Loved my experience at Riverside Tattoo! My appointment was very last minute but they managed to fit me in (YAY). The few people I met were nice.My experience with Phil was great!! He offered a few suggestions, which I took. Hes very light-handed and fun to chat with. My tattoo definitely doesnt fall in line with his other work, but Im glad he agreed to do it.Will definitely recommend to friends and family if theyre ever in the area and planning on getting a new tattoo.

Went to get a memorial tattoo for my brother. I wanted to get a version of one of his tattoos that also included a quote and an image of him included. I had multiple friends recommend David and he was so helpful and accommodating when it came to scheduling and helping me realize my vision. On the day of, he made space for my support crew to be involved in finalizing placement and in just being present for the process. He was fast, efficient, and did great work! Everyone is so impressed with what he has done and I am so happy with the final product!

Super clean and great experience! I had David tattoo me, and he was very chill right off the bat. I felt very comfortable and relaxed in the environment and trusted his judgement. His line work is amazing and love the results! Would recommend!!

I found Dave through a mutual friend and absolutely love his work! I had never been to Riverside Tattoo before, but heard fantastic things. I walked in the door about 15 minutes early, Dave immediately greeted me and started on designing my piece, involving me in edits along the way for the perfect result!It took a whopping 15 minutes and he crushed it. I wanted a small outline of my bestest dog, Rocco, and I am O B S E S S E D. Thanks, Dave! I will be sure to come back for anymore of my fine line needs in the future. :)

Today was an emotional day for me. And when you think of an emotional day you dont think itll be at a tattoo shop. I was lucky enough to have Alec. I had searched out Riverside tattoo via Google. And it connected me to his Instagram page where I found some of the tattoos that he had done and I liked his style it was exactly what it was looking for. I contacted him via his Instagram and we talked about redoing a tattoo that I already had done previously about 10 years ago. Ive been wanting this tattoo for about 10 years so when I got it and its slowly started to fade and it didnt look right it was very traumatic for me. I went in to get two new pieces done that coincided with this previous tattoo. Alec really listened to what I had to say.he reassured me that the placement was good that the size was good and that he could change anything that I needed to change. Obviously theres pain with tattoos but nothing that was too serious. He got them done probably within about 2 hours. And the last thing he did was go over my old tattoo. And when he was done I almost lost it. It now looks like it should have 10 years ago. Alec you dont know how much this means to me. And I really just want to say thank you. And I know you said I dont seem too excited when I got off the table. But I was just a little overwhelmed but I really do appreciate you, thank you so much. You put a lot of heartache to rest today. There are not enough ways to say thank you. I will be back for my gigantic back tattoo. Lol

Would absolutely recommend Riverside to all my friends and family! Very clean and relaxed environment with talented artists. Recently had my 3rd session with Mariella and I will definitely be booking with her again.

I am new to the area so I made an appointment with David Devaney after following his Instagram for a while. He did not disappoint. He listened to what I wanted, delivered flawlessly and was very nice. The shop is also very cool, clean and has friendly vibes. I can’t wait to get more work done by him. Highly recommend!

Found Riverside through the mysterious Instagram algorithm... Messaged a couple people when I had an idea. Noah was the first to respond. He absolutely nailed it, and weve worked together 6 times now. Ive also done 2 with David. Both are extremely talented, kind guys, but I know thats the case with every artist here. Love the space, the colors, and even the lighting in the shop is great. Oh. And theyve got the best shop merch Ive come across (the shirts are so comfy). Always look forward to my next piece here!

Amazing experience! David did my tattoo and I couldn’t be happier. He made sure everything was perfect and I loved the design before he ever began. I was asked several times during the process how I was doing. The end result was absolutely beautiful! I have already recommended him and will continue do so. If I could give 10 stars I would!

Great shop! Mariélla has done several tattoos on me and they are all great but the most recent one really blew me away! She knocked it out of the park I cant believe how wonderful it turned out, I love it!

