My very first Tattoo and it was a very comfortable experience. Huber was Columbian, however he made sure I understood EVERYTHING. Staff was awsome. And I initially went in to have my sons ears pierced.

Richard was awesome!! He worked with me to draw exactly what I wanted so it went well with my tattoo that I already had. Smooth and painless experience. Will definitely be coming back to him for all of my future tattoos.

Can’t say enough good things!!! The Virgin Mary on my shoulder is Juan’s art work from several images and discussion and one edit. I couldn’t be happier! We also got mother-son tattoos (from a book- exact art), sibling tattoos (matching silhouette small snakes- not pictured), and nightmare before Christmas (exact art). ALL of them were fantastic and ALL look as good today (almost 2YRS later) as they did day one. Awesome people!!! Can’t wait to go back sit in Juan’s chair (when he’s back in town) and get another piece for my sleeve! 10 outta 10 recommend! Thanks, Black Cloud!

My best friend and I decided to get spur of the moment piercings and decided to call this place and inquire. We were going to get our belly buttons re pierced and were told it was $45 with a basic ring. We arrived at this studio since it was the closest to my friends apartment. This location is the smallest out of all their locations, and unless you are really looking for this location, you can easily miss it and drive right past it. They do have parking in the back, which we did as the right, was small and already parked with cars. We walked inside, and there were quite a few people sitting down waiting to get something done. We arrived around 2:30pm and were seen about 3:10ish. There were two people in front of us who were getting piercings as well. Daniel, the piercer was awesome! He made everything super simple, from explaining what he was doing and why, and giving recommendations on other piercings we inquired about. Very professional, and everything was sanitized. I will be coming back to get another piercing, and I definitely recommend this shop!

Hi hi! I got my first non ear lobe piercing here today and it went great!! My septum!!! I won’t lie and say it was completely painless but it wasn’t completely awful. I’d give it maybe a 6/10? I have a pretty low pain tolerance so that probably didn’t help but it was pretty awesome! My piercer, I believe his name was Dame was amazing in checking the structure of my nose and that he had it perfect. He provided me with a free cleaning solution as it was my birthday and jewelry was included. I brought my mom, boyfriend and some friends with me and they were allowed to watch and provide me with support. If I ever get more piercings and tattoos I’ll definitely come right back here! Thank you so much, rock on!! :-)

I called to see if they accept walk-ins for the nose piercing that I got and they do. They answered the phone with a friendly tone, I arrived and was greeted by Dem (who I recommend you see) who’s amazing! I loved his warm welcoming nature, helped me relax as k got the piercing done and gave great information on how to take care of the piercing. I might get another piercing done and definitely I need to get a tattoo from Black Cloud Tattoo 👏😇

Black Cloud took my coworker and I in very last minute and stayed late to finish our requests since we were from out of town. I got a piercing and a tattoo-both fantastic experiences. The piercing was the most professional and least painful I’ve gotten. Huber was so careful and attentive for my tattoo. It was my most precious and cleanest tattoo yet. Highly recommend both!

I was pretty anxious when I first got there so forgive me since I don’t remember the name of the girl who pierced my nose, but she did a great job! I went Monday afternoon and had a great experience, it was a clean sterile environment and the piercer was super nice and informative. So far it’s healing great and I will be back in the future! 👍🏾

Just great! I got a cheek dermal and was absolutely terrified, the piercer made me feel very comfortable and it went way more smoothly than I anticipated. He showed me exactly what he was using, how he was gonna use it and why and that made me feel much, much better. The alcohol to clean it afterwards hurt the worse lol. Very nice and welcoming great experience over all!

Absolutely spectacular experience. It was my first time going and I got three piercings. Dame’s the man. He was really patient with me and my sister. He made sure we were comfortable. He even cracked a couple of jokes which made the experience a lot more fun. Thanks for the awesome experience. Definitely recommend this place and I will be back soon.

