Alan is great! He is very knowledgeable and its evident he wants whats best for his customers. He has very reasonable pricing and will err on the side of caution when timing out your appointments (rather than some places that just want to see you as much as possible). His office is very comfortable and he goes out of his way to make you at ease. I saw great fading in just one tattoo removal session from him. Highly recommend!

I had previously used a tattoo removal chain that had closed in north Austin and had to find a new location in the area to finish a removal of one of my tattoos. The owner Alan was kind and helpful, he explained the process and with the price given I was ready to start utilizing their services for the continuation of the removal. I also appreciated how he tested the strength of the laser before full on starting just to see how my skin would react and if the pain was tolerable. He provided aftercare treatment as well, and the area days later is healing smoothly. I will definitely keep coming back to finish the process!

My experience with Alan has been wonderful so far. I’ve had several sessions and each time it’s like visiting a friend. He has excellent bedside manners, which is comforting considering these sessions aren’t particularly fun. But, that’s on me and my adolescent decision’s fault and nothing to do with Alan. He’s made recommendations to help alleviate discomfort and they work, and he always goes at my pace. I highly recommend Unbranded if you are considering a tattoo removal!

Alan is great. I’m in the midst of removing two tattoos with him and so far, everything has been professional, transparent, friendly and fair. He is thoughtful and thorough and makes sure you are happy with the progression each session. The building he’s in provides easy parking and his space has good energy.

Alan, the owner is super easy to be around. He’s laid back and listens well. This man must have had the right setting on because he used the laser on several cool/ashy pigmented areas that were deep and had been there for a while. One time may do the trick. It’s necessary to wait a while between sessions, so we’ll see because you’ll still see slight changes as the deep dermal layers are healing.In any case, I was happy I went with Unbranded for a few reasons, as I mentioned above. I started my removal process with Alan at the beginning of August. I am very dark-skinned and was scared the process would result in hyperpigmentation or be a failed removal. The tattoo is fairly large and in a very sensitive area but here I am, 5 sessions later, and the tattoo is barely visible. I am grateful for Alan being informative, accommodating and very careful in his treatment process. He understands that you can’t do all clients the same and goes out of his way to make the experience great for you.I will try to remember to update with pictures.

I loved my carbon facial performed by Alan! The process was quick and painless.. results are amazing! My pores are smaller and I’ve not felt this confident sans makeup since my 20’s. Coming in from a bad micro blading experience I am very careful about who touched my face with lasers!! I felt that Alan at Unbranded Austin was tuned in for my needs for cosmetic correction with care to not cause any scar tissue or trigger any hyperpigmentation. I found Unbranded after having dismal removal results with Dr. Ink and Removery. Ive had 14 sessions (10 @ Dr. Ink, so far 4 @ Removery) in the last 2 + years and the tattoo is still very much there. I decided to give Unbranded a try with a different tattoo, and the results have been way more noticeable. Whatever laser Alan uses is much more aggressive (my skin gets very red) and has removed a lot more ink. I just wished I had started here with my other tattoo, it probably would already be gone by now. I hope others will learn from my mistake -- spare yourself the long and painful journey with the big companies and just start here first. Itll save you so much time in the long run.

I’ve been to other laser tattoo removal centers and this one by far is the least painful. They use a cooling machine to numb the area and it makes the experience more comfortable than getting a topical cream or injection.