I really enjoy branching out of where I live to get new tattoos because taking day trips on off days from work has always been enjoyable for me. The first time I came to riverside was as a walk in, everyone at the shop was busy tattooing, but said they would text a group chat to see if anybody would want to come in to do a walk in. About 30 minutes later Phil was there to help. Getting tattooed by Phil was such a great experience the first time that now I specifically hit him up for my “day trip out of town tattoos”. Great tattooer, great person to get tattooed by.

I am a flight attendant and I had a long layover in Knoxville and decided to go to Riverside to do a very special tattoo: my grandparents names and some flowers as part of it ! I had the idea in my mind and I explained to Noah! Took 5 min for him to come up with a wonderful and cute design and he even helped me decide the best spot for it ! Noah did a magnificent job, he is super friendly and a great artist ! So thankful for deciding to go to Riverside ! Best and most special layover in my whole career ! Thanks Noah. You ROCK

I recently visited Riverside for a tattoo from Alec Zank after seeing some of his designs. He was extremely quick to get back with me in scheduling my appointment and confirming what exactly I wanted. His artwork is top tier, and his tattooing skills are somehow even better. He worked so quickly and efficiently, and was very kind to us during the process. I felt that he was especially engaged with me during the tattoo, which is impressive since he was focusing on the tattoo at the same time. Great conversationalist. The pricing was also fair and reasonable. I was able to have a nice cup of coffee while waiting, and enjoyed the company of other artists and staff at the same time. I will absolutely be visiting Alec again soon, could not recommend working with him more.

Alek was awesome! He took a design I shared and tattooed it perfectly on my arm. Everyone was personable and the shop was real clean.

Wonderful experience. The staff was welcoming and attentive. The shop was was meticulously clean. My artwork was done with extreme patience and attention to detail. The staff even came in on one of the worst winter weather days in recent memory to keep my appointment even though it would have been completely understandable had they rescheduled. 5 out of 5, Ill be back!

Had clavicle tatoo every letter bled into the skin , i am very upset , very noticable because of where it is. Now need to find someone to fix/ cover it or laser tx. Going to be a very expensive fix.

I’ve been to Riverside several times and have nothing but great things to say. Every tat that comes out of that shop is perfect. Noah has done all of mine and he is super super professional. Will definitely be back many times!

David did an amazing job making sure I was comfortable and executing the design I wanted. He offered great advice with shading and was extremely nice when tattooing my fingers. I highly recommend this shop and David as it is extremely clean and professional and they have lots of amazing flash to choose from!

My husband and I were visiting Knoxville for a comedy show and I booked with Noah. Just entering the shop I knew I was at the right place! The staff was friendly and very professional. Not your typical tattoo joint. Noah worked with me on what I wanted and the piece turned out amazing. Super cool guy. I will definitely book there again. Totally worth our 3 hour drive!!

Great shop, atmosphere and friendly staff! Nick Moran was my artist! Great person and some of the best work I’ve seen! Wouldn’t mind having any other artist in there based on their art and professionalism!

They were able to get me in the next day, as I was traveling from out of state! Simple tattoo, but great work. Do wish my artist would have been a little more genuine and real in conversation. You could tell I was his last tattoo of the day, and he was ready to just be done. Overall, pretty good work! Id recommend

Super nice and friendly. Took me and my husband in as a walk-in on short notice when the one we originally went to told us walk-ins only after 2 and they were completely booked for the day. It’s our anniversary and we wanted to get them today and this was the first time for both of us. We got each other’s heartbeat, so it is very sentimental to us. So glad we went here. If I ever decide to do this again, I’ll definitely go here. David was super patient with me as I have severe anxiety. And he did exactly what we wanted.

Nick was just a wonderful human being. The place is Clean and Professional. Id give it a 10.

