I’ve been seeing Brittany for ALL my wax/tinting needs for years now. I won’t go anywhere else. I absolutely ADORE her as a person- and she is also so super talented as an aesthetician. I’m pretty happy with this shop for their piercers. I have seen Blake and Kaylee and they have both been so professional and knowledgeable. It puts you at ease to know that they are confident in their abilities and can guide you into the best options as far as placement etc. I’ve had my helix, conch, and forward helix done as well as jewelry replacement done. 👍🏼👍🏼The front desk seems to be evolving. Not all of them, but most don’t seem to be judging you just because you aren’t all tatted (that they can see) or pierced up. We are all different and should be treated the same when it comes to customer service. So I can appreciate those that treat me as an equal and not some old lady has been hahaDefinitely will be back, def recommend!

My friend and I did walk-in tattoos with John, incredible pricing and speed, quality is great and the memories are forever! I was visiting my friend and dont live in Alaska, but honestly I would fly there just for the tattoos!

Had a great tattoo with Bear. They helped me with a custom color design and very communicative throughout the whole process. Id love to get another tattoo from them the next time in Anchorage.Very clean workspace and friendly staff.

I was able to get in very quickly for a walk in appointment for a double lobe piercing. I was nervous about previous scar tissue & the asymmetry of my other piercing, but Blake was very professional and put me right at ease. Their flat back jewelry is phenomenal for the healing process. I will be back :)

Absolutely LOVED my experience here. I got 2 piercings in a pretty sensitive area ☺️ & Taryl did an awesome job at making me feel comfortable and being very gentle. She also made sure they were exactly even on both sides. They look great!! I will most definitely be going back. Not to mention the jewelry you get to pick from is AMAZINGLY beautiful. So you dont HAVE to have the plain silver bars anymore until its healed. They hook it up from day one!! I recommend 100%

Be careful buying jewelry here, it overall is a very clean shop and nice staff but when flustered they leave out important information on a sale, I spent $85 on a septum ring and stud, waited like 10 minutes for the person selling me the jewelery to find my size(which I appreciated) but she put a ball on my septum that was way too big and now won’t come off and a stud that doesn’t fit my nose at all, plus she didn’t tell me that your paying per piece, like the gem and the thing that actually goes through my nose and the ball for the septum separately from the septum, which I really wished she would have told me before hand course then I would’ve just went to fifth avenue. I’m not trying to discredit the shop at all but definitely be careful buying jewelry here.

Saw Reagan today for a vertical labret + septum combo .Energy was great and helped calm my nerves forsure .Took the time to make sure the placement was perfect , and checked that I had the correct anatomy for the septum .Highly recommend !

Absolutely fabulous service! I’ve gotten 5 piercings done so far here from Blake, and they’ve all been painless (I’m a total wimp when it comes to needles so this was comforting) and the healing was quick and without the usual soreness, Blake explained the piercing care instructions thoroughly and answered any questions I had. The girls at the counter were incredibly kind and helped me pick out the perfect jewelry set to accompany my other piercings. I will definitely make another appointment when I’m in town, maybe even for a tattoo if I can muster up some bravery.

I bought a septum ring here a few days ago and it broke the first time I wore it (the ball fell off several times, so I tightened it a bit more and it broke!). Very disappointed in the quality of the jewelry I bought here.

Recieved a nose piercing from Kailee (I believe thats how you spell it), and she was absolutely AMAZING. Made me feel so comfortable and talked with me the entire time. I watched her set up and she was perfectly sterile the entire time. I work in surgery and didnt expect the perfect sterility so it was a pleasant surprise! Will be coming back for more piercings from her!I do recommend getting there 15 minutes before they open and waiting at the door if you are a walk in customer. They were absolutely booked within 10 minutes of opening this morning. This tells you how awesome they are!

Loved this place. I needed a size reduction and got another helix piercing and 3 lobe piercings. I met with sterile Taryl and she was great. Very clean, explained the process and after care thorough, barely felt a pinch! I definitely would recommend her to anyone needing piercings.

