Christine and Heaven did a wonderful job piercing my 9 year old’s ears yesterday. Despite being at the end of the day (close to closing), Heaven really took her time answering my questions and was patient with my daughter and I as she selected earrings. Christine was very understanding of my daughter’s nervousness and quickly asked if she’d like her to help as well so that her ears could be pierced at the same time. They were both terrific with her and you could tell great with kids in general. My daughter left the experience beaming and remarked at how nice they both were and how it wasn’t scary at all. It was a very positive experience and her ears look great too!

HEAVEN was such a great help and patience with me, and my 10 year old son, as I was looking for a necklace, a bracelet and earrings for his back to school look. Paid 185 for two permanent braces broke within 24hrs had them replaced and they both broke again within 24 hours

The ladies there today were so patient with my little sister even though she was really fearful about piercing her ears. It took a while to get done due to her being scared but the 2 helpful ladies got the job done! Will highly recommend this location of Banter!

For piercing, they use a gun instead of a needle despite the gun being much less hygienic and can cause trauma to ears, making one more prone to infection and longer healing times. Additionally, while I was inquiring about a piercing before I knew, the woman there ignored and went to the people around me and whenbI finally did get her attention, she threw an attitude about my questions.

I came to this place to get my daughter’s piercing done. Christine was amazing, she helped us with all our needs and made my daughter feel at ease while getting her ear pierced, definitely be going back soon!
