Love this place! Alex was so great with my kid and I. We both got our noses pierced and she made us feel so comfortable and did the piercing with no pain except a small pinch. Im so impressed with her!! Definitely recommend anyone that has fears to go here!! ❤️🙏

Stopped by there for my girlfriend to look at piercing jewelry and I noticed a open skull with tattoo drawings in there so I picked one out and asked how much for this one and the guy said $60 then said I don’t know so I said what $40 and he said I don’t know what $20 then he said now it’s $80 and then I said ok $60 and I got the tattoo done and he said $80 bones. What happened to $60 and he didn’t say anything. By the way the guy with the tattoo on his face that’s a star only has 1 years of tattooing professionally. I do not recommend this place

It was great I love the decode of the place and they let my daughter watch. She is gonna get her ears pierced when she is older and I wanted her to watch so she is not scared. The guy is super cool and explains what he’s doing as he’s doing it. He was very thorough when cleaning in between clients. He just cleaned right in front of me with confidence and I liked that.

After 18 years with a discolored scar on my nose from a botched piercing I came here expecting that they would not be able to Pierce through the scar tissue. I was pleasantly surprised when he placed my new piercing perfectly to cover the scar. This was one of the best piercing experiences I have ever had. The piercing technician was quick and extremely professional and knowledgeable about any and all questions we had. I am excited to not have to cover up my scar anymore and to have my dainty nose ring back! I made a reservation with this BPU location to remove my dermal piercing. I expected them to be wearing a mask and complying with federal mandates, but when I asked about why they weren’t, I was met with “ would that make you feel better”. I Do not recommend, even though I got my piercing done here!! Nasty staff for that dismissal.Edit: took my piercing out at home for FREE ofc and didn’t get COVID. Be safe, be smart, & be kind. The piercer is a old grumpy man that was soooo rude to my friend and I we decided not to even get pierced. Don’t want his negative energy piercing ANYTHING on my body! Plus they were charging $120 for an EAR piercing and didn’t have the correct jewelry lmao this place is a JOKEEEEEEE!!

Went with a gift certificate I won at a karaoke contest. Was told it wasnt valid, which was fine because I had money. They took the GC then walked away and ignored me, didnt ask if I still wanted a tattoo or anything. I was so embarrassed and felt extremely awkward. Both employees walked away from me without a word, I left so I could cry in my car like a big girl. Very embarrassing and rude.

Easy going and professional. Highly recommend! I was a walk in and they accommodated me with a friendly demeanor. Got my ears pierced and had no issues.

I got my septum repeirced or sort of. The hole was actually opened, it got stretched, and the interaction with the employee was funny. Once he added the ring in, he was like, Oh well, that just happened. he made it seem so calm that it was cheap as well and the nose rings here are awesome looking

Took a friends years to get his nipples pierced because he had lost a horrible bet thinking that Tom Brady was going to retire after winning the Superbowl. We get there and the body piercer decides to tell us that our friend has no nipples and therefore he cant get his nipples pierced so he got his daith and his belly button instead. seriously one of the best days of my life ever dont think Ive ever laughed that hard.

My wife and I were on vacation from Texas and prior to our arrival my wife had been talking to the shop about getting tattoos while we were there. They were amazing we gave them our ideas and allowed the artists to run with it and they did. We showed up for our appointment about 10 minutes early and they were ready and waiting for us with awesome takes on our ideas. The staff was all super friendly and extremely talented I absolutely recommend them for all of your tattoo needs. Thanks again for the great time and pieces.

Love this place! Girls at the front counter are so nice and helpful! I got my first piercing done last year by the girl, can’t remember her name, but she was so nice and did a great job! Came back again and got another piercing done, this time by Ryan I think. I was so nervous and he walked me through everything made me feel comfortable and was super nice! 10/10 love them there

Im really happy with my experience here. I came in to get a third lobe piercing, Ryan was both professional and kind. He took the time to line up both the position and angle of the new piercings to follow my other ear piercings which I really appreciate, they look absolutely perfect.

Great atmosphere. They were great with customer service during a couple groups coming in with stations busy. Felt completely comfortable getting my piercing there and recommend the man who works there for piercings Fridays and Saturdays. My gal friend and I went in to both get piercings and the process was quick, easy, professional and friendly. I had ear piercing done. Chose the large stud ($40). Kailee was very nice and efficient. Less than a week after the piercing, one of the studs fell out while I was sleeping. I found it in my bed but when I tried to put the stud back on, it wouldn’t snap tight. I called and asked to have the stud replaced. I was told no by the man who answered the phone when I called. I was told I would have to purchase a new stud.When I do purchase a new stud, it will not be from Body Piercing Unlimited.

