I had the absolute worst experience of my life.. I thought the stencil looked nice on the paper so I trusted the artist, I got home and realized my tattoo is backwards.. I should have double checked, but what tattoo artist does writing backwards?! It was bad enough they over charge I expected good work.. I cant believe its actually backwards.

My friends and I went to this shop to get tattoos. This was our first tattoos for many of us, and they were very kind and accomidating, making sure the design was the size we wanted, exactly where we wanted it on our body, etc. Eddie did out tattoos for almost 8 hours straight, he is the GOAT. Would HIGHLY recommend this place for first timers and veterans alike, plus the apprentice Kat has some really awesome stickers to purchase!!!

Eddie was wonderful! He gave me the tattoo I have been wanting where no one else would.

Mason wasn’t clean with prep, wiping his sweat off his face, touching my skin with the stencil stuff. Tattoo isn’t aligned. My fault for a walk in, highly not recommended.

Had a great experience getting my tattoo touched up and corrected. Evan was very professional, made sure to communicate and worked with me to ensure I liked the product.The environment was very friendly, everyone was laughing and joking the entire time.Would definitely recommend this shop to others looking to get new work done or old work touched up.

If there was a 0 star option, that would have been so great! The taller tattooist (I don’t know his name, he didn’t tell me) didn’t bother to draw my tattoo the way I wanted it to be. He just saw a picture and then sketched something else and then showed me. I get that he most likely couldn’t copyright the one I wanted, but he didn’t bother to ask me what kind of font or design I wanted. He made it a-lot different than what I asked for. When I asked to add/alter something, he looked & acted bugged and said yes and then complained. After that, he told me I can’t change anything anymore. Then he and his co-worker joked about how customers change their minds at the wrong timing. When the tattooist was about to get the ink ready, he FINALLY asked me the questions he was supposed to wayyyyy before we did all these steps. I couldn’t get a tattoo due to one of the things. He said he didn’t ask me the questions in the beginning because he said I didn’t look like I went through what was keeping me from getting a tattoo. It was a waste of time. He could have asked me the viewing questions RIGHT when I inquired about a tattoo! But you know what, I’m glad this happened because I now know not to go see that tattooist at all because of his horrible customer service. Things happen for a reason! Thankfully I know not to support the tattooist here!!! He was so rude and unprofessional:/ I hope he treats others better!

I got a tattoo done by Eddie! He did an amazing job. Adding color was free. He made a sketch of exactly what I wanted. :) I love the work he did. I will definitely be coming back as long as he is the one doing my tattoo. His hours were flexible. I was seen right away and had no troubles with anything. Getting touch ups are free for any tattoos that he gives you.

Received a tattoo by Eddie at Comic-Con he was patient and helpful throughout the whole process. I love the outcome and all weekend people loved the tattoo as well definitely will be returning here and recommend everyone to them.

I got my nose pierced and I love it! My piercer was Charlie, and he was very informative about the piercing process and how to take care of the piercing while it heals. He also mentioned he had 14 years of experience, which eased my nerves and affirmed that I was in good hands. The place was clean, and I would probably go here again if I wanted to get any other piercings. Would recommend!

I got a wrist dermal done by Jasmine about a week ago. This was my first dermal, and I had a great experience! She was quick with the piercing, which I was grateful for. She also was very patient, answered all my questions thoroughly, and was very clear with after-care. I would definitely recommend her! :)

Was greeted by the tattoo artist working! Didn’t want to bother so I went to the side counter and encounter a individual not very pleasant! He stated he is a tattoo artist and didn’t have a piercer, to give me the price of some earrings inside the counter! Really unprofessional and rude! As a tourist I would not recommend anyone here!

I went here to purchase nipple rings and get info on the procedure. A bearded man (I’m sure it was the owner) spoke to me very rude and also swearing at me just to impress the girl in his chair. He told me he would not sell me nipple rings without hearing my story, so I politely left as both of them laughed at me. I went to another place and they were very nice and helpful and I wind up letting them put the nipple rings in.

I had my nose pierced by Charlie, he was cheerful, friendly, professional and answered every question and explained everything before he started. I would recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a piercing! They make you feel comfortable and at home!

I go there for all my tattoos and get them done by Bisco. I now have 10! And waiting to get my leg done. Friendliest staff you’ll ever meet and I ALWAYS RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO everyone that asks me about me tattoos, and it’s a lot. They’re the best.

If you can ACTUALLY get anyone to answer the phone in either locations then the guy doing the piercings will be late. The employees were busy with some sort of argument and obviously angry. Not someone I want making a permanent alterations to my body.

I had been going to BPU for a tattoo removal session and the lady there had told me Id only have to come back about 6-7 times for my tattoo to be completely gone. After seeing no results I elected to look into going to a new place. The day I was suppose to get my 6th session, the woman called me to cancel and told me shed call me when she was available to continue the sessions. She NEVER called me back. I decided to go to Solara in the University Center Mall and only after ONE session my tattoo is over half way gone. I would never suggest going to BPU for a laser session.

Evan did a great job. Made us feel every comfortable and was easy going. He did amazing work on the spot! Would definitely see him again.

Absolutely loved how professional they were here, got a naval piercing with my friend and they were so quick and clean about it, very nice people and would definitely go again for another piercing and even a tattoo!

Hands down the cleanest in town! Great staff, details are perfect, advice is straight forward, and you dont feel awkward or lied to while getting your piercings and tattoos done!

Had my first nose pericing & it went very well than i expected 💙 i was so nervous but they reassured me that everything was going to be alright ! my sister also had some tattoos from here and it was DOOOPE 🤞🏻

My tattoo was suppose to be a memorial tattoo for my dad and its super messed up and the lines are not straight and the words are mashed together. I do not recommend this place.

Super rude, condescending and charged me over 90$ for a just a pair of steel barbells. No peircing just the bars. Would never go there again!

Had piercing done. Amazing. Fabulous experience. Will go here in the future.
