The people are so welcoming and professional, I recommend going on Sunday when prices are lower (24$ cash) I had my ear lobes done and my sister in law had her nose and ears done. The only thing I do not like is that they DONT use flat back earrings so if you swell there is not enough space to heal. If I had known I wouldn’t have done it here but I’m healing perfectly. If you want to bring a child or baby I recommend going somewhere that offers flat back earrings.

I wanted to have a 5 star experience. I was SO excited. My last piercing was at Walmart in 1990. This was a big deal to me.My visit started out great. Easy to sign in and get in the queue, great discount on Sundays, lovely person working the front counter. All of that was superb.Unfortunately my piercing experience was not. I was seeking something simple, a second hole in each earlobe. But I had some questions and wanted to consult beforehand. I dont do this every day.My piercer could not have been less helpful and shut down any attempt at conversating about the process. So I just went with it because, hey, he is the expert and its a busy day and what I want is simple. I even tried to keep it light by cracking a little joke and he literally huffed in annoyance.I am unhappy with his placement of the new hole on my right ear. When I expressed that, his reply was to then condescendingly tell me about his process and decision making. That would have been a lot more helpful BEFORE a hole went in my body, like you know, maybe when I was trying to talk to you beforehand. I practically ran out I was so uncomfortable.I watched other people be so thrilled with their service so maybe this is a one off. But it was awful for me to not have space made for questions. It felt like I interrupted his ability to watch the cartoons that were loudly playing in his workspace. And now I have to get this corrected elsewhere. Total bummer and waste of time and money. I cried in my car.I think its likely a decent space if you have a lot of piercings and tattoos or feel less rigid about these things. But for people like me who are going out of their comfort zone, I would recommend asking a lot of questions and not going though with it if the vibe is off in any way. I wish I had listened to my gut and asked for another piercer.

Ehhh me and friend came in about 7 on Friday and the tattoo artist up front was all happy go lucky and helping us until we told him our budget was 150/180$ then he stopped moving his arms, he was getting us a book to look through.He then goes to say “anything I do is only 300$ and up, he was not very nice more like arrogant. It was white boy shoulder length hair, glasses blue eyes.We called before hand and we clearly asked the girl we were looking to do flash tattoo, she said it was dead and she didn’t expect more people to come in.Nobody was there when we arrived, guess he just didn’t want to make money.

Definitely happy with our tattoos! Our guy tool his time and really went in on details. Love it! My daughter also gets her piercings here and the staff are always nice! Definitely recommend!

Got my eyebrow and anti eyebrow done here by daniel howland, he wasn’t very welcoming or talkative, but i didn’t mind that much. what i do mind is that he did BOTH with the incorrect jewelry, and i have to get the straight eyebrow barbell replaced with a curved bar, and my anti eyebrow COMPLETELY REMOVED to get repierced with a staple bar, because he used a curved barbell and i can see it under my skin. kids the lesson here is, even though you can get two piercings for 58 dollars, it doesn’t mean you should! i will not be returning.

Marco us a very skilled artist and a joy to work with. Would highly recommend his work. He did a beautiful tattoo on me. He is very skilled at fine point and shading. I asked for a realistic moon. And he delivered exactly what I asked and what he and I designed.

Walked in on mothers day to get a tattoo Ive wanted for years. Marco was amazing and he designed it to go perfectly with my existing ink. I will absolutely be back. Thank you Marco and thank you to the front desk staff. You guys rock!

Such kind staff and a clean place, however the piercing rings are not ideal for swelling, they are basic sized. I had two piercings recently and one swelled up to where the ball popped off and it closed, secondly my other piercing an industrial bar, the ball ends are being pulled into the ear. I bought sterile spray, I keep the area clean, I just have to figure out now how to get a longer bar in or get this removed, a waste of almost $100. I have always had my piercing done here and this is the first for me.

I’ve gotten 5 of my piercings (facial/navel) at platinum ink in the last two years and have had easy healing processes every time! the two different piercers ive had were both skilled professionals. If its your first time getting anything done, id probably always recommend Mason as he has always been professional yet very friendly and always makes getting a piercing as comfortable as possible.

Daniel pierced my nose a while back and just re-pierced my eyebrow this past Sunday (it rejected over a year ago due to my own negligence regarding proper aftercare) and I couldn’t be more pleased. I hope sharing my personal experience here makes up for some of these negative reviews because I love my piercing! Daniel makes everything quick, easy, and to the point, but he also takes the time to make sure you are happy with the placement before starting. It was important to me that I went to someone who would make sure I was happy with the placement because the last time I got my eyebrow done by someone else, they totally pierced me without checking that I liked it first! Thankfully, with Daniel, I didn’t have to worry about that. The whole process was quick and professional—I think that’s all you can really ask for when they have such a rush on their Sunday special discount days. I also would like to mention, I really appreciated the friendliness at the front desk, completely set the tone for the whole experience. I am planning on getting more piercings in the future and will definitely be going here from now on. Thank you!!

A few months ago, I went to get matching helix piercings on both ears. I was pierced by Daniel and got the 2 piercings for $58 combo. He was pretty chill and quick to the point. After Daniel lined everything up, he had me look in the mirror to check if I liked the placement. The piercing itself was super quick and felt like nothing. I appreciated how professional Daniel was and easy the whole process went. He didn’t sugarcoat anything or make me feel nervous. I loved the way they turned out. 3 months later and I feel like they’re totally healed. I’m planning on going to get the jewelry switched out tomorrow. The aftercare spray was totally worth it too. 100% recommend this place and Daniel!

Platinum Ink was recommended to me by a former coworker at a luxury jewelry company. So I trust(ed) her judgment. Based on some of the bad reviews Im reading. I may not have gone without a recommendation... Daniel pierced my ear lobes on each side & it was the third piercing on each lobe. [If I had paid closer attention in the past, I wouldve realized that the second piercing was not geometrically aligned in spacing on my ear lobes. But Daniel found a proper placement for the third piercing on each side.]  Either youre ready for a piercing, or youre not. My right ear lobe didnt even hurt & my left ear was in brief discomfort. But I love the results! And Ive had an easy recovery. My piercing was smooth. Quick. Efficient. Professional. I had little to no redness, bruising, or negative symptoms (I followed the aftercare instructions.)I am delighted with the quality of my piercings. Before a surgery, I had eleven piercings, including an industrial that never healed (nor got infected)--and a tongue piercing that my tongue kept rejecting even after seven individual piercings. Before I outgrew that piercing and removed it for good. Anyway, it had been at least ten years, and the staff at Platinum Ink were very kind to answer all of my questions because it had been so long since I had a piercing.They offered wound wash and everything has been a smooth recovery. My ears responded well to titanium!

