My 2 year old has been wanting earrings and we finally did it! The ladies at Rowan were amazing and super patient. They explained to my toddler exactly what they were doing and what to expect. Very very happy with the whole experience!

As a worried mom (think mama bear!), I was a bit nervous about getting my almost 4-month-olds ears pierced. But Rowan completely won me over! The staff were amazing - so friendly and professional. I even asked if they could pierce both ears at once, and since they werent busy, they happily did it! It was quick and my little one only cried for about 30 seconds.The price was a bit on the higher side, but honestly, it was totally worth it. The place was spotless, the staff were absolute pros, and they had a great selection of earrings to choose from.Overall, I highly recommend Rowan for ear piercings!

We had such an amazing experience. My two kids and myself got piercings. It was clean, easy and fun. A week after having our piercings my youngest was playing at school and her earring fell out. I tried to put it back in when she got home but was worried I couldn’t get it through. We came back in and they were so helpful and got the earring back in so easily! I highly recommend them!

Rowan was great! I didn’t have an appointment and they went ahead and took me for my tragus piercing. The staff was so helpful in showing me the different posts available. These are true professionals!

I got my second piercing here at Rowan and my little sisters got theirs first lobe piercings. It was an amazing experience and Kelsey was fantastic and explained everything perfectly. It was an inviting atmosphere and I would definitely recommend!!!!

We had a wonderful piercing experience and her ears healed beautifully with no problems. We love that nurses do the piercings! We come back often for a style refresh and fun new earrings! I love the mini diamond hoops and wear them in my own second piercing. :-)

Not impressed with the staff at this location. We are from out of town and tried to walk in for an appointment after spotting the store in the mall. The girl who approached us offering to help said we would need to scan the QR code and see when the next available appointment was, which means walk ins arent a thing! We understood they might not have anything right that second, but when I told my daughter the next appointment time wouldnt work because we already had plans she got upset. The worker goes, its not like we are going anywhere and I said well we are from out of town and just have limited time and the worker shrugged her shoulders and said sorry with an attitude.

We came to get our daughter’s ear pierced and loved the service. Everyone was so sweet and kind. She was able to pick out her earrings and they walked her through the process and made it happen so quick it was over with before she knew it. Thanks for the great experience!!

We brought our 4 month old here today & got her ears pierced. Morgan was her nurse & was great. She took her time & made sure that our daughter’s placement was damn near perfect.I am glad we had Morgan because Morgan pierced my niece’s ears back in January.Just make sure you make an appointment because walk ins are almost impossible & be ready to spend some $. We highly recommend it & ask for Morgan or Angela 🤩🤩

We just had the most wonderful experience getting my daughter’s ears pierced. She is 7 and has been wanting her ears pierced but is terrified of needles. They made it so easy and we made it out without tears!

Our 4 year old daughter got her ear lobes pierced with a needle here today by Nurse Morgan, who was amazing and patient with her, as were all the other awesome employees who also came over to encourage her and chat with us! We had a great experience and she is super happy with her new earrings. Would highly recommend!

We had a great experience at Rowan. My 9 year old was super nervous and the staff was very patient with her and let her tell them when she was ready. I had one ear lobe pierced while we were there and Laura was super patient with me while I kept asking her to move the placement. They have a large selection of earrings to choose from. The shop is very clean. We would recommend Rowan to our friends and family.

We came in for my wife to get a helix piercing and my older daughter to get upper lobe piercings and the process was so great and patient it finally convinced my younger daughter to get her first ear piercings which she’s wanted for years but been scared to get. We walked in with six cumulative piercings and walked out with eleven and no pain. Great support from Morgan and Angela!

I got my double piercing there recently, and it was a great experience. Totally worth it and I love the outcome. The person who pierced my ears was very nice and definitely knew what she was doing I highly recommend going here to get your ears pierced!

We had a great experience at Rowan! They were very helpful and patient with our 3 generations getting a piercing. They were especially helpful with our 8 year old getting her ears pierced for the first time. They had a bear she could hug and eased her into it doing a countdown to show her how to breathe through it. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Absolutely the best! I have been to Rowan for ear piercings for both of my daughters as well as one for myself. Incredibly knowledgeable and kind, all licensed nurses piercing ears and we loved the atmosphere and high quality earrings. I highly recommend going here!!