Purchased jewelry and broke within 6 weeks. Called to speak to someone about it. While I was explaining, the gentleman jumped all over me with attitude saying that it was my problem and to call back and speak to the piercer. I have always done my piercings here, but not anymore. Went back in and was treated great! The lady that helped me explained what happened with my jewelry and helped fix it. I even bought more. She was wonderful. Just need better professionalism on the phone calls.

Mason wasn’t clean with prep, wiping his sweat off with his hands then putting stencil stuff on my skin. Tattoo isn’t aligned. My fault for a walk in, highly not recommended!

An absolutely great experience getting my daith piercing. Artist was familiar with acupuncture and easily replicated the placing of my usual battlefield acupuncture with a daith. Tbh no clue if it actually helps migraines overall, havent had it long enough to really see a difference, but its been the easiest healing process of any piercing Ive gotten and he handled it so smoothly. Overall just a really fantastic place to get this kind of work done.

Ok so far Ive had nothing but amazing experiences here. I got my belly button (YEARS ago) pierced here, then my nose piercing after I turned 30 and then my tragus piercing not too long after that. I returned tonight to have my tragus piercing reinserted after the other broke. Ryan was awesome, fun to chat with and kind. However, I was $5 short to pay and didnt have my ATM card! Long story short, a lady sitting next to me overheard my desperate call for help on the phone to bring me cash and pick up my daughter. She offered to pay my difference! Told me its Karma and man... I believe it! Thank you BPU for always having a great environment with amazing people to help make my day! Ill have to keep you in mind for when I finally get my first tattoo! And Michelle, big hugs to you and thank you again!

I work 7 days a week and barley have time to do anything. I had a surprise day off and decided I would call around to see who could get me scheduled for a walk in. When I called the shop Jeff was very personal and got me in quickly. My tattoo was a thumb tattoo that took about 10 minuets so I understand why he was able to get me in.When I arrived he was swift to have the paperwork filled out and the tattoo drawn. He educated me about tattoo direction(something I never knew) he was socialable and made me feel comfortable. I will be going there again😇 The tattoo is perfect!

I had my ears surgically repaired 6 months ago at Plastic Surgery of Alaska. (Do not get your ear’s pierced unless you are a teenager or older, your anatomy will change for the worse and it’s an expensive repair. Anyhow, I was ready to pierce them again and was instructed not to use a piercing gun (they don’t tear the skin evenly) and to see a professional. Kailee was great! She checked for scar tissue from my repair and knew how to work around it to get the results I wanted. She was very friendly and professional. I would recommend her for piercings. Her upbeat personality and thorough explanation of the procedure made me feel comfortable.

The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The person who pierced my ears was very friendly hygienic and informative. I would definitely recommend going here for piercings I have not gotten any tattoos here but the artwork seemed nice. The only thing that keeps us from being five stars is that the smell of the building was a little pungent and started to give me a headache while waiting.Also its all cash only just so you know but they do have an ATM in the building

I came here to get my lower lip pierced 6 weeks ago. That appnt went great, she sized me up knowing I eventually wanted a hoop said I could come back in 6 weeks to swap out.Come to today when girl at counter gives me my options no biggie, wait my turn (1.5 hrs) again no biggie. Piercer brings me back and kinda just looks over my lip, checks different hoop options and swaps it out. Doesnt even talk to me about what the esthetic is going to look like until afterwards. The hoop is too big and gives snaggletooth vibes. She tells me they dont have the proper size and I would need to special order. Im sorry but this is something that should have been discussed before swapping out and PAYING for my jewelry. If they had notified me prior I be would have been able to pick out an appropriately sized post instead of a hoop.

Professional staff and they did the right size when not many places can get the specific kind. Got my nose done here and it’s even with the other nose piercing might go back for the bridge. The staff is really nice and they make sure your comfortable before getting it done.

Went in for Friday the 13th flash tattoos as is tradition with my husband. They let us bring our one year old, well behaved, son in with us. They told us where was off limits, but we just held him.Our tattoos turned out amazing!! Everyone here was super chill and friendly! We will definitely be coming back for more tattoos in the future!

Jasmine was my piercer today and she did awesome! I had my right nostril pierced and I absolutely love it! She was super friendly and really personable! She makes you feel very comfortable and walks you through it all. She opened everything in front of me so I knew it was all sterile. It was a little pricey but they use high grade jewelry which I really like! Im going back next month to get my second ear lobe holes and my rook done! Since I have thick nostrils Id say it hurt about as much as my belly button did, but once the jewelry was in it was a breeze! I definitely recommend Body Piercing Unlimited and Jasmine as your piercer!