The experience was very quick, which was good, but I was really nervous about getting my piercing and had hoped the piercer would reassure me and acknowledge my nervousness, but he didnt say much, just gave me a little warning that he was about to do it.It seems like he did a good job with the actual piercing, and its been healing nicely. I do wish they had other options for the piercing jewelry besides a horseshoe earring. I had hoped for a hoop, but the horseshoe was the only option, and its the one Im stuck with for the next few months lol.

Always friendly and helpful. This is the only place we go to for our piercings. We will be back.

Hate to post a negative review but I feel compelled; idk what the deal is but the piercer here and the overall environment is just not nice or welcoming. I got my nostril pierced here last year and it was pretty abrasive and get in/out with no convo and a quick scan the QR code for aftercare instructions, bye. The stud was way too long for my nose and it bumping up against things made it difficult to heal, I also had a friend who is a piercer look at it and they told me it was pierced way too thin which I agree with because its hard to get jewelry in/out of it. Today I got a new ring because the length of the stud makes it fall out when I sleep and when I was explaining what happened with it, the piercer did this whole sarcastic awww, was that super hard for you? thing and I laughed it off in the moment but its just not okay to be dismissive, even if youre joking, or whatever that was, when youre doing anything body mod related. I can deal with it because its not my first rodeo but there are young people who come get their first piercings here and its important that people feel respected and able to advocate and not like an inconvenience or a joke. Body modding is super vulnerable and theres a submission involved when you allow someone to cause you pain, especially pain that you paid for because you expect the person with the needle in hand to xreate a safe space. You never know what kind of life events are bringing people to a shop. Just bad vibes at this place unfortunately. :/

Mason provided great customer service and was very gentle and professional when he pierced me....The only thing is that my piercing fell out and it will close up before I can get back to Platinum Ink... I got it on 1/21 and it fell out 1/25....bummer😩

Got my piercings done by Daniela howland, he’s not very welcoming and lacks general customer service skills, I wanted my nose pierced in a certain spot (had already been pierced there just closed up) and he argued me out of it. Also got my tongue pierced and after doing extensive research I removed it the same night as it was making my entire mouth hurt and was extremely swollen and bleeding before I even made it home. I’ve had good experiences with other artist at this location however

I came in to get a helix cartilage piercing. I was the only one in the waiting room, filled out the forms, picked out 1 out of 4 options for the stud he could place, and prepaid. It was SUCH a quick experience, I was in and out within 5-10 minutes. I was a little nervous because ive heard that cartilage piercings are more painful than lobe piercings. I didnt feel like there was any acknowledgement of how i was feeling except for asking if I was ready RIGHT before he pierced my ear. But thankfully I really hardly felt it! Afterwards he told me to scan a QR code to get the aftercare instructions. Maybe its because I work in customer service but I felt like it was a bit impersonal. Not bad by ANY means, he was awesome and really professional, but I think some conversation can help build rapport! But Id recommend them- very painless and quick. :)

Got this lil guy done on 3/4/17, by George Miller and I love it!! The experience was wonderful! Took about 3.5 hours, he let me read my book and play dumb games on my phone, and I also had interesting conversations with him and the other artist in the room. He answered all my questions and was very patient with me despite me being a ditz and leaving important info at my house.It was my second tattoo, but my fourth experience with platinum ink. They are now my favorite shop in Austin.All in all a great experience, Ive been recommending him and platinum ink to everyone who compliments my tattoo, and I highly recommend them to you too!

Based on the reviews was kind of skeptical about getting a piercing but I honestly have no complaints. Daniel pierced my nose, got me in and out, seemed chilled. Maybe it’s just my personality don’t care for unnecessary small talk. So didn’t seem rude or anything to me🤷🏾‍♀️

The person at the front desk displayed exceptional customer service skills and set a positive tone for our visit. The piercing procedure was swift and efficient, which we appreciated. However, my rating falls short of 5 stars due to our interaction with the tattoo artist, Daniel Howard.While I share a love for anime and didnt mind him watching it, my friend was understandably nervous. Unfortunately, Mr. Howard appeared indifferent to her anxiety and failed to offer calming reassurance or guidance. His lack of interpersonal skills only heightened her apprehension. Its crucial for professionals in the tattoo industry to remember that customer service is an integral aspect of their job. Regrettably, he barely engaged with my friend, and her initial impression of him as unfriendly proved accurate.His response to her anxiety was rather dismissive, stating, everyone is different, youre either ready or youre not.Additionally, Ive visited other tattoo shops where recording was permitted. Instead of politely requesting that I put my phone away, he stared at me until I had to inquire, to which he simply pointed at a sign on the wall indicating a no cell phone policy. Its not the rule that bothered us, but rather his manner of enforcement.Although we had initially planned to leave a $20 tip, Mr. Howards behavior left us feeling that he didnt deserve it, so we opted not to tip. When I return for my piercing next week, Ill be sure to request a different artist. While my friend showed more patience in this regard, I firmly believe that you should feel comfortable and respected when it comes to altering your body.

Laguna is an absolute superstar. He has been my go to artist and has done beautiful work every time! He takes the time to make sure you love your design and all around a cool dude. You won’t be disappointed!

Came here from bangers for a free tattoo. The place was clean and the employees were very professional. I thought the tattoo would take a little longer but they did it in about 10min and it came out great! Ill definitely be coming back when I take another trip to Austin.

I had a great experience with Marco while I was on vacation in Austin! These were my first tattoos and he made the overall experience very comfortable and he was very supportive and informative. I am very happy with the outcome of my tattoos and will definitely return there whenever I am back in the area!

My husband and I went in there looking to have a sleeve done. We were introduced to Marco who was super friendly and explained everything in detail. He asked my husband to text him ideas of what he wanted done and he did but we never heard back from Marco. It’s been a few weeks now and we were just disappointed with the lack of communication after we left the shop.

They’re quick but still take their time and do a great job! I got a piercing so I can’t judge the other work they do. I already had multiple piercings before so I can tell if it was good or not. They’re doing everything what they’re doing professionally.

The Asian dude at the front desk was super nice. The howland dude that is a piercer was not cool at all. Lol. Good luck running a business without good customer service bro.

Rudest piercer i’ve ever had in my life.

