I did not receive an incentive for this review.My husband got his nose pierced here a few months back. The staff was pleasant and welcoming. He hasnt had any issues with infection or bumps. I would definitely recommend this shop. Wishing them all the success with their business. Thank you!

We came here to get my daughters ears pierced for the first time. Price wise, it was more expensive than I anticipated. However, the piercer was absolutely amazing. She was so patient, funny and kind. My daughter is 6 yrs old and got really scared after getting her first ear pierced. She talked to and laughed with my daughter all while waiting for consent from my daughter. Thank you for gifting her a nice experience despite her fears and anxiety.

I got both sides of my nose pierced here they made me feel welcome and comfortable to ease my nerves both times different workers I’m I’m loveeee with my piercings I will be returning for more!!!!!

The shop and workers were nice, but the jewelry I bought was not. Guy says theyre 15 each but gives me a discount so I pay 27 for both with tax. I go home and clean my piercings, put the jewelry in, and the ends are so loose that they literally fall off that same day. I tightened them as much as possible, but the slightest adjustment makes them twist right off. Literally both bearings on both barbells. It was definitely a waste of 30$.Edit to the reply: I SAID I paid 27. Ive had my piercings for years and I was very careful with the jewelry. Ive never had the same issue with any other jewelry Ive ever bought. There were no lies told, this is my 100% honest review.

I had a great experience getting my navel pierced today. The piercer was really nice, let me play with a stress ball, and was even trying to make jokes to calm me down. He listened to my suggestions and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. The piercing went by quick and didn’t even hurt. Overall, he made my piercing experience amazing and I will definitely be coming back.

Sheema is absolutely AMAZING/PERFECT/FAST/QUICK! and Professional. I went today to get frog eye piercing done, and Sheema is the one to ask for!! She will walk you through all the steps and definitely make sure she answers all your questions. Through her jokes and funny personality, she does make sure youre comfortable, and she definitely has a good hand cause it didnt even hurt a bit. (0-10 = 0)

I went in for a jewelery change but I did not see the piercer clean my new jewelry. now I am dealing with an infectionedit: trying to gaslight me lol? Ive had my piercing healed for years now with no problems, no infection ever and not even so much as an irritation bump but the day after I get my jewelry changed here now my snake bite is infected as well as two other piercings next to it. I didnt see anybody clean any piercing, and just because you sterilize them when you receive the jewelry doesnt necessarily mean theyre still sterile however long later it takes somebody to buy the jewelry

The owner from this place is incredibly amazing and honest about everything I really recommend him for any piercing coming to him right after vacation for another piercing !!

I wish I remembered the woman peircers name, She was absolutely AMAZING! Pricing was great Better than alot of places that dont have professional peircers! The girl was so fun, happy, kind & knowledgeable! She really made this a relaxing fun experience for my girls & myself instead of a rushed, nervous experience you will probably experience at other places in the mall. They are clean & have a nice selection of jewelry! The only thing I would change is the window to let more people know they do piercings because it looks like a t-shirt shop.Took both my daughters 7 &10 there today to get their ears pierced & they are so happy with their new earrings! My 7 year old was nervous but having this girl do it & the stuffed animal they give kids to hold on to she barely flinched (which is another AMAZING thing about this place). My 10 year old had her second holes done her ears a lil weird when it comes to placement but this girl hit it perfectly! If I could give her more than 5 stars I absolutely would!Our intention was to go to the Piercing Place right on the way out of the mall but Im soo happy that they closed early because I didnt even know Karma existed. Now Ill be going there myself when Im ready to do the rest of my ears & to fix my belly button!Thank you so much for doing a great job & making this such a great experience for them!! ❤️

I am so happy I researched and found this place!! I have been wearing my hair up all the time lately and decided I would love to decorate my ears with more piercings. After reading the amazing reviews about Karma, I confidently decided this was the place to go! I am so happy I did. Sheema took the best care of me and I will continue to have her do my piercings as my existing piercings heal. Sheema is confident in her craft (and she should be because my piercings were placed perfectly), efficient, and she is so kind and soothing. She made my day and I couldnt be happier to have found this gem of a place right in Milford! Thank you!

I was in here the other day with my mom getting a helix piercing. The staff were so fun and welcoming and they were just the most infectiously outgoing people. A few days later and my piercing feels amazing and no problems at all! Highly recommend them for piercings and their incredible art!(Shout out to Bartholomew for keeping me calm 😌)

Went there yesterday to get 2 forward helix piercings. After talking to Sheema, I got 2 vertical helix piercings...and I couldnt be happier. Sheema is amazing - her welcoming personality, her humor, her ability to keep you calm as she does piercings & her care instructions/suggestions for type of jewelry once healed is top notch. And Omar, one of the artists there, is awesome too. He is friendly and funny. (If I ever get a Birkin, Ill let you know. 😉) I wasnt in there more than 20 mins, but it was a fun 20 mins. I cant recommend Karma enough. Theyre amazing & Ill definitely go back.

Went a little over a month ago for two piercings. The woman who did it was amazing. She made me feel super comfortable & took the time to explain more about the piercings.. even going as far as suggesting what to wear as they healed to keep me comfortable & avoid snagging . I bought the ocean spray & everything is healing beautifully. She made me feel incredibly confident in my decision & was just so warm. Her confidence in what she does is infectious & I’m looking forward to going back for my septum. I’m not sure if people have piercers like they do tattoo artists.. but either way I’ll only go to her from here on out.