Best experience, I honestly couldnt speak highly enough of this studio and the folks who work there. I have always been nervous approaching tattoo artists with an idea but Mariella was so kind and receptive. I sent her my ideas for a design and she brought it to life better than I ever could have imagined. Actually going into the studio was awesome too, everyone was so welcoming. I am excited to have found a studio (and an artist) that I will feel so comfortable coming back to :)))

Whole experience was great! Mariella was flexible in scheduling, worked to make sure we got the design just right, and made me feel at ease while I was under the needle.

Riverside is by far my favorite tattoo shop. The space is comfortable, everyone is super friendly, and the artists are truly world class. Ive worked with Joey Cassina and Noah Lockhart but all of their artists are so so great. Can’t go wrong with Riverside.

I usually don’t leave reviews but this place was awesome. I got tattooed in March; my artist was super patient and friendly, the pricing was more than reasonable, and the tattoo healed quickly with absolutely no issues. Great place to get your first tattoo and still feel safe and comfortable, great place to get tattooed in general. My artist was David Devaney! Check him out.

New to town, and after some quick research I decided to check out Riverside Tattoo Co. From what I can tell if your looking for American Traditional this is the only shop in Knoxville to go to. All the artists had grate portfolios. I came into the shop as a walk in on Sunday , and was able to make an appointment with David for Monday. David did an amazing job! Made me feel extremely comfortable, has a light hand, and was very professional. 10 out of 10 would recommend and i will definitely be back! Thanks for making a very personal tattoo such a good experience.

He collaborated with me about my tattoo and made some suggestions on the design that I didn’t think about but it made all the difference in the end result. Always a great experience when I visit Riverside. Highly recommend. The shop is staffed with highly skilled artists. I usually like to show them a picture of a tattoo Ive found online and let them put their spin on it.

Riverside is the best! This piece was done by Nick, and I am in awe. Everyone here is extremely knowledgeable, and they all make beautiful pieces. Reid and Lavender also offer more contemporary work, and it is always done with creativity, precision, and speed! If you have an idea, they can accommodate!I plan to be a long term customer!

I have been tattooed all over the country, and even abroad, and this is the cutest most welcoming shop I’ve ever been to! I hit up Nick when I was traveling up from florida, and was able to get me in super last minute and was super communicative about his schedule and when he’s be able to have me in.The shop its self is so clean, cute, and comfortable. The bathroom was even adorable! This was the first tattoo shop I’ve ever been in that had feminine hygiene products on deck, which doesn’t seem like a lot- BUT, that in itself says a lot about the care of the clients.I got both my hands done and i am so in love with them.I will absolutely be back when I visit again!

Last minute spur of the moment walk in. First tattoo. Staff was friendly, lots of example artwork on display. Studio was very clean and organized. Nick was my artist and did an excellent job. fast and clean lines. Shop minimum was $150 which seemed like a lot for my tattoo (small) but I am very happy with the result. 10/10 will get tatted here again.

Ive never gotten a bad tattoo here, or had anything approaching a bad experience. Mariella is incredible, and Im hoping I can catch her when her books open later this year for another piece! Joey is also super talented and does great work. The studio is always clean and smells nice, theyre LGBT friendly, and the artists are approachable and easy to talk with while they stab you for however long. I havent gotten any work done from the guys who strictly do trad style, but I do like theyre work and have considered getting flash pieces from some of them. Overall a chill place.

I love this shop. The atmosphere is really nice. It was my first tattoo experience, and I’m very pleased with everything. Our tattoo artist, Nick, was very accommodating and made sure to make us feel comfortable. He also answered any questions we had and adjusted our tattoos to our liking. The shop is very clean and just gives off a nice vibe. I would definitely recommend and am going again!

This would be my second visit to Riverside and again it did not disappoint! The shop has good energy with genuine artist who go out of their way to be considerate and creative. This appointment I worked with Alec who did a beautiful job and provided me with the best experience possible giving me his professional feedback and creating exactly what I had hoped for. I was a random walk-in just passing through town and had no idea what I wanted. Nick was super sweet and not judgment. He took time to help me figure out something we both liked and the tattoo turned out better then I could have hoped for. He was so quick and professional. I am obsessed with my piece and I am so grateful to Nick for working with me and understanding exactly where I was coming from and what I needed out of the tattoo.