Received a frenum piercing today from Kailee. Extremely professional and informative. The piercing came out great and she made sure I was comfortable and educated before conducting such an intimidating piercing. Highly recommend.

The receptionist was very nice and informative when I called about a nose stud piercing. She was able to tell me beforehand that this place accepts cash only, saved me ATM fees. I got there within 10-15 minutes and she knew what she was doing. Ryan was the one who pierced my nose and was very nice and fast. I got out of there within a half hour of reaching with all the information I needed. Thank you guys!

I was very apprehensive at first, worried about pain, etc. Madison was absolutely AMAZING. Any piercings I ever get in the future, I will happily make a 4+hr drive just to go to her exclusively. 110% satisfaction. Amazing personality and bedside manner, great talent, and will go out of her way to make sure youre comfortable and know whats happening every step of the process. I am in awe. I recently went and got my tongue pierced. When I got in there and was done with my paperwork, Amanda, the girl who did my piercing was getting things ready, she kept me relaxed, although I have to say that I wasnt too worried about this piercing. She walked me through everything step by step and was very nice and friendly. Everything was sterilized and cleaned in front of me, and she changed her gloves at least three times. She was quick and painless. My swelling has been minimal and I am pleased with the overall outcome of the piercing. I will def. be going back in a few weeks to get my other piercings done.

We had a 2:30 appt for my granddaughter to get ears peirce. But Natalie came out to tell us she was running late but couldnt say how late maybe we should reschedule. I felt like we didnt matter like of well. Then I saw a sign for cash only but their website says they accept credit cards. As Natalie was walkway from us like oh well.....not going to get my money we went somewhere else as this was a birthday present for a 12 year old....shame Body Piercing Unlimited

Went in about 4 years ago here soon.. went to get my lip pierced for cultural purposes on my birthday. Unfortunately, didnt have my I.D yet. However, they gave us the birthday discount card, reserved a jewelry piece, and got us in once I got my I.D. The process was quick, and practically painless! Still have the piercing and havent had any issues. Service was great, comfortable armosphere.

It was my first time getting my ears pierced so I was a little scared, especially since I dont like needles. But the lady, Madison, was really nice and helped me to calm down. And it wasnt as bad as I thought it would be! And the earrings look good on me so thanks!

I was really scared to get my ears pierced again, but those fears completely went out the window when I met Colby and the awesome staff here. They were super knowledgeable and really experienced. You are in amazing hands if you decide to get any piercings here. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

I had two incredible tattoos done by Mason and had a really comfortable, clean, and definitely memorable experience. The work was really neat and the tattoos turned out even better than I had imagined. I will definitely be returning soon!

I went and got a piercing a few years ago and I had no problems with it. They also helped me get the jewelry back in when I had to take it out at one point. I just went back and got the same piercing on the other ear and they did great again!! So nice and made it super easy!

Im 9, and i cant believe i trusted claires to change my earing but they ended up making them bleed! Ryan was the dude that helped me, hes awesome! My ears look perfect now.

My daughter added another piercing to her ear. She hasnt had a piercing since she was a baby so she was pretty nervous. Dom calmly talked to my daughter, asked questions, and told my daughter every step she was doing. She really showed compassion and my daughter and I both appreciated that. I recommend Dom for piercings for sure!!

UPDATE: After 3 years it still looks good! I dont go here anymore but i have no regrets!Love it here! Wish I checked it out sooner. Great prices for great work. Cant wait to get started on my spyro tattoo. I love my wolf paw done by Eddie.

Fast professional, and like the piercer, Colby (?), listened to all my needs. He understood exactly what jewelry I wanted and even special ordered it for me. He even took my idea for my second nose piercing and made it better. Overall, best place to get pierced.

I had Lawren Young do my my septum piercing. She is extremely professional and explained everything to me before the procedure. My biggest fear in the world is needles. She put me at ease and made sure I knew everything beforehand. She is extremely knowledgeable. Not only did she re- pierce my septum, but I felt little to no pain during the process. 10/10 would recommend her

I called before going into the shop to get my daughter’s nose pierced to make sure we had what we needed because she’s underaged. The phone call is where the professionalism ended. When we got there it took a bit for the guy at the counter to even acknowledge our existence. I told him we were there to get my daughter’s nose pierced and he told me they ran out of the jewelry to pierce her nose. No one mentioned this in my telephone conversation prior to going there. The guy at the counter didn’t seem to care and said nothing else to us. We promptly left and will NEVER go back. Very rude.

