I’ve had such great service at LaserAway. It was my first time getting laser hair removal, so I was nervous. This is a commitment and you come in every 4-6 weeks for a dedicated amount of sessions. It really does work! I used to shave every single day and now I just enjoy my showers. Then I added Botox / Xeomin to my regime and I just love the results. The nurse clinicians are so kind and understanding, as is the front of house staff. This is a safe space for your aesthetic needs. I feel well taken care of and heard, plus their promotions are unbeatable.

Had to edit to add that Miss Jodi is the best to ever do it, she was absolutely phenomenal and made me feel so comfortable during my treatment, she’s truly fantastic!The facility is gorgeous and the staff are always so kind and accommodating, super patient, and knowledgeable about the services, what to expect, etc. It’s also very low pressure, I never feel pushed to get services I don’t want, and no judgement about getting some services and not others. 11/10, am a big fan!

My first laser experience was great and very quick. Courtney was really nice and explained everything I need to know before starting and also after. I felt really comfortable with her. The laser team is also really nice and I love the that very cute place . I can’t wait for next sections.

Frustrating Experience with Multiple Cancellations.I faced multiple cancellations for my bookings.Often the reasons were related to lack of staff availability. Despite making arrangements in advance, my plans were disrupted several times due to last-minute cancellations. I tried giving the company another chance but I was again cancelled this morning due to lack of appropriate staffing.Too bad there is no zero star

I had a great experience at LaserAway, the customer service was so helpful when it came to booking my treatments and the staff was so nice. The facility was so clean and my nurse, Elle, was amazing. She was so nice and knowledgeable, we talked the whole time and she kept me distracted while doing my treatment. I am looking forward to my next treatment with her!

I just had the best experience with with Nurse Jasmine. She did my underarms, and lower body including brazillian. I had laser hair removal (underarms only) about 10 yrs ago. This new cooling machine far exceeded my expectations on pain tollerance. The rubber band snap from 10yrs ago is no more. So glad I got in with the April LA promo.

My experience at this location has been top tier. The staff always makes sure theres a level of comfort and they are very informative in making sure patients know about various procedures. I have been getting laser for years. I kept on getting ads for this place so decided to give them a go and get a package for maintenance because my old laser place is pretty far away from me - although I knew the prices were a little high and it felt a little pyramid schemey. I should’ve gone with my gut because this place is definitely a scam. I was told I could cancel my package (worth several of thousands) anytime before my first appointment and be fully refunded. I was sure to clarify this several times. Because of the high price tag I had decided to finance it through a company they provided. I ultimately decided that the price wasn’t worth the convenience and decided to go back to my old place. I called to cancel and was told they would cancel the financing package. However, I got a call from the financing company a month later saying I was late on payments. I told them this was wrong and the whole package should’ve been cancelled. They told me I needed to go back to laseraway because they had to cancel it on their end. It took me several tries and almost a week to get in touch with the woman who sold me the package (the only one who could cancel it) and she was pretty upset at ME ironically but “agreed” to actually cancel it this time. She said the receptionist who I cancelled with initially didn’t fully understand apparently. She then tried to sell me another package to which I politely declined. I thought this was finally done with until I got a credit alert today that I was again overdue for a payment. This is incredibly frustrating and damaging my credit for no good reason. It’s crazy that such a big company has such awful business practices. I can’t imagine that this would happen at any respectable business. I should’ve seen the red flags but it’s too late now and I want to warn others.There are plenty of reputable laser professionals in the area- please don’t bother going here!

I signed up back in October 2023 for a package and set up a payment plan. Shortly after I realized that I didnt want the service and have been trying to unenroll from the plan ever since. Ive submitted multiple written requests via email and text, called multiple times, and have been repeatedly told no one but the person who signed me up could cancel the plan. That person has refused to respond. So heads up that they are predatory with those payment plans and that you cant expect them to respond to requests to cancel within 9 months. Will update if anything changes.Edit: I finally got ahold of someone and they said the refund was handled on 5/24. On 6/10 after I didnt hear anything further I called back to learn there was another issue with the refund and it was resubmitted 6/4. The payment company says it will take 30 days to mail a physical check.... so do with that information what you will.

