on a Wednesday morning and got my helix pierced and switched out my second lobe jewelry about 2 weeks ago. The sales associate was super friendly and chatted with me for a good amount of time while I decided what I wanted to do. The person who did my piercing was so nice and made the experience super comfortable. I have no complaints about the experience.My one issue is the jewelry. I saw reviews on their online store that people were complaining that the flat back studs did not stay in and were falling out. I thought maybe it was an online store thing/user error and the jewelry I got and put in properly at the store would be different. Unfortunately one of my studs just fell out - I have no idea when it happened so no clue where it is. It was not cheap, so if you are looking to purchase earrings, I would be leery of the flat back studs.

Had a great experience get my second lobe piercing with Kayla! I walked in and was seen right away. Studio was clean and sterile. Piercer was knowledgeable, caring and the piercing is healing nicely. Will certainly be back for more piercings.

Absolutely loved getting my ears pierced here! The staff was all super friendly and so helpful. The piercer walked me through every step of getting my piercings. I will definitely be coming back!

Got both ears pierced. Nice selection of piercing jewelry but The staff was Awesome from the front desk to Nay who did the piercing. She’s great! I also appreciated the instructions for care as well as the on time service.

This is the second Studs location that I’ve been to and although I agree with other reviews that the environment and staff aren’t as bubbly as other locations, they are very professional and helpful. Horizon pierced me and I felt uneasy after the piercing, she really took care of me and the staff all made sure I was okay. The jewelry and service are expensive in comparison to other locations but the prices aren’t a secret and let’s be honest if you go to a Studs you should know that you’re going to be paying for the brand.

Got lobe piercings done in December 2023. The man working this location kept brushing me off and telling me to keep the original posts in each month until month 7, at which point their studs tarnished and gave one of my ears a crazy reaction (a lot of pain and blood on my pillow every morning). Got lucky with a different employee who removed my posts and acknowledged that they should’ve been taken out months ago. I went back for assistance with getting my earrings through since my piercings had closed up a little and I didn’t want to disrupt the healing process by jamming them in myself. The same man would not even look at my ears and told me they could not help me since they’re booked out for the day (which they are for the month and I didn’t get a response via their contact form). Would advise going to anywhere but here because after you pay for your initial piercing they are totally negligent and have an attitude about it.

A week later and I’m still on a high from such a wonderful experience at Studs in Georgetown. I got one lobe piercing and one forward piercing from Tamara — she was amazing! From start to finish I felt cared for, educated, and happy to be there. I don’t live in town and made a special trip to Studs because I had heard of their good reputation from other friends, and this location did not disappoint! Thank you for a lovely time!

If there is an issue with your piercing, Studs makes it difficult for customers to be seen. Despite the fact that there was availability for piercings and I was told that I could walk in if there are issues, I was turned away by the gentleman at the front desk because they were booked up. My ear was red and inflamed and any other piercing provider would not have turned me away without at least let me speak to a piercer or trying to find a solution. Further, you are not able to contact Studs via phone and the customer service email is useless and doesnt provide timely responses. Folks would be better served by visiting the tattoo parlor right across the street than dealing with Studs customer service.

We are returning customer - we recently visited NY store. They were very professional and had good collection. We came back for the third piercing and the experience is as good as the NY one.

Very approachable & friendly staff. First piercing for me. My piercer was super knowledgeable, very helpful in site selection & have me a little breathing exercise. Barely felt the needle. Thx Nae.

I recently went into Studs today with my family hoping to get my second hole pierced. The younger black lady was extremely rude and ignored my family and I and was only helping white costumers. She snapped at us when I asked “I’m just looking to get a second piercing”. She said “If you can’t calm down and wait then you need to leave”. Which was extremely rude because I was not even talking to her at the time. I would give the whole costumer service a zero. They did not speak to us when we walked in and were helping people who walked in after us. The workers were not friendly and made it their mission to ignore the only POC costumers at the time. 0/10 do not recommend.

