I got my daughters ears pierced last week with real gold diamonds. Bonnie was fantastic, they were so kind and gentle with her. We were greeted and received info on the promotion they have going on, Free earrings when you get pierced. Definitely a great deal. My daughter shopped and received a discount because she got her ears pierced. Lots of neat cool stuff for back to school.

Took both my girls (4&7) there today to get their ears pierced. We were in good hands from the second we walked in. Both store associates were very friendly and competent. Couldnt have asked for a better experience.

My daughter (11 yes old) wanted to have her ears pierced for months, but was tremendously anxious at the thought of going through with it. Last Wednesday, she decided today was the day. I have to admit, I was not looking forward to the experience. As I anticipated, my daughter’s anxiety shot through the roof as soon as she was seated for the piercing. The woman helping us is named Miranda, and she was exceptional! Not only was she kind and patient, but she answered all my daughter questions (repeatedly) and worked to find ways to lower the sensory impact of the experience. She treated my daughter with dignity instead of shaming or belittling her. Five stars for Miranda! Thank you!

It was an okay visit. Staff seemed too busy to help and checkout took a long time..

Got there just before closing time .... the clerk was kind enough to say, Buy 3 get 3 free on the hair accessories 😀But I had to hurry because the register would automatically shut down at 7 .

About an hour ago I went to the Claires at the Lansing Mall to see about my helix piercing. The elder White woman with short blonde hair and glasses who helped me was approached by another White younger cashier and they both glanced back together at 3 Black youth. The older woman said to me, theyre just always in here and dont buy anything.I retorted immediately, maybe theyre just killing time until a movie or something (the theater is a few shops down).Yeah but they are in a group, you know what Im saying?No, I dont know what youre saying!It took a lot of strength for me not to shame the employee right there on the spot. Truly I was scared shed be another Becky whod call the cops on me or the kid so I fled as fast I could.As a human I am disgusted. As a long-time educator and Ph.D. student of education, Im disappointed that society and schools have bred such nasty people.

People were nice but my ear got badly infected after getting my ears pierced here. Even though I took really great care and did everything they [Employees] told me to do, I almost needed amputation bc the doctors said it was that bad!!

My 15 year old daughter finally decided to get her ears pierced, she was very anxious and the employees were very helpful on easing her anxiety. Great memorable experience!

The assistant manager was very accommodating and helpful to my daughter who had broken her favorite pair of earrings. Great service!

Got my left cartilage pierced at the Lansing Mall location. The clerk was very nice and made sure I knew exactly how to clean and care for it. Even got some cute earrings on sale!

It has the. Cutest little accessories and little makeup kit it is more of alittle girls treat with grandma kind of store. Not really oh im going to drive to Claires to pick up some clothes.

Really poor experience at this location , one woman was working and from the moment I walked in she was on the stores phone with a personal call , gabbing away she barely noticed me and my two children , once I found a pair of earrings to purchase and walked up to pay she puts the phone on her shoulder and says its buy two get one free , I said I dont think I need that many earrings she said it could be other stuff so I agreed to walk around once to see if theres anything else , I come back around to check out with still my one pair of earrings and she once again puts the phone on her shoulder then says are you ready , I reply yes just these please and the total was 24 and some change , I had a $50 bill only and she said can you pay a different way you will take all my money if I take this , I said I dont have any other way to pay , she was annoyed and said you dont have a card ? I said no , she then asked if I could go somewhere else to break my change , i left and wont ever return Ill get my earrings somewhere else since she could of cared less about my transaction then her phone call , very disappointed Clairs !

Its a nice place, a little small. My daughter loves going here and looking at all the hair accessories and jewelry.

Don’t get your child’s ears pierced here or anywhere but a professional piercing place. Pay to get them done professionally.
