I have been going to this shop for 14 years, and have watched a lot of growth and seen an immense amount of talent come through here! Jeremy Miller the owner is an outstanding owner and businessman, along with everyone he hires are the utmost professionals in any aspect of tattooing. They are always willing to work with you and make your inspirations come to life. Im very particular and have been to a lot of shops throughout my time being tattooed and always come back and am always impressed! If you want a good tattoo in a clean, professional, and friendly environment GO TO PIGMENT! Thank you to all the artists in that shop for always being rad and informative!

I have gotten multiple tattoos from Tanner and would recommend him for first time tattoos and just tattoos in general!! He has a light hand and is very patient and friendly. He does wonderful work!! I will never go to another artist again. Tanner will always have me as a customer!!!

This review has been a longtime coming.I met Eric locally at the gym when he was apprenticing here. He invited me to check out his instagram and see his work. I eventually booked an appointment with him to get a very personal tattoo done. This is kind of a mix of my personal motto and a group of creatives I love. Eric really went beyond my expectations and knocked it out of the park.All the staff were great, really friendly and good energy. Clean bathroom and waiting area. Even let me charge my phone with one of their chargers while we worked on this piece.10/10 would come back here again in a heartbeat. Find an artist here you like and reach out. Genuinely all super chill.

My first experience with Pigment with always be remembered. I wanted a portrait of my horse and Tanner did not fail. I was instantly in awe once I saw the stencil of my horse; this solidify knowing I had the right person to do this meaningful piece of art. Throughout the tattoo I felt comfortable, Tanner took passion throughout the hours, and was willing to take any needed breaks. After everything, I am beyond grateful for Tanner to craft this uncanny portrait of my horse. Would highly recommend Tanner if anyone has personal pieces that are wished to be crafted into ink. Pigment Dermagraphics is hands down one of the best tattoo shops Ive ever experienced. Their artists are not only incredibly skilled but also very friendly and attentive to their clients needs. Had an appointment with Tanner last Saturday. He was very professional, kind, patient and did an amazing job on my tattoo. You could tell it was a great place as soon as you walked in. Shop had a chill and peaceful environment. Shop was also very clean too. Highly recommend!

Ive had SUCH a good experience at this place. Everyone is professional, kind, and helpful. I initially started here to get part of a tattoo removed, and unfortunately am moving states after about 5 treatments (so I still have a few more to go), but each appointment with Monika was really great. She was knowledgeable, trustworthy, understanding. I did a few treatments at Eraser Clinic with minimal results which was very disappointing. I heard about Pigment from a friend so I thought Id give them a try. In just two treatments my tattoo is nearly gone! Saxon, the technician, is hands downs the absolute best! Very patient and explains the process along the way. So pleased with my results! If you want your tattoo gone for good at a reasonable price then this is the place to go. Highly recommend!!

This was my first tattoo studio and I dont think Ill be going anywhere else! The shop is very clean and professional, like a clinical office but very comfy and welcoming with showstopping art from their artists on the wall. I provided Gunner with a design and he tweaked it into something really unique with his great style! As a newbie he also answered all of my stupid pain and aftercare questions and has thar follow up support when I come crying. Excited to get my second tattoo already!!!

I went in with a vision that Ive had for years. I wanted a dragonfly dragon, but not cartoony. Gunner heard what I wanted and came up with a really cool tat!!!!!! Totally love it! Definitely would recommend, theyve got really good vision. Got it done about a week ago and its healing nicely.

These guys are amazing. Super friendly and understanding. Will go above and beyond to make sure you are beyond happy with you tattoo. Got my first tattoo here and they were all super sweet and answered all my stupid questions and went in depth to make sure I wasnt super scared and I could properly take care of my tattoo during healing. I now have 5 tattoos and pigment has done them all. The artist and extremely talented and and treat you like family. I recommend pigment to everyone I know and they have loved it so far as well.

Great atmosphere and workers! I’m coming here for laser tattoo removal with Mondo and he’s super professional, very friendly, and helpful. The entire process is a breeze here. I would definitely recommend it. Other interactions I have seen here with others have been fantastic. You can tell everyone is having a great time here. Once my tattoo is removed, I’m getting it redone here, and this will be the place I will go for all of my future tattoos!