The whole staff was very friendly and Andy did amazing work couldn’t be happier! Other shops I visited wouldn’t do the tattoo I wanted and wanted to do all this extra stuff I did not want but Andy did EXACTLY what I wanted and the quality of work was insanely good

Richard was amazing! Was nervous for my first “big” tattoo and he eased my nerves easy peasy. Does phenomenal fine line work and overall a great artist to work with.

The piercer Dame did an amazing job and they arent afraid to tell you the hard truth about a piercing. If they dont think its a good idea they will tell you and not a lot of piercers are honest like that because they would prefer money over their clients health and safety.

Called and told it was okay to walk in before 8pm. I arrived at 715pm and was told by the female that they were not taking anymore walk-ins.I really wish i would have known before I spent $28 on a uber .

Got a tattoo of my bearded dragon’s back feet and he took his time to perfect every little scale. It honestly kinda looks like a fossil! Will be coming back again. Just got my navel piercing and it was amazing. They did an excellent job. My piercer was Emily, and I couldn’t recommend her enough. I was acting a fool and took forever to get the courage to get the piercing, and she waiting alongside me and didn’t judge. She was extremely chill and helped me relax. Her instructions were very clear, and I can’t recommend black cloud enough. It was my fourth time receiving a piercing here, and I’ve never had a bad experience. Prices are a bit high, but you pay for what you get. Their work is high quality and worth the money.

I scheduled an appt with Juan (cyan) and gave him the two pictures attached: the miraculous medallion and a tattoo of Virgin Mary and Christ child. This is his artwork from that. He did a phenomenal job!!!PHENOMENAL!!! Not just that, he’s an amazing human with a good mind. He listened to my feedback on the original artwork, made revisions and edits based on my feedback and gave me something that was so beautiful and everything I had hoped and imagined!!! Also, the staff is very friendly, efficient, and seems to work very well together. It’s the original black cloud tattoo location and isn’t the fanciest place U’ve ever been, that being said, you won’t regret going there. My two adult children also got sibling tattoos their from a female artist… can’t remember her name. She was great, as were there tattoos. While being in their waiting room over these two lengthy visits, lots and LOTS of happy piercing customers came through. Their piercers were super friendly, great customer service, and excellent client education. This place is awesome!!!!!Can’t say enough great stuff about xuan (Juan) or his brother, Juan Jose (JJ). Had my helix pierced. It was so quick and easy, not as painful as I thought it would be. If anything, it was more shocked that I actually went thru with the piercing. The piercer was very helpful and gave me options to choose as far as placement...it came out perfect. Am definitely coming back to get my right helix done by the same piercer 🫶🏾

This is one of the worst piercing experiences i’ve ever had. they had put an eyebrow jewelry in my fresh tragus piercing instead of a straight bar. this caused it to not heal and caused a huge bump to appear. i cleaned it 3 times like they said and never messed with it either. i have since had to take it out and let my ear heal up completely.

Went in today for a tattoo for myself and my boyfriend -- who also got two ear piercings. the piercer was really quick and fully explained after care; she overall was very professional, she did click the piercing super close to the ear, so we had to loosen it a bit. Dejay was our artist and he was outstanding. he took the butterfly picture i showed for reference and turned it into something amazing. he was so nice and really did amazing linework on both tattoos. also, he uses a different kind of tattoo gun then ive seen before and i think it made a world of difference -- super quiet so the noise of the machine wasnt overpowering. he checked in multiple times to make sure we were doing OK, and was just overall great. were already planning our next tattoos, and 100% well be asking for Dejay. it was really nice to see how deeply he sanitized everything, and his aftercare instructions were MUCH more helpful than other artists Ive gone to. 10/10 experience today. :)

At first I was only thinking to get just the symbol, but Juan worked with me and was very patient. I was able to include the broken chain and stay within my price range. Recently got a few tattoos done by Richard. I am absolutely in love with my pieces and overall had an amazing experience! He worked with my through my designs and had multiple drawings that I chose from for my final tattoo. He was also super amazing and flexible when I had to reschedule my appointment a bit last minute. I did a walk-in initially wanting to get an ear piercing only but hesitant on getting my nose pierced. Alex assisted me she was very reassuring, attentive, gentle, clear and concise. Made me get over my fear of the pain of a nose piercing. I experienced very little pain due to how gentle her work is! definitely recommend.