For piercings its good, but NOT for tattoos. I got a quote tattooed on the inside of my right arm and it is still blue because the guy who tattooed me pressed too deep to the point the ink is now permanently in my arm. Ive had this tattoo for almost 5 months already. He didnt even wrap it because he said I didnt need it. Never going back.Edit 2020: it’s still the same. This place sucks! Been like this for about 4 years.

Great customer service experience. Although busy they treat everyone that walks through the door as an individual and extremely professional and personable. Both my daughter and I received piercing on this particular day. The atmosphere extremely CLEAN and organization on point! We will be returning. If you are looking for a quality place of business for your piercings and or tattoos this is the spot. The BEST Ive seen.

DO NOT come for piercings all three of mine were uneven or crooked. Four!! Of my friends also went here same thing crooked or uneven and one piercer is rude the one that pierced Megan fox I wonder if her shi crooked too.

My friend and I went in for piercings a couple days ago. We went for a single piercing each and ended up going back in and leaving with two each because we absolutely loved Drew! He is the best piercer I have ever had and I will be going back VERY soon for my septum to be done! Definitely my new go to for piercing and I’m waiting to hear back about a tattoo quote for a sleeve. Totally out of the way for me but for the service and the specials, I’ll be making the drive every time! Thank you Drew!

Had the best experience here! The staff was incredibly patient. Although I didn’t get all their names, I really really appreciate for their service! They created such a very light-hearted and honest environment! I was experiencing really bad nausea from nerves and the staff was so helpful in making sure I was okay. Got my ear pierced by Justin who was absolutely great! He has a very calming spirit. I definitely plan on going back to him for future piercings and tattoos :)!

ATTENTION: Avoid piercings by Daniel!!! Daughter got three piercings with the Sunday special today. The guy who pierced my daughter’s ears was a complete jerk. No customer service skills at all! He didn’t introduce himself or make eye contact, by the posting on the wall his name is Daniel H. My daughter was really nervous of which he had zero patience. He was more interested with the Anime on the tv or staring off in annoyance versus having friendly small talk convo to help ease her nervousness and when he did talk he was short (abrasive). The lobe piercings do not look symmetrical. The guy in the front was friendly and check in was quick. Two stars for the Sunday special and the friendly guy in the front.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful in pinpointing what exactly I was looking for, and setting me up with the artist. Although my appointment was later in the day, I was able to communicate with Marco Antonio throughout the day. It was smooth half hour in and out. They are Quick but They need to do better with their attitudes in my opinion 🤷🏻‍♀️ I wonder if everybody gets the same treatment or just some in particular 👀

If you want a piercing that is symmetrical do not go here. twice now they have given me not symmetrical piercings. first i got my nostril pierced on both sides and they are off and not in the same place. second, i got my bridge piercing done here. it was pierced deeper towards my eyes in one side which has made it look so crooked and awful. the scarring of a bridge is so bad too so i had to take it out and have a funky looking crooked scar.

Went to get my tongue and navel pierced by Daniel and everything was okay ( the environment and how comfortable I was ) but not even 4 days later I had to go to the ER because my tongue piercing had hit an artery and I was bleeding a lot and had to take it out. Now I’m scared that my navel piercing might have also been pierced wrong since it bruised. :/

I got my transverse lobe pierced by daniel a few years ago and went the other night to get a new earring and have it changed out and was immediately greeted and helped right away upon entering. The guys there are so nice and friendly and professional and really care about helping their clients. It was a short wait and the system they had going was organized and not overcrowded. Pricing is extremely reasonable and I’ve never had any problems with my piercing. Thanks guys for keeping it a great experience !

Let me tell you I have had one of the most questioning expierence’s here at platinum ink i started likening the idea of piercings so I went with the industrial piercing on my ear and the guy at the front was really short with words before I purchased aside the guy without gauges who had them before who pierced me brought me in and Dude Didn’t let me see where exactly he was piercing , didn’t tell me to take a breath just told me to sit back and hold still and went straight to it , he was already in a bad mood and kinda rude ,I didn’t get it where I wanted it I told him I had some questions for him and he told me the answers where on the website link that they give you so he was not comforting at all throught it on top of that the industrial he gave me was short on length and my ear got swollen and worse even after 2 months , and it wasn’t until i got the Tragus from a different piercer there that I realized how bad this place is the piercing went inside and infused with my ear because it was too tiny, I would understand if I didn’t take care of the aftertreatment but I even bought there product and didn’t everything to make sure my piercing wouldn’t get infected or not cared for overall the experience was a load of bull idc what anybody says I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone , I had to go to a real professional to remove them with a close call from getting surgery. I’m not hateful and not saying everyone here is a jerk because there are some really sweet people that work here but just wanted to share my expierence overal lost my trust with this place

I never leave reviews so if I’m taking the time to write this it means that I think ppl should know. I got my belly button pierced earlier this year (March), the piercer looked like he didn’t want to be there which made the experience unpleasant for me from the get go. (So unfriendly, didn’t even get his name and felt like he rushed his work, didn’t ask me anything about what I wanted or the options that I had) He didn’t use clamps and just directly pierced (crooked and way above my belly button??) I didn’t feel anything & it didn’t bleed & I left since the piercer’s attitude made me uncomfortable. Fast forward to a few days later it started bruising -which I thought was normal and it just needs time to heal. The bruising kept on going and the jewelry eventually started migrating. I ended up going to another piercer today because a keloid started growing from the piercing and I wanted to see how I could salvage my piercing, they told me that they didn’t go deep enough and it will take at least 6 weeks to heal. I’ve got a few other piercings so I know how to take care of them and nothing like this ever happened so I know it wasn’t because of my aftercare.I wish I had gotten the piercers name because I can only talk about the reflection of his work and not other artists at the shop. I wouldn’t return and I wouldn’t recommend this place based on both the work and customer service. I can understand bad days so if they’re still at the shop I hope it turns around for them and no one else has the experience that I had.

Horrible experience. From the beginning it was clear staff treated guests differently. More than 1 person at a time were allowed back prior to (and after) our appointment for piercings. For some reason that wasn’t the case for my party. It came off as creepy and came with an overall bad vibe. Separating a nervous (20 yr old) girl from who they came with.. weird… (the front desk even seemed shocked.. perhaps it’s case by case preference). Secondly, providing opinionated remarks about piercing selection and commenting on a “filthy” ear. Unprofessional. Lastly, after FaceTiming me to have a sense of safety in forceful, scary situation, the gloved “professional” hung up the phone. For what reason? None was given. This experience was invasive, humiliating, and scary! Please be safe while visiting this location, and bring a friend.

