No need to drive all the way to Sac, get your work done here! This is a really nice shop. Historic spot, high ceilings, clean. I’ve been to many tattoo shops across the country, but this place has some of the best tattoo flash on the walls (and in portfolio books) I’ve ever seen. They’ve really done a great job at showcasing the art of the various artists that work there. The atmosphere is inviting and supportive. Tattoo culture can often feel pretentious and “closed off”. I hate walking into a shop and feeling like my tattoo idea sucks and I’m a bother for just walking in the door. You will not feel that way here. Share your ideas, but trust what they come up with. They are all great artists and will not leave you disappointed. It’s been a pleasure to get tattooed by Sam and I will continue to be a loyal customer.

Very clean studio. Staff are all friendly. Kyle took the the projects I had, perfected them, then put the needle and ink to skin. They turned out awesome!Highly recommend AGT and Kyle! They have a shop in Sacramento as well.

I got a tattoo and Connor was so amazing, and did such a good job I would highly recommend.

The shop was nice, but when we started talking to the artist Layne about the design he seemed to understand what we wanted since it was a simple piece of flash from the wall, though when it came to drawing it on skin he became annoyed by us wanting it lower than he had sketched (he only had to move it once) It was not done with a stencil so we assumed the design on skin was a rough sketch, it then turned out to be a completely radically different tattoo not the piece we had chosen. He seemed overall annoyed and unhappy with any request we made or any reference pictures we showed. Overall he made us feel uncomfortable to make any requests, even though good communication with an artist is essential. I would maybe go here again for a different artist, but I definitely don’t suggest getting a tattoo here from Layne. I payed $100 for a tattoo drastically different from what we discussed, and what we wanted. Looking back on the experience we should have walked out as soon as it started feeling like a judgmental atmosphere. I don’t want to give the shop itself a negative review but the bad experience with this artist reflects badly on the whole shop.

Called and requested for a specific artist that I know and they lied to me and said he was there when he wasn’t just so I would come in. I was getting a super small tattoo so I figured I could just let whoever was in there do it because I thought there was no way a real tattoo artist could mess it up… I was wrong. It took about 5 minutes to draw on and maybe 3 to actually tattoo it and then they charged me 80$ for a tattoo the size of a pill, and the lines weren’t even straight…. I do not recommend this place, I’m going elsewhere to get it fixed up. I should’ve just left when I walked in and realized that they lied to me.

I got a tattoo from Alex and she freaking killed it. Im so obsessed. She was kind and funny and really cared about how my whole experience went. And the whole studio feels really chill to be in.

Trevor is great! The shop is one of the most beautiful shops around. Plenty of great flash on the walls and a very laid back vibe.

Customer service is fantastic, the tattoo I got done was fast and looks incredible. I highly recommend going here

Robert is awesome tattoo artist in the great job on my tattoo and he is a very nice person and is great conversation while hes doing your tattoo I love my tattoo 😁😀😁