Did my first tattoo removal appointment here with Mondo. Awesome and very knowledgeable. Appreciate it! He even tested on a second tattooed Id like to remove later. Clean location, high quality tools.

Placed a deposit with gunner for $100. gunner told me I could cancel/reschedule up to the day of, and as long as I reached out prior to the appointment. I also sent him 2 emails weeks ago that were never responded to, discussing my tattoo idea. I reached out today to see if he was able to work on the ideas I emailed and come to find out he did not, and that he was only planning to rework and already existing piece I have. I opted to reschedule my appointment and was contacted by the shop to be told I needed to pay another $100 deposit because I did not notify them 48 hours prior to the appointment. When asked why their artist would say that to me at the time I placed the deposit, the lady I spoke with said I’m not sure that’s just our policy. Which I do not recall seeing or reading anywhere. Just simply based on miscommunication and lack of response I do not recommend coming here. Very unfortunate it turned out this way.

All of the artists at Pigment are fantastic and friendly. Jeremy, the owner, works fast and is worth every penny. My tattoo still looks as good and bright as it did the day I got it. I would recommend anybody that is looking for new school work to go to Jeremy!This shop is one of the coolest, cleanest tattoo shops Ive ever been in. The way they have it set up is unique. Its modern, organized, with no clutter. This may not be the most important thing ever, but its definitely a plus to have those aesthetic things, too!

I have gotten two tattoo’s from this shop and I am already scheduled for another one. As a small business owner myself, I appreciate how professional they are. Mondo, the shop manager, was extremely helpful in explaining pricing, how to book with them, and even which artist had a style that suited me. I got a tattoo from a guy named Eric and he just did a really good job . He took his time and talked me through everything he was doing and why. It was my fourth tattoo and I just havent really had as good of an experience. Ill absolutely be going back. 10 out of 10.

I am a tattoo collector as well as an artist and let me tell you, this tattoo shop is probably THE BEST shop I have ever been to! Its extremely clean, theyre really friendly as well as accommodating to their clients and their art work is AMAZING! I flew out from California multiple times this year to get tattooed by Thomas Page. He tattooed Cerberus on my neck and did an amazing job. Wherever I go, I constantly get compliments as well as people wanting to check it out. This past time that I went (11/9/13), not only did I get tattooed by Thomas but I had the opportunity to get tattooed by Jeremy Miller. He did an amazing job on the lucky rabbits foot on my foot. Both tattoos that I received are bright in color and awesome images. They are such a great shop with great artists that I made the decision to try and get a tattoo from every artist (Jeremy, Thomas & Tim) that tattoos there. Hopefully by the time that I get my next tattoo their apprentice TJ will be tattooing as well so I can complete the Pigment Dermagraphics collection.If anybody asks me what place I would recommend to get the best tattoo, I will always point them in Pigments direction. It was well worth the trip down to Austin, TX and I would do it again in a heartbeat to get tattooed by these guys! So if youre trying to get a new tattoo, definitely check out this place. You will NOT be disappointed!

From the first time I walked in and spoke to Thomas Page back in September of this year, I knew this was the place for me to get my next tattoo. I spoke with Thomas about what I wanted and it clicked. I went back to put my deposit down and make my appointment. Two sessions later and about 14 hours worth of work I have THE BEST TATTOO ever. If you are looking for a place to get a really great tattoo you need to go to Pigment. This is not your typical tat shop it is a professional place run by professional guys. Im 66 and have been flirting with the idea of getting a particular tattoo for years. I was visiting my daughter in Austin last week and she was showing me her newest tattoo when i mentioned that I was thinking about finally getting one. She encouraged me to pull the trigger! She called a friend who recommended Pigment.So at 5:00 last Saturday I met with Thom Rein and we fleshed out my mental image and in just a few minutes and a couple of drops of ink he moved an image from my head to my arm. It was more emotional than I could ever have imagined. I absolutely love it. Its healing nicely and Im so glad I went to Thom at Pigment.The place is clean and friendly and I recommend them for your first experience.