I had another excellent experience at LaserAway, this time visiting the Washington, DC site! The nurses Elle and Courtney were very professional, precise and thorough as they performed cheek filler treatment. They made me feel comfortable as I saw them collaborating together and involving me in the plan of care. Being a nurse myself, I truly appreciated this! These nurses are rock stars! The facility and location are beautiful, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend LaserAway for top-notch cosmetic treatments.

Absolutely not returning. I called ahead to let them know I was stuck on the metro and they literally told me “see you when you get here!” I arrive and I am refused treatment. Maybe they should give people this courtesy. A complete waste of time, energy, and money.

This is my se one best location!!!!! The stafff is amazingggg!! Myrna in the front desk has the most welcoming smile and gentle presence.. they spoil us with refreshments during treatments. I’ve been coming to LaserAway for close to a year, and I always have a wonderful experience. On top of experiencing glowing results from skilled, experienced estheticians, I also always feel very welcomed and relaxed (even if I’m running behind). I have darker skin & it’s very easy to damage, but the improvements I’ve seen over time have made me feel more confident without makeup after struggling with hirsutism-induced hyperpigmentation. 10/10, highly recommend. Definitely check them out, the instagram ad is telling you the truth. 💅🏾

The DC location cancels my appointment every time at the last minute. I understand short staffing situations but you cannot trust the time they give you- they will call day of and ask you to change it.

I have been going to this Laser Away since it first opened but I will not be returning. I drove 2 hours for an appointment but because DC traffic is awful and a road was closed and I arrived 10 minutes late. I was told I could not be seen and I had to reschedule. I have been around 10 minutes late before and they used extra strong numbing cream so I didn’t need a full 30 minutes. Staff has previously accommodated me. Obviously I don’t want to be late but they wasted 4 hours driving and my entire day set aside over 10 minutes. I hope they close honestly. Not customer friendly. Desk lady and nurse were rude.Not to mention I explained the situation to the lady at the desk and she didn’t care. I began crying out of frustration… still didn’t care! Stuck in traffic all day and paid for DC parking for nothing! I took off work for this appointment because I had to drive so far and they have very limited slots availableIn addition, the staff will make sure to push treatments on you. I’ve been going to laser away since I was 18 and this specific location encouraged me to get Botox and cheek filler in addition to the lip filler I was already getting. When asking THEIR INJECTING NURSE she said that was not a good idea for me to be getting “preventative” Botox at 18. The front desk simply wants commission.I once brought a friend with acne and the front desk pointed out her acne and encouraged her to get a laser facial to correct it. My friend was completely uncomfortable.Laser Away only cares about your money. Awful customer service will not be returning. Unfortunate, because I WAS a loyal customer and have spent $1000s at this location

This review is mostly really for the front desk person. She was very rude and had zero customer service. I got into my appointment 20 minutes early. She told me I have to finish an online consultation first, which was no problem for me. However, I asked her if I can use the bathroom first to which she responded” well you’re already on the queue so they’re gonna call any minute sit down here and take the call and go afterwards”. The nurse on the virtual consultation was very nice. The consultation took less than a minute and we were done.Then I waited for my appointment, the front desk person didn’t even bother to ask if I needed anything, didn’t offer water. I thought this would be more of a medical spa experience, it was not. I got the laser part done. The nurse was very nice. She was very helpful and very professional. I barely felt anything so that part was amazing. I got out of the to the front desk to schedule my next appointment. The front desk person was on the phone with someone that sounded like another staff member? She was saying “oh Cheryl can’t work that day. Maybe we should reschedule patients” I was standing in front of herfor five minutes and it was like I was invisible. At the end I just left I said I’m just gonna schedule my appointment online. She looked up said “yes you can do that or via the app!” . It’s really unfortunate because I had high expectations and this location is closer to me. But I guess I’ll go to another LaserAway location.

After scouting a few tattoo removal places, this was easiest the friendliest and most professional I found. Their pricing wasnt the cheapest but when dealing with my skin, Ill put professionalism over pricing. Kimberley was the person I spoke with and she was very thorough and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions and made me feel good enough to book my first session on the spot. Im hoping my actual procedure goes just as smoothly as everything else.

Sessions were good but absolutely 0 follow-up after complete with cool sculpting sessions (4). For 10k I expected a lot more on the customer service side with follow up from some kind of medical professional with pictures before/after. Otherwise it just feels like a scam.