Scheduled an appointment online and accidentally went to the wrong location (100% my fault, I didn’t pay attention when I was making my appointment). The Burnett location was kind enough to call the south location for me to let them know I was running late. Everyone was super cool about it, and it ended up working out wonderfully because Marco was awesome! Every employee was super nice and professional, and the work was amazing! Will definitely be going back to Marco for future ink!

I went in to get some piercings. I was nervous and a little anxious. But I had Mason take care of me and he was friendly and helped me stay calm and takes me threw it. I couldn’t have been more at ease, comfortable for this piercing. Definitely recommend it!

Came in for my first ever piercings and I was nervous. The piercer made me feel better about the whole thing with some giggles and made it a quick, easy process. Clear instructions on after care of course and very sanitary. Ill be coming back around :)

I swear the people who work here are magic. Ive gotten four piercings in six months, plus gauged my earlobes two sizes, and i havent had any problems with the healing. My friend got her earlobes pierced for the fourth time in her life and this place definitely did the best job, theyve mostly healed in 3 weeks. The staff are courteous and professional, they have you lay down for all piercings (good for my friend cus sometimes she passes out), and everything is sanitary and professional. The best part though? Every low priced piercing comes with surgical grade steel, internally threaded jewelry. Largely hypoallergenic, the internal threading means the threading never passes through the piercing but is instead attached to the end. I love this place and Im going to go back for all my piercings (and eventual tattoos).

I have had 2 cartilage piercings done here on the Sunday Special. They are super busy on Sundays and you dont pay for companionship. The piercings were done quickly and done well. If you want a personal experience and want to have a more relaxed experience, dont go on Sunday. I am happy with my experience and the outcome. Thinking about a navel piercing and will be going back to Platinum ink. Fast, clean and thorough. If you get your feelings hurt by their quickness, this is not the place to go. I liked it!

Got my piercings done by Mason.He was amazing! The procedure it self was not painful, felt like a pinch. Overall experience was good 👍😊. Nice and clean.

Well my wife went about a week ago to get her septum pierced. Daniel did such a good job doing my wifes piercing I was dead set on getting my own first ever piercings. 06/09/2022 I received two piercings, my septum and my right eye brow. Im totally making this my future go to for my future piercings and possibly tattoos as well.Thank you Platinum Ink for making this opportunity a reality for me, and thank you Daniel for the good conversation and just great experience.

The wait time wasn’t very long (I walked in to get a nose piercing). My piercer was very nice and made me feel comfortable (I honestly can’t remember his name though sorry). Only critique is that the person at the front desk didn’t seem very friendly. Regardless, the service was great and I love my new piercing!

The staff at the front were very informative about what you can get and the pricing on everything. I got my lip pierced and the guy who did it was very precise and he was friendly and talked to us like we were his friends, which made us feel comfortable and by the time I got the piercing, I wasn’t nervous anymore. If you want a tattoo or piercing, I’d recommend here. Even though I haven’t gotten a tattoo from here, the photos I’ve seen of the work there, it’s great! 10/10 would recommend

Really loved my piercer Mason! He had his work cut out for him when I told him I wanted 4 facial piercings. Throughout the entire process he explained everything that was going to happen and even managed to get me to laugh while he was piercing my lip 🤣 a few days later the ball on my medusa piercing slipped out and we had to stop by the shop to get it re put in. Mason was super nice and saw me quickly to reput in my piercing. All in all a great experience and I will be coming back to the shop for all my spontaneous piercing fevers 🙃

Great experience coming in on a Sunday to get my boyfriends ears pierced. There was about a 20 min wait but the pricing was fantastic. The piercer was friendly and very precise and got us out in just a few minutes. Very much enjoyed the experience and would come back again for more piercings.

Two stars because the people at the shop were nice. Unfortunately the piercing itself has been nothing short of a nightmare. The piercing I got done here immediately became seriously infected. I got my ear pierced in the evening, ​went home and followed all aftercare cleaning instructions.However, by the time I woke up the next morning it was incredibly swollen, painful and red. I spent that day taking oral antibiotics and continued to follow aftercare instructions with no improvement. In fact, by the next morning my ear had doubled in size due to the swelling and had engulfed the earring backs entirely.I immediately went to the ER where they surgically removed the earrings, which was an extremely painful experience. After a CT scan they decided to admit me to the hospital, where I have been for 2 days now receiving IV antibiotics, because the infection is so severe they are concerned it may move into my mastoid and/or brain.I really dont like leaving low reviews for small businesses but this piercing ended up being an extremely painful, costly, and dangerous experience. Please be careful if you decide to get a piercing.

I asked if it was gunna hurt real bad, he replied with it’s not gunna feel real good. Lmao, I would say 5-10 seconds of actual pain and then kinda sore a little, it’s been 3 days and I don’t feel anything as far as pain unless something brushes against it. I RECOMMEND TO JUST BUY THE SPRAY AND THE CARE MINIMUM

In November I went there to get the other side of my nose pierced. He did it in quite a rush.. Yes they were busy but you should not rush any piercing as it should be perfect since you are paying for it. And about a month ago I realized that the person that did it, made it at an angle making it unable for me to change the piercing out. I tried to work with it but it is such a bad angle, I had to let it close and wasted my money for a piercing that was no good and able to keep. I will never go here again

I went this past Sunday to get my nose pierced and the guy that did it was amazing and my piercing hardly even hurt me. I wanna say his name was Drew, I’m not too sure but he told me if I have any questions to call and ask for him. I’ll definitely be going back to get my septum piercing and I’m definitely gonna ask for the same guy. There was one rude guy that kinda had an attitude but other then that everyone there was polite and friendly.

I visited Platinum Ink on Sunday to take advantage of the piercing special. The shop was busy, but the front desk staff were organized and professional. Justin was my piercer. His room was clean and well organized. He listened to my request for placement and understood exactly what I was after. Despite the packed shop he took his time making sure the piercings were even and properly spaced, and still managed to make it a quick and easy process. I will definitely go back to him for any other piercings in the future.

The guys here are awesome. Very friendly and professional. Super knowledgeable on the piercing and after care process. Even cracked some jokes to help ease the nerves. Great prices and even better staff.