Update: Wanted to say the time spent with Sylvester, Twan, Gwen, Chuck & Rufus and everyone else here has been life changing! If you dont like Spice Girls or Backstreet Boys Jon isnt your artist but he is brilliant. Gunner is a demanding artist and even more amazing singer while he works. I have several tattoos and am currently working on a half sleeve with Tim. The owner Jeremy and other artist T J are awesome as well. Incredible experience at this shop. The environment is friendly and they are all very professional and talented. I would trust everyone here with permanently marking my skin. I went in and got a lantern and moth tattoo by David who is new to Pigment, but is amazing. The tattoo was based off a drawing that he perfected. The tattoo turned out absolutely perfect. Couldnt be any happier and I wouldnt go anywhere else.

First of all the atmosphere is so nice, you walk in and they are extremely friendly and kind. I was so nervous because my last experience with atomic tattoo they were not friendly and almost acted inconvenienced to have to help me. Cody did an incredible job on my flowers! Everyone comments on the fine lines! My friend also got a wonderful tattoo at the same time. We will be using them for all our future tattoos or piercings.

I absolutely LOVE this place! Ive had 3 tattoos from Thom Rein and I am about to get a 4th. My boyfriend has a couple from Thom, and 1 from Tanner Riggs. All the work that comes out of this place is amazing! I love how friendly everyone is and how much they do indeed care for their clients! The experiences Ive had here are simply the best. Ive walked into other tattoo shops, and been horrified at the trash, unclean facilities and the actual smell that permeates from who knows where. Not here! So clean, fresh and sanitary. I didnt have to step over trash on the floor and paint cans to use the restroom.Jeremy, the owner is a blast! So funny and knowledgeable about what he does. I hope to one day get a tattoo from him.I also love the setup to see what others are getting done. And to have input from the other artists about your work.So, all in all. Simply the best place around (in my opinion) to get a tattoo!KEEP UP THE AMAZING WORK!

Mondo has been my laser removal technician almost a year now and I could not recommend anyone better. He is professional, knowledgeable, and personable with a wonderful bedside manner. We have been working on three different large scale pieces and I have never felt more comfortable with the service. The photo is of my very first session on my throat which has been fading incredibly well.

I sent an online msg to schedule a meet about removing my tattoo, and they responded quickly. While there, Jon was able to look at my tattoo and agreed he could cover it. I scheduled an appt, paid deposit, and was told to email some ideas of what Id like. I sent a few emails over 2 weeks and received a 3rd-person response that Jon would consider and they think most would work. When I arrived for my appt, Jon had a completely different idea that I did not like and didnt seem to have even seen my last email. I politely said I would rather do something else, and he seemed turned off and somewhat cold after that. It would have been nice if he would have been the 1 actually looking at the emails and giving some kind of response ahead of the appt, so he didnt have to feel like he wasted time on his idea. Despite the awkwardness, he did what I asked, and I left satisfied.

Monica was friendly, professional, patient, and very knowledgeable. Gunner helped me figure out a way to touch up a less than perfect tattoo, and it turned out so great! So happy with the service and quality of work. Will absolutely return and recommend to anyone looking for a quality shop!

Had an excellent tattoo removal experience. I was really stressed about it for different reasons and had tried to contact a lot of places beforehand, but I didn’t want a consultation or to send a picture, for privacy.This was the first place I called that actually listened, responded quickly, and worked with me and made it easy and stress-free and also easily accommodated my request for a woman tech. My technician Monica was very kind, informed, and easy to work with and the man at the front desk was very respectful and personable too.They have two pico type lasers, one that covers a larger area at a time for faster sessions and another that had a smaller coverage but is better with color. The different pico lasers are just different brands, picoq4 and picosure (?) which both seem to be top of current industry standards. And Im only a day in after the 1st treatment and my very deeply pigmented tattoo is already looking about 20-30% lighter and I understand it will continue to breakdown over the coming weeks as my lymphatic system clears it. Better than I was even hoping for in my case.Note: They do not provide numbing or aftercare ointment, but they give very good instructions and these items are easily available at a local pharmacy for your own separate purchase. I noticed that the places that do provide this charge a lot more and markup these items so I was glad to purchase this on my own instead.

Pigment Tattoo & Laser Removal is by far the best shop Ive been too and Ive been to a lot of tattoo shops in Austin and I dont like any of them BESIDES THIS SHOP!