Such a great place to get pierced!! Went with my sister and the two ladies welcomed us sweetly. The piercer talked us through the process and was very efficient. I got my belly pierced and it was a non-painful, comfortable, and quick process too! The back area where they take you to get pierced is organized, clean, and the jewelry they provide with the piercing is reliable and beautiful as well. The other worker at the desk was super friendly while I was waiting and the whole atmosphere of the shop was so chill, they ease your nerves. With both the nose, belly piercing, and aftercare, it was only a little over $100, inexpensive and worth it! Both women were queens for the whole experience, truly. I usually never leave reviews but this place deserves it. Please take the suggestions to get pierced at Karma, definitely will be back!!

By supportive I mean that they are patient and understanding with the natural fear of getting a piercing. Even though us customers are excited to get the new piercing, (and be honest people.) The truth is that when it’s our turn to go through with it, most of us get a bit nervous. However, because of their understanding of this at Karma, they are totally on point with being supportive and positive and most importantly they don’t rush you, they let you breathe and take your time till you are ready. I went for a tragus piercing and can’t wait to go back to get the other side done! Very highly recommend!!!!! 👍🏻👍🏻

I got my nipples pierced here and was satisfied but as they healed I realized one was pierced very badly and was too far deep into my breast not piercing my nipple but my areola, due to the following discomfort I had due to it. I had to just take both of them out. My piercer was the woman.

Completely unprofessional. I went in there paid and when they sat me down for an ear piercing they wanted to use a disposable piercing machine and refused to refund me after I realized before they even pierced me. The marks were crooked and too close to my original piercings and when I expressed that the piercer mansplaned how to measure them after I said that I wanted them further from the original. He fixed one and refused to fix the other they came out HORRIBLE I would’ve had better luck getting them done by a blind monkey. Not to mention the jewelry is not large enough to accommodate to for swelling. Anyone who’s ever talked to a professional knows to never pierce with a butter fly back for an earring and yet here I am cause they refused to refund me even before he pierced. He also tried pointing out a “no refund” sign that was the size of an index card in the far back. who would see that from a cross the store really.

I loved the service and the energy at this place. The workers made me feel comfortable and gave me the best experience. The energy and vibes calmed my nerves and I didn’t stop laughing.

If there is any Karma you are going to ? IT BETTER BE THIS ONE. Since being around Connecticut I’ve went to previous establishments of Karma which were never like this one. Amazing experience from the walk in, comfortable atmosphere and welcoming owner and piercer (I did not get her name unfortunately). You are explained throughly about aftercare and the piercing process and I can say that may be the quickest piercing I’ve ever received. Still in the process of healing but I’m excited and will be back!

I really loved my experience there. My first time getting my belly pierced was terrible at Xgeneration, but when I got it repierced at Karma it was amazing, they made me feel okay because I was scared, and when I had trouble with it they were to give me suggestions to save it!!

My experience was really great, she made me feel comfortable in getting my nose repierced again and my nerves were calmed down as well and it is a very comfortable area and environment.

I went to Karma for the first time 2 months ago to purchase new jewelry for my ear piercing. The man that helped me was very helpful and nice. I was happy with my purchase of a pretty hoop with gems. After not even 2 weeks of wearing it, a gem fell out. Another week later, another gem fell out. I spent $15 for this hoop so I expect the quality to be good. I went back to Karma to ask if I can get a replacement since maybe mine was defected and lost it’s gems so quickly. The girl at the counter said yes and then tried charging me $15 for it. I told her I was hoping to get a free replacement since she can clearly see the 2 gems fell out. Nope. Why would I spend $15 on a piece of jewelry that apparently isn’t good quality? Why not have good customer service and just allow a 1-time replacement. Unfortunately, I will not be returning as a customer and will be going back to the jewelry/piercing place beneath it.

I went to Karma and they were super nice here to me. Not only did they educate me on certain piercings and materials but they reassured me that all of the materials they use are sterilized and sanitary for the skin. Loves the service here, definitely recommend!!

Went there last week on a whim to get a piercing. They were attentive and quick! The piercer was upfront about the fact that the location I chose was known for rejection. He kindly asked if I’d like the placement elsewhere but I chose to risk it. I followed his aftercare instructions, and so far so good! I’ll definitely be back for another. Regardless if this one rejects or not. They’re good people.

Mena is the best! This man literally created my nipples. I had a breast reduction and my nipples were rearranged so I lost sensitivity and they never got hard. Babeeeeee Mena popped my nipple piercings in one two three. No pain! And my nips are back🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥. I am forever grateful🙏🏾

Are you into getting detailed henna tattoos? Karma. Got piercings? No? KARMA! With professional piercing and a wide variety of jewelry that they have, that’s also real, I feel no need to worry wether or not my new piercing will get infected or turn color due to fake jewelry.. (always keep those piercing clean!!) Not only for the great care and mindfulness the owner and employees are for their work, they also handle their customers even better which is why whenever I go to the mall, karma will be my first and last stop out of there! This place is awesome! the staff is so friendly and it’s so clean, they went over all the after care instructions so i wasn’t confused at all and felt so safe in the piercing process.

The guy who had done my piercing was super cool and made me feel really comfortable. He explains everything he is going to do before he does it and made sure to show me the placement of the piercing before he did it. Also, the healing is going great so far. Totally recommend this place!
