I came to this office for Botox and other filler for my face and lips but was very disappointed with results: the filler was injected unevenly on my face after which the face looked asymmetrical, and on my lips were well seeing bumps. When I came back for follow up appointment and pointed out on problems, which I got due to a poor performance by Marina, and requested to correct those problems, I was told that she can do the correction at my expense??? I was very upset and angry with such policy: Dr performs the poor, unprofessional job, not taking any responsibilities of that, and even more, the patient has to pay for corrections?!On a top of it prices in this office are astronomically high, theyre twice as much from Manhattan prices. Before deal with this office, check prices at other places, you will save a lot of money!

Very happy with my experience here so far! The staff is great (shout out Amy!) and results from my hydrafacial by Kate were 10/10. Dr. Buckley has a great bedside manner and I’m so excited to see the effects of a laser treatment he provided.PS if you’ve never tried a hydrafacial before this is your sign to try one. My skin is SO sensitive but Kate had me glowing!

I had the pleasure of getting a facial from Kate in Milford MD’s new spa room. I can’t tell you how amazing it was! From walking in to getting my skin analysis, facial and leaving, it was a great experience. Every single person I met along my way was kind and professional. Very warm and welcoming! The facial was out of this world relaxing! Kate is the best! She made sure I was comfortable and explained each step as she went. It was my first facial, I was really missing out! I can’t wait to go back again soon and get other treatments! They offer so much!

Recently had a family member go here for acne. The doctor came in and said oh yeah your acne is really severe. Proceeded to tell her to change her face wash and try over the counter topicals from cvs, as if she hasnt been trying that for years. Spent maybe a few minutes with her and didnt address her concerns. She left there crying.I took her to a different dermatologist in NJ and the dermatologist laughed and actually asked if we were sure those were real dermatologists she went to. Within 5 minutes this doctor created a plan to help my sister get clearer skin and gave her multiple options, with the main goal making sure she was happy with the plan and making sure she will end up feeling confident in her skin.This place did not care how frustrated my little sister was with her acne, after years of trying adapalene, different washes, birth controls. This place is a money grab. Took her 250$ out of pocket charge (she was so desperate to get help), recommended coming for 200$ face peels and a trip to Walmart.These people are greedy and dont care about their patients. Happy to take your money, and still not help a young girl. Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Shame on them.When replying to my review, not even an apology or sorry that her visit went that way. She did reach out to discuss her concerns afterwards and she was quickly dismissed. Im a bedside nurse myself and am fluent in patient care and to say her care was handled poorly is an understatement. Do not dismiss my review. Im dead serious about this place. Avoid if youre looking for acne treatment versus whatever superficial things theyd rather care about here.

Staff was very attentive and kind. But my tummy tuck results were so disappointing I don’t even wear a two piece to the beach. And I went back twice in a year to get lipo and then got the skin tightening procedure. Belly turned out uneven and unflattering. Overall wish I never spent the money.

I had to opportunity to meet with Dr. Marina Buckley. Not only was she very nice, but she was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions and put me on track to having what I wanted done. I started my journey with Kate doing the HydraFacial treatment. Which by the way made my skin feel amazing after just the first treatment. I felt everyone there truly cared about what was best for me. From the moment I walked in, to the moment I left. Everyone I encountered were friendly and very accommodating. I look forward to further treatments with Milford MD.

I have been to Milford MD for multiple procedures such as, Vbeam laser, NuEra tight, Coolsculpting, Liposuction, fat transfer, and plasma skin tightening. Every experience was 5 stars. The nurses are incredible human beings that do their best to make their patients feel comfortable and satisfied. The doctors are very experienced, knowledgeable and work their magic to fit your personal needs. They will always guide you in the right direction for the best results and educate you on the right way. Overall they get 5 stars from me. I always look forward to my appointments!

Dr.Marina Buckley is very nice I’ve had her Husband I like him better I had fillet in my lips from her and felt it with Dr Buckley I felt nothing Marina told me I need a face lift because I didn’t want to put filler in my Cheeks at the time I’m on a budget now I feel like I look old she did a great job on what I had done and she’s beautiful

