RIP OFF. Made an appointment; owner forgot, asked me to wait THREE HOURS for a tattoo that he STILL has not finished. Will not return calls or texts. I paid $600 total for a terrible experience, an infected tattoo from the quality of work and when asking them to be accountable they took my money and ran. Does not offer touch ups or any follow up. DO NOT GIVE THIS SHOP YOUR BUSINESS

Thank you so much Kevin!I got my tattoo almost a month ago. I originally had an appointment set up with Kevin “Cabbie but he was sick or something so I waited for almost 2 hours because of the ones before me which I had no issue with, I understood. … ended up doing my tattoo, he’s was so nice but I’m not a big fan of my tattoo at all. I wanted the word to be part of the stem on a flower but he said that the little lettering would blend together and would look smudgy after awhile, plus it doesn’t line up with my other tattoos on my leg. I put my trust in the artist because I’m far from one and I was hoping it would look good the way he drew it. I had him add stuff to it so the word wasn’t the main focus. And Kevin the guy my appointment was originally with came in the middle of … tattooing me to do someone else’s tattoo but I was told he was sick. That part really upset me! I hate leaving bad reviews but every time I look at my tat I’m disappointed.

I had the pleasure of working with Jay! From our first encounter over the phone, I could tell he was very personable and professional. I called around 8pm on 7/17 asking if I could be a walk in for a tattoo. He stated he would be coming from Indiana since no one was at the shop. He took his time with designing the tattoo for my families birth flowers. This is my first tattoo that isn’t dainty/line work and I have to say, thanks to Jay, I have fallen in love with tattoos that have more detail and shading. I’m happy to have found an artist that I can trust.

Got several pieces done here a couple of em OK but most were low quality. Had a phoenix turn out like a chicken hawk, a Mother Mary turn out like Aunt Jemima and lots of money fixing them at Cryptic Ink. Owner did a good job on one piece then acted like he was too busy for more work and passed me off to another artist. Showed him some pics of tats and he basically put something different on me than what I wanted. I went back several times because I could get right in I should have wondered why. Eric Angelini at Cryptic Ink worked wonders to fix.

I had my very first tattoo done there and the guy did a terrible job! My only tattoo had a lot of meaning to it. It was SUPPOSED to be a butterfly with using my dad’s thumb print whom had just passed away. And I explained exactly what I wanted and this is what I got. I desperately want to get it fixed but I’m untrusting now. Plus my mom just passed and I was wanting something done with her thumb print as well. But like I said I’m too afraid because I don’t trust anyone at this point

Jay was at home in his underwear, watch Downton Abbey he came in at a moments notice and worked for 6 hours, well into the wee hours of the morning. He was super patient and a pleasure to work with. His work was beautiful and will definitely recommend him and the shop!

Jay is hands down the best!! Me and a friend got tatted today. I’m totally in love with my cover up he did!! I Definitely recommend. We will be back. I would add pictures but it won’t let me.

Got several pieces done by Jay here over the past couple years and hes always been professional and helpful. The workspace is always clean and the staff are always chill and kind. Would recommend.

I came in and got matching pirate ghost tattoos with a friend of mine two weeks ago and absolutely love it our artist was Jay and he was super chill and did amazing on our tattoos would absolutely recommend this guy.

I went to Art and soul as a walk I. today and had the best experience I’ve ever had at a shop before. Everything was extremely clean and orderly. They took really good care of me and didn’t get upset When I changed my location multiple times. He was so pleasant to talk with and even touched up my finger tattoos for free. He also did a coverup on my pinky from a hideous previous tattoo. 10/10 experience and it was only 80 dollars. I can’t speak highly enough about this place. GO GO GO

Both times Ive went loved my tattoos.But for a few years I dont ever see them open. Their voicemail always says full.

Jay is awesome! He’s great at adding a personal touch to an idea so you have something that nobody else has. I highly recommend. The butterfly in color was a coverup to a 21 yr old tattoo. I’m searching for my next tattoo and hopefully will be scheduling another appointment soon.

Fantastic place to get tattoos! Ive gotten 2 tattoos here and both have been phenomenal! The artists work with you and will share little ideas to help enhance the tattoo! Kevin and Jay have each done tattoos on me and I couldnt be more happy with their work! Kevin is a veteran of the game and you can tell he knows all the ins and outs just by a consultation about what you want! Jay is a phenomenal up and coming artist with creativity pouring out of himself! I loved every suggestion he made for my tattoo and am even more happy with it! I also hear Belle is phenomenal, but havent had the opportunity to work with her, but from the art she keeps in her station, you can tell shes damn good too! Cant go wrong with any of these guys! Also very reasonably priced for the immaculate art they create. Couldnt be more happy. Thanks Art & Soul!

Had 2 tattoos done by Jay. Hes very professional and is a great artist. He was open to my ideas and desires; he isnt one of those artists who only wants to do their own thing. But hes also going to be honest with the design and will offer suggestions based on his experience and knowledge to help get you the best tattoo.

Kevin DeVore is awesome! I constantly get compliments on his work! Ive NEVER had to go back to get touchups his work is perfect first go. He did an amazing cover up and you can not even tell what was there. My go to tattoo artist for sure because any time Ive gone to someone else I regret it.

Tried to get my tattoos done here. Communicated with an artist that came highly recommended but after 2-3 emails she stopped responding. This was after 4 months of trying to set up an appointment with her (belle turner). Dont waste your time on her she will take forever to respond and never set up an appointment to actually do your tattoos. If u dont have to go here dont. Its not worth your time or money.

Friendly artist, but no one to serve walk-ins. From their work Ive seen and the two experiences Ive had there, It isnt the worst shop... but Id recommend a few others first.However.Dependable artist, is one thing I would have to grant this shop. I know that one of the artist has been there for a handful of years now. So, someone to build that tattoo relationship with, without them moving all over.I gotta give em that as a big positive.

This is my go to place for tattoos. Belle is an amazing artist and totally down to earth. She does great custom work that always satisfies. If its your first tattoo or youre 50th. Definitely check this place out. Great atmosphere great group of people. 10 out of 5.

Every experience I have had at Art and Soul Tattoo has been fantastic! The atmosphere is very laid back. I always feel very comfortable. I would highly recommend this tattoo parlor if you are looking for a place to get amazing ink!

Belle did an amazing job with my foot cover up. I know several people that see her or the other artists, they all do amazing work! Great shop and I will definitely be going back!

Theyre all nice, got 2 tattoos from there for the past 2 Friday the 13ths and they turned out even better then i thought they would since you get what you pay for, but they do really good work, planning on getting another one soon from them😊

The artist are laid back and cool as hell plus they do amazing work and the prices arent extremely pricey theyre reasonable best place Ive been too plus Jay does an amazing job I highly reccomend cant wait to go back!

I had a cover up done by Kevin a month or so ago. I knew going into it we would be limited due to it being a cover up. He absolutely exceeded my expectations. It turned out better than I could have ever imagined.

I got a tattoo here about a week ago. They guy that did my tattoo dug to deep into my skin to where i now have scabs and scaring. I have heard allot of good things about this place but after that experience I will never go back.

Excellent work as usual. Ive just has my 10th piece done, and I wont trust anyone else to do my tattoos. Looking forward to number 11.

This shop bans people for being friends with people an artist doesnt like. very childish and unprofessional, also the artist named Belle shouldnt be called an artist she has messed up two of my friends tattoos

A couple of friends and I have gotten tatoos here. Love the place and the artist they have on hand. They do beautiful work and cost isnt bad at all.

Belle, done some pieces for my wife and I a few years ago. Were both excited to return for more of her art. Its great work.