I was able to have Richard do my most recent tattoo yesterday morning and it turned out so beautifully! I came in with a basic design and he made it more artistic and beautiful! I’m happy I went to him and Black Cloud. I definitely will coming back for more fine line tattoo work as I had such an overall great experience.

Since switching to a remote job- I was like, I can have that piercing back. So on a whim, I looked up this spot on google, seemed legit. Walked in, signed my waiver, was pierced by Que, it was super quick. I’ve had no issues. I love it.

I called one location near South Park and they were very kind in letting me know the NoDa location would be better for the service I was requesting (navel repiercing). So I went and the vibe in this lil spot was dope as hell. The piercer got me in the chair rather quickly and had me there for 3 min tops including prep time. It was clean, fast, professional, and I would go back again for any other piercings. Definitely recommend.

To be honest my experience here really good, very sanitary and friendly. I came in as a walk in and got snake bites, I was assisted in an orderly manner and my piercers name was L! They were amazing and did a amazing job! I love my piercing

LOVED the overall experience! The building was clean and well-prepped. My sister got a tattoo done by Richard (He’s phenomenal at detailed line work but you definitely pay for the skill) and I got my first facial piercing (septum) by Alex (insta~ FlowerPowerPiercings) who did a fantastic job and accommodated my fear of looking at needles. The process was explained in great detail and I was always aware of what was happening next. Alex took her time and made sure to find the right spot for my nose to avoid piercing too high and I was given an easy after care rundown. All in all, I will most definitely be returning for more piercings and I hope that that’ll be ASAP. Congrats on almost done completing your apprenticeship Alex, you’re a fantastic piercer and person!

Hands down my best tattoo experience ever, and I have now 9 pieces. Richard was absolutely amazing to work with. I came across his work on Instagram and knew immediately that I wanted him to do my piece. I had a few inspiration pieces and a specific date in mind. Luckily for me, he was available. I created a rough draft of what I was looking for and sent it to him prior to my appointment, and when I got there, he had already looked at it and made a few tweaks. He worked WITH me to make sure it was exactly what I wanted while still being in his style. My tattoo ended up far better than I could have ever imagined.The shop is clean and well-kept, and everyone we encountered was super friendly. Richard’s artistry and attention to detail are UNMATCHED. His skill in fine line is incredible.

This was my second time here. Got my septum done last summer and recently returned to get a dermal piercing in my chest. The owner is always polite and very great at what she does. She’s knowledgeable and I feel as if I’m in good hands when I get my piercings. The place is always clean which I love. The only thing I’m not too crazy about is parking. If you’re unable to get a close park you have to park behind the building which can be a little uncomfortable at night. There’s lighting in the back, however, it is a little scary for a woman like me traveling alone. To avoid, go during the day when it’s not busy so you can park up front.

The waitting room had really good vibes and music, they also had QR codes on the walls everywhere that linked you to their waivers.I got tattooed by Richard! He did such a good job and was very chill and patient with me wanting to make lots of tiny tweeks. I thought this was a great place to get pierced. Had a double helix done here and they used a curved barbell as the starter jewelry. After a month I started developing bumps on both piercings when I went back they told me to put tea tree oil on it which is a big no-no. I decided to go to a APP Certified piercing shop where they told me that they were never supposed to use a curved barbell as a starter. The piercer who did it pierced both holes at the wrong angle and the pressure that was applied because the jewelry migrated caused the bumps . All in all I’m out 120 bucks, and 2 botched piercings that I have removed.