I visited the location inside the Southpark mall today with my almost-4-year-old, and from the time we entered the staff was attentive and kind. I explained that my daughter is autistic, so even though she’s had a total fixation with earrings and was very excited to get her ears pierced, I was concerned that the busy environment may become overwhelming for her and asked if they had a full appointment schedule, hoping to pop back in later when they didn’t have anyone on the books. They were so understanding, and we came back 30 minutes later. They closed the doors to drown out some of the mall noise, and the nurse was incredibly sweet and patient with my little girl. We had a wonderful experience, and their kindness and willingness to accommodate really made my day! It’s more expensive than other ear piercing options, but it is well worth it, in my opinion. It was clear the nurses have plenty of experience working with children, it’s very clean, and I would highly recommend going here for any piercing!

My experience at Rowan was good! I stopped by to ask questions about a conch piercing, I had been thinking about getting for a while. They answered every question I had with great confidence, that I ended up getting it done. Nurse Angela explained every step to me and told me what to do so the process would be less painful and believe it or not I didnt feel a thing. It was done so fast, afterwards she explained the after care to me, on what to do and what not to do. Im thinking about getting my other ear done, now!

Morgan did an AMAZING job piercing my 4 month olds ears! She took her time to make sure the placement was PERFECT!!! I was so nervous but she made this experience awesome and seamless!

Gotten my ears pierced here on two separate occasions. The staff are always so kind and welcoming. They do a great job of using sterile tools and providing a safe environment. They are also quick! Only set back can be sometimes their earring are sold out due to supply chain and manufacturing issues, so the selection can be limited, but that’s on corporate not them.

Everyone was very kind and everything was explained very well. There was no pressure to do anything when I was told my anatomy was not ideal for the piercing I was hoping for and everyone was very honest about what would look good/ work with my style and lifestyle. Would absolutely recommend coming here!

I’m so thankful I had my ear pierced there. She explained everything in detail. I’m a big chicken when it comes to needles lol and this was no where near as painful as I thought. They even sent me a reminder text for the spray on my ear. I highly recommend Rowan! They’re licensed nurses that are doing the piercing. Everyone here was so kind and so nice and so amazing and i wanted to love it…. but my ear cartilage is now shattered after the piercing :( i got a mid helix (i think it’s called) and its so freaking painful. you can feel the shatter/rift in my ear when running a finger over my ear where the earring is. again everyone was so kind and professional idk what happened but boooooyyyyy my ear is in so much pain rn. so just be careful where in the ear you get piercings and make sure that proper time is taken while piercing.

Cute shop, just bad costumer service.stood there for 10 minutes at cash waiting to know the price of an item and was ignored. no greeting, no acknowledgement and helped other costumers who went to cash after us.

Katie did a great job with my 5 year olds first ear piercings! My daughter was nervous, so Katie took the time to show her what she was doing and waited for her consent before continuing with the next step. Even though the shop was busy, Katie didnt rush our appointment. I only took 1 star off because we arrived 5 minutes before our appointment time and it took about 20 minutes to be seen. Not a huge deal, as there was only one nurse working, just a minor inconvenience standing with young kids in tow.

My baby girl was very well taken care of. The experience was short and sweet. Everyone was so nice to us.

I had a great experience at Rowan at Southpark Mall. The staff were very friendly and helpful and explained pricing so I knew exactly what I was paying for. I was extremely nervous and they made me feel at ease. They explained aftercare and it has now been almost 3 weeks and my helix ear piercing is almost completely healed with no issues. Highly recommend going to Rowan if you want a new piercing.

Morgan was our piercer. We have a 2 year old. Way easier than I expected..no Jiu jitsu required.

Don’t go. They charge your three times of the regular price and give customer service of like a mobile service. Won’t take responsibility for anything they do. Bad place to go and if you complain, they encourage you to buy a new pair of earrings instead of fixing the problem. Scammers.

My friends and I came to Rowan to get piercings while on a girls weekend. They were so nice and patient. The woman who did our needle piercings was SO nice and took her time to mark where she was going to pierce us. She listened to our feedback, explained everything clearly, and didnt seem annoyed when my friends and I changed our minds about which earrings we wanted. She also took her time to make sure she angled the needle straight back so our earrings were perfect.