Literally the best experience I could’ve asked for. I did the walk in approach, definitely get there at opening, there was already a line on a Tuesday (cuz they’re that awesome). Once inside even though the person at the counter was SUPER busy and had A LOT of people (I wish I got her name, but it was this morning -7/18), she was still very polite, attentive, patient and knowledgeable—with incredible multi-tasking skills. Then when I went back for the actual appt later in the day, again, everyone was so friendly. Reagan was so nice and answered all of my questions, she was also the best moral support and again very knowledgeable. Blake did the actual piercing and he was so nice and he had a very soothing voice and demeanor and that was much appreciated.Overall: incredible experience, yes there is a wait, yes it takes time, yes it’s not cheap. But that is because these are quality employees in a quality shop with quality education. Would 1,000% recommend and worth any amount of wait time :) —thanks everyone!

Madison did a nose and helix piercing for me. She is absolutely amazing and professional. I’ve had my nose pierced 3 times , this being my fourth and it was by far the most painless due to her technique . Also , Christina (I think that is her name, she has blonde hair) was very helpful in assisting me in picking out jewelry.And oh the jewelry!!!!! The jewelry there is absolutely amazing!!!! I am form NY and I have never seen such an amazing selection of jewelry. The only downside is it makes it hard to select and you’ll want to buy everything !!!Overall, I had an amazing experience and will be going back for other piercing

Took my 7 year old here to get her ears pierced for her birthday. Madison took such good care of her, made sure she was comfortable and understood what was happening and gave her great advice for aftercare. Very clean and professional and they had tons of earrings to select from as well. Highly recommend!

Went in for a walk in to get my bridge pierced with blake, he got the placement PERFECT, helped me choose jewelry i liked, it was overall pretty painless and he was super chill. the overall experience was great. 10/10 recommend

Very efficient appointment process, friendly front area staff, independent tattoo artists. I saw Painless James for s consult last week and was very impressed with the depth of his knowledge and his input to the design I wanted. I love the work he did for me six years ago and its clear hes continued to grow as an artist since then. Highly recommend.

Great team. They made sure the earring placement was where it both looked good to both her and my daughter. It was a smooth procedure and they ensured a very sterile process.

The girls at the front were pretty RUDE. Made me feel really bad tbh. :( love the staff but the girls up front need to be more kind.

I got my helix pierced by Blake a couple days ago, the experience was perfect. Everyone was super nice and knowledgeable. Blake made me feel totally comfortable. The piercing was quick and I barely felt it! They had a great selection of super cute jewelry and explained how to care for the piercing in great detail. I would definitely recommend them!

The weekend piercer was extremely standoffish to me after she refused service to my friend, accusing her of something that has never happened. She did not speak to me or act friendly in any sort of way. She completely lost all sense of customer service to me which is unprofessional to have a bias against a client because you refused service to the person who was with them. I’m a long time client I’ve had many piercings from them so I know they are professional and deliver high quality service but she couldn’t even pierce me in one motion. When I went to pay she didn’t say anything to me just sat on her phone and acted like I didn’t exist. The whole experience just left a bad taste in my mouth. I love the hole look, I love everything about them but this new piercer I don’t know if she was having a bad day or what. I want to give her the benefit of the doubt and hope she just mixed my friend up with another client but the way she refused service to my friend and the way she provided service to me was the most unprofessional service I’ve ever received. I’m sorry but if you cannot handle customers with anxiety when you stab people for a living then youre in the wrong line of work. Go see Blake, he knows what he’s doing and he’s professional about it.

When I first walked into the shop I was immediately drawn to the atmosphere. It was clean and the jewelry was well displayed. It was my first time getting pierced at this shop and I can confidently say I’ll be back for more! The nice person who pierced me, Taryl, did a great job walking me through every step and making sure I was comfortable. 10/10 experience!

The piercer Madison is so sweet and makes you feel like you can really trust her. I got a belly piercing that was previously pierced by a different company and it was done horribly,but Madison fixed it and made it look wayyyyy better . i will now on be going to this place.

I’ve been here twice for piercings and been lucky enough to be scheduled both times with Maddison. She is an absolute gem that always is so professional, fun, and makes you feel so at ease during the entire process. The front staff are nice and quick to check you in (get there early though!) and the jewelry is all amazing, high quality titanium that’s also super cute!!When Maddison realized I was there with my friend who was also there to get pierced, she let us both come back together and knocked out our piercings at the same time which was so unexpected but greatly appreciated.