Will returnWe have now been to Black Cloud on The Plaza for an industrial and septum piercings. My daughter had her industrial done about a year ago and we had issues with sensitivity to the metal. They were so helpful and helped her switch it out. They gave lots of tips and were professional and pleasant. My daughter and I both got our septum’s this past weekend and the experience was great. They answered our questions and took time to clean everything. I will come back for more piercing and my tattoo😀

I have had four piercings done by this shop and three done by Shalom specifically. She is the only person who will ever pierce me! Every experience has been absolutely amazing and all of them have healed beautifully. 1000% recommend:) Piercings done: nostril, septum, navel, and vertical labret.

I took my 13 year old daughter to get her first ear piercing. It was a fantastic experience. I dont have any tattoos or piercings , but shes always wanted one. My friend, her girlfriend and I all showed up for tattoos. My friend had texted Chris prior (she got work done before) and he responded back saying they could all get us in same day. We all worked with different artists and all were amazing! I had Juan who showed me some of his flash pieces. I was looking for a traditional butterfly with a dagger. I liked some aspects of his designs so he went and came up with a new design and I was obsessed. The location was my sternum so it is a more exposed tattoo but never once did I feel uncomfortable. I do wish they had pasties as I had to wear my jacket without a shirt or anything underneath and zip it half open. It was also painful but he made sure I was okay and allowed me to take breaks when needed.What really stuck out to me was the way Chris treated my friend. She started to get lightheaded and he stopped immediately and got her Mountain Dew. He was educational about why she felt like she was going to pass out and gave her more than enough time to recovery. He NEVER made her feel bad for feeling faint or pressured her to continue. Her girlfriends artist, Jared, was amazing as well and made sure to engage with us all. I know it can’t be easy to tattoo someone with an audience. He even offered to finish her shading a week later as a touch up. Overall I am impressed with the service I received and I am in love with my tattoo. Thank you!

Amazing place!!! We were turned away from another tattoo shop and we happened to find Black Cloud out of coincidence. It was our last day in NC and we wanted tattoos to remember our trip. We get there as walk ins and immediately we were greeted and asked what we were in for. We said we called and were told to come in to see what they can do for us. We showed them what we wanted and without hesitation JJ and Christian said yeah we can do it. They added their own twist to it and wow we were blown away. Their service was amazing they made us feel comfortable as if we were home. You guys were phenomenal! I highly recommend them! All of the staff was super nice especially considering we were traveling with two little ones. No nasty expressions no turn always…they were legit friendly, helpful, and just overall awesome! The shop is SUPER clean, and they take their time to make sure you are leaving happy with your forever art. Thank you guys! ♥️

I went a week ago to get my first tattoo. Exzavior I think was his name who did mine, was awesome! He made me feel so comfortable during the whole process. He has a great personality also! I will definitely be back to see him soon!! Also savanna was great she did my piercing, this would be the 3rd time getting my belly button done, and she was so great I didn’t even feel it! I will definitely be recommending you guys to people!!

Friendly reception..and it was a Sunday afternoon with NO APPOINTMENT! Sierra(C) was AWESOME! She explained each step prior to performing the service. It was painless for me and Im going to get my left side pierced soon!

Had an appointment setup for 1 pm on July 4th came in 15 minutes early and they acted like I never had an appointment set up finally after 30 minutes of waiting an artist came and had me send him a picture of what I was wanting so I did. I continued to wait over an hour with no sort of update nor did I hear from anybody. Very sorry customer service. Would not recommend to anybody

Such a good, breezy experience. Got my nose pierced, I think the ladys name was Ve. She did an amazing job, I was in and out of there within 10 mins. She helped me choose the best ring, explained aftercare, and pierced me quick and pain-free. Will definitely be going back for any other piercings!

I booked a session with Richard for a tattoo, but panicked once I actually got in the room. Richard was very kind and understanding, and he did an amazing job on my friend’s tattoos. Wonderful guy and very talented.