Have gone a couple of times since it was the closest piercing shop. Tried to give this place a few chances before giving up completely, the front desk people have always been super funny and kind. However, we have always seemed to get Daniel as a piercer. He doesn’t seem to enjoy his job at all considering as soon as you go back to get pierced, he is completely silent. He does NOT create a welcoming environment at all, he had pierced me and my Fiancé now 2-3 times and every time it was horrible. He not only came off as abrasive and rude but would hesitate halfway through the piercing making it hurt worse. NOT TO MENTION ALL OF THE PIERCINGS BECAME INFECTED WITHIN A COUPLE OF DAYS. They are not clean, rude, and have left a bad impression on not only me and my family, but the friends we have brought here as well. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.TL;DRDon’t let Daniel pierce you, hes rude and not sanitary.

My friends and I went to get our noses pierced at the same time (there were 3 of us total) and we had a good experience here. They were running a special on the nose piercing so it was only about $30 for the piercing and the ring. They were SUPER crowded the day we went, but they still got to us in about 30 minutes. When we were actually getting out noses pierced the technician made us feel very comfortable and joked with us so that we wouldnt be nervous. The establishment was very clean, and everyone was friendly. I would definitely recommend people go to Platinum Ink off of I-35 for piercings!

I’v been coming here for about 9 years for piercings. I have also got 2 smaller tattoos from here. I often recommend my friends to go to either location for piercings. No matter who is working, I am greeted, and assisted quickly. I rarely wait, and if I do the staff makes the wait worth while! The place is clean, they are awesome with sanitation and also use clean, new, sterile equipment. They also explain what they are doing, and answer any and all questions I have ever had.

I first came here New year’s of 2017 for a belly button piercing and it was a WONDERFUL experience! My piercer was FANTASTIC. Warm and welcoming! I began recommending Platinum Ink as THE place to get pierced. Came here today (9/23/20) and Daniel brought that down to a 1 star (wish I could make it 0 stars???). After reading all the reviews written on him I’m amazed he still has a job there. His service is (hands-down) the absolute WORST I’ve ever experienced at a piercing parlor (and I’ve been to A LOT). I’m sad to say that I will no longer be recommending Platinum Ink (Location I-35) to ANYBODY. With such a miserable attitude, why do you even bother?

I got my nose pierced here almost a full year ago, and its been a complete pain to work with. I couldnt understand what I was doing wrong when changing jewelry (after waiting until it was done healing and taking good care of the piercing!!). A piercer at a different shop confirmed that my piercing was done at a weird angle after I had a particularly frustrating day trying to get my ring back in.Not to mention when I got it done the piercer at this shop rushed through the whole process, was rude to both my friend and I, and acted annoyed that we were getting our noses pierced because every girl is getting their nose pierced right now. I definitely wont be back as a customer, and cant say Id recommend the shop for a nose piercing in particular.

By far, the best customer service I’ve had in a tattoo shop. The owner was checking on me regularly as I waited for the artist. Then the artist, Laguna, was the nicest tattoo artist I have ever worked with. He did a great job with my tat too. All in all, through my experience they have gained a permanent customer. Really felt welcomed.

Super quick, the people arent friendly but they have to be. I think if they were super nice Id be weirded out. They are knowledgeable and efficient. I got a nose piercing stud for 20$. It felt like a really hard pinch for 3 seconds. Pretty good experience, I recommend going on Sundays for $10 off.

Went on a Sunday at 4pm to get a second lobe piercing, and I was out in forty minutes despite this being their sale day. The staff at the front desk was extremely kind, patient, and helpful, and they helped us work out exactly what we wanted. Our piercer was Drew and helped me and my girlfriend work out exactly where we wanted our piercings, and was an expert throughout the whole process. For $19 per earlobe piercing (jewelry included!) you cannot go wrong with this place. I highly recommend getting pierced here.

Ive gotten my last 6 piercings from here. Never had any before and but my first experience was very pleasant. Darren was my piercer and it was a very quick process and the pain was hardly noticeable. The staff are very welcoming and will answer any questions you have. The only thing that sucks is if parking is full lol.

I went there roughly a week ago for an eyebrow piercing, and it fell out in my sleep less than a week later. My sister has been here a few times before and her piercings fell out, and she need to get them redone.

George did a fabulous job on my first tattoo! It took roughly 4 hours, he was patient and super kind. The environment was clean and not intimidating, the privacy of being in a room and not having people at the front watching was much appreciated! I decided to get a septum piercing here. I was super nervous but excited to do it. I literally dont remember the guys name who did my piercing but he was wearing a hat and had glasses on (??). He was okay at first but when I was bleeding and tearing a little from the piercing he kinda got...irritated? I think he was joking but it didnt really feel like it. He said i was the worst experience for him and kept roasting me the entire time. It didnt take long though, I pushed through. Idk, just made me uncomfortable. I decided to nix the septum and get my nostril pierced at the Burnet location, where my piercer was insanely friendly, nice, and made me feel better about, you know, bleeding and tearing up, which are involuntary reactions from the human body when its being penetrated by a foreign object but sure, so annoying and inconvenient. 🙄 but I now know to definitely go back to the burnet location, the vibe was so much more professional and comfortable.

I had my second tattoo done here by Laguna and loved it. Paid a reasonable price and it has healed great. I also got my nose pierced here by another gentleman. However, fast forward a few months, and maybe their business has grown so much they cant take the time/energy to exert being polite? Not only was I quoted the same price for a substantially smaller and simpler tattoo, but I have gotten the run around for scheduling/consults/pricing/etc over the past week. I am considering taking my business elsewhere (although that probably wont make a difference to them and i doubt theyll read this). I am disappointed in the lack of accommodation or even kindness they no longer seem to distribute. They are all talented and I have nothing to say about their work.. Might be back. Might not be.

I went in to get my medusa removed and it was inexpensive ($10.28) and quick. Thanks Mason. Way better than me taking a pair of wire cutters to it (don’t do that).

My daughter got her belly button pierced. It looks great. She didnt flench when she was pierced so they did a great job. I was happy of course, didnt want her in pain.The only negative thing I can say is because they were so quick to handle and take care of her she barely made it to the car to lean on it because she got light headed and almost fainted. Once she got pierced she got up immediately, looked at it in the mirror and we walked out. She was lightheaded and actually got sick which as a mom was not fun. At least we made it to the car before she got to the point where she would have fallen which would have been very bad if we didnt.

Cool place I just wish they have a little bit more courtesy especially when It is minor is getting pierced. Yes it is our choice to get a piercing but we are all human and you get nervous and it just makes someone feel worst when you don’t feel comfortable in the environment nor does the employees make you feel comfortable, (it was actually very uncomfortable). No, I don’t know about the tattoo artists only the piercers, I don’t know his name never told me but it seems like I’m not the only one who had a issue with the piercing artist. So yea :/

Sloppy peircers. they will sell you just to get you in and out. my nose piercing is crooked and not fully in line with my other nostril, peircer never gave me chance to check. always in a rush. if its busy, walk away, theyll just stab you randomly and charge you.

