I got my nipples pierced by Sarah and she was so knowledgeable and accommodating. I was so nervous to get it done so I appreciate her kindness and listening to what I wanted. I was looking for a shop where I felt like the piercers really took pride in their work and used high quality jewelry. I was also comforted by the fact that they have multiple female piercers as some other places I called only had male piercers. I love my piercings and I can’t wait until they’re healed so I can experiment with pretty jewelry. Would definitely recommend this place to a friend.

I got my nose pierced December 2021 by Sarah. Literally amazing experience. She was so kind and as a minority individual who has experienced rude af customer service and other bad piercers, Sarah was a delight. I dont think I ever got to write a review for her or atomic tattoo but I still remember her. She did the job very smoothly and with as little pain as possible. Wonderful service, definitely recommend!

Well first of all, MJ greeted us by offering us some of her mint gum… that was such a winning startThen Ronny and Max pulled off five tattoos for our group of as many while managing to entertain us too.The crew was professional as well as talented, and so great to work with. Recently got a piece done here with Ben DiPietro and had an awesome experience! He was so kind and made me feel at ease for my appointment and the cat tattoo he did for me is phenomenal. The hours flew by and I’m so stoked to have this beautiful artwork with me forever now ♥️

I took my granddaughter to get her ears pierced for her 9th birthday. I set up and planned this birthday *surprise* with piercer, MJ Mitchell, who said she was honored to be asked to participate in this special day! Went to the location with a friend for some lip piercings and Patricia was wonderful! Even recommended coming back to redo my bridge piercing for me next time I make my way over. Very informative and knowledgeable about piercings and the risk of rejection with some of them. I got snakebites and theyve healed wonderfully! Definitely coming back! ❤️❤️

There is a reason there are the #1 tattoo shops in the area. Great , artists, amazingly clean. Im going back to get my second tattoo in two weeks. Fair price. I met one of the owners. Great people. 👍

I have never been to a retail business with merchandise so nicely lit up and displayed and cashier at register and during business hours but CAN NOT purchase merchandise supposedly because piercer wasnt there? 3 and a half hours left of business hours of operation left. We drove all the way from way south to specifically purchase their jewelry. If a business cant train /trust the employees to open cabinet for returning customers I feel that they should not offer it for sale or at least post that it isnt always available.

I got a navel piercing a couple months ago and it’s been irritated and gross with swelling, puss, and basically everything that can go wrong. The placement is uneven and I’m very disappointed.

Owl did my first big piece this afternoon and he knocked it out of the park! From the conversations to allowing me to take breaks to a beautiful piece, he is hands down an amazing artist. I cant wait to go back and have him work his magic again! Thank you so much Owl!💛💛

Amazing artists and family friendly! Our toddler wanted to watch mom and dad get tattoos and both artists let her sit down and watch for a bit which was so sweet of them! Definitely recommend Mike and Olaf up there, they both do great work!

I have 2 daughters, and when my oldest decided she wanted to get her ears pierced, I reached out to Justin Timming, the owner, to do it. Ive known him for years, and theres not another person who Id trust for the job. He was very kind to her and walked her through the whole process. She was a champ and it all went perfectly. When my youngest daughter wanted hers done, her mom took her to one of those stores in the mall and they pierced them extremely unevenly and one was at the very bottom of her left earlobe. Once it healed up, I reached out to Justin again. He once again made time for us, made sure her ear was healed up, and pierced her left ear again, but correctly and evenly this time. I had read years ago that the best place to get your kids ears pierced is at a tattoo shop. They are by far the most experienced, the most sanitary, and the coolest people ever. 10/10 would recommend Atomic Tattoo to anyone and everyone. Thanks again, Justin!

This is my third tattoo from Atomic Ink and my first tattoo that I had to sit for for an hour. I am absolutely obsessed! Randy did a fantastic job, was super nice and the tattoo came out better than I couldve ever hoped. Everyone there was kind, fun, and professional, and everything was very clean. My sister and I each got half a butterfly for a Sisters Tat. We had a bit of a wait, but for a walk in for a group of 4 it was quite reasonable and the staff was pleasant to chill with while we were there.The artist who worked on me and my sister, Mike Brenner, did a beautiful job of translating our idea onto the skin. Im excited to see how it shakes out with healing time. Pain (sp?) worked on the guys and they both had good things to say about the outcome.My sister and I got our very first tattoos together @ atomic downtown many years ago. Between the all of us, weve gotten 9 tattoos over the years at various Atomic locations and have always had great experiences. It had been a while since wed visited, and I was glad to see that this was still true! 💜 Well definitely be back, as we continue the tradition of family tattoos in the years to come!

I was a walk-in nose piercing one random night and since Atomic was open that night, I came in to see what was up. I was greeted with humor and professionalism and given all information needed up front.I mentioned to my piercer (Leo) that I have anxiety and was a little nervous but still wanted the nose piercing. They were beyond accommodating and described to a T everything as it was happening to ensure a pleasant experience. They are so precise with their markings, explain what everything means and what they were doing. I won’t lie it was such a good experience I went back the very next day to get my Tragus done that I’ve been wishing on for a while, lol.The second appointment was just as nice. I was told my anatomy was just big enough to accommodate the piercing, but it would be a little rough getting the earring in. I didn’t notice any struggle and before I knew it I had my TWO new piercings.One more thing! I wasn’t careful one day and my Tragus came out when I was drying my head after a shower. I full-blown panicked and contacted Leo. While they weren’t available, they immediately found out who was piercing the next day at Atomic and had gotten me set up to go in the next day to get it put back in sterile. Leo is one for the books!!

