So I called Monday at 2 pm and wanted to get an appointment for Friday and I was told to just come in and although I explained to the person on the phone my child was 17 turning 18 on Sunday he said I could come in. I come in on Friday the 13th which is supper busy for them I waited for 2 hours she gets her piercing and then I was told it was illegal to do tattos on minors... that would have been fine expect I called to schedule for Sunday and not only did the bald guy with a kiss tattoo on his face not let me get an appointment but he kept saying once we get her I.d. (which she already has they have a copy) to come in. I just wanted an appointment but I guess he only does walk ins? Idk overall Allyson did her piercing and front girl was nice but I assume the owner (bald guy)was rude and in my opinion could have handled things better.

My cousin and I were looking to get pierced together and we had gone to 5 places before this one but this one really made me feel comfortable! allyson was our piercer and she was so sweet! i was a little nervous for my tongue piercing but her confidence and knowledge made me excited for it instead of nervous. my cousin and i will definitely be back for more piercings!! she was truly amazing!

I had called ahead asking for availability and Tavo fit me in right away same day. Very friendly and made me feel very comfortable for my first tattoo. Absolutely in love with how it turned out. Here it is freshly finished and also 3months later healed. Will definitely be back. Thank you again Tavo!

Took my daughter to get her ears pierce tonight the gentleman who help us was very knowledgeable and very helpful and made my daughter feel comfortable I highly recommended prices are reasonable and very friendly

Amazing shop. Would undoubtedly recommend stopping by here for all your piercing and tattoo needs. Staff was friendly and super helpful. They have definitely earned a returning customer here. 10/10 service and 10/10 tattoo. I came in with a reference picture of what I wanted for my first ever tattoo and not only did they nail it but they provided me a really great experience. The shop was tidy, well-kept, inviting, and decorated really nicely. Great service, and good people. They also have Friday the 13th Tattoo events, holiday tattoo events, and even bands play here!!! Definitely a shop to check out, and if you havent you should!

I went in for an earlobe piercing and had a great, profesional experience! Ive had multiple piercings in my life and this was one of the cleanest environments Ive been in. I forget the name of the piercer but she did a great job, cant wait to go back!

I’m super grateful to have had Nando work on my back tattoo for 3 full-day sessions! He’s a super down to earth guy and extremely talented. Nando and all the other artists are hilarious and did a great job of making me feel comfortable throughout the whole experience. I have a fight that I’m training for in a couple months, so I won’t be able to see Nando for my last session until after that. But here is what my tattoo looks like right now. I’m extremely stoked about it.

Scheduled an appointment to Cool Cat Tattoo. A handsome apprentice named Malachi was dutifully assigned to me. Did I say handsome ? I’ll say it again, he was so handsome bruh. He gave me one of his personal designs, and what can I say, the man is TALENTED. On and off the tattoo machine. So good. I wish I could put him in my pocket ! 5 star.

I should’ve taken some pictures to share but my tat came out exactly the way I pictured it. Fernando was able to work me in the schedule right away and the crew was cool and down to earth. I’ll be recommending to friends and family for sure.

Came here for majority of my piercings and dermals. My mom used to be opposed to piercings until she peeped mine, thanks to Nando she can comfortably express herself through dermals. The shop provides great hospitality, music, and service.

Savanna and Rica are my go to for any piercing or tattoo. Give them a call ahead of time to see if theyre busy but usually they can accommodate you and give you a good piercing or tattoo as well as a fun memorable time. Shops clean and I love hearing the buzz of a tattoo gun. Dont forget to grab a sticker if youre getting any work done. Amazing and fast service, great workers and staff, beautiful artwork and the smell of ink and metal really make this place special. I walked in with 2 of my sisters and we were helped right away. Rica did my tattoo and I love it. He had a humorous attitude and did not mind me being so picky given that it was my first tattoo. Made me feel really secure. My two other sisters got theirs done by Nando. AWESOME guy! Gave them exactly what they wanted and took his time. The people here are so kind and welcoming, makes you almost feel like family.

My little sister got her septum pierced here for here birthday, they got her in super quick piercing took less then 10 minutes, everyone was very nice!

Right when I walked in, I was greeted by a nice girl named Savanna! Ive never felt such a warm welcome in a tattoo shop. I then got tattooed by Rica . I never got such a gentle tattoo, and had a great conversation while getting my tattoo. Definitely my go to shop from here on out! Thank you so much CCT!

I walked into the shop and was able to speak with one of the Artists right away. Rica is the one who helped me. I had to come back later that day since he was booked which to me, it’s a good sign. I was comfortable being there, I loved the atmosphere and music. I believe I spent about an hour there. Definitely would come back 🙃Thank you again Rica.

Went to get a Friday the 13th tattoo - Rika was my artist and he gave me a bombass tattoo of a little bat head ---- love it - thanks dude!!!!!