Honestly, this place is by far the best to get laser removal treatments. They know exactly what theyre doing and use the best machines. They are extremely knowledgeable regarding the settings on their machines to tailor it to your exact tattoo. I went to 2 other shops prior to theirs and I wish I went to pigment initially. You cannot beat their prices and professionalism. I will be sending everyone here whether to get laser or a tattoo. Truly amazing at what they do!!

I did a lot of research to find the right studio and the right artist and determined Pigment Tattoo and Thomas Page were the exact combination of what I was looking for. I met Thomas and gave him a couple of images and ideas of what I was looking for; but I wanted several modifications to it and more detail than anything I had seen before. He took the time to google a couple hundred images and even when he found the perfect one, he made it better. When he applied my tattoo, he took such meticulous care that I had no idea of the detail that he put into it until I got home and enlarged the photo of it on my phone. There were areas of shading that I thought were solid black; but when I enlarged the image, the detail continued into the blackness. OMG, that is the mark of a true artist and perfectionist!!! I have an older tattoo that he also did some minor enhancements on during the same visit. I am planning on returning to have some laser work done to remove some of the work on my other tattoo, so he can make it as incredible as the one he just finished. Dont get me wrong, I was very pleased with my other tattoo that was done by another very good artist at another studio. That is, until I saw the work Thomas did on my new one and the 5 minute improvement he did on the old one. While I was there, I also saw other customers getting equally incredible work performed by other artists. If you are looking for an awesome tattoo, no matter if you want a realistic one, a cartoon, new school, black and gray, classic or whatever; Pigment is the studio. They have artists with such a range of skills that you cant go wrong. And the studio looks more like a morph between an art gallery and a medical office, so you know you are getting quality the minute you walk into the door! Thanks Jeremy for putting together a great team and providing them with such an awesome work environment!!!

I have over a 100 hours in tattoos by Jeremy Miller. I love his work. His creativity is amazing. Tim, and Thomas do amazing work and I have sent many people their way. Definitely the cleanest tattoo shop I have ever come across. I would definitely recommend this shop for your next tattoo.

I had my first tattoo ever done here and I had the privilege to have Jeremy (the owner) to do the job. My design was a simple phrase in latin, but he still meticulously inked it across my shoulders. You can tell that he really prides every piece he works on. The entire process here is very welcoming for a tattoo newbie as they help you understand the pricing down to how to care for your tattoo after a session. Also, after doing a lot of research across all tattoo parlors in town, Pigment will look like a new-age art gallery/hospital in comparison. This is the most sterile tattoo venue I would have ever imagined and that certainly adds to their professionalism.

This is my second visit to Pigment for some micro blading removal. I’ve had the pleasure of working with Mando who puts you at ease and listens carefully to your concerns. He goes above and beyond and is a pretty cool dude.Both times I have visited, the facility has been clean and everyone has been friendly. Their tattoo removal prices are very fair and I highly recommend Pigment For your tattoo or micro blading removal.

Jeremy Miller is ridiculously talented, Thomas Page & Timothy Stafford are incredible artists as well! I have been tattood by Jeremy several times and definitely plan on going back.If youre in Austin and love tattoos as much as I do, youre really missing out if you havent stopped by.I have been to several tattoo shops after turning 18, Pigment Dermagraphics & Fine Art does not feel like your typical tattoo shop. It gives off a Gallery feeling with amazing framed artwork from various artists on the walls instead of flash art like your average tattoo shop.Prices are pretty good :). You definitely get what you pay for here, wont be walking out disappointed!

By far the best tattoo shop I have been to. The shop is incredibly clean and all of the artists are so friendly. I got to work with Jeremy and he took all of the anxiety away for this. We were able to bounce ideas off each other and he really listened to what I was wanting. Any further tattoos will be done here.

Mondo has been friendly, professional, efficient, and fair with the pricing of my laser tattoo removal sessions on my knuckles. After 5 progressive sessions, theres has been about 75% ink removal( every case is different). The pain peaked about 7 out of 10 for me. I fully intend on finishing my treatments with Mondo and if inspired, get inked up from the wrist up :). I highly recommend Pigment Tattoo & Laser Removal.

I received a tattoo here a few months back for my birthday and let me just say, they live up to the name “pigmented”! My tattoo still looks brand new and the ink is still super pigmented and beautiful. The customer service was amazing as well. 100/10 would recommend!!