Nick does excellent work. This was my first tattoo so I really wanted to make sure it was perfect. Solid lines, spot on shading, and most importantly--an undeniably traditional style. Would go back again in a heart beat.UPDATE 12/2021:Came back for my second with Alec. Excellent work as always. I wanted a tattoo in Alecs style that wasnt common in his portfolio at all. Despite that, the tattoo came out great and the design stayed true to the tradition (bowling pin eagle).As for my first, Nicks work healed great. Color and shading is still super solid.

I’ve gotten three tattoos from Riverside, and I’m booked for a fourth at the end of the month. They have a very professional, clean, welcoming environment. The artists and receptionist are very friendly, and as a client with some skin sensitivities, my allergy needs are always accommodated. So far, I’ve been tattooed by Joey and Julia, and their work is excellent. I’ve gotten many compliments on their designs and bold color work. Highly recommend this shop.

I got a tattoo from Lavender Bugatti (Nick) several months ago and it was one of the best tattoo experiences Ive ever had. He was so kind and considerate, periodically asking me if I was comfortable and conversating with me on a level that I really enjoyed. Ive been tattooed by several great artists at different studios before and I always feel like an inconvenience if I have to reposition or take a break, but Nick was so thoughtful and made me feel very comfortable. Most importantly, his work is really clean, he has a steady hand, and he works really fast. I absolutely love my tattoo!!!

Service was excellent and everyone was very friendly. My friend got some simple script done and it looked fantastic. Would highly recommend - especially if you’re interested in traditional, since that seems to be the specialty of the majority of the tattooers.

I came here out of state to get a tattoo done by Nick, and this shop has given one of the best experiences I’ve had in a while. The counter person was extremely friendly and offered refreshments while the artists was setting up. He was very patient in making sure both the design and placement were perfect. I highly recommend checking them out if you’re in the area!

First time at Riverside, but have been a a frequent customer at a couple of local shops for quite a while. Always had pretty good experiences; however, this was certainly one of the most welcoming shops I’ve been in. Everyone we encountered was friendly and genuinely seemed to be glad we were there. The artists here are the nicest I have ever worked with and even more pleasant and accommodating to their clients.I have never been greeted with so many amenities and comforts and those same benefits extend to the clientele as well.Folks, you can do no better in the Knoxville area or in all of Tennessee for that matter!

I was in Knoxville for a concert and decided to reach out to Noah to see if he could get me in. He got back to me very quickly and we made an appointment for the next day. I had a wonderful experience getting tattooed by him and I couldn’t be happier with his work. During the tattoo, I spoke with a few other artists as they came by to check on others’ progress with clients, and none of them had anything but positive words and encouragement to say. This is definitely a shop that gives off the vibe of strong support for other tattooers. The shop itself strikes a super great balance between modern and classic. Very well lit, flash from tattooers all over the walls, and a mouth wash dispenser in the bathroom. This shop is a must visit for anyone visiting Knoxville. Even if you don’t want a tattoo, they have some super dope clothes inside.

Could not say enough great things about my experience at RT! From start to finish everyone made me feel at ease and welcome and Nick was so easy to talk to and totally got my vision for fine line. It was my first tattoo but hopefully not my last and I’ll for sure come back and see Nick again!!

David did both of our tattoos after telling him our ideas and what we wanted, he drew them both up and gave us pricing. This is an amazing shop. Went last week for the first time and from right when you walk in you are greeted and everyone is so nice. I have followed my artist to almost all the shops she has worked in and this is definitely one of my favorites. The place is beautiful and so clean and the set up is great. Ive had Noah do two tattoos and both were amazing experiences! He was knowledgeable, accommodating and had a genuine excitement to do my tattoos. The shop is clean and well managed. Nick even remembered my tattoo idea from when I was in 4 months prior to the one I just got. Overall the shop is a welcoming, clean, safe and fun spot. Cant recommend enough -- this is exactly what I hope for when going to get a tattoo.