I will preface this by saying that I did not end up getting a tattoo by this particular person, but their customer service was SO BAD/unprofessional that I felt inclined to leave the review anyway. To begin, I hardly had any communication with her, because she would only respond to my cousin’s messages (who also had an appointment with her). She (DESTANY) first claimed that she did not work sundays, but was willing to open up that day for us because we were both getting multiple tattoos. She then told my cousin our slot was only from 12-5pm. My cousin and I both wanted “smile now, cry later” faces with writing, I wanted a cartoon style portrait; and my cousin wanted a rose and some lettering. I’ve been to several tattoo artists both for myself, and to watch other people get tatted and I’ve never seen anyone knock out that much work in 5 hours, SO I changed my mind about what I wanted so as to not feel like my tattoo was being rushed. According to this tattoo artist, she does not sketch out people’s ideas until the morning of their appointment, so I did not think this was going to be a problem. Unfortunately i had a family emergency a few days before my appointment, and nearly landed myself in the hospital for severe panic attacks. I had my cousin message the tattoo artist to let her know that I would not be able to go (since, you know, she would never respond to my messages.) Not only was my grandmother in critical condition but my mental health was declining and I knew I was not going to be able to sit through a tattoo. My $100 deposit had been sent months prior, but I figured if I sent someone in my place, it wouldn’t be a waste of money. So that’s exactly what I did. However, she kept my deposit, and charged both of my cousins for their tattoos. I called the shop, very upset, after I heard that my deposit had not been used on either one of my cousins, and was told that this particular artist was not in but that they would relay my message. I never got a call or message back (: so I dm’d her on Instagram. It took me reaching out via phone + Instagram for her to respond. Not professional at all! Her excuse was that she was already upset with my cousin and I changing our minds about our tattoos (even though she claimed to not work on sketches until the day of + it’s something permanent on MY body; you’d think I’d be allowed to change my mind) AND she claimed to give my cousins a really good deal which was why she decided to keep my deposit. Which made absolutely zero sense because her minimum is $100 and both of my cousins got three tattoos. You would think she would’ve just charged them full price and refunded MY money. She would have made more money that way. Anyway, I was denied my deposit, and the entire situation still seems very unprofessional to me, which is why I decided to leave the review.

My husband and I went there today to get his wings on both of his arm done with Rica. When we first arrived there we were welcomed by Pabo who was working on another client tattoo, but he made sure to acknowledge and let us know our tattoo artist was going to come out shortly. Pabo was friendly and professional and I saw his artwork on his client which was absolutely gorgeous. When Rica finally came to us he to was very professional and friendly. My husband was nervous getting both of his arms tatted at the same time, but Rica was patient and gentle with him. Now the aftermath of how my husbands tattoo turned out was amazing and very well detailed. This will be our permanent ink stop shop. I highly recommend Pabo and Rica they are the best in town and if you live far it is definitely worth the trip and distant to get quality and great customer service.

I went in on a night without an appointment and was tattooed by GunzandKnivez (Instagram handle, look him up!). Sorry I forgot his real name :(He had a soft touch. I could barely feel the needle. He made great conversation and put me at ease, which helped distract from the little obvious pain there was. And the tattoo came out better than I imagined! He even matched the style and shading to the other tattoo I had.Additionally, the pain and itching afterward was minimal. Best tattoo experience I’ve had for sure!

Went to this place today to get a small tattoo and found the artist to be very unprofessional so we walked out. Firstly, the tattoo artist were taking about male genitalia in a very explicit way not caring there were female customers present. Secondly, I was there for about 35min in which the guy who was supposed to do my tattoo took 5 minutes to prep and about thirty minutes to simply have a conversation with everyone else in the shop. We were literally just standing there waiting to get work done while he was simply talking about chicken recepies to everyone else ignoring us completely as if we were to be attended when he felt like. We walked out we felt super disrespected and we will never recoment this place to anyone ever.

Took my 1yr old daughter to get one of her ears re-pierced because an earing had fell so I just needed that one re-pierced quickly. Carlos was very good with her. He was nice & patient.

I went in for my 1st tattoo and spoke with Nando. We asked about ideas and worked out the tattoo together. I had a wonderful experience and he made sure I was comfortable and gave me plenty of breaks 💙🥰

This place is the BEST shop in the IE hands down! Everyone is super cool and very helpful. Nando and Rica are the dudes you need to see. You won’t be disappointed by this shop.

Not sure about there tattoos if theyre good or not but piercing wise it was a horrible experience I got my tongue pierced for WAY too expensive and I kept saying it was crooked and he insisted that no and yes it was crooked lol and my friend got her nose pierced and was bleeding so much he started accusing her that she were drunk a couple weeks later my tongue got infected I went back just so they can tell me that the guy who pierced my tongue didnt even know how to pierce!!! DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS PLACE very unprofessional

Great place to get a tattoo. My son went there and was happy with the artist and the price. With so many tatoos parlors around now a days its hard to find a good place thatll take good care of you and not charge you to much. So I totally recommend this tattoo parlor. . .

Price was way better then other spots upper level ink wanted $600 for this tattoo I paid $300 at cool cat. My tattoo artist took his time and wasnt in a rush made sure I liked the template and it came out just like I wanted.

Came in and was expecting to be blown off or overcharged.....neither thing happened. I wasnt even expecting to get tattooed today but low an behold Ive got a fresh tattoo. Nando was awesome, and Ive found a place that Is right up my alley as far as shops go!Thanks.