Very helpful staff. The young manger lady was very helpful with answering all my questions and giving recommendations. Friends told me this probably the best jewelry store in Georgetown and I think the staff are the reason!

It was a pleasant experience, everyone was super helpful and respectful. I managed to get the earrings i was looking for. unfortunately they were out of stock so they had to give me display earring but it’s ok i guess.

My experience at Studs was wonderful! The staff was beyond kind and welcoming even when things got busy! The process was quick and simple. Micky was so kind and took the time to explain the entire process and aftercare while answering all my questions! Will most definitely be back :)

All the staff I interacted with were really nice and helpful, even when they got crazy busy with appointments and walk-ins. Tamara, who did my piercing changes, was really sweet and had great energy. I plan to get an actual piercing there in the near future, I hope to be able to book an appointment with Tamara.

I went to inquire today about a pair of gold hoops and immediately upon entry I received the most bland and irate customer service. I didn’t even want a piercing, just the jewelry, a simple transaction. I asked the tall man with blondish hair, the only employee 6/16 around 6:20pm, literally two questions about the material of the hoops and he clearly didn’t want to assist me. Being as though he worked there, he should be able & willing to help including general kindness. Idk if he was mad I walked-in 40 mins until close, which if thats the case, lock your doors at 6:20 (when I entered) and not 7pm as advertised if you don’t want customers. I’ll gladly return to Rowan in Bethesda for fine jewelry and future piercing needs.

Couldn’t have asked for a better first piercing experience! Thanks to piercer Kayla and the sales team for making it such a fun experience. I’ll be back!

My first piercing went very well - Nae did a wonderful job and walked me through the entire process! Would definitely come back here to get other piercings!

Drove from south central PA for a day trip and got a pair double sided earrings. got back home, one of them didn’t work and i was disappointed, but came back and this tall man just bent the smaller piece and let me try putting both pieces back together for myself… this was my face: 😧 bro’s a sorcerer and i love him for that (was also exhausted from driving 2.5hrs so i wasn’t as polite as i could have been and he was amazing)

SUPER overpriced, got my lobes done here July 6th 2023 and they pierced them super uneven. Just got my 2nd lobes done at another place and the guy said that whoever did my 1st lobes where very unprofessional. Do not recommend coming here.

I had a wonderful experience at Studs getting my flat helix piercing. The service was very efficient and professional. Will definitely return again for future ear piercings!

Waited 30 minutes past my appointment time and no one even approached me to give me an update or anything. Left without my piercing after terrible customer service. Will not return.

The staff here was incredibly kind and patient with me. I got my first piercing here, and the staff even offered to hold my hand. They provided detailed information about aftercare, and even offer checkup services for individuals who have issues with their piercings down the line. My only critique would be the price of the jewelry, which seemed a little high.If you are considering going here, I would not recommend doing a walk in. They were very busy the entire time I was there, so I imagine most would have a hard time getting squeezed in.

Very clean space, good selection for piercing jewelry, and incredible staff. My piercer Horizon was professional and kind. She made me feel so at ease with the process and I immediately knew I could trust her expertise as she explained the whole process for me. The front of studio staff were also so helpful and fun. Overall great experience, I highly recommend!

I got a piercing by Kevynn she was very professional and funny and the piercing turned out great! Definitely recommend!

Came in initially to help baby-wrangle as a fellow mom friend got some long-awaited piercings post-pregnancy. At one point, there were three babies fussing while being managed by two moms as my third friends got her piercings, but the staff could not have been kinder with our babies and just all-around lovely, enough that I decided to book my own appointment a few weeks later to get pierced. The staff were great in helping me decide on piercings and jewelry that would look good, and the piercer, Mickey, was so lovely and kind and reassuring. All-around great experience, and I LOVE their jewelry options (and tbh I found the selection to be great, as a variety of different price points!). Can’t wait to go back once my initial piercings heal to get a couple more!

My pierced was really patient with me while I was trying to figure out the best place for my new piercing, he was also really helpful with the decision making!

