Brianna was amazing! She pierced both ears with a cute opal flower at the “flat” of my ears. No pain, very communicative - she kept me in the know with every step of the needle piercing process. Could not be happier!

My piercing experience at Rowan was easily one of the best I’ve had! Dana was so sweet and the piercing was painless. Her placement and the look of the piercing were flawless- she helped explain my anatomy and moved the placement until it was perfect. Everyone was so thorough, the facility is so clean and the staff are the sweetest! I love it here, this is cheaper than therapy and just as effective!

Great experience! The staff were all very nice and professional, and quick! I’ve been wanting a conch piercing for a while, but finding a place that does needle piercings and that has hypoallergenic jewelry can be tough. I have very sensitive skin, so really need 14k gold, especially for a new piercing, which is exactly what they offer. The regular jewelry they have on the sales floor tends to be gold over sterling silver, making it really affordably priced while still being safe for sensitive ears. I highly recommend you check them out!

If I could give the women I’d Rowan 100 stars I would. Not only did they take their time, offer their professional opinion with no pressure, were kind and funny. They also went above and beyond in more ways then I could even imagine. The compassion, care and genuine love they show for their customers is something I have not experienced in a long time.I will continue to shout their praises for great service and go back to them again!

Rowan was awesome! Such a great experience. My daughter is almost 4 years old and wanted her ears pierced. I’ve been waiting for Rowan to open to have her ears pierced here. Dana did such a great job at keeping my daughter calm and relaxed during the whole thing. Every staff member was so sweet and genuinely excited when we were finished. I cannot thank them enough. We definitely will be back!

What a fun experience! This is the second time she has had her ears pierced. First time was at a chain store and wasnt a good experience... got infected, didnt last. This time it was a smooth, comfortable, and very informative. I will be back for her second hole and for me to get pierced too! I cant wait!

I took my daughter for 3rd holes on her lobes. It was our first time here. The staff was super friendly. And the most important thing …it was VERY clean. I would definitely come back again!

I had a great experience getting my second lobe piercings done! Kait was super kind and professional! The whole process took at most 15 minutes from start to finish, but was not rushed by any means. Definitely make an appointment, and dont rely on walking in. I was there as a little girl next to me was getting hers done for the first time, and the employee was incredibly patient, sweet, and gentle with her. I will definitely be back in the future, and I would recommend this over any other piercing options in the mall.

The customer service here is top notch. Walked in with no appointment, and Shemica went out of her to way to fit me in. Brianna, my piercing nurse, was the sweetest and made sure my hole placement was perfect. 5 stars all day!

We walked by and on a whim decided to go purchase earrings and switch out the original ones My daughter got pierced with. Dana was extremely helpful and kind and we were in and out and less than 20 minutes.

This was my first trip to the store. Not only was it immaculate in terms of cleanliness, but Grace was extremely professional and showed upmost concern for my comfort. It was a very positive experience, so unlike the kiosk version of ear piercing.

I went in to get my 3rd lobe piercing, and everyone was fantastic! Dana pierced my ears and was amazing! So sweet and made sure everything went smoothly!

They were not friendly at all, which surprised me given all the 5 star reviews. We drove 2 hours to come here because my daughter finally got the courage the evening before to get her ears pierced. I read everything on the site that appointments are recommended but they accept walk-ins. Im thinking it will be like urgent care - you may have a wait but theyll take you - or youll get notified if theres a no-show. I also couldnt call to confirm because they were closed night before when she decided to do it, and we got there a little after opening so we were on the road before they opened. Not only were we completely ignored by both employees for several minutes when we came in, but when someone finally acknolwedge us she was extremely abrupt. They both looked at us at some point with no smile, absolutely nothing. I told her we do not have an appt and all she said was scan the qr code. I looked the day before and that morning for appointment openings, so I knew there werent any (i did scan though). I told her I wasnt sure if they did walk-ins between appointments or if there are no-shows, she said Im really busy I have appointments. The other customers even looking at us with a surprised look because of how they addressed us.I just walked out with my daughter crying. She got her ears pierced once before and it didnt go well. It took 2 years to get here. I gave her a choice - make an appt for tomorrow or walk down to claires. She chose Claires (which I was always so against for ears piercing) and it was the BEST experience! They were so incredibly kind and friendly and its been a little while and no probs with the ears.I knew it was a risk making the drive not knowing if we would get in. I read everything I could find online and got the impression that it would be worth it to be a walk-in, there just may be a wait. I really really wanted her to go here when we were visiting the city and saw this place on our last trip. My main issue is the way we were treated. There are so many ways to talk to a customer and provide options when theres no openings for walk-ins, without making the customer feel like s@$!. Take 30 seconds to come up to my daughter (who just started 1st grade so shes young) and ask her if she wants to comw back tomorrow and how shed look awesome with new earrings! I dont know if they were having a bad morning, but I was extremely kind in my interaction with them and was shocked at how they talked to us.
