*UPDATED PHOTO 6 WEEKS LATER*I recently had an ear piercing at a Rowan Camden and the experience with Ciana, RN was exceptional. The clean, modern environment and welcoming staff put me at ease immediately. My piercer was professional, explaining the procedure and aftercare thoroughly. They used sterile equipment and followed all safety protocols, making the process quick and nearly painless. Clear aftercare instructions and a follow-up service ensured smooth healing without complications. Overall, the studio’s professionalism, friendly staff, and meticulous attention to detail made this a positive and memorable experience. I highly recommend this studio for anyone considering an ear piercing.

We had a wonderful experience. I took my 6-year-old daughter for her first piercing and my third. Bailee was very patient with us while we asked questions and chose our earrings. Best part, she numbed our ears! Would highly recommend for a first time piercing.

My best friend and I came up here to get my 3 year old daughters ear done. Both of the ladies were AMAZING!! They had the best attitudes and were so welcoming! All of my questions were answered and she did amazing with my daughter and made sure she was comfortable and calm!! Definitely recommend and wish I could give a higher rating than five!! Well worth the two hour trip!!

I’ve gotten countless piercings in my lifetime. This was my first time at Rowan and let me tell you, my experience with Bailee made me question why I haven’t been here for all of my previous piercings because of how great she was throughout the whole progress. Quick, painless, wonderful!

I had an amazing experience at Rowan Camden Road today 8/10. The nurse who helped me was Bailee and she reassured me when I was nervous. She was so sweet and made sure the piercing was in the right place. She explained healing and aftercare well. The whole team was kind and patient. I would definitely recommend!

Rowan was absolutely amazing! I was super nervous to get my ears pierced because I haven’t gotten it done since a baby. The associates were super sweet, knowledgeable and professional. The process was so easy and I love my new piercings! I will definitely be back!

My 7 and 9 year old daughters got pierced here last Friday. It was a smooth, clean, friendly, and quick experience. Today at camp, my 7 year old lost one of her earrings! We stopped in on the way home and Bailey took such good care of her- cheered her on for being brave, helped find us a single replacement, and put it in my daughter’s ear lobe. We were in and out in under 10 minutes! We are total fans!!!

Piercing went great, however, I’m extremely disappointed in their customer care. I got my second lobe piercing in April and the earrings that I bought from Rowan for a total of $250 broke in May. I tried to go back to get a refund for the earrings that literally broke in my ear as I tried to take them off, but they rejected it and said they they would only give me another pair or the same earrings. I refused because those same earrings gave me multiple ear infections and all of the pain and irritation went away as soon as I switched to another earring brand. I’m never going to go back to Rowan for another piercing, especially since their earrings gave me multiple infections.

Got my tragus pierced here by Bailey! It was so easy and did not hurt at all! I’ll definitely come back for another piercing :)

We took my 5 year old daughter to get her ears pierced and I was nervous when there was only 1 piercer there but Bailee was absolutely phenomenal. She was quick, enthusiastic, and did a great job explaining what she was about to do. I highly recommend her, especially for a young child whos a little nervous.

I did not expect much and figured the associates may have an attitude (given the location) but was pleasantly surprised. I visited one day with my two nieces to buy one of them a pair of earrings for exceptional behavior while my sister was away. I knew I had a certain budget and also wanted the process to be quick and smooth. Thank you so much to Bailee, who made the visit perfect! I let her know my budget and how silver was preferred and requested she show us earrings within those limitations. She quickly showcased them and my niece had no problem finding her favorite from the selections. This could have been a long and drawn out process full of arguments and frustration, but thanks to Bailee, it was ideal. 10 minutes in and out? Yes, please.

I got my daughters’ ears pierced here (5 and 3 yrs old) and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The staff was super friendly, attentive and very kid friendly. Which made the whole process fun for my babies and took any fear they had away.

I typically just go to piercing/tattoo studios for my piercings, but decided to try something different for some new ear piercings and chose to try Rowan instead. The entire experience was really great. It was so easy to make an appointment the same day I decided to get rhe piercings, the shop was super cute and clean, the staff was welcoming as soon as I walked in and helped me select my jewelry. My piercer was very skilled and got the placement right immediately. No pain at all for any of the piercings either and I had two with the device and one with a needle. I have not even had any pain after the fact. I think Rowan is a great place if you are looking for a different “vibe” for getting a piercing, or if you are intimated or nervous about getting one at all. Even the very young children before me were totally calm while getting pierced. As a sensitive skin person, I also like that they only offer hypoallergenic jewelry. The price is worth it for something that is basically becoming a part of your body. Just all around a good experience and I’m happy I tried something new!