My two friends and I had a great experience at Studs Georgetown today! The store was clean and the employees were friendly and welcoming. We made appointments, but one appointment was much later than the other two—the front desk person and piercer were super accommodating and let us all go at the same time. Our piercer, Horizon, was wonderful! Very outgoing, friendly, and meticulous; she made sure to talk us through everything and really made everyone feel comfortable. We all love our new piercings; I would absolutely return!!

Finally made my way to Studs in Georgetown and let me tell y’all! As soon as I walked in I was greeted with such warmth, and big smiles. Any questions I had were answered and the staff were so knowledgeable about all things piercings. I’m not the best with names, but the tall girl in the front with dark hair was so nice, not pushy, and was so patient when it came to choosing my jewelry. My piercer made me feel so comfortable and relaxed and answer all my questions. All in all I loved it here, and will definitely be back. Also, book in advance because they do get busy, but that’s no surprise given how great and professional they are. Also, high advice to arrive early, cause if I hadn’t I wouldn’t have been able to look at all the jewelry to see which was the best fit. Thank you Studs Team!

Tl;dr: Kayla is an unprofessional piercer who is not comfortable actually piercing all the options offered by STUDS. Go somewhere else and just wear the not beautiful jewelry while its healing.Got pierced here over the weekend for a promotion. The jewelry is super cute, and the only reason they are getting more than one star. I came in wanting a conch, but the jewelry I wanted was not conducive to that placement so they recommended I do a contra-conch piercing. They explained where it was on the ear and I thought it looked great.When it came to the actual piercing, this experience was probably one of my worst. Kayla was my piercer. First, she marked my ear. When I looked at it, the marking was for a flat piercing. When I asked to move to location, she said that she could not as it would go through my conch (or as she put it, “the working part of my ear attached to my head”). The way she phrased it confused me, so I agreed to the placement. She went ahead with the piercing and during the process dropped the jewelry. I did end up bleeding a lot, which is not something she could control, but her reaction was wildly unprofessional. As a piercer, you should be equipped to handle bleeding. However, she was very surprised, acted shocked and my friend said she looked as if she was going to be sick. I was able to leave the shop with a piercing, but overall it was not worth it. You would be much better off going to a tattoo and piercing studio and sticking out the jewelry through the healing process..

My girlfriend and I are extremely disappointed with our recent experience at STUDS Georgetown. While the actual piercing process went fine, we were shocked to discover that the 14k gold earrings she paid a premium price for were not entirely made of gold as advertised.On the STUDS website, it clearly states that their piercing jewelry is either made of titanium or solid 14k/18k gold with titanium backs. Based on this information, we chose the gold options, which were priced significantly higher than the titanium alternatives. However, just a day after the piercing, my girlfriends ear turned BLACK, indicating that the post of the earring was made of titanium, not gold.We find it unacceptable that STUDS charges $80-$130 for a single gold earring when only the visible part is made of gold, while the post that goes through the piercing is titanium. Compared to other reputable jewelry stores, these prices are exorbitant for the actual amount of gold used.To make matters worse, we later discovered that the small gemstone in the $100 gold starburst earring was actually cubic zirconia, not a genuine diamond as we had assumed based on the price and lack of clear product information provided by STUDS.We feel misled by STUDS advertising practices and believe that they should be more transparent about the quality and composition of their products. It is unacceptable to charge such high prices for jewelry that is not entirely made of the materials advertised.To top it off, STUDS offers NO REFUNDS on their piercing products, which seems like a convenient way to avoid dealing with dissatisfied customers who realize the true nature of their purchases after the fact.We strongly advise potential customers AGAINST STUDS.My girlfriend reached out to their customer support email and has gotten no response.

Literally the greatest piercing experience i’ve ever had!!! if you feel uncomfortable getting pierced at tattoo shops or at other piercing places this is really the best alternative! my piercer spent so much time answering my questions and helping me unlearn harmful aftercare practices i’ve learned before and she made me feel so comfortable! definitely recommend to everyone!!!