I’m visiting from missouri and did a walk in, and staff was AMAZING!!! mike did my tattoo, and made sure it was perfect for me, and just had good conversation the entire way through! i have a tendency to pass out due to adrenaline, but he talked to me the entire time, made sure i was comfortable, and kept me relaxed throughout it all. the best experience i’ve had with any tattoo/piercing so far. 10/10 recommend them, and definitely will be coming back next time i’m in austin!

I went in for my first tattoo in the evening without an appointment. The studio was very nice inside and each artist had a small suite for privacy. Cody did a great job and was very patient. The price was half of what I had been previously quoted from other studios. I appreciate that they are open late. I highly recommend them!

Went in to get my nose pierced for the second time (still nerve wracking for me), Leo the piercer was absolutely great! Definitely made me feel comfortable and walked me throughout the entire process! He was also very gentle which I appreciate, will definitely recommend! Will be back for more piercings :-)

First experience going into Atomic Tattoo was a really good one! My husband and I were walk ins and unsure about anything. In no time at all, we met Raynan and every question was answered quickly andconcisely.Raynan reopened one of my lobe piercings and added a brand new Helix piercing!She made my husband and I feel very comfortable and explained everything about the process and the aftercare.We also had a quick consultation with Tyco as Im considering getting my first tattoo. Dont know how good they are because they refused service. They didnt take my Missouri ID, they needed a Texas drivers license? I guess its the rules but the person at the door didnt have to be so rude with his wording and off handed comments about me and my family.

If you’ve been looking for a dope lettering artist look no further!! Jc most definitely delivered!! He freehanded my letters off the top of his head on the spot no books or computer fonts. . He’s great with black and grey realism as well highly recommended. I’m for sure gonna keep working with him hella funny guy hella humble easy to sit with for a few hours.

Went to get a nose ring changed out and the piercer threw away my previous nose ring which I paid $65-$70 bucks for at their south location. He couldn’t find it after I asked for it back so he gave me the GM’s number. Getting a hold of the GM or any kind of customer service is like pulling teeth. No the service itself was not expensive, however the whole experience felt inconsiderate. Subjective but really bummed I lost a pricey piercing that I wanted to keep.

Friendly staff and amazing atmosphere! Came to get my septum pierced and it went smoothly. Piercer knew what they were doing and made the experience comfortable and answered all my questions. I definitely plan on coming back.

I was so drawn to this shop that I finally decided to get my septum piercing done! The vibes were great, honestly so warm and welcoming and I felt very confident that I had made the right choice. Getting the actual piercing was a breeze and the worker was so knowledgeable and explained everything perfectly, I even got instructions emailed on after care in the case I forgot anything! Definitely going back for any other piercings id want to get in the future! :)

UPDATE: even in their response to my review they never offered to give me any of my money back or even talk to me on the phone to get details. They’re obviously okay with letting their piercers act like amateurs.Damaged my jewelry, poorly inserted multiple pieces of jewelry that caused damage to my piercings, cut me with their tools, and refused to give me a refund even though I had to replace all of the jewelry I purchased there due to their poor practices. I was given the owner’s number, the owner ignored my messages. Go elsewhere if you want quality piercings and jewelry, I will never trust an Atomic location again.

Fixing my prior review as I had said we typically love it and one bad example shouldnt determine if youd like to give them a try. The owners are very nice and the artists are as well 👌 maybe just make sure to communicate fully what youre wanting to the letter and redouble check after that too. All and all a wonderful shop 💜

I have never just walked in some where to get a tattoo so I guess that was my mistake. This was suppose to be- or so I thought, a simple cover up. This is now the worst tattoo I have. Splotches and the lines- well you can see it. And it was 100 dollars!!!! Plus tip! Unbelievable. I hate leaving bad reviews but this one, I just couldnt not.

I’ve been wanting to get the right side of my nose repierced for a while now. I was down the street and decided to call and ask if they did walk-ins. I was told they do but that the night piercer called in so if I could make it in within 10 minutes they could squeeze me in. When I arrived, everyone was super cool and friendly. They made me feel very comfortable. I ended up getting two piercings on my right side by MJ. She was super sweet and did an awesome job! She made sure all my nose piercings lined up perfectly! The process did not feel rushed at all & I am super happy with the results! I will definitely be going back when I decide what piercing I want next!

I had a great experience here with three piercers. The owner removed my earrings and another put them back in. Angie was able to put my piercings back in even though they were difficult. She also pierced two new piercings for me and did a great job! The posts used ended up being too small so I had to go back and another male piercer helped me and was able to remove them even though the swelling make it extrémalo hard and painful. He fixed me up with longer posts and I’m doing much better. Everyone there was very professional and kind!

Id been wanting to get a piercing done for the longest time and am from the Houston area where although there are several tattoo shops around each time that I went to explore them, I would never experience a level of cleanliness or professionalism that would encourage me to get work done. So while on a mini vacation to Austin I ended up researching the shops in the area. Atomic came up as a top rated location and the reviews were outstanding. So I made an appointment to get work done. I arrived about 5 minutes behind schedule but was still accommodated by their team. Andy was going to be doing my work and he was very professional throughout the process. He made me feel extremely comfortable and explained each step until I was comfortable. in about 5 minutes the process was over. He explained the aftercare to me in detail and sent me on my way. I have always wanted to get the piercings done and am so happy that I waited to get it done in Austin at Atomic Tattoo and Body Piercing. 10/10 for sure! Thank you Andy for making this experience a breeze!Will be back for my next tattoo!