My daughter got a double helix piercing and she was so happy with the experience. Shes already planning to come back and get her belly button done next. As a parent I like that she was honest with my daughter about getting a piercing higher up. She wouldnt do it because she said that it would be hard to heal and may even tear through. Most people wouldve pierced it anyway for a quick dollar. Thats the main reason why we came back. I felt that my daughter was safe with her. I think the next time we visit Im going to get something done too.

We first went back in August for my tattoo and I have to say I loved it! They were very welcoming and treated us like instant family! We enjoyed it so much my husband decided to get his first tattoo yesterday! Ham was his artist and he was simply the best! Took his time to make sure its placed perfectly and everything! IF YOU DONT WANT TO READ JUST KNOW THE ARTIST CHRISTIAN IS INCREDIBLY SLOW AND THE TATTOOS ARE OVERPRICED!!!!!!I am VERY disappointed with this shop. My friends and I scheduled an appointment at this shop prior to arriving. We sent our designs in a week AHEAD of time, and were given the go ahead for all 3 tattoos to be done at the scheduled time. It took the artist (Christian) 1 and half hours to draw stencils of the artwork we had already sent in PREVIOUSLY. We arrived at 12:30 and left at 8:00pm. The artist was INCREDIBLY slow claiming “perfection”. He also claimed to have 13 years experience, perfection and speed, definitely could’ve been molded in that time. My two friends got their tattoos, and I was told mine had too much detail and needed 5 hours to complete. Again, something that should have been communicated prior to our visit!! I am visiting and don’t have 5 random hours to dedicate to getting a tattoo we SCHEDULED A WEEK IN ADVANCE!!! My friends work, while gorgeous, should’ve taken 2 1/2 hours, it took 4-5. My other friend got a small wrist tattoo it took an hour! Still don’t understand why I couldn’t be fit in but long story short Christian is INCREDIBLY SLOW AND THE TATTOOS ARE OVERPRICED. So disappointed.

This place is professional, quick and easy :) i was nervous about my septum despite getting other piercings, so i just asked a few different questions & that made me feel better. it looks great and the girl that pierced me put it in the right place and knows was shes doing which i’m super thankful for

I got my nipples pierced here after I went to different location that just wasn’t doing it the way it is meant to be done! I was extremely satisfied. Dom was just nice & made me feel comfortable even though my shirt was off!😂 it’s important to be able to ask questions & verify things you’ve learned or researched & she was able to answer all my questions & concerns. She asked me if I liked the placement & everything was done correctly. Didn’t hurt as much as I thought it would, she was very fast & professional. I definitely recommend Dom for piercings. Overall it was the best experience I’ve had. Dom is great!

I got my first 2 tattoos here along with my friend and our tattoo artist was so light handed, gentle, and quick. I got my first tattoo on my ribs which is one of the most painful spots and it barely hurt THATS how good they are. I’m so happy with the result the attention to detail and preciseness looks like he just printed what we wanted out and glued it to us.

I had my left nostril and belly button pierced with Black Cloud. The only people I trust with my piercings. Fast and efficient. Everyone I’ve met there, are always friendly. Nice vibes. I love it.

This place should take “walk ins welcome” off the website. I came in and talked to an artist who told me to come back in 2 within a 5 hour period. I also waited for a text I never got. I spent a total of 6 hours hanging out in the area just to be told he didn’t want to do it. I was standing there with 800 dollars in my hand in cash and said I’ll pay more if I need to. I’m sure the owner will post about artist availability and appointments being recommended but don’t put walk ins on the website if you’re not going to have someone that does walk ins. Lucky there are multiple tattoo shops in CLT and will give them my money. It’s just really unprofessional to say you have certain services that you don’t offer. Walk ins for piercings should be clearly marketed properly. Hopefully if you are getting a tattoo and looking for a place you will look elsewhere

I got my nose pierced on Monday at black cloud and it was a really fast easy and simple process. Their piercings are a little more expensive than others that i have gotten but the quality of their business made it all worth it. The young girl named Kat was super nice and made sure everything was sanitary. I would highly recommend Black Cloud to anyone looking for a high quality piercing experience. I had a bleeding issue a few days after from my piercing and they were closed when it happened but they have an option to text them with any questions or concerns and they texted me back very quickly! Overall great service!