I booked an appointment for me and my brother to get lip and nose piercings and it was by far the best service I’ve ever had in a appointment. Taryl made me feel so comfortable and was very accommodating. My piercings look so good. And when you walk in the front door people are so friendly immediately. I will get my piercings through Taryl from here on out🙌🏽

The atmosphere at the hole look was amazing! It was very clean and organized and I felt very comfortable when I went in there. Taryl was the one who did my piercing and she was beyond sweet! She made me feel super comfortable and genuinely connected with me. I will definitely be going back for any of my other piercings!

I came here to get my nipples pierced 2 moThis ago from Madison and I wish she could’ve done all my other piercings (which I have a lot). I was nervous about if it would be awkward but it was never awkward it was very relaxing. She was so informative and made sure she knew you were ready. I came in to size down and it was so quick easy and didn’t feel anything at all! I recommend Madison 6/5 stars! Worth every penny.

On any other day I’d rate The Hole Look 5/5 stars, but today I experience a level of disrespect that I have never encountered by piercer at this shop.I’ve been going to The Hole Look for approximately three years and have gotten 6 ear piercings and 3 facial piercings. I’ve had every piercer at least once and all the counter staff are fantastic and friendly people. Today however, I was turned away by the piercer for something I DID NOT do.I arrived for a lobe stretch with my friend who wanted to get a nostril piercing (she is also a long time regular) and we were filling out paperwork when the counter staff told me that the piercer needed to speak with me real quick. From the conversation we had prior, I assumed it was about the gauge size or maybe she wanted to see if I was actually ready for the next stretch. Roughly a month ago, the piercer checked my ears after piercing my daith for me, and told me to wait a little bit longer before the next stretch.When the piercer came out, she told me that she wasn’t comfortable seeing me for anymore piercings. She said “you’ve cussed at me and had really bad energy during the piercings so you’re going to need to find a different piercer”. My friend and I were shocked, I had never cussed at a piercer. Of course, I’ve swore I will never deny that. PIERCINGS HURT! but I’ve never once directed those words at a piercer, tattoo artist or anyone providing me a service. EVER. Naturally my first instinct was to tell her “Oh.. but.. I haven’t ever cussed at you…” she continued and said “well, you did and your nervous and anxiety are really overwhelming so I don’t think I’m the piercer for you.” Not only did she have several opportunities to make me aware of her feelings towards me as a client PRIOR to me trying to schedule today, she did it in front of other clients and the rest of the staff.. I felt embarrassed, disrespected and very hurt by a shop that I had been going to for several years now.This piercer has done two jewelry insertions, one lobe stretch, a septum piercing (which had scar tissue, so it hurt a lot.) and a daith (the most painful piercing I’ve had to date)I understand turning down a client who’s nerves make you overwhelmed, that was never the issue.. this piercer accused me of something that isn’t even in my character to do. When I am pierced, I talk a lot. I have anxiety from trauma and I understand that they can be overwhelming for a piercer and make them lose confidence in a client, but to blame your client and lie about a scenario to justify your refusal of service is beyond unprofessional. I hope this piercer was confusing me for another client as I can not comprehend how she could have interpreted anything I’ve done as cussing at her.I don’t know if I’ll ever be back, but hopefully someday.

I don’t usually review places but I’m very upset. I went in to get a new nostril hoop. I already had one in but wanted a new style. The guy that sold me it measured the one in my nose to be sure it was the same size as the new one. When he brought it out I stated that it looked rather big and he said it was the same size as the one I already have in and that once it’s in my nose it would look the same. I purchased the new one for $160, when I got to my car and switched it out it was noticeably WAY bigger than my previous one and looked ridiculous on me. I walked right back in and told him it was obviously not the same size and he agreed with me but offered no solutions. I understand a no return policy but when I was promised a size when purchasing and was sold an incorrect size especially for that dollar amount I expect a company to make it right. I am very upset that I wasted $160 on jewelry I can not wear.

Im so grateful they were able to squeeze my daughter in for her nose piercing! Very clean, very informative and friendly environment. Her nose piercing was for getting her grades up! Thank you The Hole Look! You all are amazing.