My husband went in for a piercing, and I went in for a tattoo. We both came out happy and satisfied. Cody did my tattoo, and he was GREAT. Great customer service and care. He made sure I was happy with everything before he started. Will be going back for my next tattoo.

I bought jewelry at the burnet rd location and also got my nose pierced. Angela did a great job. I had no issues with my nose ring jewelry… but I paid a decent amount for a flat back Tragus earring and a month later two of the 3 stones have fallen out. I attempted to contact them via the website to see if there was a warranty on their jewelry and never got a response. I don’t mind paying for body jewelry I just would expect the quality to be better than what it was.

I had an outstanding piercer, cant recall who it was but she was really calming. It was also impressive how well and quickly they moved their piercing queue;they had a good chunk of people in front of us and I think we only waited like 20 min

I loved them! Very professional fast easy.. I actually got a nose ring because I wanted a double nose piercing. Welp I put in my own and it got STUCK! I called them up, they were able to get it out in SECONDS! & replaced my other hoop! Now I have 2 double nose piercings & I’m extremely happy about how professional & courteous they were! I came in on Wednesday, Nov 18th for a tattoo. I was immediately greeted by one of the employees in a welcoming manner. I instantly felt at ease unlike many shops Ive been into. I ended up working with Mike and I have nothing but good things to say about my man Mike. He was professional, easy to talk to, and worked fast. The tattoo came out better than I hoped, Mike really is an artist and does fantastic work.Im super happy with my tattoo and my experience. I will definitely be back to have Mike do my next tattoo 100%

I’m always hesitant about going to new shops, I’ve been in Texas for two years and and finally got my piercings in December. My friend has gotten multiple piercings from Andy and recommended him to me. He did a wonderful job. I was robbed about two weeks after the piercings and the guy ended up ripping out one of my nostril piercings. Andy was so kind and was able to get it back in for me the same night. I don’t have any experiences with anyone else at this shop, but I do plan to get a couple tattoos this year

I got my septum pierced by Kayla here. It was a great experience. The shop itself was clean, and had a cool atmosphere. Kayla was extremely thoughtful on the placement of my piercing, and was very quick. I did have to wait for a little bit, but they were a little busy. Overall, well worth the money.

Got my second ear lobe piercing done here. Everyone was super nice and made me feel comfortable. Andy was great and explained everything he was doing and why he did it. The prep was clean and quick. The piercing was not as painful as I thought it would be and Andy explained the after care process thoroughly. Loved my experience!

Had been looking for help with a couple mouth piercings that had been out for awhile and possibly needed to be relieved and also new jewelry. Called ahead (mid-day on a Friday maybe), got confirmation services were available immediately, pricing estimates and jewelry confirmed. Showed up, was seen immediately and the awesome piercer on shift actually only charged me for the jewelry ($15 a piece) and just helped get them in (the original holes hadnt fully closed up so no repierce needed). Also offered to alert me when a specific jewelry would be in stock and to put it aside for me. Super fast, super sweet service as always. Always recommend them but this location was especially memorable.

After years of talking about getting a tattoo, I finally decided to get one. Why did I wait so long? The staff there were so friendly and helpful. And the artist who did mine, Mike Pain, made it a very cool and pleasant experience. I couldn’t be happier with the result. Now I’m looking forward to going back there to get my next one!

Amazing people work here! I took my daughter here to get her belly button pierced for her 17th birthday. They were very professional and made sure that she was 17 and checked my ID as well to ensure that I was indeed her mom. Justin is awesome! He has a very calm personality and a calming tone to his voice and my daughter was very comfortable going through the pain. Highly recommend them! And the young lady working behind the counter on the day we were there was wonderful also! 😉

I went for a couple piercings and left with none due to the wait time and unorganized way of managing incoming individuals. I came in and was told to wait and will be serviced by the individual thats piercing. 3 individuals came in after me and were serviced before me. I had to go up to the piercer and explain what had happened and the individual went straight to asking what I wanted. Cool, great i guess. Ended up leaving since my time was wasted and didnt think my money should be wasted here either.

I never thought I would get a tattoo. Thats a long story. But at the age of 67 I got my first tattoo on January 5, 2019. First, the staff is wonderful. Informative, knowledgeable and friendly. I and two of my daughters had an appointment to get tattoos together. Sean was wonderful at explaining everything to us and making me feel extra comfortable. Our artist was Mike Pain. I couldnt have asked for anyone better. He was gentle, kind, and did all he could to make me feel comfortable. I am in love with the tattoo I got and if I ever get another one (never say never) Atomic Tattoo will be where I go. The studio is very clean and the staff is great! Two thumbs up for Atomic Tattoo!!!

Being a new Texas resident and shopping to get my first tattoo, I was so afraid to find the wrong tattoo shop in this huge state. After thorough research online and reading numerous of great reviews, this tattoo shop was what my husband and I went with. Everything I read about this shop was true and more! The cleanliness, great customer service, positive, chilled, and welcoming atmosphere, consultation with proven tattoo work, to actually getting the tattoo experience was just beyond Awesome! I was soooo nervous, anxious, and excited at the same time, but being here made all of the concerns go away. I was referred to Alex, his art and tattoo work speaks for itself, and he made my first time experience a breeze throughout the whole process. My husband gotten his work done next to me, from Gary another great tattoo artist too! Overall, it felt like we left there hanging out with some new, cool friends that did our tattoos for a few hours! We will definitely be back, will refer to anyone, and happy to be new loyal customers to Atomic!