What a wonderful experience today at laser away. I just relocated from the west coast and wasn’t sure if my experience would be the same. The team at the NW DC location were all extremely welcoming, patient, thorough and kind.The storefront and treatment room were clean and organized. Thank you for taking such care with my service Nurse Courtney. And to the rest of the staff Cynthia, Richie, Erica, and Kate I appreciate all of the customer service provided. I will be back!!

Nurse Faustina did my 2nd clear and brilliant treatment and she did such a great job. From start to finish, she was very thorough to walk me through the process and explained the treatment and aftercare well. Ive been to a few of the LaserAway locations in the DMV and none have disappointed me! Highly recommend.

Drop what you are doing and head to this place! It truly is such a great experience. The staff is knowledgeable and extra friendly. The intake process is so organized and the space is clean. I purchased a package to target several different areas on my body and was worried about the pain, but tweezing/Brazilian waxing is seriously way worse! I barely felt any discomfort. Cynthia at the front desk was so sweet and put together. So happy I made this decision!

LaserAway is an amazing place for quick and easy non-invasive treatments like lasers and facials. They have great deals and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I have had bad experiences at other spas, but now that I know about LaserAway, I never have to go anywhere else!

Paying thousands of dollars for laser hair removal services only to be inconvenienced at appointments. There is miraculously always a scheduling issue with my appointments so they get moved or shortened in time. The front desk staff/manager arent helpful either, as their only solution is to have me travel to either Virginia or Maryland to get the services I desire. Waste of time and money; need to work on consistent staffing and professionalism.

Its my first time doing laser tattoo removal and I am thrilled that I chose to do it with LaserAway. The staff was extremely friendly, helpful and well informed on the entire process. The office was easy to fine, clean and well organized. The actual laser process took less then 10 minutes and the staff was ready for any question I had for them.

The clinic is clean and beautiful. The receptionist and nurse that I saw were both friendly, professional, and informative. I called to schedule my first ever tattoo removal and the representative answered all of my questions patiently and help me quickly get approved. Its going to be a long journey to get this tattoo removed, but Im happy I chose LaserAway. The nurse even gave me the supplies I needed for post-care. Im actually looking forward to my next appointment and I might consider some hair removal services after this.

The staff are nice and welcoming but recently its been hard to make an appointment since no one answer the phone before 12pm. I have to wait til 12pm before I can get in contact with someone.I am receiving leaser hair removal and it seems to work after the 5th session but not much results. I added additional sessions to see if it will improve.Update: If you are trying to reach them by phone, the front desk are only there from 12:00 - 8:00pm on Monday and Thursday, and the rest of the week they are there from 10:00 - 6:00pm.

My experience with LaserAway was excellent from the screening process all the way through to the end of my service. I was greeted warmly by the front desk staff and offered water to make myself more comfortable. Thereafter, I was with Courtney for my laser hair treatment. I think she could sense that I was nervous as this was the first time I had done anything even close to a laser service. Throughout the process I probably asked her at least one hundred questions and each and every time she answered my questions with kindness and patience. She was very knowledgable of the technology and how it affects the skin and the hair follicles. The entire time I was receiving my treatment, I felt like I was in great hands. Truly a game changer in procedures! The process has been painless and you see results before your even half way through all your sessions. Team is professional and courteous. Feeling awkward the first time around is typical but at the 2nd session that goes away. It triggered numerous robocalls from LaserAway. Today I received an email about the Black Friday promotions and had a phone call before I even completed the online survey. As I was on the phone with a sales agent, another agent called at the exact same time. They are completely disorganized. Its time consuming to get the information you need to make an informed decision and I dont think the services they provide are any better (or worse) than their competition. You will be bombarded with multiple calls and emails, which simply direct you to the same useless survey.It doesnt give you much trust in the brand if theyre so aggressive at selling, to the detriment of the customer experience. Id recommend a more reputable company.

Ive only been there once so far but Im happy with the facility and the service. Very clean and friendly staff. I had to drive 45 min to get there, so when there was a mistake in scheduling, they made it work so I wouldnt have to come back another day. This location was recommended by a friend so I am looking forward to seeing the results!UPDATE: Im about halfway through my laser hair treatment and Im very happy with the results so far. Ive had a really good experience with LaserAway for lip fillers. Valerie is kind, knowledgeable, and did everything she could to make my comfortable while sticking a needle in my lips. The entire staff is great at making you feel like a friend and they do seem to know their stuff. Theyre all super nice.My only words of warning are that it does feel a little like theyre constantly trying to upsell you on additional services, but it does come in the form of being genuinely helpful.