My name is Angel and I got my septum done here and thought hey this isn’t that bad I’ll come back completely different experience not in a good way, I went and got my bridge and nostril piercings done here and the piercer I wanted didn’t even show up I had a bad experience at a different shop that I showed up late for so I understand the importance of punctuality but then she never showed up, so it’s terrible if the customer doesn’t make it but acceptable when the piercer doesn’t ok? So they give me a different person waited 30 minutes for them to actually pierce me even though I showed up 10min early got the pick out my jewelry, then the piercer was FINALLY ready, and as she’s doing it just rushing through it all felt like she didn’t care nore want to pierce me, I’m confused cause I’m paying a lot to get this done… so why rush me out, and now I have a crooked bridge and badly placed nostril piercings, yeah don’t come here cause they don’t seem to care about the work they do or the effort

This is the only shop Ill ever go to for piercings in Anchorage. Ive been coming here for 8 years to either get new piercings in place or to refit/upgrade my jewelry--Blake is always super helpful and makes the process really comfortable, as well as all the other staff who have helped me here. The shop is always clean (like sterile clean), Ive never had any problems with my services, and I always leave feeling assured that I am educated on how to care for my piercing(s) and if I do have any questions, I can easily get in touch with the shop. I seriously love the people who keep this business alive. They deserve 5 stars and more xoxo

To say that my experience here was simply great is an understatement. Christy was my artist for a very personal tattoo with my Dads ashes. She was so easy to talk to! Anytime I was unsure, she would give me her best professional opinion/input which was super helpful! She was respectful of the process with my Dads ashes. The piece was a song lyric, She even put on the music by the band & supported me when I got understandably emotional. I was so comfortable working with her that cannot wait to get some more ink done by her!

Seems like a great place to get pierced….I wouldn’t know.I called on Tuesday about a nose piercing & was told that there is one piercer that would do it but she only works Wednesday - Saturday from noon to 7pm. Seeing as Tuesday was my last day off, I confirmed that I would be able to come after I get off work at 6pm the next day; I was told that I could. I asked to make an appointment & was told they only do walk ins. Okay, cool.So, it’s a little irritating when I am on my way at 6:30 and call to ask if the piercer is still there and I’m told by someone else that they’ve already went home. Apparently, they stop piercing at 6 - which is fine. When I ask why the person I spoke to before wouldn’t have told me this information, the man gets an attitude in his tone and tells me that the information is on the door and on the website. Which is irritating because I confirmed with the person I’d spoken to before that I would come after 6 - why would they not have told me that then. If staff won’t bother to give me correct information, why would I bother to spend my hard earned money there?Maybe I’m being dramatic, but knowing that I’m from the lower 48 where shops stay open and pierce until 10-midnight, I tried to accommodate - by calling and getting the information beforehand. It’s irritating when you try to get the right information and accommodate and this is your experience.A shame that I not be getting pierced here - I was excited to. I found another shop that allowed me to make an appointment and had nicer staff.

This is a really nice shop with so many lovely jewelry options. I got a floating navel from Kailee and I love it! I was excited to see Kailee pierces here now, Ive gotten a daith from her before too at another shop, both my piercings from her are absolutely perfect. Shes super sweet and a great piercer, I highly recommend her. Also, this shop has an anodizer and can make custom colors which is really cool!

I just got my nose pierced yesterday and I love it! When I first walked in with my mom the staff was super nice and welcoming. I was trying to convince my parents to let me get my nose pierced (mom especially) and both of my parents felt super comfortable there. Blake was my piercer and he showed us around his room and talked about how they clean all of their tools and gave us the full rundown. He did not make me feel pressured at all. They let me hangout for a little while to calm my nerves and decide what to do. I felt very well taken care of. I would recommend The Hole Look to anyone.

Customer flow is like a conveyer belt factory with a side of dentist office waiting time. A lot of customers left because of the wait. Maybe if they had more piercers they would be a better service. How this place makes money is a mystery, except from their overpriced jewelry and service prices (ex: $15 to remove a piece of jewelry. Whoa.). The girl at the counter is not helpful, knows little, and isnt skilled in customer service. I was sold the wrong sized jewelry and could not return it, but was offered to buy another one for the same price. Lovely. I was a customer for a while prior and the service was exceptional until now during my latest visit this week. Im unsure what happened, but their turnover is seemingly high. That could be the cause of the symptom of poor customer service I didnt notice until I was a victim of it. It seems like there is always a new person at the counter who does not stay long enough to know enough. Heavily understaffed counter, very slave shop feel. I waited in line for 10 minutes before I was told Id be waiting another hour for the piercing. I cannot ethically shop here because I cannot support a company that treats their employees so poorly. As an Alaskan I am ashamed of this paid slave culture from the lower 48 happening in our great state.