I’ve gotten quite a few piercings here and while I think they are generally good technique and sanitation wise the customer service can be a little hit or miss depending on who you interact with when you come in. Let’s just say some people really give off the stereotypical “too cool for school” vibe that is kinda unprofessional. I still like it here though and i would still trust them to do my nose and ear piercings if I had to do it again!

Went here on Halloween with my friend to get a septum (me) and nostril (him) piercing. This place did not disappoint! It was very clean and the staff was nice. We were pierced by Hades herself 💀 She was really personable and did a fantastic job! Both our piercing have great placement and have already stopped hurting. I would highly recommend!

I went here for my first piercing after wanting one for a while. The staff was very non-judgemental about helping me choose what to get as well as knowledgeable about their products and services. While I was getting my piercing, I nearly passed out due to a reaction I sometimes have to needles and Angela, the artistdoing my piercing was more than helpful and accommodating given the situation. She helped me lay down, got me some water, and kept me cool as I recovered all in a very calm and understanding way. She helped me feel comfortable and safe and I would be more than happy to come back here again for her or any other artists work. Very professional and pleasant experience.

Love this shop! Got my cartilage pierced, something I didnt expect to do day of, but they were so well organized that they were able to adhere to the fact that they had a line of people and give me an accurate wait time. Since it was only 15 minutes, I stayed, and Im glad I did! The man who did my piercing (I forget his name, unfortunately) was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. If I get another one, which I plan on doing, I will definitely be back to visit him for it.

Randy did an amazing job on my first tattoo. He took the time to go over what I wanted and was extremely patient with me. Everyone in the shop was really chill and the whole atmosphere is just great here. I had an awesome experience with these people.

The store on 13686 Hwy 183 Austin, TX 78750 I recently went there to get a simple nose piercing. I went in and waited 10 minutes and weren’t greeted. When we were greeted we were told the piercer would be right out. She came out with two girls showing them a diagram and asking what they wanted to get.. overhearing the conversation between the 2 girls there were 3 piercings they were about to get. So we sat down and waited 40 minutes I kid you not. Meanwhile 3 other groups of people walked in after me that wanted a piercing and they were told that the piercer would be out shortly. I was very aggravated and proceeded to walk to where the piercer was and she gave me a dirty look and said when she’s done she’ll help us. 15 more minutes passed by and we still weren’t helped. I’m in the service industry and I tip very well. Multiple people in the lobby left because they weren’t helped. Sis with the pink hair you’re losing money. But do what you will. I’m beyond upset.

Mike was my artist. he gave me my first tattoo and he was very friendly and told me everything i needed to know and made sure that i was comfortable throughout the entire process. we worked together to create a unique design that i was happy with, and his prices were very fair. the environment was clean and comfortable and mike made sure multiple times that i was happy with the design and placement of the tattoo before beginning and during the process. i would highly recommend this shop and artist to anyone looking to get their first tattoo or if you just have any questions about the process.

Angela is the best piercer I know in Austin, super nice, clean, fast and gives amazing advice. She’s been unbelievably helpful with all my piercings, never plan on going to anyone else!

Its amazing here. I have been coming to them for over 2 years now. The first time I was so nervous but I had someone with me that made the experience so comfortable and after that it was so easy. I love that the artists really take the time to know their customer and come up with something so amazing. If you get a chance I would recommend that you see Olaf.

The wait was unprecedented and we weren’t warned. A twenty minute wait ended up being about 45 minutes, and this happened more than once. However, once we actually got with the artist, he was very friendly and did an excellent job. I would definitely recommend this shop, but expect a wait.

DO NOT RECOMMEND BURNET LOCATION! Went to the south location two days ago to get a nose piercing and jewelry ended up being too small. Called south location and was told to come to burnet location because they had a piercer on staff and we called burnet to make sure they would be available. We let them know we were coming from Kyle (40 minute drive) and they said as long as we show up before 11 that it would only take a couple minutes. We got here at 10:50 and they said to wait and they said they would get through everyone on the list. The piercer finally came out after about 20 minutes and said they were only taking two more people and that everyone else had to leave even though we made sure to call ahead and make sure that it would be taken care of. VERY DISAPPOINTED AND HAD A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AND WILL NOT BE BACK.EDIT: Response to owner. No thank you. Will not be returning the service was horrible and wasted 40 minutes getting there and 20 minutes waiting just for them to turn us away. And on top of that had to drive 40 minutes back after calling 3 times to make sure a piercer would be available. WASTE OF TIME. LEFT A LASTING REVIEW.

Got pierced by Andy yesterday and they took extra precautions regarding cleanliness. My piercing was done quickly and carefully. Andys very skillful in his piercing, and made it easy to sit through, especially for a piercing newbie like myself. Would go again!

Me and my wife have had 2 tattoos a piece from this shop over time. Out of 4 artists there, there was one who had done both mine and my wife and did decent work. The other tattoos are bad and barely visible. Today we went to attempt to get the 3rd tattoo for the both of us. Arrived at 9pm and the there was 3 tattoo artist there. Someone told us 45 min wait possibly we ended up waiting almost 2hrs and then the artist says hell only be able to do one while the other artist just leave. That was my last time going there. I do not recommend their services.

