Everyone at this shop is insanely good and so freaking nice. Chris has been my guy since my first tattoo and his work is unbelievably amazing. Everyone in this shop is good in their own way you can’t go wrong with an artist.

Kaitlin did my first tattoo here and I loved it a lot. I had other ideas too for tattoos and her and Jamie also told me what I should do and not do when getting a tattoo and that really helps. I also have a few friends who got tattoos here and they turned out great.

Cant say enough great things about this shop! Super clean, friendly and honest staff! No judgy uptight vibe that some shops in the area give off. Jamie is an AMAZING artist!!! First session of a coverup turned out great! Im afraid he will be seeing alot more of my face, as I will not be spending my money or time at any other shop from here on out.

Kaitlin has some serious skill! She took my idea of a North Star tattoo with my kids birthstones and turned it into a beautiful piece of art. The lines are crisp and straight and the color is so well done. I highly recommend Red 13 Tattoo and Kaitlin!

Hands down the best place to get ink in Knoxville. The place is clean and the artists are fantastic. They are friendly and dont look down on you if youre not covered in tattoos the way a few other places do here.This is the first section of a cover up disaster. Kaitlin Walker is the BEST! Chris Allman was amazing. Hes super funny and really cares about his clients. He gives awesome lapdances and obviously enjoys what he does as a tattoo artist. I highly recommend him since he did my first tattoo and sketched it out to make sure I liked his style and he made me feel comfortable through out the whole process.

Friendly staff. Love my tattoo and fixed up an old one for a great price. Definitely recommend this shop, artist worked with my ideas with patience and did a fantastic job.

My friends came into here in the tattoo part of the shop and she got a tattoo. a couple weeks later she started to have this blue tint to her skin. For awhile we thought it was bruising, but it started to spread and wasn’t going away. She went to the doctor and they are currently referring her to a specialist. let’s just say never again

Called for several hours with no answer, and when we walked in people playing on PlayStation and ignoring possible customers. Whomever owns this place needs to talk to employees. It was more important to sit around and talk then try to welcome new customers. Two customers walked in and walked out. Hope this helps.