When we walked in I noticed how clean it was, which is really important at an establishment like this. My daughter had a great experience. The staff was knowledgeable and professional.I’m editing my review as it took my daughters ears 6 weeks to heal. We bought their ear care solution as they said it was the best. She ran out of the their solution because she was using it 3x a day.( per recommendation on bottle) Once she ran out at 6 weeks I purchased bactine and it healed them up within a week. Moral of the story go with what you know. I had several piercings when I was younger and bactine worked perfectly. They have some good sales ladies in there. 🤣😉

I really don’t know what to think I thought it would be an easy experience it was my first ear piercing and I had them use the gun, they only pierced halfway through on both ears and had to redo each time! Also was under the impression it was only a 35$ service fee and the earring price(which was 50$ for me). My total cost ended up being 120+tip!? How did 85 jump to 120?? I always tip but I didn’t give 20% because I felt like it just wasn’t the best experience. Will def do needle if I ever get another one and not sure that I’d go back here.

Me and my daughter went in today to get her ears re-pierced, I can’t remember the young lady I worked with she was so sweet and actually informed me that my daughter ears were still open. She cleaned them and just charged me for the earrings. She was very helpful patient! I would definitely recommend this to any one who is looking for a sanitary and clean, piercing studio.

Popped in today to get some Huggies and hoops for my self and Bailey and Caroline were so friendly and helpful with me. Very patient too (as I have a tendency to be hard to be indecisive). Needless to say I’m very happy with my purchase and their customer service.

I totally understand something going wrong post piercing is not on them. However, after complications I went to the doctor to get the piercing removed. I was referred back to the place I got it pierced to have the earring removed. Rowan stated there was nothing they could do about this and I needed to see a doctor. I keep going in circles with them with no solution. I was even willing to fully pay for a piercing just to have the earring removed. You are better off at a sketchy tattoo place.

I LOVED getting my ears pierced here. The nurse was so nice and kind, and it was such a low-pressure atmosphere if that makes sense. I was nervous since the last time I had gotten a piercing was probably 6 years ago at least, and she didnt make me feel judged at all. I felt comfortable, well taken care of (which was important since I had had some not good piercing experiences), and counted down to when she would pierce it without me even having to ask. I will definitely be coming back here for another piercing soon!

I came across Rowan literally earlier today on Instagram. Had no idea this concept of piercing existed. I made my appointment seamlessly online and walked in. I had such a great experience from the moment I walked in until I left. My piercer Daj was very knowledgeable, friendly, and made a recommendation different from mine that I actually liked. The piercing prices are cheaper than a regular tattoo shop which I liked. The jewelry is pricer however it’s real gold and nicer. I won’t have to take it out after it heals. To each its own but I will definitely be back. Thanks!

I stopped by yesterday with the intention of changing out the earrings in my first and second holes. The shop is cute and a nice selection of jewelry. Definitely pricey and some things aren’t explained thoroughly. I paid almost $200 for two pairs of earrings(including the charge for them being put in - I was unable to take my previous ones out on my own) I had a friend with me and she paid almost $400 for three piercings, (third hole on both lobes, jewelry and saline solution for aftercare. Overall, I wish prices were more readily available and explained prior so people aren’t blindsided by their choices of purchase.Edit for response: Unfortunately you failed during this experience and were not transparent. Prices were not visible or readily available and it wasn’t until after the jewelry was in (for myself) that I was told. If the goal is to be transparent, I’d suggest clear signage and tags. Especially when there’s only one employee in the shop.