I loved it here. Myself and about 15 other friends got our own personality rubber duckies from James @PainlessJames. I love the work I have from other artists, but I dont think I want to get ink from anywhere else but with James for now on. Educated, friendly, proper, professional, it was the most comfortable tattoo session I’ve ever had. Clean, organized, informational, passionate, and just knows the shizz. Front desk guys were awesome, informative and easy to talk to. Highly recommend. Probably wont go anywhere else but here. Great job guys.

The Hole Look is the only place I will go to get anything done in Anchorage. Havent gotten a piercing in a long time, and the piercing I wanted was not for the weak of heart if you get my drift. The staff was super friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The piercer, Blake was awesome. Explained the whole process, and answered all questions I had prior to the procedure. I am and will continue to go to The Hole look for all of my piercings, and when I eventually decide on my next tattoos, I will go here as well.

I have been coming here for a long time for all of my piercings. They only accept walk ins which is fine, 3 people were ahead of me. The 3rd person had a friend/family come in 15 minutes after I had checked in and yet she was able to be seen together with her friend/family.. there is a waitlist. It’s very unfortunate that they don’t value there clients time. Been here close to 2 hours. Loved my piercier Maddison (I think that’s her name) But maybe communication needs to be worked on with the two girls managing the front. Apparently a client was here for a tattoo and she was waiting in the lobby for quite awhile. The tattoo artist came out front thinking she left and said he had told the girls to let her know she can go on back. Once again, valuing clients time is important as we value the employees time there as well

I just got my industrial pierced at the Hole Look last night, and I LOVE it. Adam was my piercer, and he took his time because he wanted it to turn out perfect. You could tell he truly does his best and takes pride in his work. He was so sweet and made sure I was comfortable and explained everything as he was going so that I wouldnt be nervous or surprised. And the girl at the front desk ( I cant remember her name =/ ) was so sweet and friendly and definitely knew her stuff and answered all my questions. Before deciding where I wanted to go, I called both Body Piercing Unlimited locations to ask them simple questions about making an appointment and their hours, and BOTH girls who answered the phones had such an attitude and were no help at all and were NOT friendly -- definitely a turn off! That made me not want to bother driving out there and having to deal with them. So I called The Hole Look and the girl who answered the phone was so nice and willing to answer my question. It doesnt hurt to go the extra mile and be a little friendly! You lose business if youre rude to potential customers, simple as that. Anyway, I am VERY happy with my piercing and highly recommend The Hole Look to anyone.

I went in for nipple piercings for my birthday and had never gotten a piercing before. Blake was my piercer and despite me being a sweaty mess he was cool, kind, professional, and knowledgeable. It hurt but not bad and Im very happy. It was a great birthday experience.

If you are a person who is thinking about walking in, good luck. I would recommend an appointment. We walked in on a Saturday, didnt expect to be assisted with our request that day, and was told they were booked within the first 30 mins of opening. Understandable. The lady up front recommended us to come in before 12 when they open for walk ins tomorrow. We showed up 15-20 mins the next day prior to the doors opening (mind you, there were 4 people in line and we were 5th) and STILL was told they were booked. It was the craziest thing. There was lack of empathy with the people up front and it didnt make sense how the whole day couldve been booked when we were one of the few who showed up prior to the doors opening. The reason they gave us was it couldve been emergency situations. I understand and fully empathize with emergencies. However, if it was an emergency, theyd be right there front and center ready to get taken care of. Or go to the doctor. IDK. This review is targeted to the future walk-ins. Good luck :)

Absolutely love this place, Ive been getting tattooed by Painless James for years and Im always amazed by his work. Ive also had piercings by Taryl and Maddison who are both lovely! Anyone you see here is great at what they do and the place is always clean and organized. Highly recommend this shop to everyone I can🥰

I actually haven’t gotten a piercing here and it’s part of the reason why the rating isn’t five stars. It’s because I’ve went in three different times when I had money and the first time someone was supposed to meet me and I messaged them on instagram for it too. They didn’t show up gave me a wrong time and I gave up with her then I went to their websit to see when walkins were and it was either the wrong time or day or the person wasn’t in. I just gave up with them I’m sure they do a good job with piercings and whatnot my cousin got good ones from them but I’m good.