Took my daughter to get her first hole on her 9th birthday. We were able to walk in and were taken care of immediately. Virtually no wait at all. V was really sweet to my daughter and talked her through the process calmly. She did a fantastic job!! Would recommend to anyone

Amanda was so great! I got my ears pierced with 2nd holes on each and it was easy, virtually pain free and super quick. Sam and John Carlos are ! Sam is a person who makes you feel safe and from what ive seen is a great perigee, and John Carlos is GREAT at tattoos! And they barely made us wait!

Communication was not the best. I also wasn’t asked if I liked my tattoo afterwards when the person finished they took a picture (without asking) and I left. Didn’t follow up front for pricing or anything. — my friend was also getting a simple tattoo and they told him to wait for another artist but there was no ETA and he waited for an hour and finally the artist showed up and proceeded to tell my friend that he had to tattoo his friend first and it was going to take 3hours. Super disappointed.

I came in last night to get my nose pierced and it was the best experience ever. Dom Did an amazing job and I was finished within minutes. I decided to ask about how much a tattoo would be and they were more than Willing to go ahead and do it for me last night on the spot since they had time. Mark was absolutely wonderful and super friendly. He made sure to take good care of me as this was only my second tattoo. I will definitely be going back to Black cloud for anything further I need piercing or tattoo related. I highly recommend them as they are open late super friendly and very welcoming.

I arrived as a walk-in at their newest location on Central Ave. Ham was the artist that did my tattoo. He was awesome!! He was very thorough, made sure I liked everything about my tattoo, and the equipment/shop was very clean. It was a great atmosphere, and everyone was very welcoming. Definitely will go back if I get another tattoo!

I went to this shop because they pierced a friends bridge and it came to my attention that my own was done wrong. They happily removed the previous jewelry, which I couldn’t get off myself, cleaned it and urged me to come back once it healed so I could get it pierced with them. I was so happy with the environment that I also got an ear piercing. Sky (who did my ear piercing) as well as the other girls in the shop were literally so sweet. They helped me pick a piercing that fit my anatomy beautifully and I couldn’t possibly be happier. I will absolutely be returning here thanks to them, and I’m excited for my future piercings and tattoos at this shop.

Only been tattooed by JJ but he’s awesome! Very good at what he does. He is always willing and excited to help design what you want even if it’s only conceptual. The main thing though is that he isn’t “heavy handed” like some places I’ve been. I have enough tattoos from all over to have experienced lots of ‘techniques’ and for some reason these tattoos have been the easiest I’ve ever gotten. Not to mention heal times are quick and the end product is always awesome. I wish I could speak more about the other artists and piercers as I am sure they are as good but since I haven’t used them personally it wouldn’t be an objective review. Great shop though. I would recommend to anyone.

Got my septum done here. It was my first piercing ever and I had absolutely no idea about anything. Emily was incredibly kind and chill, and we chatted so much that I forgot all about the anxiety I had walked in with. The pain was manageable and she walked me through every step of the process. Very time-efficient business - my friends and I showed up right when they opened and we were able to get all 4 of us pierced and out of the shop within 30 minutes. Overall great experience!

The best tattoo work I’ve had done was at Black Cloud. On short notice, Amanda was able to squeeze me in for a 4 hour job. Very nice and personable. Great customer service. And I will only let Beebe do my tattoos going forward. Extremely talented and the best work! He even covered up previous bad work and enhanced existing tattoos! Awesome!

I was really nervous because it was my first time getting pierced but the guy there made me feel really comfortable. He started off by showing me what piercings were available, then he cleaned everything very well and after that he explained how the process was gonna go. I highly recommend going here especially as a first timer. One of my piercings did come out that night but I think it was because I didn’t tighten it after I cleaned it. They offered to re-pierce it in a week or two to give the proper healing time for free.