Ryan is amazingly kind and helpful and very fair. A down to earth person... I have lot of respect for him. He also has a great crew working with him

I went in this evening to get a small tattoo on my finger. I chose this establishment as they did a really good job with piercing my daughters nose a couple of years ago. In all fairness whoever answered my call about the availability of staff to do a tattoo was professional. They said rhe artist was finishing one that should take about an hour. I made the assumption there was no one else on the waitlist.When I walked in there were about six people standing around. A few were in back working, but there were about four in front. Two girls leaning against the window and I believe two guys.After standing at the counter for a couple of minutes a man named Colby finally came to help me. There had been no prior acknowledgment as he was sitting directly facing me texting or doing something on his cell phone. He finally cane to the counter and I said “glad you were able to finish up you’re texting before helping me” and he became incredibly hostile. Of course at that stage I no longer felt safe to ask for the service I had driven there for.I expressed my frustration that as a paying customer he should have better customer service. I shared I didn’t think the owners would want him to act like this towards customers.About this time the two women who were leaning against the window piped in. I asked what their role with the company was and they refused to answer. I finally said I suspected they were just hanging out there and probably shouldn’t be commenting or involved..If I were the owner, I would not employ Colby. Ive read other reviews about his poor customer service, he is having a negative effect on your business. I will never come back, nor will my daughter,

Never got the chance to do a review on the tattoo I got And just now getting to it. The guy that did my small tattoo told me a certain price and as he were tattooing he was more concentrated on talking about nonsense and kept stopping to talk to me than actually tattooing and when we finally got done he charged me more than what he said before. I wont be going back to them! He ripped me off and talked way too much!

I had my nose pierced on my 16th birthday. The lady did it wrong so now instead of a piercing going straight there like it’s supposed to, I have to have it swirling around in my nose tissue until it’s able to get threw the hole, because she did it at a really bad angle so the piercing can’t go threw! My friend also went into get her belly button done but the guy literally pierced it crooked so she had to take it out was a waste of money and time, Very disappointing, wish u could get my money back,

Mason did an excellent job on my husbands back. We love going through Mason. Dont get me wrong the tattoo artist there are good too. But weve known Mason for years.

Worst piercing place ever. Got my septum pierced and it wasnt even straight. Got a second opinion by another shop in town a day later after being told it would straighten out after swelling went down, and had to remove it because it was done so badly and have to get it done again. Don’t waste your money at this place. It wasnt clean looking, ATM was broken, no working bathroom, they were out of nearly all their piercing jewelry.

Lines to deep. Tattoo didn’t turn out how I wanted it and how he had drew it up. Told him I just wanted it black and he decided on his own to put white in it. I have had more issues with this tattoo then I have had with any of my other once. Will never go here again.

Called to set a date for my septum and they didnt have anything available for my work schedule so I said Ill look around and they told me they were the only ones doing septums but I went a few streets down and got it done when I walked in... So learn not to lie because I do my research 😂. Definitely wont go here for my next tattoo or piercings.

They are the only place I go for piercings(Fireweed and C location). The staff are amazing, the shop is super clean and great atmosphere. They often post deals on their Facebook so keep an eye on their social media. Plus they show some of the tattoos theyve done, which are really cool.

Straight Trash !! Probably the worst tattoo shop I’ve ever been too! Poor Customer Service just rude as hell. Will never go back and will definitely spread the word to whom ever I can so they will not make the same mistake I did.

Just drove in stoked to get a septum piercing! Called ahead to be sure someone was available when I was planning to come in. The piercer was super rude right away, apparently had a chiropractor appointment he had to go to and seemed really annoyed I even asked to get pierced. Weirdest 1 minute interaction I’ve ever had with someone in this industry. Totally bummed, will never come back.

The girl who did my piercing didnt have good Customer service. She had a attitude with me and also didnt do my piercing right how i wanted. I told her it wasnt in the middle but she had told me it was when it wasnt. Im very disappointed. She need to get fire.

Got three piercings and so far one tattoo from here and I love it. The staff are amazing and helpful, and the environment is super clean.

Do not get a tattoo here. I went here to get an arm tattoo covered and paid for a session but was charged twice and have not been refunded for the overpayment. Eddie did nothing like the design I wanted and haphazardly put random tattoos on me leaving my arm, shoulder, and back scarred and mangled.

Great piercings but not the best tattoo work in town by far, definitely recommend for body piercings but you should probably call ahead in case there piercer is late or just doesnt show up at all, otherwise a good spot.

I was a little scared of needles, and I told the piercer that and they were very informative on telling me things as they went along and afterwardsand they were gentle and i highly recommend.
