Great overall experience. Kind, relatable, and understanding staff, super clean facility, professional, communication, and efficient service. I am having my horrible eyebrows tattoo removed. I am attaching original photo and pass number one. I will update my photos in 8 weeks. Eyebrows are supposed to look this unusual. Nothing out of ordinary for this stage.

I came across Removery with a quick google search. Their website allowed me easy and quick access to schedule a consultation. Everything worked out perfectly when it came to working around my schedule. Stefany is the consultant and was very insightful of the process and each of the steps, not a doubt was left in my mind after our conversation. Then Valerie the laser technician was also very nice, and helpful as to what to do after the treatment! They also were able to get me in the same day of consult and it was a fast, quick and easy process ! I recommend Removery and all of its staff for future clients in look of a specialist ! Very satisfied !

This was such a great experience. Everyone was welcoming and very knowledgeable. The paperwork was thorough along with the evaluation. I went in for a consultation and left with my first treatment. My experience at Removery has been a great experience! The ladies who run the facility are extremely welcoming and knowledgeable on tattoo removal. They put care and effort into each session while keeping it affordable for everyone! Love it and so excited to be having my tattoos removed by them!

Have been a few places to get a consultation for a small tattoo removal just for my own due diligence. By far the most detailed and professional experience I had here. Knowledge of the process gave me a lot of transparency and confidence moving forward. Great notification system as well so appointments (that are spaced out) are not missed. Would highly recommend this over a laser place that does a wider range of services. Pricing paid in full was also cheaper than other places who only had a by the session payment model.

So happy I went with Removery over any other tattoo removal companies. From the first day they have made me feel so welcomed, Stephany educated me on the entire process and has been such a pleasure. It doesnt feel like you are just a customer, she greats me by name each and every appointment and goes above & beyond. Valerie has done each of my treatments and is always great with explaining the process each time before she begins ensuring I am comfortable. She even texts me the day after each appointment to make sure i dont have any follow up questions and i am healing properly. My experience has been great!

I was referred to Recovery and drove an hour and a half. I had the most pleasant consultation. Stefany was very sweet, down to earth, and very good at explaining my procedure and steps. Valerie was always great and funny. Both were extremely thorough and straightforward. Cant wait until my finish results!! I would definitely refer anyone.

After posting my tattoo removal journey, I received several side messages asking about it. I figured I would save you much time, money and headache….With my tattoo being pink, I had to find a place that was able to specialize and have the equipment for pink. I got a referral from a dermatologist to go to Satin Medspa. I go to Satin bought a package for 3 sessions and to be 100% transparent, they let me know they were getting rid of their machine in the near future and discontinuing the service. So I did my 3 sessions but will need about 10-15 total.Someone in my post asked if I was going to the Removery, to which made me think to look into them. Well today, I did. Let me tell you something…..They are a fraction of the cost. You can buy an unlimited package to get the entire mistake removed for what it would have cost me to have 5 sessions at Satin. The best part, they asked for proof of purchase at Satin and gave me credit for the money I had already spent there cutting my rate in half. So I walked out of there and lost zero extra dollars spent elsewhere. How insane is that!?!?!?!??Here is my recommendation… start there.

I just started my tattoo removal journey for all of my tattoos and Removery was the perfect choice to do so! When I met with Stefany, I informed her that my primary goal was to gather information about the process and pricing, as I’m considering my options for the future.However, throughout the consultation, I felt a significant amount of pressure to start the removal process immediately. Despite clearly communicating that I was not ready to make a decision at that time and that I needed to carefully consider my options before proceeding, Stefany continued to insist that I begin the process right away. At one point, I was asked to sign a form, which I later discovered was an application for a loan. This was not made clear to me at the time, and the situation was presented as a simple, insignificant task rather than something with financial implications.I want to emphasize that I am someone who prefers to make well-considered decisions, especially when it comes to financial commitments. I felt that my boundaries were not respected during the consultation, and I was repeatedly asked to justify why I did not want to start the process that day.While I appreciate the information provided, I believe it’s important that clients feel respected and heard during consultations, particularly when they express that they are not ready to move forward. I hope this feedback can help improve the experience for future clients.

Stephany was great! She was so welcoming and made me feel comfortable during the consultation. She’s also very knowledgeable about the entire process and answered every question I had. Definitely made the right choice coming here.

I cannot say how amazing Jessica and Stephanie are! The service they provide is out of this world and they always make you feel comfortable. They are transparent and 100% knowledgeable of their industry. As a woman of color, I was so nervous about getting this treatment but the consultation was so detailed, I had my first treatment that day. I have had no issues (outside of the normal healing process) during or after my treatments. Today marks a year of coming here to get a total of THREE tattoos removed and this was the best decision I’ve made. AMAZING! Removery is the real deal.

Valerie took terrific care of my leg with the laser treatment. I have a rather large tattoo being removed, and she limited the pain tremendously with her consideration for my comfort with icing periodically throughout the treatment. Im no longer dreading this treatment.

I came here a few days ago and had a really great experience with Stephanie and Jessica. They were very informing about procedure, pricing, aftercare, and risks. The lady at the front, Jessica, went over all the ink I want removed and informed me about how each one could take longer or be quicker depending on where it was and how dark etc. She answered any questions I had and we were able to do the procedure the same day (optional too). I have quite a bit I need removed and for the price I’m beyond satisfied. I was expecting a huge number but thankfully it’s reasonable and affordable for me. They have different payment options that are affordable. If you need any tattoos removed I highly recommend coming here as they have the most amazing people who are experts and knowledgeable in what they’re doing. They have the best laser out there for anyone who has any kind of melanin in them and its really quick. Don’t go anywhere else for tattoo removal other than removery! These people know what they’re doing.

The team has made me feel comfortable with the process from the very start. When they present you with the unlimited visit option, take it. It will save you money. No way can a tattoo be fully removed with only 3 visits. That is my opinion based on my experience.