1st session of tattoo removal was a successful and great visit. Andrea was informative, prompt and extremely professional. The whole vibe of the shop and the artists was great, super laid back, fun and welcoming. Microneedling procedure was done first and next session will be actual laser removal, will update when that happens!

Super professional, clean, and very solid artists. Gunner walked me through my first tattoo start to finish over several sessions. He interpreted my idea and laid it out perfectly. It turned out even better than I had hoped.Everyone was great and I doubt you could go wrong with anyone here.

Ive now sat for a tattoo four times, but this was my first time at Pigment, and, not coincidentally, it was also the first time I was treated like a human being in a tattoo shop. Ive had quite negative experiences in the past due to poor treatment, and I wound up with two tattoos I wasnt fully satisfied with. I headed into Pigment today as a walk-in to get one of those tattoos touched up and added to. Not only did they help me immediately, professionally, and politely, they answered every single one of my questions, and they had me in a chair for my tattoo within 30 minutes of walking in the door. I was worked on by Tanner Riggs who did a badass job on the watercolor I requested after first answering my many questions very honestly and making sure I understood exactly what Id be getting. Furthermore, when I asked how much it was going to cost there was no dancing around the issue like Ive experienced in the past. It was clear cut how much it would cost based on the tattoo we agreed on, and that was the price I paid. I appreciated the transparency there. This was the first time Ive left feeling completely satisfied with what I got, and I finally feel like the tattoo we worked on is finished. Thank you, Tanner! I will be back, thats for sure, and I highly recommend this shop.

Clean environment, very friendly staff who are knowledgeable about tattooing and have years of experience under their belt. They have a lot of new school options to choose from (which I like, because these are more 3D looking.)They have nice clean, modern, leather furniture. They offer free bottles of water to their guests...The bathrooms are super clean and smell nice.They pay close attention to detail and make sure youre getting something BETTER than what you envisioned.Go to these guys, great pricing and phenomenal SKILL. If youre going to get a piece of art on your body that lasts FOREVER, dont go to a crappy artist. You need and deserve the best, and this place is it.

If youre looking to remove a regretful or ugly tattoo, PLEASE stop searching... This shop absolutely kills it!My entire experience was A+ and Andrea is not only a wonderful human, her professionalism, speed, and honesty about the entire process would be hard to find anywhere else.I am one session in on removing my ridiculous (colorful and quite large) calf tattoo I have had for 17 years now. I cant even explain what a relief it is to know that I can go through just a few VERY quick sessions (maybe 1-2 mins total for a full hand sized tattoo?) and have this thing light enough to have it verrrry comfortably covered up. The visible diff from just ONE session is crazy.Truly, I cant recommend Andrea and this shop enough!

I was scared TO DEATH before we started (my first tattoo), but these guys were great! I would recommend them to anyone. Also, it is one of the cleanest premises youll ever see. Im told they got a perfect score on their last inspection. Jeremy is a true artist.

Mondo was GREAT! Had two old hand tattoos from my Navy days I wanted Removed he got me in on the spot right after my consultation. I’ve never had a tattoo removed before and he made it a lot better than I was Imaging. I would Only go here for removal and tattoos. The shop is also VERY VERY CLEAN.

Just had my outline done by Time Stafford at Pigment Tattoo! This shop is amazing! Very clean/modern atmosphere and all of artists are very friendly and very professional! Im literally counting down the days until I can get back in the shop and start the color process. I highly recommended Pigment Tattoo if youre searching for a new school artist to do your piece!

While doing research to find where I wanted to get my next tattoo, I narrowed my choices to 3 places. except pigment had perfect reviews, i was skeptical and visited a place where Ive been before, mistake. After disagreeing with the artist i decided to give pigment a shot. A lot of reviews mention how different the atmosphere and vibe is compared to most places, and they arent lying. The staff and studio back up their name dermagraphics and fine art gallery 100%. I was hooked up with Tim and couldnt be happier looking back. Ive met Jeremy, TJ, and Tim, and all 3 are incredibly friendly, fantastic artists, and make you feel comfortable pretty quickly, not one ounce of pretentiousness in this place. Tim was great, very friendly, diligent, and just a really nice guy all around. If possible Id like to stick with him for all future work I get done. This place is way different than anywhere else Ive been, the staff and studio is more professional than anywhere Ive ever been. You will not regret getting work done here. I walked into Pigment tattoo after seeing the re-work Jeremy did for my friend. I needed some re-work done too. Even though I was scared at first, after seeing my tattoo Ive never been happier. Jeremy is super quick but does amazing work. From beginning to end I had a great experience! And plus, Mando at the front desk is super freaking nice!