I went and got my nipples pierced here today (7/22/16) and the place was really clean and in total there were only about six people there for the Sunday special (I went closer to opening time) and the wait was nonexistent (maybe 5 minutes). My friend and I got to be in the same room and Drew was super friendly. Definitely will be going back for future piercings!

Went to the Burnet location to get my septum pierced today. Id never been into the shop before and first impression was very clean, and simple. The atmosphere was not over whelming at all, the piercer Darren was super awesome and did my septum super fast with no complications! It looks awesome, didnt hurt a bit! I got my anti-helix pierced by Justin and nostril pierced by Daniel. Both piercers are really nice, gentle, and made it painless. The staff is also very awesome. I visited on a their piercing sale sundays and they were pretty busy, but they took care of me and took their time. Also, they only accept tips in cash, so have extra cash on hand!

Decent wait time on a Sunday for their $20 piercings. Anywhere from 30 to 45 mins. Staff didnt seem overly happy about being there, but very professional and very quick. Once we were in back, the entire process was less than 5 minutes. No instructions, just handed a sheet on how to keep it clean.

Mason was my piercer and did an excellent job at making me feel comfortable. I was scared as hell and he made me laugh 😂 until I literally wasn’t scared anymore. I will definitely be going back to him for my other piercings… amazing experience ❤️❤️

Ive gotten all my piercings here and they are the most cleanest piercing place Ive ever been to. I always go on sundays when their piercings are 1/2 off and the wait time is 30-45 mins at times but totally worth it. Theyre always professional, patient and super nice. Got my conch piercing by Dan and im a happy camper. They dont use piercing guns and yet theyre so good at what they do it didnt even hurt. They make sure u know how to take care of your piercing after and tell you to call if you have any questions. I wont ever go anywhere else.

Ill honestly give it a 5/5 rating. Justin was a bit standoffish at first but after a lil while he opened up and was a great guy, very helpful considering it was my first tattoo. He was very professional as well. Overall a great place to get a tattoo done. Couldnt have been happier.

Loved the price, but they didn’t give me or my friends any information about that piercings we were getting. For example, they didn’t tell me that I couldn’t get this out without tools. Didn’t tell us how long to wait to take it out. Didn’t talk to us at all in the room.. like this is your job and people are going to be scared, talk to them and help them through this. And I do get that people have bad days but come on. Gave me no real information about keloids nor cleaning. Just gave me a piece of paper & then his Venmo. Paper did have cleaning info but I’ve been to other places & they actually talk you through the procedure and how to actually treat it. Piercing is cute though.

Absolutely disrespectful and do not follow proper ear piercing guidelines. Butterfly backs are unsafe for healing, countless reasons why. One being, they are 20g earrings, and they are using them on cartilage piercings which are standard 14-18g. Every male there had an egotistical attitude. Went to Atomic Tattoo and got great, implant grade, internally threaded, titanium earrings for my piercings. Go there instead, they have such a fun environment❣️Platinum knows people will come for their Sunday deal, thats why they close on Monday. Atomic receives the most business on monday because of Platinums clients having complaints.Piercer at Platinum also reaked of weed. Will never return. Me and my girlfriend went there tonight to get our tongues pierced. David was up front, he was the one that pierced us. The piercings look good, but the service wasn’t great. We didn’t feel welcomed at all. He seemed like he was in a bad mood the entire time. If i were you I’d ask for someone else.

I have never been treated so poorly in my life. I’m not usually one for reviews, but your employee was the WORST I’ve ever experienced, so I deemed it necessary to inform you of my experience. I walked in on Tuesday evening 5/14 for a belly button piercing and was greeted by this employee (who never gave his name) as if I had ruined his life, just by walking in your place of business. He had dark greasy hair, was short, thin, and forgot his ear spacers because his ear lobes dangled empty and lifeless. When I asked if he had photos of piercings so i could decide on jewelry (which took longer than he would have apparently liked), he said condescendingly, “ummmm no, I only take pictures of stuff that’s great” “I could care less which jewelry you pick”. I hoped and prayed, that he wouldn’t be my piercer and maybe he just worked the front, but I was wrong. Then, once he took my money, he walked me back to his room and said absolutely nothing, except “lay down”. I asked if we could talk about the piercing first, and he says, “what’s there to talk about?!”. I almost ran out of his room, but instead I explained that this would be my third time piercing my belly button and Wanted to see if he could go through the most recent hole. He said, “no, I just go straight through the middle, wherever it lands it lands”. THEN, before I laid down I asked if he could make sure it went through a lot of skin, so it was tight bc I’m a Mama and I have sagging skin there from the first piercing and he said (in a super sarcastic belittling way) “yeah, just like EVERY other piercing”. I don’t know what I did to piss this person off but my god, you’re in the customer service business and this is how you treat people?! Unbelievable. All of my questions were met with utter annoyance. After all this BS, I would up having an emergency surgery the very next day and had to remove the freshly pierced jewelry. I think it’s a sign that I should have never trusted this place with my piercing.

TERRIBLE PLACE. I came here with a group of friends and the guy at the front was extremely rude and snapped at us after talking “too loudly”. His name was Daniel. He rushed me and my 5 friends because we were a tad indecisive which piercings to get, and when he took us to his room he gave us the worst attitude, didn’t talk to us about the piercings we were getting or what to expect, and was just terrible. I’ve had 7 other piercings done & this piercing was the WORST, i ended up having to take it out because the way he pierced my rook was crooked and ended up getting infected since he did it too high up to the point where i couldn’t even clean it properly. Fire this dude, he had one of the worst attitudes I’ve seen.

The piercer named Darren (i think i spelled that correctly?) pierced me and installed my industrial bar earlier today and he was super sweet, personable and charming. He honestly made my day. I’ll be back to Platinum Ink very soon if only to see Darren again. 11/10 would recommend 🤍

Ive gotten my cheeks dermals done 3 times here throughout the years & i never have any problems during or after. I wish i could remember the guys name but he was quick & knew what he was doing. Talked to me the whole way through. Also got the top of my ear pierced & i didnt feel it! Lol thats how quick & experienced he is😌

Went to get a nose and tongue piercing also ears for my daughter but the guy was very rude and had an annoyed tone. Tongue piercing wasn’t available I understood why because of COVID but had 3 other piercings I wanted done but didn’t follow through because I felt uncomfortable and didn’t like nor trusted him after that brief less than a minute discussion.

