The vibes of the studio are light hearted and warm, like a family. Everyone is cheerful and laughing and it is clear the artists all really appreciate each other. Vicki specifically is an insanely talented artist, meticulously detail oriented, works quickly, and creates beautiful designs. She has a wide variety of styles that she excels in and I wouldn’t get tattooed by anyone else in the country.

The best tattoo artist and studio I have ever used. Vicki is an incredible artist and creates designs that are exactly what I want.The studio is gorgeous and much cleaner than other studios. The other artists are fun to be around. Everyone makes the experience fun.

I can not say enough good things about Vicki and the entire shop. I want to start out by saying that Valkyrie Studios won BEST shop of Milford, and I can easily tell you why. The entire shop is clean, organized and very comfortable. All of the artists do amazing work and are all very personable and friendly. Every time Ive gone to get tattooed by Vicki, Ive gotten to know each and every artist there. I would recommend ANY of the artists as they are all phenomenal and professional. I first reached out to Vicki wanting to start a sleeve. I was impressed by her vibrant color work and wanted to meet her for a consult to discuss my ideas. She easily arranged an in person meet, and we started scheduling appointments. Every appointment we had together was so much fun. She is easy to talk to and makes sure you are comfortable. They even have candy at the shop for clients in case of blood sugar drops. Vicki is truly amazing, and her work speaks for itself. I would 110% recommend this shop to anyone. Im looking forward to doing more work with her in the future !

I was referred to Valkyrie Studios by a friend. The first day I walked in to make an appointment, Brooklyn made me feel very comfortable. On the day of my appointment, she explained everything she was going to do and what my care was afterwards. She is amazing and I felt like I have known her for a long time. So easy to talk to! The studio is immaculate, and you can catch such a vibe walking in. I would highly, highly recommend her and any other artist that works at the studio. I discovered Vicki through a friend 8 years ago and fell in love with her work. i watched her grow as an artist over the years and become even more talented. She helped me create my sleeve and we are now working on my Disney themed leg, as well as a few other meaningful pieces over the years. A few years ago she opened this shop and I was happy to find out Alan would also be working there. He is an amazing large scale artist with so much talent. Brooklyn started working at the shop not long after and I loved some of her flash work that she made. Brooklyn also did a few other pieces for me and I am always excited to see what she comes up with next. All three of the artists at this shop are amazing at what they do and always bring a smile to my face when walking in the doors.

I had an afternoon booked with Brooklynn for a medium/large tattoo. This is my second time getting tattooed by Brooklynn but my first time at Valkyrie Studio. The vibes in the shop are so good with original art all over the walls, music playing and you really get to see the proud work on display. Getting tattooed by Brooklynn is like spending a day with an old friend. She is so personable, cares about your comfort and is so easy to talk to. Her artwork is next level and she kept me involved in every step. I can’t wait to go back to finish my piece! I am definitely a customer for life.

Brooklyn Schiavo did the most excellent amazing wonderful job on my Tattoo design (Marine Corps emblem) in honor and tributing my late husband. Because of how extremely happy I am with her perfect design I’ve already scheduled an appointment with Brooklyn for another Tattoo. Looking forward to it

This is my 4th tattoo by Vicki & she is really a master of her craft. The studio is so clean & all the staff were so friendly. I don’t think I’ve ever laughed more while getting tattooed. Vicki drew the tattoo & pieced together my exact vision. She consistently checked to see if I needed a brake & as always was such a pleasure to be around. Vicki is an unbelievably AMAZING artist. She did two gorgeous pieces for me that came out better than I could have dreamed! First, I wanted a tattoo of my grandmother‘s painting in the shape of a butterfly and she nailed it! I absolutely love it!My second tattoo was a coverup of an old tribal tattoo. She designed an insanely colorful peony and there’s no way you can tell that it’s a coverup at all! It’s stunning!Her shop is very professional and filled with good vibes! It is well worth the wait when her books are closed. Trust me!

Love the staff at Valkyrie Studios! Both Vickie and Brooklyn are excellent at what they do. I had a tattoo appointment with Brooklyn. she took the extra time to make sure the stencil was perfect as was the placement. Brooklyn was awesome! This was my second tattoo and it was relatively large so I was nervous about the process. She was so nice and informative about the whole process. It was an amazing experience and I can’t recommend her enough!

They came out even better than I imagined- Clean, precise, petite, and just amazing. From beginning to end - Brooklyn took the time to communicate and give me options ensuring I would love my tattoo. Just got my new favorite tattoo done by Brooklyn, she was fantastic. She made the whole experience comfortable and as relaxed as getting a thigh tattoo done can be, the time flew by. The shop is clean and welcoming with some amazing art work on the walls done by the tattoo artists there. I highly recommended coming here to get a tattoo done, all the artists do amazing work and it’s worth it!

I got a tattoo for the first time with Brooklyn she was awesome. I love what I got. I did bring my mom with me and we all talked through the session had some laughs. I went to get my first tattoo with Brooklyn at the Valkyrie studio. I was nervous and anxious but excited at the same time. I gave Brooklyn the design of what I wanted but when I got there I wasn’t exactly convinced if that is exactly what I wanted. She sat with me, we talked about what changes I wanted to make and she took time to make little adjustments to make the design prefect. I was worried that I was taking too long to make up my mind but she reassured me that we are not in a rush and I should take all the time needed to make sure I am happy and 💯 of what I wanted. She is a great artist who is very patient and cares for her clients.

I got a tattoo I’ve wanted for years done by Brooklyn and I’m in love with it!! Everything was so clean and she was so so sweet! It was my first tattoo and I was a bit nervous. She talked me through everything and helped calm my nerves! Gave some great aftercare advice and everything healed great!! I’m definitely coming back to get my next done here! (The first picture is it freshly done and the second is 4 weeks healed)

Such an awesome shop and environment, I got scared cause the front mat said they were dead. But luckily they weren’t. while I got tattooed by Brookly she asked me to take my shoes and socks off for my tattoo on my arm. Which I thought was great cause they needed to air out. Vicki patted me on the head every time she spoke to me. Which was kinda weird but a nice gesture. Alan kept peeping his head around the corner and winking at me though, but never said a wordOh well, amazing place though, amazing art 5/5