I had a wonderful experience at STUDS Georgetown. I got a daith piercing! Super clean - quick and efficient. Friendly and professional staff. Healing beautifully! Definitely make an appointment online a day or two in advance.

Terrible customer service. From the moment we walked in, the staff seemed completely annoyed with us and were very rude for no reason at all. They kept yelling at us not to touch any of the earrings, even though they were samples, and kept rushing us and giving us one word answers to questions. We finally ended up buying a pair of earrings for my niece and after we had paid, we were putting them on her at the store, and a staff yelled at us to get out of the store if we wanted to put them on. It was very uncomfortable and unprofessional. For the price of a pair of earrings, I would expect better customer service. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Tam was so freaking awesome! The utmost professional and so friendly. She helped me pick jewelry, find the best placement, and made sure I understood all the aftercare instructions and didn’t rush me at all. Actual piercing part was so easy and she made it painless. Appointment was on time and quick, the whole process was probably 20 minutes total. I’ll definitely be coming back and hopefully I get her again! Highly recommend this place!!

I had an excellent experience at the piercing place I visited yesterday. The staff was incredibly helpful, friendly, and welcoming, creating a comfortable atmosphere. The cleanliness and sanitation were top-notch, which is crucial for such procedures. I got my ear pierced, and the process was smooth and professional. Unprofessional staff. The young overweight black lady was rude for no reason. You are better off at ANY jewelry store in Georgetown other than this store!

I arrived one minute after the 5-minute grace period and they wouldn’t take me. The woman working the front was very smug in telling me. I came back a few days later and got pierced. A different woman at the front seemed annoyed as I was taking my time to pick my jewelry. My piercer, though, was kind, patient and funny. The location was clean and comfortable.

The staff was very rude, not welcoming, there was zero warmth. My friend and I arrived and were strategizing which piercing and earrings we wanted. The staff could hear us the chatting the entire time. After 15 minutes when we were ready, they tell us the piercer wasn’t present today. Okay… tell people that upon arrival, let us know when you hear us talking about getting piercings, or simply put up a sign. I felt their prices were outrageous, we went across the street and got pierced at the tattoo salon, their staff was so friendly and better pricing.

2 stars due to the price and customer service.($220+ tip) for 2 piercings and two pieces of jewelry (at the lowest price $80/each piece ) and mediocre customer service. The person who pierced me was extremely condescending. This was not my first time being pierced, and I made that very clear multiple times. I would have appreciated aservice catered to my experience rather than a lesson.The place was esthetically pleasing and clean. I wouldnt say its worth the money.

Had been seeing ads for Studs online so I was excited to come in and try them. Website says walk-ins are welcome but when my friend and I got there, they pretty much turned us away saying they were down a piercer and they only had an appointment for one person, two hours later (even though when I tried to book an appointment the day before, it said they were fully booked?). Why say walk-ins are welcome if you’re just going to tell us to take an appointment hours later? We left disappointed and went across the street to Jinxproof Tattoos & Piercings (definitely recommend!!). I got a double helix piercing and my friend got a forward helix. They only took a few minutes each so not sure why Studs couldn’t accommodate us. Not sure I’ll give them a second chance

Great experience! Everyone was super friendly and helpful. My piercer, Horizon was amazing. She walked me through the process, was very patient with me and made me feel at ease. Very clean and overall a great experience.

Making an appointment was super quick and easy (definitely recommend to book in advance). The moment I walked in I was greeted right away and asked if I needed any help, the waiver process was very efficient and fast. My piercer was Atlas and he was amazing. Very gentle and informative. Didn’t feel a thing! 10/10, GO CHECK THEM OUT.

This place is terrible! I went with my sister for her to get a piercing and the staff was incredibly rude and condescending. She got there one minute late and they said they couldn’t do anything about it. That’s fair enough but it’s hard to believe anything anyone says when our friend had an appointment for 6:40 and it got cancelled and that was the time they told my sister was the next available slot. They say they can’t do anything but how do you expect me to believe that when u cancel appointments that are literally available. Why do any of the staff still work at this place when so many people in the reviews show how rude and unwelcoming staff is. In all of the same copy and pasted replies the company does under the account say that there main goal is to supply a great costumer experience but I think they should inform there staff of that.