I got two piercings, one in my nose and the other in the top of my ear. Mason was very polite and professional. Very clean. I highly recommend going here for your tattoos and piercings.

The guy at the front desk was super sweet but once I went to the back the dude that pierced my septum was very unfriendly and he placed the ring way to far up my nose. I asked him to try to place it where I had it at first and he said thats impossible but where he has it now sucks.You can barely see the piercing and its crooked.

The shop looks really organized and all but when it comes down to piercings it probably wouldn’t be the first shop i’d recommend. The first time I came I got my nose pierced and the placement didnt look right, it looked awkward on my nose and I tried working w it and thought maybe it was just my nose that didn’t fit best with the piercing but either way I ended up taking it out. Buut I did give it another shot and went a couple days ago to get my septum, and I already took it out because the piercing was crooked and the jewelry was also too big. Idk ig I wasn’t surprised because the piercer just kinda went for it whichout giving it much thought. Both times that I went he didn’t say much. Anyways, if you’re looking for a quality shop to get a piercing, I’d recommed Shaman Modifications Body Piercing Studio! I got my industrial there and they’re awesome. They really try to work with your anatomy and give you their full attention; they give you a run down on how they’re gonna do it and go in depth on how to take care of it. Overall it just feels like they genuinely want to pierce you or whatever lol. Def gonna go back there to get my nose repierced

I got a piercing done on my tragus a couple months ago to celebrate my birthday. I cleaned it every day. It got badly infected and come to find out that the piercer had used too small of jewelry for this type of piercing. The piercer was also rude and did notexplainwhat he was doingbeforehe started. I will never come here again and do not reccomend going there for piercings in general.

I had my nose pierced by Platinum Ink when they had 1 location on 6th St in the early 2000s. My daughter turned 17 and got hers done here. Just for my mom to turn 63 and get hers done a few months later. Thanks Platinum Ink for keeping my family hole-y! Lol

Piercer Daniel was kind of rude. Commanded me to “take the card on the table” which was just a card of his Venmo for tips. Kind of dimmed the light I went in there with for my new piercing. But it hasn’t rejected so I guess he did some things right.

We were nicely greeted by Keith who help my mom look up our information(we’ve been to this location before) sign paperwork and waited about 10 mins!!! So before I was meet by my piercer Kenny. I decided that I wanted a belly button piercing today and attempted to do it my self at home I’m 13 ... wasn’t a surprise to him . He taught me how to breath pipe to the piercing and next all I knew I was done... just like that!!! P.s my mother wasn’t to keen on this brilliant idea I had in my head. Platinum ink saves the night!!. Thank you !!!

Daniel Howland, the piercer is the epitome of what you can hope for in this industry. As far as customer service, he is patient, knowledgable, and personable. He is experienced and expert in practice, extremely precise and hygienic. All of my past encounters with him have been consistently amazing, and I would recommend him to anyone!

My husband and I went today to get tattoos together and from the moment we walked in we received horrible customer service had it not been for the fact my little sister and her boyfriend were there for their Sunday piercing special we would have left we asked what the wait time was since it was packed due to the special and we were expecting to wait but the guy at the counter ignored my husband when he asked and when I asked a second time he said he would be right with us, well then we picked a tattoo artist by looking at the portfolio and he did a great job his name is George and he has the nicest portfolio there but is not personable at all he came off every rude and honestly over charged for a very small simple tattoo and I only say that because my husband grew up in a tattoo shop and knows the business very well again if we weren’t already there waiting with my sister we would have left, but I wanted it and we were there so why not right? Anyway George seemed annoyed and bothered the entire time he did our tattoos he got upset because my husband want to change a small detail on his draw up and he got annoyed we tried to small talk with him and got nothing out of him good tat horrible customer service.

I got a nose piercing a month back or so, the guy that did it was in a bad mood & in a hurry. He told me nothing of how to clean or manage my 1st nose piercing. I have a red bump that won’t go away. I was told the piercer probably did it at the wrong angle and now I need to find someone else to re pierce it. Thanks.

I wish someone wouldve told me the truth about this shop. They draw their customers in by low prices. Sunday especially. Its a business at the end of the day. Heres what happened to me. Im not saying dont go but be careful. Quality cost. So after one week my tongue had split 1 cm from wrong placement. I went back 2 times the owner was rude and basically told me it would heal. Because of placement I would rip my healed part everyday. Ultimately because the bar was too long (2.3 cm.) in which the owner said its okay and not to change it; i had to take it out and allow my tongue to heal. The pain wasnt worth it.

The staff is amazing! However, the jewelry is rather pricey and breaks easily. My opal septum piercing which is one of the more expensive ones broke after a few uses.

Got my nipples done here about a year ago and they had never really healed right even though I was doing the proper after care with them. Turns out the dude who pierced me used the wrong type of barbell and gave me ones that were too way small and tight. Also one of them is crooked. Never again.

Honestly this was the WORST place when it came to customer service. Maybe because Im young the guy that did mine and my friends piercing was so disrespectful. I was trying to start conversation asking him if the tattoo on his eyelid hurt and his response was rude with this nasty tone of voice. As my friend was getting her piercing done I pulled out my phone to text back my little nephew to check up on him and the guy said something about no pictures or videos which I had totally understood, I told him I wasnt taking any pictures and even turned myself to where the back of my phone was facing the wall so he could see I wasnt taking pictures or recording and his response was is it really that hard to just put your phone away. At that point I just wanted to get up and ask for my money back and just drive to a different location but he was halfway done with my friends piercing. Its so sad how trying to be friendly will back fire. I will not and do not recommend this place to anyone.

I got my nose pierced by Drew. I was SUPER nervous, but he was very calming. He was really straight forward and swift. Amazing service and reasonable prices!

I went to get a couple piercings and had an awful experience. I was going for a second nose ring (no big deal to me) and a nipple piercing. When I asked about pain the guy was very rude and just told it’s not a question he can answer becuase every one is different. When asked about piercing over scar tissue he gave a samilar response. His tone of voice was annoyed and rude towards us and I was to uncomfortable and didn’t trust him enough to follow through with the nipple piercings. I was nervous. He was in no way comfroting or calming. I do not recommend.Also I have plenty of tattoos and piercings, and this was my worse expierance anywhere.

The 3 of us were SO happy with our visit! Justin really made our day. He helped us struggle through tattoo ideas with incredible patience and we all cant stop checking out his amazing artwork! I LOVE THIS TATTOO! Phil aint that great.