I’ve been thrilled with my results after seeking help from Dr Marina Buckley for my mid-40’s, acne prone & irritated skin. I saw Dr. Buckley in July for breast implants. I gotta say, from your very first appointment to your last follow up, EVERYONE in that office makes you feel welcome! I was a patient for years with both Marina Buckley and Richard Buckley. I mostly saw Richard Buckley—for Botox and filler. Marina I did one session of thermage. I moved to Arizona, just returned to Pennsylvania, first thing I did was schedule an appointment to see Dr. Buckley. I wanted older breast implants removed with a breast lift. I could not wait to arrive at the office to see both doctors and staff. Upon entering, I was greeted I did my paperwork. While doing my paperwork, I saw Marina Buckley, Dr. Buckley’s wife, walk out to the desk. I said, Oh my God hello how are you she said “living” handed something to the staff walked away. It was a very weird greeting. Next I got called back into the room and my anticipation and excitement to seeing Dr. Richard Buckley again was off the charts. I was so excited we had a great doctor patient relationship. He walked in, I said, Oh my gosh hello how are you. He reached his hand out and shook mine said hi, then started to play with the curtain in the back, the patient privacy curtain they weren’t on correct. He played and talked about it with the nurse for about 2 to 3 minutes. I’m sitting on the table so uncomfortable waiting for him to acknowledge me and our appointment. He sat down, we discussed the surgery. He did an exam, explained everything, took pictures for the before after surgery photos explained all his surgeries are done awake not under general anesthesia. I told him how nervous I am before surgeries, especially being awake throughout one. He said we can give you something to relax. I told him no worries, I would be fine. I get nervous, yes, but I’ll be ok. I know what I can handle and what I cant, I’m sure I’m not the only patient who has been nervous before major surgery awake or asleep. Next, the nurse came in gave me the cost of the surgery what I would have to put down. I told her I would be calling the same night or the following day to lock everything in which is what I did. I made the down payment set the surgery date for January. I made another appointment for a consultation on 2 other things I wanted to have done…a bbl and bottom face I wanted to be lifted. I had my next appointment set for December. 2 weeks after my visit, I got a phone call from Amy, who works in the office. She explained Dr. Richard Buckley felt it was too painful going under the mussel I should be put under general anesthesia and due to my nervousness, I wouldn’t be a suitable candidate for him to perform the surgery. I was disappointed but I 100% respect that decision. He’s looking out for himself as well as me, but why would he decide this after I put the down payment down why not tell me this at our consultation, why not call himself or schedule an appointment to talk it over with me face to face but to get dismissed like that hurts being a regular patient for years not to mention spending money with Milford Md the way he handled it was wrong! Not very professional.I’ve done reviews for Milford, MD.I also let them film me years back having Botox and fillers to put up on their Instagram to help people see their work..Anywho to my luck I have found an outstanding surgeon in NYC to do my 3 surgeries. Doctors can do great work, but how they treat patients is also essential. I want to comment on the reply I got back from Milford Md : My review had nothing to do with patients being awake that they pride themselves on that. It was the way he went about it and the way he treated me as a former patient. Letting me book the date and put a down payment than having someone I never met-call me to call it off. I am having surgery with board certified plastic surgeons whom were honest with me and worked with me with medication‘s and certain issues that I have… Mia aesthetics I’m so happy to have found them it was a blessing actually but just a shame that a Doctor with whom I’ve spent lots of money with treated me the way he did and couldn’t call me and speak with me one on one and be honest.

I can’t express enough, and how satisfied I am with Dr. Richard Buckley’s expertise in tattoo removal. His staff are great. He’s very approachable and listens to needs of others. I’m very satisfied with how my removal has been going. I would recommend him for anyone seeking services he provides.

A couple of weeks ago, I chose to take advantage of the Sculptra sale and received a 2-syringe treatment with Dr Richard Buckley. Then yesterday, I took advantage of another sale on a full face and neck Thermage treatment with Dr Marina Buckley. I was very comfortable during these treatments, and although there is a waiting period to see full results, I am already very pleased with the immediate results of this combo of treatments, and would certainly love to continue with more Sculptra as my finances permit. This office and team of doctors has never failed to do wonderful work and put a smile on my face! 😁

Dr. Richard Buckley and his staff are an amazing group of people.Dr.Buckley had performed breast augmentation(lollipop lift)this month, and the results are amazing, just in a few days. The experience itself was so very impressive, I was able to be awake, and be part of my experience, all while being the most comfortable and 0, I mean, 0 pain. I felt not a thing. I was singing along to classic rock, while the team was attending with the utmost professionalism, knowlegde, care and compassion. My first time there was about a month ago for botox treatment. Ive had botox several times in the past and loved my results. This treatment never fully rid my forehead of lines and after a month the product is clearly losing efficacy. They advertise free touch ups 2 weeks after treatment and my forehead lines were still not addressed. I called to voice my concerns about all the treatment areas clearly showing lines and Dr. would not honor touch ups to correct my concerns, instead she suggested I spend more money with her and use a different product. Very disappointed, there are better places in the area for the treatment, especially at $600.