I have been tattooed by Nick Moran twice. This was the first time at Riverside, and it was lovely. The other people at the shop were kind and Nick is always wonderful and helpful. I also have diagnosed OCD, and germs/bacteria/infection is triggering to me but I have felt extremely comfortable both times I have been tattooed by Nick.

I had such a fun experience here! The staff was quick to accommodate to my walk-in request and provided me with a great artist, @alec.zank. I had a fairly simple design but was nervous about its placement, but he was very patient and ended up making the tattoo perfect. Also, the studio is very clean and gives coffee shop vibes. Went in for my 7th tattoo with Nick Moran and felt safe, heard, and comfortable. There’s a reason I keep going back. It is absolutely worth the wait of booking but they also accept walk ins. Clean environment and very talented artists. Knoxville is lucky to have this shop.

Noah did an incredible job with my tattoos and made me feel SO comfortable and at ease during the whole process! We had originally planned on a larger piece for my leg, but upon feeling uncertain about the location, he swapped out the big design for two smaller ones on the fly and made it perfect! The tattoos healed so well, and I constantly get asked about them and have people tell me they are their favorite tattoos on my body! HIGHLY recommend Noah and Nick and everyone in this shop! Riverside Tattoo is everything that a tattoo shop should be. The receptionist Beth and my artist Alec were very friendly and conversational because I’m the kind of person that likes to chat, but they weren’t pushy. The whole shop is really nice and exceedingly clean, all the artists are very talented too. Best tattoo experience yet.

Riverside was a clean and safe facility. The environment made me feel safe that they were taking all of the necessary COVID precautions. Lavender was so kind and personable. He really listened to me and helped me get my design and placement just right. He was open to questions and explained the whole process as we went. Lavender made us feel safe and comfortable, and we love our tattoos!

Nick did my tattoo and I couldn’t have felt more at ease. He definitely knows what he is doing and even taught me a little history of traditional tattoos. Nick made sure I absolutely loved my design before starting. I came in with a simple design in mind and his creativity turned it into something I would have never thought of; I like it so much more than what I originally wanted. He asked about the color palette and made sure I was happy with the shades he was going to be using before starting. He asked multiple times if I was doing okay pain wise, which I appreciated even though my pain was minimal. He paid extreme attention to detail in the shading and even noticed that one of the areas that was going to be shaded would look better a different color than what we decided on at first, so he asked me my opinion about it (which I agreed) and traded out the ink before shading the area. He explained the aftercare process to me thoroughly before giving me the instructions to go home with. Overall Nick communicates very well in all aspects, he is very talented, and you can tell he truly wants his clients to be happy. I would highly recommend Nick Moran if you are looking to get a traditional style tattoo especially if you’re new to getting tattoos. I have nothing but positive things to say about the entire experience.

I knew Nick was not only an awesome tattooer but a stellar fella before I had been to Riverside Tattoo Co. so I knew it was going to be a good first-time experience when I was there yesterday. Not only was the shop clean, COVID safe/aware, and professional, but the staff was incredibly caring, observant and friendly. Jamie, their front desk helper, was not only super hospitable to me but also to my family when they came in later towards the end of my tattoo. If you are considering getting tattooed at the shop, DO IT! You will be cared for in every way possible!

I had a tattoo this morning with Nick Moran, and he absolutely killed it! The way he worked with me to make adjustments on my tattoo was unlike any other artist. He is very focused and above all other things, he listens first. He also consistently offers complimentary snacks and drinks they have. I will 100% be back, and am more than satisfied with the outcome of my tattoo. This tattoo studio is definitely the friendliest studio around.