I dont even know where to start! From the moment I walked in the door I knew I was in the right place. Very professional also comfortable! I was referred to Laguna for a memorial tattoo for my Grandpa that ive been pondering for two years. He was such a help and an amazing talent while crafting my idea. He made the whole experience very easy and fun. I will be referring my friends and family to him for sure! The tattoo came out perfectly. It was everything I could have asked for and my family loves it as well. I will be back for sure :)

Efficient, sanitary, quick. My daughter was very pleased with her ear piercing. She reported it was not as bad as she expected. There was no piercing gun which alleviated alot of angst.

I have gotten my nose peirced twice by platinum ink and each time i got it done it didnt heal right, Now im having to take my nose peircing out for a 2nd time, all i want is a nose peircing that wont get infected after a week of having it, is that so hard to ask for? I would NOT recommend coming here for a nose peircing OR Any kind of peircing. The peircer was also very rude when you tried to ask him questions and instead of answering them he gave me a paper that told me how to clean it. i will not be coming back here.

Went as a last minute family bonding moment, 3 of us got piercings and 2 more decided to go back again! It was quick and hassle free with an understanding piercer who didnt rush us :)

I got my tongue re-pierced on 6/11/20 and it was not done properly. It was completed at an angle (not straight up and down) and it was also slanted with the top being pierced further back and the bottom pierced closer to the teeth. This caused clicking on my teeth from the bottom ball, but more concerning it has caused nerve damage. I took it out 72 hours after the piercing because I knew something was wrong and did not want more damage. I would not get a tongue pierced here. Im hoping I regain full movement of my tongue.

My girlfriend got some piercings and she is very happy with them. The staff is chill and great. Limited parking. Just a heads up!

I went to get my septum peirced a few weeks ago at the riverside location. The gentleman seemed annoyed. I asked if it was going to hurt more than my belly button he said, i dont know ive never had my belly button peirced and i dont know how much it hurt you, and i dont know how much this will hurt you. I only asked bc i figured he would generally know which piercing hurt people more. It was very painful and i screamed the entire time and tears even came out of my eyes. Quickly afterwards he said, you can get up now. I asked if i could tip him and his tone quickly changed. He was friendly and said that i could. I didnt have cash and he then said, then i cant accept a tip from you, and put his hand up. I dont understand why he was so aggressive and rude towards me knowing that i was a woman bymyself who was obviously concerned about the pain. He made a experience a bad one.

I just called to schedule a tattoo for both my Gf and me. I spoke to a man by the name of DANIEL. He told me they were booked up until 9 tonight so I asked about coming in at that time to get my tattoo as well as my gf a tattoo and he said he wont schedule it. So I asked about coming in on Sunday, again he said they had scattered appt so I said how busy does it look and when is a good time to come in. He refused to give any advice about when to come in and it sounded as if he didnt care about our business. When I asked him if he didnt want us coming in he became argumentative exclaiming that I dont want their business when IM THE ONE CALLING TO WORK WITH THEIR SCHEDULE. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Whether Daniel is the best tattoo artist or not he SHOULD NOT be answering the phone with his poor customer service and complete disinterest in new customers.

We waited a little while cause we went on sunday, took my daughter to get her nose pierced. They were very nice and pierced her nose really quick and shes had no problems with it, it looks great

Got my first tattoo here in March from Phil Shamrock. He was very professional and drew up the pattern pretty quick. Went back today for my daughters second tat and Phil did hers too. Clean and quick work, although you may have to wait awhile for your turn.

Us girls got a wild hair while visiting Austin and decided to go get tattoos. No idea what we wanted to get or anything. Ink done by Laguna. Nice guy, nice shop, but my tattoo was completely blown out. I sent the owner pics and he disagreed, saying that it was normal. Of course, they would touch it up for free - but who wants to go back to the guy that blew it out in the first place? No way to fix that. I paid $200 and there was no offer for any type of refund from the owner and a waste of time to keep arguing with a guy thats too proud (the owner) to admit when a mistake has been made. I had reviewed Lagunas work before going and my tat looked great as I left, but as the ink settled over a few weeks, the blow out was obvious. Ive now got a huge tattoo on my arm thats blurry. And I went with their size recommendations to avoid any issues.

Good price for piercing. The piercer needs some better people skills. He is like a robot and comes off kind of rude. Otherwise, the robot did a good job on the piercing.

I give this place 5 stars I always go here for piercings went here in December to get my septum pierced and I had Daniel there’s a lot of bad reviews about him but he was great and professional don’t sit there and call him rude because he can’t answer your questions about if a certain piercing will hurt especially if he doesn’t have it he won’t know simple as that. Planning on going back to get my vertical labret pierced.

Phil the tattoo artist was awesome. However, the front desk guy (bald, medium to large build, 30-40) on August 12th was snarky. Really unprofessional for customer service.

In and out with the piercing I got. Less then 15 minutes after walking in the door. Its a small shop and I passed it up twice so keep your eye out when going. If you dont know it was there you would never see it. Kinda like a little hidden gem. Staff there was super friendly.

I had a two small tattoos done on my left ankle and I have to say, I’m looking for a cover up artist before my tattoo is even a month old. The tattoo looks nothing like a mango, and the artist clearly doesn’t know how to tattoo dark skin. I have over 20 tattoos and this one looks like it was done in a basement rather than a shop. Justin Redsky was my artist.

Piercings are not at well handled well. Tattoos are rushed. Only award winning on anything because they spend extra cash on excessive advertising. I have seen members of Platinum ink messing with their work on photoshop to improve their portfolio. Cheap body modifications are not good ones.

Had a good experience. Mason did a great job on both my piercings definitely will be back to get more.

Getting a cartilage piercing was fast and easy, the people at the counter and the dude that did the piercing were all super kind and cool. 100% recommend.

Piercer was nice but septum piercing was very painful so most likely cartilage was pierced instead of the “sweet spot”, or perhaps it was my own anatomy, but wasn’t told anything so no way of knowing 🤷‍♀️

Justin Redsky is a wonderful tattoo artist and piercer. Drew is an amazing piercer as well. As a licensed piercer myself, I wouldnt recommend anyone other than these two guys.

There was a long line, but the three people that I went with to get piercings we are all done within 30-45 minutes. Nice people and a cool place to lounge.

Dan at platinum ink was very rude to my mother.made two smart remarks. I stated to him that he didn’t need to to speak to my mother in that tone an it’s not what you say it’s how you say it, he told me if I wanted to pop off I could just leave and he would not be servicing us