When I call to set up an appt., I was to that I couldnt get just 10 units in which was already paid for and that I would have to pay for 30 more units.. I was NOT told that at my initial consultation. Please do not go here, they are liars. When I made an appt. prior to this one for the 10 units I had contracted Covid, so I could go.Gloria Butler

I have always receive excellent service. I am very happy with the results and glad I made this investment to improve my outward appearance. The locations is clean and easy to access. The staff is kind and always willing to help.

Extremely overpriced. The cost-benefit of having tattoo laser removal here is not atractive at all. The fact that its so expensive ($500 per session for a 2 square inch tattoo) initially makes you think that the machine has to be the extremely efficient. However, the they want to sell you a six-pack treatment for $750, which shows the machine takes as long as any other in the market which would cost much less. After having my first session and seeing my skins reaction to the laser, Id say it was pretty average - (there are stronger machines out there that would whiten the tattoo area for a few hours) with this one, after a few hours it seems like nothing happen, not even some redness. That said, well see how much it fades in eight weeks. Ill try posting an update.

The A/C blast really makes the experience way less painful than expected. Victoria was phenomenal, and whenever the feeling got a little intense, she would allow time for me to recover. Went to laseraway to get Botox for my second time , l have been going to LaserAway for about a year now and I am always really impressed. It was clean everyone was extremely kind and professional (as usual). The woman at the check in desk, who checked me in was very friendly and answered any questions I had while I was waiting. Jerrayne in DC was who injected me and she was very thorough at explaining the whole process before hand to make me feel comfortable, and I hardly felt the needle when she actually did the Botox! I’ve been to 3 Laseraway locations-2 in California, 1 in DC. All are clean. Friendly staff, knowledgeable nurses that will answer all your questions. I like the DC location because it is near the Giant food store which has a parking garage. The DC location has a lot of availability. I travel 1.5-2 hours each way because laseraways aren’t near my new home, but it is worth it. And they always are having sales!! I have and do recommend Laseraway to my friends. They have a rewards and referrals program. Plus, I’m getting really great results. 5 hair removal treatments down.

Went to see Kwedi for the Fire & Ice facial. It was my first time getting that service and Kwedi did an AWESOME job talking me through it. She was very professional but fun--it felt like I was just hanging out with a friend!The facility was gorgeous and clean. The facial left my skin feeling fresh and glowy! Laseraway has good bundle packages and affordable pricing. The lasers they use work well on ethnic skin and darker skin tones. All the technicians are professional and make you feel comfortable. I highly recommend this spot for laser hair removal.

WORST BUSINESS PLEASE AVOID! After entering my email to get more information on laser hair removal, I have received over 100 emails, texts, and phone calls from Laser Away. I have always heard good things about Laser Away and genuinely planned on booking multiple different services, but I am highly annoyed by the unrelenting harassment. After booking my consultation and subsequently receiving another Laser Away text, I decided to finally ask a question since dozens of emails, texts, and calls have encouraged me to do so, and I wanted pricing information to avoid wasting unnecessary time during a consultation if possible. So I was a bit frustrated to hear that 10 minutes after booking my consultation, I could no longer receive information. I have never in my life written a bad review or complained to staff about a business. However, this experience was outrageous, and I urge Laser Away to stop relentlessly harassing potential customers.

I got a package with different treatments, including cheeks fillers, a result that did not go well at all, the technique used was incorrect since I requested facial masculinization and they used a technique for women, my face was left with purples and deformation in my cheekbones, I still have 1 syringe for lips which for obvious reasons I do not want to use and I have since January 2023 calling and I still do not have any answer, very disappointing, bad attention, bad service.

They’re never on time, they cancel appointments and it’s impossible to reschedule without going way over the 8 weeks recommended. I regret doing business with this company

Idk what is going on with there phone service it’s always busy! when I tried to reschedule no one answered it keeps hanging up, one person finally answered i could barely hear the person, I gave up trying to make my appointment idk what’s the situation I really wish they didn’t have to make me go to there location just to figure out what’s going 😔