I loved AMANDA when she pierced my nose last year. Very personable and made me feel very comfortable and friendly. I’m not sure who this new piercing lady/manager is but she is not a vibe. Her whole energy was off .. She doesn’t take her time, very passive aggressive and rude. I’ll think twice before returning unless it’s Amanda.

I got my lobes pierced by Kat and it was an amazing experience! She was so kind and accommodating! She made sure that I was happy with the position of my piercing before she pierced me and she was fun to talk to. These guys are amazing. I’ve gotten two arm pieces done and a back of the neck piece so far at this studio. Every time I come in they are friendly and helpful no matter how many people are there. Stephanie, Amanda, and Dom are all amazing ladies who keep an eye on every guest and make sure they’re taken care of. I came in yesterday for a walk in tat and only one artist (Ham) was working during a busy day. The phone was ringing off the hook but Amanda took every call with ease so Dom, the piercer working at the time, could take care of her clients quickly without distraction. These guys are all the real deal. I’ve been here for hours at a time with my friends getting work by Bebe, I myself have been in for sleeve work for multiple hours at a time with Aaron, none of these guys break a sweat over anything. The atmosphere is chill even when it’s hopping in the lobby. I honestly might never go anywhere else for a tat, every artist they have is amazing and crazy talented. If you’re looking for a place that gives a damn about giving you the best for your money and time, please make an appointment at Black Cloud.

I just got my first tattoo from Black Cloud and I couldn’t be more pleased. I was nervous because I heard rib tattoos are one of the most painful locations to get tatted and since it’s my first one, I didn’t really know what to expect.My tattoo artists Cristian has a very delicate hand and his lines are as perfect as one can be. I was looking for a national flower of my hometown in delicate lines on the rib. All the other shops I had a consultation with were not satisfying my needs so I came to Cristian and he was able to do it well!I am very pleased with my first tattoo experience. I don’t know if Cristian could tell I was nervous but he made sure I was comfortable and happy. He is truly a perfectionist and I can’t wait to get another tattoo from him!!!

I didnt have any work done here, but my girlfriend did end up getting her nose pierced. They were polite and professional the entire time, and she is definitely satisfied. I would definitely recommend them for any piercings, but I havent had any experience with their tattoo work.

Cierra made me feel extremely comfortable talk to me the whole way through it it was the first piercing Ive had other than my ears.. I absolutely love my cheek dermal Im not sore today I have a little bit of bruising but that was expected.... I 100% would recommend her and I will definitely be back for more piercings..... I went as a walk in to get my septum pierced, and it was one of the best piercing experiences Ive had! I was pierced by Stephanie, and she was amazing. She had great customer service, was very personable, and had a lot of confidence as a piercer. For the entire process, I was in and out in 10-15 minutes. It also was very minimal pain because she did so well finding my sweet spot. I would highly recommend Black Cloud, not at all an intimidating atmosphere that is both homey and clean/ professional. Fair pricing and an incredible staff!!

My friends and I all got septum piercings together and Amanda was working back to back with her clients all by herself and she had the best attitude for each person. When it was our turn to go, she treated us with so much respect, kindness, and the best comfort. From now on, I only want to get piercings by her.

They took their time in mapping out where to pierce and even recommended an additional piercing because of my anatomy. 10/10 will def be going back soon for more!

Amanda was absolutely amazing!! She gave great recommendations and I’m BEYOND happy with what she recommended. I got a double conch and a funky lobe piercing. Super stoked to have these heal and go back to her for earring recommendations. Amanda even shared her contact information so I could text or DM her if I had any aftercare questions. Got my first tattoo here back in July 2021 with Cristian and I could not recommend him enough! Super nice, professional, and reassuring tattoo artist. He made my first tattoo experience great! I came to visit my friend in North Carolina and decided to get a tattoo and would definitely go back to visit Cristian for a second tattoo. His work is beautiful and he really takes his time with attention to detail which I loved!