I had my rook done with Kailee Bluhm and she absolutely killed it!! Extremely careful and informative. Definitely recommend for any of your piercing needs!!!

I have had a very frustrating experience here. First, I called to ask about piercings, found that they start the list when they open at noon.I went on a Saturday, list was filled, I was like alright that’s fine, guy told me that I could come in anytime next week for the septum piercing (which is what I’m trying to get). Mind you I live in eagle River.Thought ok, come in on Tuesday, got up early made room with my job to go. Arrived and was told “we only have one lady that does septum’s and she’s only here Wednesday thru Saturday” so again, made a trip for nothing. Next day, Wednesday, came in early, first customer to arrive actually, now I’m told she’s not there and won’t be for the rest of the week. I’ve been told 3 different things, advertised terribly, and wasted gas to come out here. Mind you it’s my very first piercing I’ve been trying to get, so I’m very bummed about how they’ve reacted with me.

Madison is top notch! Shes got a great personality, loves what she does, and cares about the customers. Ive had my ears and nose pierced there and always professional.

They are so friendly. I went in to get my ears pierced and it was fast as well as really great. The piercer I had knew what he was doing. Every person that worked there that I met was courteous and I didnt feel unwelcome at all.

Ive had the pleasure of being pierced by Blake several times now. After getting a couple done at another place in town and always seeming to have issues, I decided to try the Hole Look....never looked back. My husband got a memorial tattoo done in remembrance of his mother, James did an incredible job so much so that both my husband and I just scheduled another session for new ink. Whether youre getting a piercing or a tattoo, this is the place to go. The shop is super clean, great customer service and awesome aftercare including changing jewelry, seeing you for any concerns with healing, the best products etc. Youll never feel like just a number here and even those who may be scared or anxious to get their first piercing/tattoo will immediately feel relaxed once youre in their hands.Professional, skilled and creative badasses...guess that one sentence could have worked as my whole review haha.

I got a tattoo from Shara. She was professional and exceptionally clean. I think she was more thorough with equipment sanitation than the hospital when I had knee surgery. She was fun to talk to and the tattoo turned out perfectly.

My piercer was extremely professional and cool to chat with when I got my 10g lobes pierced. Every time I have visited was a pleasant experience and the knowledgeable and courteous staff are cool and down to earth and make you feel comfortable even if its your first time in a piercing shop.

I had some concerns about piercings I had recieved out of state, and the lady that helped me was very informative and kind, and ensured that I had what I needed to keep the piercings healthy, as well as informing me about some of the tattoo artists who work here as well! Amazing service!

I ALWAYS go to the hole look for my piercings! They are pretty busy when it comes to piercings so you definitely want to show up early if you want to get on the list, but it’s super clean and they are always so kind and professional!

I got my nose pierced here by Taryl. I absolutely love it. All the people I met there were very kind, and informative. The back room for piercings was very clean, and the lady walked me through everything she was doing or was going to, and what to expect. I totally recommend them!

Brother and I came here for AK tats during our trip from TX a month ago. Shara was professional, talented and sweet!! My artist was a butt munch. Perhaps he was just having a bad day, but if he routinely treats other people the way he interacted with me, he needs to step down off his throne. He did a decent job, but his customer service skills left something to be desired. Nessa, the front desk gal, was super helpful and delightful. I would invite her to Thanksgiving! Thanks to most of you for our fun memories!

In the fall, I came in as a walk in for a daith piercing due to the really bad migraines that I was having. The piercer informed of how the piercing would work and pierced through the nerve. It really has helped over the past six months and healed perfectly. Its an excellent place.

I did not care for this place, in regards to piercing. The charge an exorbitant amount, I thought. I did not care for the choice of jewelry I was given for my piercing. Although they are very professional there and I certainly did feel it was very clean. Ultimately, my piercing did not heal as it should and they wanted to charge to remove it! (It was in my ear) I had my husband remove it for free!!