I had high expectations for this place to pierce my four-month-old daughter . I figured theyd be better than going to Claire. I expected it to be quick and easy, however the person who did my daughters piercing, the gun piercing, got caught on her ear; I understand accidents can happen. It was really heartbreaking to watch her cry for so long. Second, the actual piercing does not even resemble 14k gold. I expected better quality earrings. Overall, I was rather dissatisfied.

Laura took care of my two daughter’s piercing today. She was wonderful! Both girls were a bit nervous. Laura talked to girls about what they wanted, made sure they liked the placing of potential piercing, made sure they were okay, etc. Piercings look great. The process was so easy- from booking appointment to review of after care. Yes, it costs more than alternatives but it is well worth it considering the results. Would highly recommend.

Yesterday I came to Rowan’s (South Park) for my post-downsize appointment at 7:30 pm. When I got there it was empty and only one staff nurse at the store who was attending a girl (getting her ears pierced) accompanied by the mother. The staff nurse didnt greet or welcome me at all (not even for a second). I had been standing there for 15 minutes (looking at my watch) and the staff nurse took really long attending to the girl who was with the mom (chit-chatting). Suddenly two other customers walk into the store waiting as well ( I think for an appt too). Right when the nurse staff was finishing up with the girl and the mother, the staff nurse had to ring them up (taking their sweet time).A group of family then comes to the store for an infant piercing appointment the infants mother goes and checks in with the same staff nurse. The Staff nurse seats the mother with the infant for the piercing right away( now another 10 minutes of wait). Once she finished piercing the infants ears she goes and rangs them up and they leave. The staff nurse goes and starts organizing/sanitizing the chairs and walks to the front desk to check me in. My appointment did not last longer than 2 minutes. Never experienced such a long wait just for a 2 minute appointment and for staff nurse not to notice theres been a customer waiting (patiently) for so long to get checked in . I understand she was the only staff nurse at the store yesterday but like I said the store was empty when I walked in and she took very long with one customer in the beginning and for another customer with the infant to walk in and attends to them without having to wait. That was very disorganized. At least have a form at the front desk for the customers who have appointments to fill out their full name and the appt time.

Great experience shopping, staff was nice, the Jewelry looks well crafted and displayed. Ended up picking out two butterfly necklaces with jewelry cases for our daughters at Christmas. They really loved them, and they look nice on them for kids. Very pleased with everything we purchased here.

I brought my daughter on Monday July 24,2023 to get her ears pierced for her 15th birthday. She wanted her ear lobes and her helix pierced. She was terrified because she didnt know what to expect or anything about the process. We were welcomed by Rachel and she was AMAZING!!!!!! She explained the entire piercing process and helped my daughter decide on the earrings she wanted and also walked her through the after care process multiple times. She also encouraged my mother to get her helix pierced as well. My daughter and my mother got matching piercings and it was such a wonderful birthday present for my daughter. Rachel was so patient, kind, encouraging, informative and we had such a wonderful experience!!!!! I highly recommend Rachel and we will definitely be back soon.

I had such a great experience with getting my 5 month old daughter’s ears pierced at the Southpark mall location! All the staff was so nice and wonderful at explaining all the steps and showing me the options for earrings for my baby. Especially, a shoutout to Angela who was our nurse whom I also used to work with so I felt very comfortable with her piercing my little one! She did amazing that my baby didn’t even cry. Pro tip: if anyone takes your baby- we gave her a bottle during the piercing and she barely flenched!! I also love that they had another nurse to come do the opposite side at the same time. Highly recommend Rowan Piercing. Her ears healed up very nice and we have had absolutely no issues.

Excellent ! Dej was amazing she took care of my daughter whom got her ears pierced and Claire’s a week ago and they fell out over night and closed up ! I called Rowan and spoke to Dej who from the get go on phone was so nice , she told us to come in and she would see what she could do , we did end up needing a re pierce in one ear and she was able to do it right there and then . Just so knowledgeable, and nice . She also did a great job on my daughter’s friend’s ears . Highly recommend Rowan and Dej!

I loved everything about my appointment it is busy so make sure to have time. But I am giving this place three stars due to the piercing. I had it done in August and my piercing is not healed and it is infected. I have been doing saline since August to no help. So I decided today to take it off since it was no resolution.

Definitely NOT recommend. My sister and I took my niece while visiting. Booked over the phone and was told it would be 80$. When it was time to checkout it was over 200$. The manager was extremely rude when we ask for breakdown for the extra fees. She said sorry we don’t fit your budget