Hands down the best tattoo experience I’ve ever had! This was my fifth tattoo but my first at Riverside and I would be happy to never go anywhere else ever again. This is definitely one of the best tattoo experiences I have ever had. The staff is talented and professional. Nick is kind and attentive, and really goes to great lengths to ensure you feel catered to. He offered me coffee, water, a granola bar, even fresh raspberries and a selection of sparkling and still water (!!?). We genuinely love to see it.In the midst of a pandemic, they also sanitize and have separate cups for “clean” and “dirty” pens when you sign in. And they even had a spot for preferred pronouns on the waiver you sign when you arrive. Truly such a refreshing experience that is a huge change from pretentious, cooler-than-you tattoo parlors.

Awesome experience from the start. My tattoo artist, Lavender, made everything easy peasy from the get go. He had great communication in what to expect with making an appointment through the difficulty of COVID times. Riverside Tattoo was extremely clean and it was easy to see the staff take pride in their company and work space. Everyone was friendly and helpful upon my arrival. Lavender walked me through all the steps and what was coming up throughout the appointment. He asked several times if I needed anything and made sure I was comfortable. I think I could go on and on praising him and Riverside Tattoo!

I went into Riverside Tattoo Co. with my expectations set high, and they were met if not exceeded.Once inside, I first made notice of the aesthetic of the room. It was a very calm and pleasing combination of colors and decor and when paired with the inviting and laid back nature of the staff made for smooth process. I might add, on the topic of the aesthetic, the house playlist seemed to be intentionally geared towards that overall calming demeanor with an alt/indie/psychedelia heavy influence. It was a rather enjoyable playlist so props to the dj! Overall I was more than impressed with this shop and will undoubtedly be a returning customer and would gladly recommend to any and all of my peers and anyone looking for some badass ink!

I’ve been getting tattooed by Nick and Julia for a few years now, and I’m so thrilled theyre working together at one shop. Recently went in to get a custom dagger tattoo from Nick and a consult from Julia, and I was incredibly impressed, but not at all surprised by how clean the environment was and how friendly the staff was. Ive never been tattooed by the other artists there, but after seeing the work done by them while waiting for my appointment, I can honestly say I plan on getting something by everyone in the shop. Alec Zank did a great flash piece for my chest and it’s beautiful. He challenged the opinion that full color cannot be applied to African American skin and I’m glad he did because I love my full color tattoo by him. Overall he was very professional, personable, and respectful. Biggest bonus was that he’s insanely humble.

Riverside was the only tattoo shop we could find who would take a walk-in for a tattoo - and thankfully the other places wouldnt! Phil worked really fast, and my tattoo came out fantastic. Really professional and clean environment.

I’ve been tattooed twice at Riverside Tattoo Co. and I’ve had an excellent experience both times! The shop is bright, clean, and full of amazing art. Everyone is friendly & helpful and both of my tattoos were covered with the saniderm sticker afterward so it made aftercare even easier than normal! Both artists I went to used Venmo but they had a card reader there. First tattoo (tarot cup) was done by Noah Lockhart in July 2020 and the second (lady head) was done by Joey Cassina in June 2021! This is my go-to shop now and I’ve recommended to several people.