They were awesome! Very friendly and clean. They were taking everyones temperature and giving us hand sanitizer. They were conscious of how many people were in their lobby. I got a small tattoo with my sisters by Alex who was very funny. Will definitely come here again!

Went for two session to get a day of the dead lady from Ben. Absolutely fantastic, cannot wait to go back to him. Very professional, but super fun to talk to once we got started. He really has a lot of talent with many different styles and nailed what I wanted completely. The shop itself is very clean and, in my opinion, well laid out.

While I did not get a tattoo or piercing here, I needed mine removed and replaced for an MRI, I was amazed at the orderliness, cleanliness, and open room views. The art and atmosphere was beautiful and the staff friendly but, also very serious about the safety of their staff and clients. My next artwork will come from here.

They were quick and polite. We came at a time where they were trying to eat dinner but they still accommodated everyone and didn’t make us wait long. My artist was fast, professional, and chill. I will definitely be getting more tattoos here in the future

I typically dont write reviews, but when went to another shop and almost got the same quality of jewelry for double the price (plus) its worth mentioning! 2 gorgeous barbells for 55$? Thats a steal! Joey was the piercer that changed out my jewelry, she was such a sweet heart with a light touch! I went to Atomic Tattoo on North Burnet for a septum piercing. I can not recommend Andy the Piercer enough! He was extremely professional, provided excellent customer service, and walked me through every step of my piercing. I was in and out in ten minutes. You can make appointments with him through his Instagram too which is convenient.

Ive gotten several piercings here and had a great experience each time. The piercer is very nice and courteous. The faculty is clean and comfortable. They have a nice selection of jewelry and the wait is always minimal.

I didn’t have an enjoyable or welcoming experience here. Gave it 2 stars because the shop was really clean and that tattoo came out okay.It was my first tattoo and I scheduled an appointment with an artist off of Instagram. I won’t say his name since I don’t wanna put him on blast. In person he wasn’t that welcoming or kind, didn’t make me feel comfortable at all. He probably exchanged 4 words with me throughout the whole tattoo. He seemed to be more worried about his music or the music his friends were playing.I really liked the tattoo but I felt disappointed by the whole experience. I was very excited since it was my first tattoo and I was hoping to maybe talk to the artist while he did it. I had to ask to be moved on a table after he had me all contorted for like 40 mins and it felt like I had bothered him by asking to be put in a more comfortable position.Then what really bothered me was the fact that I was overcharged. He charges 150 an hour and the tattoo only took 2 1/2 hours. I was initially quoted 500 which I was okay with since I thought the tattoo would take longer. Best part was I decided to give him a 20% tip ($100) since the piece came out really well and he just looks at it and says “Oh ok, just put it on the table”. That’s it? No thank you or hey have a good day?Overall I really didn’t like the dude even though he’s a good artist. I won’t be visiting this place again and I won’t be recommending it to anyone. If the owner wants to contact me about it then feel free to. I don’t like being a “Karen” but I was really disappointed by the experience, a little kindness goes a long way.

Came in only to get a nose ring and honestly blown away by how great the customer service was. The piercer working was super friendly and he even shaped it to my nose which I definitely was not expecting but hella appreciate that they did that. Will definitely be back for my other piercings/tattoos just based off a quick in and out.

First time in a tattoo store. I am impressed with how clean the place is and the staff is friendly and helpful. Bonnie did our piercings and she is so calm that her voice just lets you know you are in capable hands. Bonnie explained exactly what she was going to do and what to do when we got home.

Summary: I have read how one should go to a professional piercing to get any piercing done, so I took the plunge and got my first ear piercing here.The good: the place is clean, and big, and the two people there were nice. There was a good style there, seems like a place youd want to hang out.The bad: I was sadly disappointed in the product. The sweet girl who pierced me worked hard to ensure she centered the on the front, but the angle was really poor. Any earrings I wore would be tilted up rather than forward. So, after $90 and one day I took them out. I got a consult from another place who Ill be going to next once these are healed.Findings: This is not the right place for lobe piercing.

I have received all six of my tattoos from Atomic. Different artist but all amazing work from each one. I got a hand tattoo done three years ago by Olaf. A lot of the artist were reluctant to tattoo my hand because they tend to fade fast. Olaf was willing to do it and I couldn’t be happier. It’s been three years and it still amazing. Never been touched up and looks brand new. Atomic is a great place to get a tattoo. All six of my visits have been nothing but great! Thank you Atomic!

I walked in for a 30th birthday tattoo and saw Mike. He was so thorough and didn’t want me to make any rash decisions which I really appreciated. We went through tons of fonts to find the perfect one and the tattoo was super fast and didn’t hurt at all (and I’m a baby when it comes to tattoos). I will definitely come back to Mike whenever I’m back in town. I also believe I convinced my mom to get a tattoo because she loved him so much.

I went it to get my Daith pierced today. Sean was absolutely amazing and knew his stuff. He was able to answer all of my questions before taking the plunge. I was absolutely nervous. Dutch did my piercing he was calming and gentle. He put me at ease really quickly and explained everything. I had no pain it was done before I knew it. I would totally recommend this place and Dutch to any and everyone I can. Thank you Atoms c Tattoo, Dutch, and Sean for everything. I’ll be back when I’m healed for new jewelry. Y’all are awesome.