I could not be happier with the service and professionalism I experienced at Pigment :) Tim went above and beyond the realm of my expectations for my cover up, and Im forever grateful!! He was very gentle, super nice and professional, and I will definitely be back for more work soon! If youre in Texas and needing any ink, GO HERE!! Its worth the trip!

This place is great!!!!!!!! Its well clean very professional and the staff are badass. I came here and got my first tattoo here about a month ago and Thomas (T.J) did my tattoo. It came out very clean and crisp, the lines a were perfect and the shading was awesome. It may cost a little more than some shops but you definitely get what you pay for I will definitely be back in the summer.

It has a relaxed and very cool vibe.Looking to get my first tattoo, I was referred to Jeremy by one of his other clients. I walked in mid-September, without an appointment, to meet with Jeremy and have a consultation. He made himself available with a very short wait. I gave him a brief explanation of my idea and for 15-20 minutes we brainstormed ideas as he asked lots of questions about the subject matter and my vision. I could tell very quickly Jeremys primary concern was making sure the art he was to create will match my vision. He quoted an hourly rate (more on that later) and an estimate on number of hours needed. I gave them a standard $100 deposit and scheduled the tattoo for a couple weeks later (soonest available).The day of the tattoo, I arrived on time and completed a small amount of paperwork at the front desk. Shortly after our scheduled appointment time, Jeremy showed me a sketch of his interpretation of the subject. I was impressed and excited about this piece of original artwork! This guy has talent and is a true artist. We talked about the sketch, he offered to make changes had I wished, and made sure I was happy with everything. From there, he told me to hang out in the gallery while he set everything up. 10 minutes later I was in the [comfortable] tattoo chair and he started work.As we got going, he made a note of the start time as that is when the charges began. From start to finish, it took a little over 5 hours to complete the [fairly large] tattoo that went from shoulder to just above elbow on my [larger than average] outer arm. The actual tattooing process wasnt painless but that was expected. We took 3-4 short breaks during the 5 hour session. He probably would have allowed for more breaks if I wanted but I quickly found the fewer, the better (pain seemed worst for the first few minutes after each break). While tattooing and during breaks, Jeremy was personable, fun to talk with, and generally made the whole process enjoyable. Between Jeremy and the other (also talented) artists in the shop, they really make you feel like a part of the family.When the tattoo was finished, Jeremy explained proper aftercare and we went up front to settle the bill. This is where his hourly rate is important. Jeremy works fast! So, even though I paid by the hour, he worked quickly and the final product ended up being both awesome and a fair amount less than the original estimate. I paid the bill and happily gave a tip. In the end, I couldnt be happier with the original artwork he created and the final result on my skin. Im looking forward to the next one!

I had a 5:30 appointment with Andrea for laser tattoo removal. I showed up 5 minutes early and she was ready for me. Excellent care, friendly, and very efficient. Definitely will be back.

It took me a long time to decide on removing my tattoo, but Im glad I waited. Saxon is the most knowledgeable and professional laser technician with the most up to date and cutting edge technology. I have had several treatments and have been satisfied with all of my results. A few more and this tattoo will be historic.

BEST PLACE EVER!!! I took my bff to Pigment to drop off some drawings for both of us and to set up an apt for Sunday. In comes Jeremy who says he has an opening that evening. I was estatic! Went back around 5:15 Friday evening and Jeremy had drawn EXACTLY what I wanted. His artwork is amazing, the shop is sooo clean and isnt like other shops where you walk in and all you see on the wall is tattoo drawings. Jeremy and his team were super patient while I explained what I wanted. My next tattoo will be done by no one else but Jeremy Miller. Again, he is AMAZING and his shop is awesome!