I was 7 minutes late and they wouldn’t take me. Would rather work with a business with better customer service.Response to business comment: The employees working at the store had the opportunity to provide a positive experience and didnt. I wont be spending any more time or money on STUDS. I looked into alternatives and have made an appointment with Hey Rowan.

Great experience with Studs with a lobe piercing. Tam was my piercer and I was very happy with my results and how easy the entire process was (loved being able to make an appointment and them being on time with the appointment in spite of there being a lot of people in the store!).I have seven holes in my ears and theyve all closed up. Tam was able to get one of my original holes open and then she newly pierced a matching hole on the other ear. She did an excellent job with both and I love that I cant see the original hole on the newly pierced side.One thing I wish I had known in advance is to have a pillow ready for side sleeping. Its been about 20 years since I last got pierced so I had forgotten what it felt like.Lastly, I think of myself as having really sensitive ears. Ive been following the instructions Studs gave me since I got my piercings a week ago and my ears are doing wonderfully. Crossing my fingers that it will last and the reason my ears closed in the first place was because I was doing the wrong things, such as twisting my studs and using hydrogen peroxide/alcohol for cleaning.

Date of service: July 2nd, 2023I dont know if I would recommend Studs. Their staff is fantastic, but the business is mediocre at best.Luna, my piercer deserves 10 stars, she was warm and welcoming and did an absolutely fabulous job.The rest of the staff was fine, no real complaints. Some ignored me, others were really friendly and helpful. Standard of any business.From there this business loses quality. Their jewelry is EXTREMELY overpriced for what it is. Look for yourself and compare prices elsewhere, no brainer.My real issue began following my piercing. You want to get ahold of them following the piercing, forget it. I followed the instructions to the T and the ball in my Rook piercing came out 2 days later. I could not find the ball, so I tried calling. I called 3 times hoping theyd pick-up, instead I was instructed to text them. Then, I was instructed to email. It is now mid-August and I have yet to receive a response. I didnt want to show up and find out no one can help me since Georgetown isnt super easy to get to. So, since Ive had over 20 piercings in the past I bought new jewelry and replaced it myself.All-in-all, this was more like an expensive version of Claires, but at least the piercers know what theyre doing. I guess if you find tattoo shops intimidating go here, otherwise patronize local and lets not let corporate franchises take over body modifications. You get what you pay for, in my case a shop that doesnt have any usable communication methods. Where as all of the local tattoo/piercing parlors answer immediately.

Bought several earring sets from studs online and was super excited when the brick and mortar opened in georgetown. I went just to look at earrings and couldn’t get one of the three employees up front to help at all. two were helping a guest, one was completely free. she finally annoyedly showed me the flat backs I was looking for and walked away when I had more questions. super weird experience, just go to a tattoo and piercings shop instead.

Best place to get a piercing for sure!! i have been looking to get a conch piercing for a while. the staff were amazing and my piercer was so patient with me! i had questions about aftercare and they literally walked me through it ALL. i’m definitely coming back to get an industrial.

6 minutes late (five minute grace period) to my appointment and they refused see me for a simple jewelry purchase. I tried to call their automated number ahead of time but o explain being dropped off at the incorrect location but the person at the front desk was completely inflexible and acknowledged they had no number to talk to an actual store rep. Very bizarre.

Awesome experience! I had Horizon as my piercer. She was great! I will be back for my 2nd piercing. She knew exactly what my vision was - she was very detailed and matched my energy.