Expectations were declining quickly with the lack of customer service over the phone. BUT, Kieran saved the day and was A-MAZ-ING!! So patient, kind, understanding, Professional and informative with the aftercare. Even played some chill music to help calm my nerves. If I ever muster up enough courage for another piercing, I’ll def go see Kieran.

My artist was fantastic!! I came in with a vision of what I wanted, but it wouldnt have made for a good tattoo. My artist worked with me to make a tattoo that would look good and would fit me as a person. He took my vision and made it a work of art. Yeah, it was a little pricey, but you get what you pay for, and it was 110% worth it. I love my art and I appreciate the work my tattoo artist put into it.

Randy and Dan did mine and my wifes matching tattoos, both did amazing work yet each had little differences to make them both unique. Love the shop and will be back for more!

I went in on June 17th with intentions of getting three tattoos. I was talked out of one, which was fine. I understood what he was saying about it. I showed him the other two tattoos I wanted, which were SUPER simple. He didnt seem confident or like he wanted to do them at all... and it showed in his work. After he finished, he let me know he would do touch ups any time, for free. I left that night knowing I would be getting at least one of my tattoos touched up... but not by him or anyone at this place. I got a simple peace sign. Literally a small hand holding up two fingers. The line work is absolutely terrible. The fingers are VERY noticeably different sizes. I wish I would have followed my gut and just stayed away from this place. The only reason I gave two stars is because my other tattoo is *sort of* what I asked for... unfortunately I will not be a returning customer. I added a picture of it in the pictures section.

My first experience with a walk in piercing place. They didn’t offer any choices other than plain or more plain on earrings even though they had cases full of them. The piercer, however nice, was incredibly inexperienced and pierced one of mine incorrectly. It must have slipped in the clip because it was pierced sideways across my lobe and the earring wouldn’t lay down. She also tapped an edge of my cartilage that will probably have an eternal bump. Don’t do walk in piercing places with employees that don’t seem permanent. You will regret it.

I cannot remember for the life of me the lady who did my piercing. She was very patient and informative, she did not seem annoyed with my many questions. I would recommend her 100%

Mike B. is THE BEST. He is a fantastic artist so you will be very pleased with his work. He did an amazing redo of my wedding ring tatoo when other places just told me to remove it! I wont ever go to anyone else.

My daughter called for a base price for a tattoo and she was told it’s $80 na d ir was going to be an hour and half wait she waited for up to 3 hours and the tattooist tilde it was going to be $150 for 4 words on her rib. What a rip off. Not happy with the service

They sent me away would not service me stated it was too late to start the service even though it was a small tattoo. I came in at 11:15pm. They advised they cut off all services about 1120p to prepare for closing time at Midnight. Seems odd but their business THEIR rules.They did however offer to take me the next day. I cant speak to their work just putting this out here for those wanting to go late at night...be warned youll be turned away and disappointed like me. Out of town visiting Austin wanting work done paying customer but let down.

Not even a month after I got my septum piercing the screw that keeps it all together came off. I went back to them and they said they couldn’t help me and if I needed something I’d have to schedule another appointment and pay for them to pierce it again. They did do a good job and I really appreciate the good work but the customer service just wasn’t good at all.

Looks like theyve got good work. Went in as a walk on so we took a chance at getting a seat. The people were nice and the shop has a rad theme. Just wish they didnt wait until 2 hours later to tell us they werent gonna ink us. Other than that, make an appointment and give em a try!

I usually get pierced at Atomic Tattoo. Service is quick, clean but its a little on the pricey side. I spent $30 or so on a normal cartilage piercing and like $75 on an industrial a few years back. Finally, I got my first tattoo here recently when I turned 18. Its about the size of my palm and it was $150. I didnt want to spend over that amount. My tattoo artist, Lily, was so awesome. She had a gentle hand and was easy to talk to. The colors are vibrant and its the prettiest tattoo ever. My mom is getting the same one done by her soon. For a first tattoo this was a great experience and I will defiantly go back to this location.

I had a great experience here and am definitely going to recommend this place to anyone who needs a piercing!!I went in initially looking to get my industrial re-pierced with a 16g, but they didnt have any barbells in the gauge I was looking for. Andy offered to have one shipped to the store for me and gave me a timeline for it and his info so I could come back and have it done, which was really awesome and accommodating!I ended up changing my mind, though, and went back later hoping to get a triple outer conch piercing instead. Andy inspected my ear and told me honestly that he would try his best to do it, but that there was a nerve running through my ear that he really didnt want to touch since he was worried to might be harmful to pierce near. He managed to pull it off, though, and Im so happy with the results!!Im super appreciative that he not only did a great job, but also took his time to make sure the job was done right and with little difficulty on my part. Thanks again for the awesome piercing!! (Also, as a side note, Andys playlist was pretty sick too. Jammed out the whole time!)

I walked in and talked to a guy earlier in the day at Good Times Tattoo in Round Rock. The guy treated me very poorly as soon as I walked in. I thought I was put off tattooing the rest of the day. But I decided to not let it ruin my day, and drove over to Atomic Tattoo the same day. I was in and out in about 15 minutes. I just wanted a small red heart. They were very friendly, and didnt act like I was bothering them for requesting something so simple (which I worried about because of my experience earlier in the day at Good Times in Round Rock.) They take cards (which is unusual for a tattoo place). Overall, a very modern facility, and a very welcoming and friendly atmosphere. I will return for more complicated work.