GREAT place to get a tattoo. VERY friendly & knowledgeable staff & good pricing. I was trying to get my 1st tattoo last night & went by Atomic tattoo off 183 (near Anderson Mill). I showed up around 9:20 and asked about getting a tattoo (3 Japanese symbols on my ribs) the artist glanced at my drawing, gave me his price & asked when I was looking to get it done. I said tonight & he made an unsure face & looked like he didnt want to, so I asked if I should come back this weekend & he said that would probably be best (mind you, theyre open til midnight & only 1 person getting work at that time). My friend googled other tattoo places in the area & we found Pigment...By now it was a little after 9:30 & Pigment closes at 10, so I didnt think I would have any luck, but to my surprise, Jeremy asked what I wanted, where & said Come on in & well get it knocked out. We finally showed up around 9:45 & Jeremy was still more than willing to do the work. I showed him the drawing, discussed price, filled out the waiver & Jeremy started on the stencil. After all was said & done, I was out of there by 10:30 & extremely happy with my new tattoo. I will definitely be returning to Pigment for future work, as will my family & friends. GREAT place to go!

George Miller does amazing work. Ill be honest I was worried when he started and even half way through i was a little worried. His lines are super clean and shading is on point. Tim Stafford did the outline for a Picasso tattoo on my upper arm and it turned out so amazing. I almost regret having to get it colored in - because it will cover up his gorgeous line-work. But I cant wait to see the final piece colored and done.I hadnt had a tattoo in at least 10 years although Ive been wanting to get full sleeves, etc. & it was much more painful than I remembered! I cried! It was the most embarrassing thing ever but they were all very nice about it. When you get older your skin reacts differently (not that I would know anything about getting older!)I asked Tim about using a numbing agent next time and he gave me some very professional information and advised against it but ultimately left the decision up to me which I appreciate.My late husband was a tattoo artist so Ive been very close to the business for a long time. I know talent when I see it. This shop is clean and professional. The only reason I didnt give five stars is because its pretty expensive. BUT if youre a collector or even somebody getting their first or only tattoo you should know that with tattoos you get what you pay for! Hands down, the best place to go for tattoo removal! I drive 3 hours there and 3 hours back just to have Dr. Saxon to do removal on my hand tattoo. I reccomend Pigment Tattoo to everyone! Mondo at the front desk is super awesome too! :)

Ive had (2) tattoos (1 color- TP & 1 b/w-TS) & in the process of (1) removal (Saxon). If I had gone to them to begin with, I would not be having to have it removed. They can do it all & if not, they will tell you up front. The removal pain level I compare to the shading of a tattoo after being in the chair for a couple of hours. But its over before you can cry. Yes it takes time to get in, but because they have families too and they are that good. Go w/ your desires, but be open minded enough to suggestions. The place is SUPER clean and SUPER safe.

Imagine a practice normally known for their pierced up, sully, almost felon like nature of the proprietors. Youd think Tattoo parlor, right? Well this place takes that stereotype and blows it all away. Ive been looking to apprentice for a while and have met with nothing but a possible gauntlet of hazing and torture, just to try to make something of myself with art. When I came here, I knew this was where I wanted to be. Jeremy, TJ, & Tim are all masters in their own right, and really have an appreciation for the art of New School Tattoos. Coming from an Illustration and Cartooning background I was drawn to the unique style I saw from Jeremy, and they allowed me to hang out and start to get to know the business. Theyve shown nothing but respect for me, the customers, and provide a clean & inviting environment... nothing at all like some of the other places Ive been to. Also, custom ink is something I would like to cultivate, not simply tracing flash. These guys are definitely going to be the future of ink.

The artist here have done all the work on my arm. They are professional and the art work is the best I’ve seen in a while. They studio isn’t covered in flash and have a trashy feel. This place is by far one of the best places in Austin to get ink.

After researching for 3 months, i decided i was finally going to remove this unwanted tattoo. I was hoping it would be done the same day as the consult, and it was. Mondo was the one who assisted me, and was very professional. Finally after 10 years, the tattoo that should have never been done was removed, (hopefully-but most likely) in that one sitting. I highly recommend this place.

Even though I didnt get anything done I did want a red tattoo thats on my chest removed I got a consultation immediately and they let me know that red ink is actually the hardest to pull from the skin and it takes all melanin and that Id be better getting a cover up which I really appreciated and then I literally turned around and talked to the tattoo artist which let me know a few of my options we look through some designs kind of got an idea of what I might go for I got the card and walked out and nine times out of 10 will be back here to get my actual cover up
