Esthetically, Removery clinic gets an A+. It’s very clean and organized. It reminds me of a physician office setting. The staff is very professional and efficient! I cannot speak enough on how amazing the staff here has been. Ashleigh and Nick are kind and attentive, and they really go out of their way to make every client feel important. Ashleigh is by far the best tech I have ever encountered, and she has always made sure that its as comfortable as it can be, and she follows up to check in on healing. I have and will continue to refer many people to this office, and I look forward to continuing treatments here. As happy as I am to see the tattoos fading, I will be sad when they day comes that I no longer need to come back. They are THE best. Photos and updates will be added once my treatments are complete.

I want to start off by saying how grateful I am to have gone into Nick and Ashleigh‘s store when I did I never would’ve thought that my life would’ve changed so drastically. I thought I was gonna be stuck with these mistakes for the rest of my life even though this process is quite painful. I built up so much trust in Ashleigh with the quality of care I receive from her and her team I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else even through the worst parts Ashleigh’s able to distract me from the pain. I’m looking forward to the next sale so I can get rid of more mistakes and I would, definitely recommend the Northlake location to anyone who wants to change their life for the better. I was able to start my first session right after my consultation! I was given an ice pack to lay over the tattoo before the process started which definitely helped. The environment is laid back and comfortable, but it is clear that everyone there is an expert at what they do. The procedure was quick, and while not painless, Ashleigh did her best to distract me from the pain. Definitely recommend Removery!

I was very hesitant to get tattoo removal but the staff made me more comfortable about it. They explained everything to me step by step and assured me throughout every process. Ashleigh took her time explaining how she will be doing the removal process, step by step, and she was very thorough yet quick with it all. It was over before I knew it. It was also less painful than I thought it would be! I was also given written instructions on after care. I highly recommend them because of their professionalism and kindness!P.S. Photos are a day after my first session. Swelling is a common thing especially in sensitive areas. I also got my calve and my arm band done however I do not have any swelling there! It may look odd, but I assure you it did not hurt as much as others believe and it also doesn’t hurt now either. You’ll for sure be uncomfortable because of the swelling. I can’t wait for my second session!

This is not just a company they treat u like family and not only that they take the time and teach you everything about what is going to happen and everything you need to know. My tattoo removal journey spans across 5 years. In those years The Removery has been the third place I’ve gone. I just had my second treatment and trust me when I say that if you are looking to get a tattoo removed - THIS is your place to go. I’m from the upstate in SC and I can promise you that the drive to Charlotte is worth it after my previous experiences. The Removery has the best updated Lazer, will be the most affordable AND it’s the least painful with a faster healing process. And I’m seeing the results !! Ashleigh is the most awesome Lazer technician who has made this process the easiest from my past experiences. She’s SO incredibly sweet and informative. She makes sure you are very comfortable about everything before getting started. Nick is also wonderful answering any questions and setting up an affordable payment plan. I no longer have to fork out $300 per session anymore as I did at the previous place with no end in site. I am now making low monthly payments on one charge for complete removal until gone. No matter how many sessions it takes. You can’t beat that! I FINALLY found the place to finish my journey. I am getting much better results!! Thank you Nick and Ashleigh !!!!

I just had my second tattoo removal session today and all I can say is WOW. Ashleigh is amazing she is friendly knowledgeable and informative, the session was quick and less painful than you would ever think. Nick at the front desk was great as well, he will walk you through the whole procedure and explain any questions or concerns you may have. Overall I had a great experience and cant wait to see my naked skin again. I would recommend his place to anyone who looking to remove that unwanted tattoo. I went to get laser tattoo removal on my ring finger. My tattoo was done over 10 years ago. They have been so informative and helped explain the process to me and set appropriate expectations of how the removal works. They are very transparent with the removal process and thats important to me. Also, they understood my finance needs, and explained all options to me. This place is great (Northlake location)!!!! I did my first appointment already and Ashleigh was wonderful!!! I highly recommend!!

I’ve overly researched tattoo removal and feel the most confident with Removery. If I’m going to pay a lot of money to have my tattoo removed, I want it done right. I’ve only had one treatment with Removery and it was very pleasant. They are THE ONLY company I’ve come across that can GUARANTEE complete removal! Recently, I completed my 5th treatment to remove two tattoos at Removery. I have to say that I am so impressed with the staff and treatment I am receiving! The staff goes out of their way to make sure you’re comfortable and they follow up after every treatment to check in and see how you’re doing. Something that helped make my decision to use Removery was the guarantee that they could remove the tattoos. After the first treatment I saw noticeable results and with each treatment thereafter, the tattoos are fading away quickly. I’ve been to two locations in Charlotte. I usually don’t leave reviews but I have to say Ashleigh at the Charlotte Northcrest location is the best tech I could’ve gotten! She is super professional. She will also check on you after treatment and promptly help with any questions. Not to mention she makes the treatment itself very seamless. As for the Removery establishment I would totally recommend. They really have it down to a science and I don’t think I would trust anyone else to remove my tattoos. I wish I could give more stars!!

The girls are amazing at both locations. I will say the treatment can be painful, but it is worth it. I have only had 2 treatments so far, but I can already tell a difference. I had Ashleigh last time and she was amazing. She helped me get through the procedure and checked on me afterwards. Everyone is always so kind. Excited to complete my journey!

I’m having 12 tattoos removed, several on very sensitive areas. Laser tattoo removal should not be taken lightly. It’s expensive, time-consuming and painful. My dermatologist recommended Removery, and I’m very grateful to have found them. I’m in for the long haul and am delighted that Ashleigh and Nick are with me through the process. It does work.

My experience with Removery has been an actual disaster.. I’ve been walking around with orange eyebrows for months now. I hate to write negative reviews, but the problem here is that the technicians don’t have the experience to be touching one’s body or face without far more training… I can’t tell you what a nightmare this is been. Please look around before you go to have a tattoo removed, especially permanent make up… Removery has affected my life and self-esteem in ways I never thought possible by unskilled technicians.
