Beth pierced my 5 month old’s ears and was seriously the best! She was so knowledgeable and personable. She went over the aftercare instructions with us twice and made sure we understood everything and made us a follow up appointment to make sure everything was healing perfectly. During the actual piercing, she was so calm and understanding while dealing with a wiggly, teething baby. She made sure both dots for the holes were perfect before piercing and was quick so my daughter barely had time to react before the whole thing was done! I can’t say enough about how great she was and how she made it a positive experience for me, my husband and daughter.

I got my second and third holes on my lobes pierced by Kayla today and she an amazing job. She took the time to make sure each side was even and double checked I was also comfortable with the placement. She made the actual piercing quick and talked to me while doing it, I hardly felt the piercings getting done. She explained how each earring sat and how I would change them out once they healed. What a great experience, I will be back to this location (South Hills) and request Kayla for any future piercing needs!

I had my second holes pierced by Kayla yesterday and she was amazing! She took her time measuring and making sure everything was even. The entire time she made me feel comfortable and joked around with me to keep my nerves down. She will definitely be my piercer from here on out!

We just had an amazing experience with my daughter getting her ears pierced. Lindsey (at the south hills village location) was so kind and helpful! She made sure we had all of the information regarding cleaning and product options. She was fast and efficient at the same time being very patient and calm. Banter is lucky to have her as an employee.

I have gotten several pieces of jewelry from the kiosk and a couple people stand out. Kayla, Amber and Lindsey were more than helpful. Their knowledge and exceptional customer service skills made the whole experience wonderful. They are wonderful in every sense of the word and always have a pleasant disposition and smiles on their faces when I walk by. This company could definitely use more people like them.

My 7 year old daughter decided she was ready to get her ears pierced. She was getting visibly nervous as the time came for the procedure, but Angie kept her calm and had another associate help to pierce both ears at the same time. You never feel rushed and always leave happy. They also offer warranties which I recommend it replaces your beautiful pieces if they should break. I will definitely be shopping there again! We had an amazing experience with getting my 2.5 year olds ears pierced! Two of the girls were able to pierce her ears at the same time, and they did such a great job of preparing her and keeping her calm for the whole encounter. She hasnt had any problems, and we would highly recommend anyone with young children to go here, as they did the greatest setup and really made sure that she was comfortable getting it done.

Angie was absolutely wonderful. I went to get my 5 and 3 year olds ears pierced. She is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to explain the process; we went back and forth couple times on the spot for piercing and I was pleasantly surprised that she was aware that in the Asian culture we get pierced a little higher on the Ear lobe. Got our daughter ears pierced here today they were so nice kind and patient with her highly recomend!

We visited the store twice in one day and both times the store was unmanned. We waited for over 20 mins for the Clerk to return, meanwhile customers were coming and going due to the wait time. When the Clerk did arrive she smelt of cigarette!

Angie was wonderful piercing my 3 yr olds ears today! She took the time to show my daughter exactly what tools they use. She sat mom down on the chair first and walked through the whole process on me before my daughter got in the chair. It really made my daughter feel comfortable and ready! The girls that work here are wonderful. The store manager Lindsay was a ray of sunshine and answered all of our questions. We had the best piercing experience and did not feel rushed even though they were very busy at the time. She called over another girl, I think her name was Angie, and they pierced my 6 year old daughters ears at the same time! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

So I’ve been to this place twice to try to replace my broken necklace that’s under warranty. The 1st time I went she was working alone and had too many customers so I waited patiently. Each time I went they never seem to have my product. The second time I went I stood at the kiosk for over 30 minutes waiting for her to come back from wherever she was, a note wasn’t left stating she was going on break or anything. I asked if I could just send the necklace somewhere instead because I’m wasting gas but I was told to leave my number and name and she would call me the next day when they got their shipment….. Go figure she never called, paying for a warranty and not being able to get a replacement is ridiculous! I also understand you can’t receive commission for things that are already paid for but so what replace my necklace!

Super busy didn’t stop the employees from going above and beyond to help us!!!!! Best customer service I’ve had in a long time!!!

They always have a smile on their face and are very friendly. I normally deal only with Samantha who treats me like a rockstar. I got my nose pierced, got a keloid 2 days after, they use a gun btw, and they diddnt use a nose stud they used a straight nail and it was 60 bucks. I had to go to a tattoo piercing place for them to fix my piercing and gave me a new stud that curves on the inside like its suppose to

We took our 4 year old here for first piercings and the staff did a great job. They were kind and patient. They were great in explaining to my little one what was going to happen.It is a little pricier than I was expecting, but the service itself was great.
