Vanish-Ink Laser Tattoo Removal

Ive been a client of Vanish-Ink for more than a year, and my recent laser hair removal with Elma was fantastic. Elma is incredibly kind and professional, making the experience comfortable and smooth. As a former laser tech and current esthetician, I’m pretty picky about who I go to for tattoo removal. With that said, Mick is very knowledgeable and made me feel really comfortable with my permanent makeup removal. He answered all my questions and makes the process as painless as possible. Definitely recommend

The first picture shown is what i came to vanish ink with, the second was taken a few days ago. when i had a consult i was told that it would take 4 treatments and the tattoo would be gone. i have three pictures shown of the process but to my knowledge i have had four done and am very disappointed with the removal treatment i’ve received. the tattoo should be barley on there at this point in treatment and it looks as if i’ve only had one removal done. the heart tattoo i have has faded significantly, so i’m confused as to how the black ink has barley faded even though black is the easiest color to get out. i feel as though i’ve wasted my money coming here and that it would take more than what was promised to me. i’ve had previous treatment so it shouldn’t take 6-8 whatsoever and is ridiculous that i’m in the position that i am. i was told when i brought my concerns up that the body reacts to treatment differently but clearly my body can absorb the tattoo because it reflects that in the red ink so something isn’t right. i would not recommend coming here for removal because, as shown, it is not effective and they are not accurate in how many treatments it will take which is unfortunate because removal hurts quite a bit.

After Removery destroyed my brows done in permanent eye make up, I went and spoke to Mick the owner for help.. although there was nothing he could do, he still gave me two appointments, sat with me and helped me to understand what had been done by their laser. He then referred me out to a permanent eyebrow expert and did not charge me a cent for all his time. If you’re looking to have a tattoo removed, you can definitely trust this place and its owner to do their best and care for you is an actual patient.. because remember, you’re having a Laser put your body.

Just started the tattoo removal process on 7 tattoos. Mick was very informative and ensured I knew what to expect in the sessions and the entire process. He welcomed any questions and was willing to take as much time as needed. No surprise, it didn’t feel great but it is extremely fast. He offered breaks to help deal with the pain if needed. I was in and out within 15 minutes which included paperwork, consult, and the laser session on 7 tattoos.

Ive been getting tattoos removed for what feels like forever and I have been to different places do to moving. This one happens to be on the calf, which is a tough removal spot healing wise because its far from the heart. Tattoo removal is never pleasant, but Mick is great! Its nice to go to a place where you feel like you can trust them. I cant say enough good things about this place, 5 stars all day, thanks Mick!

I was in and out in 15 minutes. The laser tattoo removal did hurt as I expected it to. I have some bright blues, greens and pinks so I didnt expect it to be gone in one pass. It did fade the black and graywash alot. The other colors are lighter than before. I had no problems healing with Saniderm. I am very satisfied with my first session results. Excellent service.

I had a great experience working with Mick to lighten a tattoo for a coverup. One session costed me 30% less than what I got charged at a medical spa. And, the results were noticeable after a couple days when the blistered healed. I’m so glad my tattoo artist referred me to Mick!

Great experience. I’m getting two removed and pay $200/session. This is about 20% lower than any other tattoo removal shop I got quotes from. My wife is getting laser hair removal and her experience has been great as well. Keep up the great work!

I have been coming to Vanish Ink for my laser hair removal treatments for about 2 years. I keep adding on new zones to treat. I have seen a few technicians in my time here, but Ashley makes this painful (at first) process so enjoyable. Here I am showing the most intimate parts of my body and we are laughing and giggling as we zap away the stress of my life. Beyond that, she is extremely professional, and knowledgeable. I can ask her any question about the process and openly communicate about my concerns. COME for the laser hair removal, and she will keep you coming back for more and more treatments because you won’t want to trust this process to anyone else!

Went to get a tattoo removed. They handled my appointment with tons of care and were amazing to work with. The technician Ashley was amazing and very proffesional she made the process smooth and painless!!! Will go back for any of my needs.

I am in the process of having two tattoos removed here. I can clearly see a difference after my first few sessions and should complete the removal in about two more visits. Nick is very professional and gentle during the procedure; carefully making sure that I am okay. (The first session is a bit painful so its great to have a caring provider).I would never go anywhere else. It is affordable for me since I can pay with each visit.The girl working the desk is always a sweetheart and treats me like family despite the fact that they only see me every 6 to 8 weeks! If you need a tattoo removed this is the place to go. A classy, 5 star operation here. Love them!

Mick, has been amazing. He provided a strategy for my tattoo removal and explained that it would take multiple visits. Based on that he provided a fair price for each visit. During my visits I had several questions which were promptly answered and done so with professionalism and a friendly tone. I am doing a cover-up tattoo and went to several different tattoo artists in the area. These guys are some of the best in the nation. When I showed them the tattoo I needed removed and the tattoo I needed covered, they all pointed me in one direction.......Mick with Vanish-Ink.

Ive had a wonderful experience here at Vanish Ink for lazer hair removal. Ashley, the technician, is wonderful. She makes you feel really comfortable and important even if you come in with a Groupon. She also has been great at addressing my problem areas and offering good deals for other packages.Also, their lazer is significantly more effective than LightRX. I have almost no hair after a handful of treatments. Thank you Ashley!

I’ve been going to Mick for quite a few tattoo removals and I’m impressed with the work. I never even knew this was possible until going to him. He’s great! Love this place. If you have any tattoos that need gone this is the place to make it happen. It hurts, but it’s worth the pain to remove something you don’t like.

Ashley is so good at what she does. So nice, professional, and friendly!! If you need laser hair removal, this is the place and she is your girl. You’ll be in good, clean hands with her that’s for sure. I would recommend her to everyone I know.