I have been to Milford MD a number of times. I have always received excellent treatment and have been pleased with my results. The staff are all very professional, friendly, and eager to please. You will always have the best care and enjoy your experience.Since the review above, I have had several more procedures. I continue to be impressed with the expertise and care that I receive. I am so pleased with my more youthful look, and plan on having more procedures in the not so distant future.

Stay away from this office! Ive never felt so humiliated in my life as I did at Milford MD Cosmetic. After a consultation in which the doctor personally promised to do Tummy Tuck and something else. I left with the hope that my dream would come true. After some time, not having received the promised estimate, I called the office. What was my amazement when, when I asked if I could come to the office to pick up an estimate and set the time for the operation, the manager, after talking with the doctor, told me literally the following. You are not the right client, you do not meet our criteria and the doctor will do NOTHING to you and you do not need to come, and you will not be able to come in without an appointment. On my question to explain, followed by a repetition of the above. Imagine how I felt after such a boorish attitude. For reference: I have an average age, an average size M, no bad habits and physical abnormalities, and I was ready to pay in cash. I still cant believe that this is possible in our country. Fortunately, this is not the only office and not the only doctor.

When you first walk in you will notice how friendly the staff is. Amy was amazing, she explained the different treatments to me and I was able to choose easily which treatments were for me. I had a great experience with both Dr.’s they each performed treatments on me very professional and friendly. I’m extremely happy and plan on going back. I love that I look 10 yrs younger and didn’t have to have any invasive procedures.

The experience at Milford MD is by far the best Ive had. Minimal bruising to none, natural sculpting, felt great the next day! The doctors are very gentle and interact with you during the procedures.All the support staff are great.

The best all the way around. First, the girls in the office were extremely friendly and professional. My consult was thorough and I never once felt uncomfortable. The doctor is an artist and has a very friendly, down to earth bedside manner. Every step he took he was explaining. I had zero discomfort, and the next day I was going out. No bruising or swelling. I was so happy when I walked out of the procedure room and to the front desk, I booked my next appointment months in advance. I cant wait to go back. If there were 10 stars , I would give all 10. :)

I am so pleased with my lips Dr. Buckley at Milford MD located in Pennsylvania has changed my life. Getting my lips done has been my dream and this dr made my dream come true because not only did he do an amazing job but I couldn’t be happy and because of him I can smile again. I didn’t bruise minor swelling gone later the following day and during this pandemic I was shocked to see how safe clean and prepared him and his co-workers were. Prior to and during my procedure, Dr. Richard and Nurse Jane made me feel relaxed and confident I had made the right decision. Dr. Richard took his time to listen to my concerns and recommend the best type of procedure to provide optimal results. The day of the procedure, he discussed the steps of the process - why he was doing what he was doing - and the intended results. I was truly impressed with his experience, skill, and ultimately, his artistry. It was a very positive experience; Dr. Richard and I talked (and laughed) through the entire procedure and it was clear he was primarily concerned with my comfort and focused on providing me the very best results possible. I had minimal bruising and saw an immediate improvement. I expect that the final result will be excellent.

Dr. Buckley is a true artist. I first went to him about a month ago to get a 0.5cc of Perlane filler in my upper lip (i have a much fuller bottom lip). I needed a little touchup for the pouty, feminine look I want, and Dr. Buckley definitely delivered. Afterwards, my upper lip looked natural, voluminous, and amazingly smooth and proportional. I couldnt believe how naturally perfect my lips looked! His skills far exceeded my expectations and soon after I booked my next appointment.Ive been to other doctors for fillers, and Dr. Buckleys work truly set him apart from the competition! Ive returned to Dr. Buckley for Botox and more filler in my lips - ever since, Ive been getting endless compliments! The staff is very friendly and the Dr. Is caring, but they send you out for every kind of test costing you lots of money. They dont even draw blood thereI came from a practice that did everything right in the office so you only had to pay one co pay for everything. Here you have to pay for a visit just to have your blood pressure taken, which I can do in any pharmacy for free. Im on a limited budget, only live on social security so every co pay hurts. I will look for another practice that does it all under one roof and one co pay.