Im from San Antonio,and I make the drive to Austin just for this place. Its the cleanest and most comfortable shop Ive ever been to. The front desk guy is a dope conversationalist & the piercing staff is an absolute delight. You wont regret coming here.

Looked very clean and staff was nice, jewelry was expensive.Edit: I went here the other day because my piercing came out in my sleep and the inside of my nose healed up. I bought a new nose ring and they helped me reopend the hole and get the new piercing in for no extra charge. That was pretty nice of them, I appreciate it a lot.

Went in to get my nape pierced. Andy was super nice! He took a lot of time making sure he would do the best work and when he saw that what I wanted was not the best choice, he said so and we decided to not get it done. I truly appreciate the professionalism.

This place is AMAZING! The customer service here is awesome!!! This was our first time at a tattoo parlor and didn’t know what to expect. My mom got a small rose tattoo and I got a nose piercing. Both of them turned out excellent. When I come home from college I will for sure come back and get my first tattoo!

They removed an embedded dermal from my lower back and seriously had better bedside manner than most doctors. Very helpful and did a fabulous job removing it quickly and as painlessly as possible. Staff seemed very knowledgeable and helpful.

Cameron Cliche is one of the best tattoo artist Ive ever gotten ink from. I have sleeves on both arms. Great artist his work is amazing and is always willing to take time to talk about tattoo ideas. Been getting tattoos for over 18 years one of the best experiences Ive ever had. Would recommend Atomic Tattoo and Cameron to anyone wanting a tattoo in Austin.Ive gotten tattoos in Chicago, Houston, Miami and many other major tattoo cities and this is one of the best shops Ive ever found. I drive six hours just to have Cameron do my tattoos. Great artist

Visited 2 locations, one on Research and the other on Burnet. I took an out of town guest to get a piercing at the Burnet location and a tattoo at the one on Research. She was very happy with both. The people working at both locations were professional, the interiors of the shops clean and organized and well lit. Both shops were also bigger than I expected.

These guys here are super professional, yet still, the place has that tattoo shop vibe. @Andythepiercer did a great job with my dermal, and Alex has such a light hand and great lines! Ill definitely be going back soon!

Was just supposed to RE pierce my nose and she put a whole new hole. Also gave me the wrong jewelry. $70 for 5 minutes of time and she rushed it, botched my nose and didn’t even follow instructions as to what jewelry I wanted. I hate her.

Just bad all around. I have a lot of tattoos, and I have never had one scab so badly. I do know how to take care of them. The artist just dug in way too deep. I dont like to haggle with prices on tattoos but this was way overpriced. No detail one color about 2 inches 200 dollars, the tattoo took 25 minutes.

Ive had a tattoo done on my right calf and my nose pierced here. Loved both visits. The guy who pierced my nose has adjusted the bends a couple of times too, which I really appreciate! Olaf did a great job on my tattoo, loved his revisions on it as I couldnt find a picture of exactly what I wanted.

I have been to two Atomic Tattoo shops and both had great decor and the artists portfolios were excellent. Abrahan is one of the best artists I have had the privilege of being tattooed by. HIs work speaks for itself and I say that because I get complimented on his work all the time. If you looking for great people and amazing work, this should be where you are looking.

Me and my friend went there to get piercings, my piercing didnt heal quickly like all of my others have it hurt for a week and a half and its just recently stopped hurting. I also got jewelry for my other piercings they were both screw on and didnt look high quality even though I paid $100 for two earrings. And they just immediately fall out Ive had to put them back in once and while I was sleeping last night they fell out again.

This tattoo parlor was not my first choice in getting a new tattoo, but Im very glad I chose it. The guy who did my tattoo, Mike Pain, did a great job on my tattoo, although it was a simple one. He had a great attitude, mainly because of mine, very open to conversation and the portfolios of the artists are amazing. I would recommend going here for your first/more tattoos.

Ben is an awesome artist - probably why its appointment only. The sketch that was done on the tablet is what ended up on my arm (& a tiny modification that improved it). My chair was next to Mike & he is funny, plays great music. I wish Id let Ben start my sleeve (instead of having to fix it & finish it) it would probably come out better (if thats possible) than its looking now. Sadly I cant share a happy review of my experience.One and a half weeks ago I had my septum pierced. Today, the redness and swelling has subsided enough for me to realize the piercing is seriously below standard.This isnt my first facial piercing, so I was anticipating pain. The extent of the pain was my first inclination the piecer missed my sweet spot and placed the site too low. It bled significantly.In the following days I noticed my retainer hung at an odd angle, which I attributed to some odd characteristic of my nose Id just never noticed.After inspecting my piercing closely today, its obvious the piercing dips at an angle.Ill certainly struggle to find jewelry- most likely restricted to a D-ring for comfort and aestethic reasons.Im upset because I spent $90 and undo pain on a body modification that was poorly done.Would not recommend for piercings.

DO NOT COME HERE FOR TATTOO OR IF YOU WANT GENUINELY GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. my tattoo artist DIDNT KNOW THAT YELLOW DADENLIONS EXISTED UNTIL I WALKED IN THERE and didn’t tell me so until he was ALREADY PERMANENTLY MODIFYING MY BODY. was put in contact with someone to fix it and he stopped responding to me the day i got i contact with him (yes, you sean/shawn) and tried to contact him again and was ghosted. called the shop multiple times and was told they would be in contact with me. was never contacted again. this place is the absolute worst. i’m now stuck with what you see in the picture. where the f do i even begin.