I had a great experience when I went for laser hair removal. After paying for 6 sessions the hair is still growing back. I called to get a touch up (which I was told after my 6 sessions I would be able to get free of charge - which is really nice.) When I called to make the appointment everything was good to go. Then I got a call back saying the manager wants me to pay another $100 for a touch up (Ive already spent a lot of money there). Why would I pay more money when it clearly didnt work. This is not good customer service. I will not be returning.

I have spent a year and a 1/2 and way over a thousand dollars to get a 1.5”x1.5” tattoo on my ankle removed and it is still not gone. Every time they promise this should be the last time but it’s not. I was told it would take 4 sessions, 5 at most. I just had my 7th session (each $250) and I’m going somewhere else to finish my removal. $250 for 30 seconds each time is ridiculous. Don’t waste your time or your money.

I bought 3 laser hair removal sessions at a price that doesn’t even compare to other places. The price I paid for 3 sessions for FULL legs is actually cheaper than ONE session at most places. Crazy. I have very light skin and dark, coarse hair. I’ve noticed significant reduction after two sessions. Dark hair follicles have already lightened/disappeared as well. Sessions must be spaced out due to hair growth cycle, but be patient because it works! Brittany is great. She is really cool and fun to talk to. Scheduling is always very flexible and easy. I will be doing all of my laser hair removal here from now on!

Upon arrival of each appointment, I was taken directly into a room without waiting and the removal treatment was started promptly. Great overall experience!

This place left a very bad taste in my mouth from the unprofessional & lack of taking ownership of mistakes on their behalf. The little representative/Aesthetician is beyond rude and unprofessional. I guess these people have a certain clientele they provide service to.Soon as I told Ashley I had a Groupon, she begin getting really short and said “she wouldn’t be able to do my service”. I was 15mins late, however,I called before coming in and she stated she would be waiting for me. I spoke to the owner, as well and he didn’t express any concerns of his employee and how she is running his Buisness.Beware I will not recommend this company at all.

I would recommend this place for laser hair removal. I have been seeing positive results – I have light skin and dark brown hair.Also, the staff I have interacted with has been very friendly. Charity is the technician I’ve been working with and she has been really great – she’s friendly and efficient!

I have a tattoo with difficult colors and am noticing results. Very comfortable atmosphere. Amazing staff. Mick is very honest about preparing you for expectations regarding frequency of visits and after care. He also knows the BEST Vietnamese restaurant in Charlotte. Thank you Mick!

Ive gotten 4 sessions I believe on a chunky text tattoo on my thigh. The smaller font is almost gone but the thicker letters could use a couple more sessions.Im happy with my progress so far and employees are thoughtful, kind, and efficient. I drive from Winston because I wouldnt trust anyone else to get the job done.

I have a tattoo on top of each of my feet. Was told it would take roughly 8-10 treatments. I’ve had 7 at a cost of $1400 to date and the tattoos are still 50 percent there. Looking into other medical offices in Charlotte with more state of the art lasers.

I scheduled 4 appointments to have old tattoos removed from both shoulders. A very professional and courteous staff. Although a painful, uncomfortable process, it was quick and effective. They explained the process and walked me through aftercare. I would recommend the service and company. Thanks.

You must have an experienced laser operator who knows the systematic process of getting tattoos as well as removing them. This laser vanished my unwanted black inks with like 10 treatments maybe. The laser is not a miracle worker soo, but definatley does work to help you get your desired results slowly vanishing away ink. I whole heartedly trust and recommend Mick for his work and business practices. Thank you Mick.

Vanishing Ink tattoo removal isnt effective. If your not Caucasian Dr. Biddy isnt concerned about the well being of his patients but rather taking there money and booking future appointments. Ive went to this facility numerous (5) times to receive laser tattoo removal treatment and my tattoo merely VANISHED. My counterparts even said the tattoo had gotten darker. Lately, Ive gone to another facility that offers the same services and Ive immediately seen change to my tattoo.

Waste of Money, unprofessional and the laser doesn’t even work well enough to vanish anything! I wouldn’t recommend mick he hits certain people with blanks for the first session to get you to come back after $500(wouldn’t be surprised if he lied and just remove your hair) and tell u to come back in 6weeks such a poor quality LASER and business (vanish Ink of Charlotte)

I am beyond satisfied with my results. They were friendly and were able to remove my neck tattoo in a timely and cost effective manner! I would definitely recommend.

I was hesitant to pay on cash but was told that if I did Id receive a refund if anything happens. also if you pay i n advance you get the fifth session free. I went four sessions (payed for 8) and the tattoo is still very much there. they are also dodging me over my refund cause I moved away. it is all around bad business.

I was upset that the owner/technician did not honor his advertised discount featured on Creative Loafing. which was 10% for military and law enforcement.Also, I should have remembered what frequencies he used on my tattoo which is blue lettering approx 20 font. After four weeks, I noticed the first frequency just made my tattoo a little darker. The second frequency, which his used on one letter, looks like it slightly dissolved the shape of the letter, but did not fade. Its hard to tell if 4 - 5 more treatments using the second frequency could work, but that means Ill drop over $700. I wish there was an obvious fading of the tatt from the first treatment:(

I love the service here. I had the laser hair removal here and the service was quick and easy. I was in and out within 15 minutes. I’m really happy with the results after just the 1st treatment.

He knows what hes doing and has the best laser in town. Just make sure you put on Numb520 cream 1.5 hours before your session and wrap your arm in seran wrap! Makes it much less painful

Saw great result after just 1 session (probably since my skin is super white) and Charity is wonderful.

Very unprofessional these people are fraudulent and robbed me of my money. Made false promises on guaranteed sessions and my tattoo is still visible.