I got my first tattoo from Nick Moran here about a week prior to writing this review. I messaged Nick several times on Instagram with questions before my appointment, and he answered super fast. Everything inside the shop is clean, calming, and inviting. The immaculate waiting area is flooded with light from wide windows, and the coffee tables are decorated with white orchids. Two rooms in the back of the shop hold some of the artists’ side projects, so you can browse vintage streetwear and bold paintings of scowling panthers while you wait. Nick finished up his earlier appointment and cleaned his station while asking me and my mom (who i brought for moral support) several times if we needed a drink or anything. I was nervous, but his professionalism and kindness made me feel comfortable. When I sat down for my session, Nick explained the process clearly and asked me if I had any questions or concerns. I confessed my fear of needles, and he said he’d start with short lines and I’d see that the pain really wasn’t that bad-- and he was right! I did cry a little, but Nick played it cool and didn’t say anything. Throughout the session he explained everything he was doing and asked several times if I needed a break. He worked quickly, and about 20 minutes after I laid down on the table, I had a charming traditional rendition of a beloved local landmark tattooed on my thigh. He then explained aftercare to me and gave me a printed sheet of instructions.I got my tattoo as part of a fundraiser where the Riverside Tattoo Co. artists donated proceeds from their work to a tattoo shop that was destroyed in the recent tornado in Nashville. The shop is fortunate to have a collection of such generous and talented friends, and I’m glad I was able to contribute to the cause. I was impressed by the great communication, cleanliness, and artistry at Riverside Tattoo Co. I regret that I won’t be able to book another session here for a while since I’m leaving town, but I hope I can come back sometime, and thanks to this shop I now have a permanent reminder of home.

Alec was fantastic! I stumbled across a riverside ad on my Instagram feed and picked Alec from the work on his page. I appreciated being able to view each artists portfolio digitally without having to go into the shops. Alec took the time to make sure he captured what I wanted and was very easy to work with to come up with the perfect tattoo, and boy did it come out BEAUTIFUL! The shop camaraderie is very refreshing and unheard of for tattoo parlors. A true 5 star experience 🙂

Both my boyfriend and I have had tattoos done here. The staff was so kind, listened to our requests and made us feel at home. We came in for a flash sale and they were more than willing to accommodate the designs and make it a more personal piece. They didn’t have to do that at all but they did because they care so much about their clients and their art. This will be the only shop that I use in Knoxville. Couldn’t recommend enough.

Riverside Tattoo is hands down the best tattoo shop in Knoxville. It’s an open air shop, much different from most other shops in the area. Nick and his team are incredibly kind to all clients whether they are their own client or getting work from another artist in the shop they converse with everyone, artist and clients alike, and there is always good energy in the shop. Music is always on point. As another local small business owner I highly recommend you go here for your first or 50th tattoo.

Everyone here goes to great lengths to make you comfortable and taken care of. They are friendly, professional and very good at what they do. Nick Moran is my main artist but theres no wrong choice when coming here. Great work from great people.

I don’t usually do these google review things but honestly had an amazing experience! i’m originally from atlanta so you would tattoo shops would be amazing there and i’m sure there are but this was a true gem! the customer service was so friendly and personable. my tattoo artist was nick and he literally had the purest soul. it’s hard feeling safe sometimes in the tattoo world but all the workers did! not to mention my tattoos came out freaking amazing!! so detailed and clean!!! i will 100% be coming back!!

Worked with Alec to get a personal piece rather than one of the hundreds of stencils they have drawn up all over the walls. He was completely for it and down to earth, helpful, kind, and so skilled. I get a tattoo to each new place I travel to. I went into Riverside because I couldn’t find a number to call. Talked to an artist, Reid. She said no problem she can do a small tattoo for me the next day. She knew I was leaving town soon. Less than an hour before my appointment she messages and tells me it will be 200-250, For a tattoo less than 2in. I asked if the shop charges by hour or size, and never got an answer. Instead she reply’s she booked someone else and she’s sorry if I’m ever in town again I can come back. I asked if anyone else could do it sense I was leaving town I needed it done as she promised. Then she blocks me. Rude. Unprofessional. Tried to get more out of me because she knew I wanted it done and had no time to go elsewhere. Thanks for almost ruining my Tennessee tattoo. Thankfully another shop was able to get me in and charge me less than half this shop tried screwing me out of. Wouldn’t count on this shop or artist to keep their word. Shady and needs a lesson in hospitality.

Everything about this place was amazing. I couldn’t imagine a better place to get tattooed. But there was one thing. During my tattoo I had to pee extremely badly and they didn’t offer Depends (diapers) so I could go as I please while getting tattooed. Other than that, amazing.