About two hours before I got to atomic I had just had my septum pierced and I wasn’t happy at all with what the piercer had done. The ring was huge and bulky. I called atomic and asked if they could help me by putting a smaller ring in and they said yes! Angela, the piercer, was super understanding and super kind while changing out my ring! It was a little crooked so it was a bit challenging but she stuck with it and I’m SO much more happy with my piercing!! Thank you Angels!!!!

I was told I would have to wait an hour just to buy a stud. Not to get a piercing, not to swap out jewelry, literally just the transaction of giving them my money in exchange for the jewelry. This would be understandable if I was getting a piercing and had to wait, but just to buy jewelry? Not worth it. And then when I asked if they could look through my transaction history (since I had bought the same stud before), they said they don’t keep transactions in their records. That’s super sketchy to me, as someone that used to own a business. Just because most of your items/services are nonrefundable doesn’t mean you shouldn’t keep a history of all transactions.I’ve been here a few times and have always been kind of neutral about it, but I probably won’t be coming back after today. This place just seems shady and unorganized.

I called about getting something repierced, and was told over the phone it would probably be possible and to just come on in. The shop is really clean inside, and all the staff I talked to was friendly. After consulting with the peircer, we decided not to try to redo my old piercing because of possible complications. It was dissapointing, but I am glad they put the wellbeing of their customers and the quality of their work over anything else. I hope to come back for a tattoo in the future.

Went in, was told only one person does hand tattoos. Was given a card and told to call back for Kain at 4pm. Called lady that answered the phone sounding annoyed I called, told me they do walk in only first come first serve. I tell her I already came in. Was told to call for a hand tattoo. She let me speak to Kain. Hes booked up with appointments all day. Walk ins only?!

So unfriendly and flakey. Every time I go in there, someone talks down to me. Go somewhere that will treat you like a valued, paying customer who has lots of options for tattoo parlors— not this place, that acts like *they’re* primarily serving *you*

Great place very friendly! We came in and were able to find an Amazing Artist named Gary who took my tattoo concept and Gave me a World Class Work of Art! So Excied and could not be Happier!

Andy did my nose piercing!! Fantastic Job; he absolutely knows what he is doing. He guides with aftercare as well and would recommend 100%.

Took my husbands cousin here to get part of the family crest done. We waited for a long time which is why the 4 stars but the artists are professional and very talented. Just needed to remember that during the summer all the tweens are getting piercings.

Love this place. Brandi did great work on a half-sleeve for me. Shes an amazing artist and I highly recommend her.I gave Brandi a bunch of photos from some recent travels and she combined them all with this amazing drawing.

Expensive, even for a tattoo shop. Artists arent all that great. I really dont understand why they get best shop in town. Platinum is much better for prices, artwork, and piercing work. The piercer used a curved barbell and straightened it out with pliers to make it straight. As a licensed piercer myself, I would never do that. Metal can split and cause bad things, which of course, it did. I had to go to Platinum and get Drew to fix it.

Did NOT get a tattoo here. The guy in the front seemed inconvenienced by my friend and Is existence. After waiting an hour the artist was rude and kept wanting us to tell him very specific details. The whole time we were asking what he would recommend considering our idea and budget. We left. AMillion Tattoos was much more friendly and accommodating.

Took my kiddo to the Burnet Road shop to get her ears pierced about 2 months ago. Great experience, she is trans and everyone at the shop went out of their way to make her feel welcome :)

Went in for a walk in tattoo; the space is gorgeous, clean, and obviously loved. I was helped promptly and kindly by someone, and they were able to help me fix on a design, approve it, and get it tattooed all within an hour or so. Thank you for the new piece Atomic!

I went to get a Medusa piercing from Lily one night and after she put the dot on my lip I asked if she could maybe place it a little lower, she said “it’s where it’s supposed to be” I wasn’t too mad so I felt with it and let her pierce me. Well come to fine out she pierced it HELLA slanted and is literally sinking into my lip. It’s so painful and I’m considering getting it re done by someone else that is actually going to care how their work turns out.

Atomic Tattoo is the place to go in Austin! Atomic is very clean and professional. Gary was my tattoo artist and he did a phenomenal job. These guys are top of the line artist, will definitely be going back.

I love coming here, the set up of the shop, the atmosphere and the guys are always cool. My man Oloff (sorry if i mispelled that :) )was awesome, and did a touch up free of charge. Ive been to many different tattoo artists and i have to say the service is great. i will definitely be returning. you cant beat their prices.Atomic is definitely my kind of placeTHANX GUYS!! ill see ya soon

Mike pain is the best!!!! Im Jeremy my wife is Katie we were down from Michigan and Mike did some ink on us my tat started out as something very simple but Mike turned it into a work of art. I highly recommend Mike pain and atomic tattoo

Went here for Monroe piercing. The piercer wasn’t in so I came back a few hours later. She was nice and the piercing wasn’t too expensive w jewelry. Unfortunately I couldn’t stand that piercing it kept catching on everything so I got rid of it lol

Gary is my guy! Great black and grey tats and killer bedside manner. His color is on point too! None of that heavy handed BS he does it right.

Great place to get a tattoo verry professional but they also like to cut up with you and know how to make you feel at home like your hanging with friends. Abraham Favela does the best work. Ive had him give me 6 tattoos so far probably number 7 in a couple of weeks.