1. My friend’s appointment was canceled because a piercer called out sick. We went in later that day and they said they had an appointment available for that time. Why was my friend’s appointment canceled when there was an appointment available for the SAME TIME!!! Staff was completely unable to problem solve and had a disregard for customers2. My appointment was for 5:20 and they say they allowed a 5 minute grace period. I show up at 5:26 and my appointment is canceled. How are you unable to pierce me? Does that 30 seconds make a difference? Staff was rude it’s like they wanted to cancel my appointment. I already knew what I wanted and I drove an hour for my appointment just to be canceled for ONE MINUTE! It’s not my fault people on the side walk wanna walk slow do you want me to run down they street so I can get their 30 seconds earlier?! It shouldn’t matter! Staff is unhelpful and not customer friendly.They have no problem canceling on you but god forbid you are one minute late and they cancel your appointment.

Horizon did my rook and my tragus, and made the experience very smooth. They were extremely helpful with any questions/concerns I had which made me feel less nervous. Definitely recommend!

This is a rope a dope company. They dont make clear on their website that they dont sell pairs of earrings, starter sets are sold separately so it is an additional 30$ start up cost besides the 50$ piercing and the first ear being 30$.Also when you sign up for emails and promotions on line they are NOT usable in the store. So this is just another money grab corporate scheme. Starter earrings are by no means worth 60-75$ a pair, but alas it is Georgetown so we have to pay for the address right? Pass these guys up, they are not interested in customer experience.

I visited this location for my second set of lobe piercings two months ago, and immediately felt very rushed and like the piercer didn’t care too much about these piercings because they’re not cartilage. around a day later, i was looking at them and realized they were very crooked — they both slanted down and in toward my head (very clearly not perpendicular to the lobe). i decided to try just leaving them because i didn’t want to deal with repiercing and convinced myself it was just the swelling. but i had nothing but issues the whole time: a month later they would look like they were healing fine but then even a slight nudge to the area around the piercing and they would swell up the whole length of the post. i ended up retiring both around a week ago, and i’m just really disappointed with the whole experience, especially considering how much i paid for them.

Before today I loved this place, bought tons of jewelry and recommended to friends. However today while stuck in traffic I attempted to call the location over and over again for 10 minutes to ask about a grace period and rescheduling option. Nobody answered once. Arrived 6 minutes late and was told about the 5 minute grace period. When I asked if because it was 6:46 and nobody took my call if we could make this work, the staff condescendingly told me it was 6:47 now. All I wanted was to change my posts. Another costumer was present and the energy was just so off and negative that I left. My time and money were wasted when they didn’t have to be and I was treated poorly - such a shame.

This was super easy and quick! I arrived early so they had me fill out the waiver and pick out my jewelry ahead of time. They were super friendly and answered all my questions (which was excessive, I am sorry). I got my tragus pierced on both sides and the piercer, Atlas I think?, was super chill, efficient, and willing to address all my concerns. Will checked me out and he was super sweet. All and all. I like how painless (haha, literally) it is. You dont spend a bunch of time there. If you dont want to, and you are in and out. I did see some chick try to use her bus pass as an ID. So if you go, you might want to bring a real ID because it has to be government issued. Idk how anyone gets around without an ID anyways. Super weird.

Experience was good, very clean however the peircing jewelry is extremely over priced. It seems like thats how they make $ since they will only allow you to use jewelry you purchase there - a small gold single post was $80, could have easily purchased the same thing for half the price anywhere else especially since I was there for a jewelry change. They advertised a 20% sale on earrings but of course when I went to pay it did not include any of the peircing jewelry.

I got a helix piercing from Luna and it was hands down the easiest and most painless piercing experience I’ve had. Was in and out in 20 minutes and Luna did a fantastic job!!

The shop was clean and very cute and well-organized. The staff were kind and knowledgeable, the individual service rooms were comfortable, and my experience was great.

How strange...the whole shop closed even though it is noon on a Tuesday. Shop apparently opens at 11 from the Google listing. We did come to Georgetown specifically to go here...phone was also disconnected even though all the lights are on. No sign!

Piercing healing poorly, and my existing piercings that I had new jewelry put into had to be taken out because the jewelry quality was so poor. Save your money and go elsewhere.