I had an appointment and was in and out so quickly! Ciana explained everything well and really took the time to make sure my piercings were even and looked good. I went here with my daughter to get our ears pierced. The nurses were super sweet and very patient. The shop has a cute boutique/salon vibe that really adds to the experience — instead of an impersonal doctor’s office or a tattoo parlor which might be scary for young kids (if you can even find one that will do piercings for minors). The combination of the environment and the fact that only nurses do the piercings are what made me decide to go here.My only suggestion is that I think it would be beneficial for them to go over the total price including jewelry before the piercing is done. I misunderstood that the jewelry is sold individually and not in pairs, and the total at the end was a little more than I expected. Looking back, it should have been obvious to me that they sell them individually, per piercing, but it just didn’t click. Can’t really dock a star for my own misunderstanding, but I thought I would provide that info for anyone who might do the same thing I did.Overall we had a great experience, and I think it’s a great place to take a young girl or just go with a friend for a fun afternoon.

Loved the whole experience!! The pricing was explained very clearly and my piercer was so knowledgeable!! I wanted a Tragus but it was too small, instead of doing it she said do a conch and I am in love. Everything explained throughly!! Can’t wait for the next one!

Walked in to get a few jewelry changes and a helix piercing. Such an awesome experience. You dont see places like this. A little on the pricer end but worth it if youre looking for quality jewelry. Highly recommend!!

Ighly recommend this studio for anyone looking to get ear piercings! I’ve been wanting to get more piercings for quite a while and just couldn’t figure out where to go, so once I saw this place was dedicated to just that I figured I’d give it a try. Added bonus that they are all registered nurses! Laura was so kind and the entire staff that was there was attentive and educational to myself and others who were getting a service done.

Got my ear lobes pierced here. I was not educated on long posts for swelling after the piercing. I was pierced with regular posts. I had to remove one of my earrings due to the swelling. They offered to repierce it after two weeks. No piercing fee but I would have to buy more jewelry. Okay fine. I will never go back and I do not recommend the studio. Its overpriced. Youre paying for the aesthetic. My piercer was kind but there was no accountability. They should be going over all the options with people. I was just pointed to a row of earrings and told to choose. Go somewhere where theyre more educated and have better direction.

Maya pierced my daughter and she was GREAT. She’s the reason for the 2 stars instead of 1. Would give 3 but not after my experience. The manager, African American lady with short hair was so rude. We waited 30 minutes to be greeted. When the manager came out of the back, she pulled maya to the back and shut the door with 7 people in the store. They were gone for about 4 minutes while we all stared at each other. The manager informed me we would have to come back in 2 hours because it had been 30 minutes since our appointment, yet they refused to acknowledge our presence. I loved maya but that manager will make me never come back. She never even said a word. She just sat behind the counter while maya dealt with a store full of people. I would never allow that manager to run my business

Went in yesterday to get my tragus pierced but was told that the nurses aren’t trained to do needle piercings yet, only the gun. So I settled on getting a third hole in each lobe. Not a lot to choose from in the way of earrings for that type of piercing and seriously overpriced. You are paying for the experience of a cute studio. What shocked me the most was when I was done and ready to pay $58 for the piercing, $30 per earring, and $20 cleaning solution-$108 to get my ears pierced!!!! The screen got turned around to me asking for a tip!!! A tip for a registered nurse?! Come on people, this is such poor taste. I panicked and tipped $15. Frank who pierced my ears was so nice and great but honestly this is just in bad taste. I know it’s not his policy but Rowan’s and I didn’t have to tip but I didn’t want to be rude. I suggest marching on over to Claire’s- they only do gun piercings too, and for free if your purchase the earrings, you have more of a selection there and can find some nice looking ones too and be out the door with free cleaning solution as well for $60, no tip screen turned around on you. Highly suggest offering needle and gun piercings (like your webpage suggests) more jewelry selection and get rid of that tip screen and pay your employees a living wage, Rowan.

I got my conch pierced by the woman w long blonde hair who was nice when I spent over 400 dollars but when I returned the next day I was treated like a second class citizen and barely spoken to when asked if my new piercing looked red. She said she couldn’t see it bc my hat was in the way and then said “it’s fine”. The reason for her attitude was bc i asked to exchange a 19 dollar earring after spending over 400 dollars less than 24 hours the day prior. It was beyond unprofessional and rude. I also asked if I should spray my ear w saline that I just purchased and her response was if you want again so unprofessional. My experience was completely ruined by her attitude and lack of respect.

We were seen 45 minutes after our appointment time. We were also randomly charged $20 for a cleaning solution without being asked if we wanted it.