Great service! I was so impressed how fast my helix piercing was! And the shop was so clean, I really liked my experience there and recommend them! I am definitely going there for my piercings.

Horrible customer service. The girl working the front desk was not friendly and not knowledgeable. Blake was pretty awesome, but I paid him to just replace my jewelry because my normal person was out of town, so I didnt really get any service there. I do feel like I overpaid though.

Not only was the piercing guy nice, but he was truthful about how bad it would hurt! He explained everything as he was doing it (which I always find super helpful) and he held great convo while doing. So it wasn’t just awkward! Also front lady super knowledgeable

I recently bought a new nose ring here and havent been happy with how long the stem is and feel like its too visible so I came by The Hole Look today to see if they could shorten the stem or what not and they wanted to charge me $15!!!! Really, youre going to charge me for something that should be free and should have been done right the 1st time???? I get charging me if I had gotten the jewelry elsewhere, but since I did buy it here and you guys were the ones to shape (mis-shape) it you should fix it free of charge. No thanks, Ill fix your mistake myself.

I wanted to get two dermals underneath my collarbones. I filled out paperwork, picked out my jewelry, and waited for the next available piercier (Cody). I was very impressed! He was very professional and it is a very clean place. The guy at the counter was newer, and was thorough. You get what you paid for, so this place is a little bit more spendier than most piercing parlors....completely worth every penny! I plan on coming back.

We scheduled an appointment and arrived on time. We were told we were next in line. 90 minutes later still waiting. I have now spent 4 hours driving back and forth to this place and waiting.As an owner of two businesses I am surprised a place like this still exists. We deliver services when we schedule them.

When my niece and I walked in their shop we were immediately comfortable. Kevin Hardin is an ex ceptional artist who took our idea drew up the concept. After some conversation we went ahead with the tattoo. It turned out awesome. Thank you Kevin.

Got my first cartilage piercing here and had a great experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and my piercer, Blake, was more than happy to answer all my questions about the piercing and aftercare.

Didnt even make it in. I was calling around to ask pertinent questions because I wanted an intimate piercing and AK doesnt have APP certified piercers.... so I had to do some extra homework. The woman who answered the phone spoke to me like I was stupid for asking if their initial piercing jewelry is implant grade, and she had a poor attitude. I was effectively put off and took my business elsewhere.

I have been going to the hole look for 5+ years for all my piercings. To be honest, I wouldnt trust any other piercing shop for my piercings. Friendly staff and clean store. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to get pierced.

Ive been getting tattoos since I was 16, from Japan, to Cali, to Germany, and Ayla totally blew me away. Ive gone, and continue to go, to her with difficult piece ideas, and have always been awed every time I look at the final piece. Shell either lay exactly what you want onto you or will surpass your expectations if you want to give her a little creative freedom.

My girlfriend and I came in to have her tongue pierced. There was a 30 minute wait to start and then we waited an additional 45 minutes on top of that with no updates. Very high prices, bad customer service and slow service. Not impressed sadly.

Everytime Im here Im always happy with the service and the staff. They are good at their respective crafts and Ive enjoyed talking to them about various topics. They are always well informed and polite while maintaining a relaxed atmosphere.

I got my nose pierced 2 years ago actually but remember every minute of it it was an amazing experience right off the bat I walked in they set me up with atom to pierce me and assured me straight away that he had been doing piercings for 15 years which made me feel extremely comfortable then, came to getting the piercing walking into the room made me feel like I was in a hospital room it was so sterile atom walked me through everything and made sure that I was comfortable and didnt feel a thing he made sure that I loved the spot the piercing was going to be before I even got the piecing and it was the most amazing experience I flew up out of southeast to go there to get my first ever tattoo because of my experience with the one piercing

Amazing place. I got my tongue pierced and got my nose ring replaced with a hoop. The piercer was very informative and even told me how to take the hoop out and put it back in. I dont remember his name but he was really nice.

I had an awful experience here. The ladies at the front counter were rude and weren’t educated, unable to answer my questions. Then the guy who pierced my ear didn’t take his time at all and it is now crooked and unable to heal. Extremely unhappy.