Frank Zappa is obviously not my real name.Ive had fillers, Botox, & lasers, several times across the country.My personal belief is that all these procedures should be done by a physician, who performs them on a regular basis as well as attending the nessesary seminars to keep up with the technology.This practice fits the criteria.Dr Buckley also takes the time to work with you, to accomplish your goals. He understands that its a big deal to trust anyone when it comes to your face. His thoughtful approach definitely will put you at ease. Nothing is done haphazardly.Also, he numbs your face extremely well. I felt absolutely no pain.Ive had one fraxel laser done here by Dr Buckley ( wife)~It was done evenly, & methodically, to my entire face with great results noted. Huge difference in my complexion. I will be scheduling another one in the near future.The nurse who assists in the back, is fantastic. Everything about this office and practice is absolutely wonderful. You can tell they are all very close while also being the most professional cosmetic office I’ve stepped into. From the front desk to the assistants and to the doctors it was amazing. I really can’t wait to go back. If you’re thinking about Botox or Dysport just do it, it was the most comfortable and easy procedure ever. The results are unbelievable. If you’re thinking about lip fillers but maybe you’re scared, don’t be...if I can do it then really anyone can. The procedure was really quick, the doctor and staff are fun and they all put you at ease. The frozen limoncello used to numb your lips was hands down the best, what a unique and yummy way to take your mind off needles. And it works! My lips look amazing. I can’t wait to go back!

Dr. Marina and the rest of the staff is so wonderful . I’ve had really bad acne scars from my hormonal cystic acne that I’ve been struggling with for years . I’ve had microneedling done at other places and honestly Marina at Milfordmd is the best . They showed me a photo from the first time I showed up and wow I am just amazed how my skin turned out after a couple of sessions. Notice a huge difference . I highly recommend MilfordMD .

I have been coming to MilfordMd a few years now & travel over an hour due to the amazing work that is done from everyone @MilfordMd! I have used both Drs Marina Buckley & Dr Richard Buckley & there 10s there both so skilled & pleasant & helpful & take the time to make sure your happy & that you have the experience & most importantly the best outcome. I have had many different things done Botox,Fillers,to Thermage & the list goes on and I always walk out of there Happy! The nurses and entire staff are amazing as well & friendly & helpful, which is so important when going somewhere. I have places within 5to20 mins of where I live, but travel to MilfrodMd for the 5star work they all do! Unfortunately the only nice thing I can say about this practice is about the staff which I found friendly and polite. Especially Amy who is the one to earn is the one and only star I am willing to give.I am a seasoned patient with many years of Botox, laser and surgical experience. Unfortunately I moved a great distance away from my beloved practice and needed to find a new one.I spent excess well in excess of $5000 here with no results!! None!$3000 for thermi va laser treatment for incontinence with not a single ounce of difference.... Yes, I used ounce because Im still leaking with exercise. No improvement, none whatsoever. I was told in advance by staff that every woman treated reported significant results. I reported no results to Dr Marina and was advised to pay for more treatments (above the packaged number of treatments) and see what happens nda then if still no results after that it just wasnt right for me.Paid Dr Richard over $400 to remove a blue vein next to my eye. First treatment he said he used the best laser in the world. Vein still there..... Charged me again for second treatment.....vein still there.... No follow up to see if he got it. Vein still there....... Ive previously had an esthetician get blue face veins for me for $75/treatment and gone with one treatment.Paid Dr Richard for a dysport treatment.... Had to go get Botox somewhere else less than two months later.I also paid $2000 for IPL laser treatments for red and brown spots on my face. Ill make this explanation short..... No difference!!! I asked repeatedly for stronger treatments....no difference!

Believe it, I found the Drs. Buckleys on a bill board. I checked them out on the computer, liked what I saw, and called for a consult. From the first person I spoke with, to the last one I spoke with as I was leaving I felt special.. I had 2 procedures done almost back to back last July. The out come of that was amazing. I felt and feel as I did in my 30s and Im 55. Then once i was laid off from work, I work in contruction, It was time to go see my new BFF. We talked about doing my eyes, heavy lids run in my family. We talked, he did, and now I feel pretty, something i never felt before. My eyes are so wide open I see in a whole new light. I have also had a few injections here and there, not many, for now haha. I would tell anyone looking to improve on how they feel about themselves to go see Dr. Richard. He is amazing at what he does. The staff will make you feel like part of the family. Bottom line, they are the best, I wish I had found them sooner. Better late than not at all.

I had a wonderful experience at Milford Cosmetic Dermatology Surgery & Laser Center! I went in for a simple procedure (Botox)! The staff was so friendly and professional, and they were very knowledgeable. Any questions I had they were able to answer. Everything was explained thoroughly and my procedure was quick an easy and PAINLESS!!!!! I am very happy with my results! I would highly recommend this business!!!!! Definitely a 5 star experience!!!!!!
