My experience at the Banter at Ross park mall was amazing! The workers were so unbelievably friendly. I have always wanted to get my cartilage pierced, but get nervous every time and end up not following through. When I approached the stand, I believe her name was Aliya, made me feel so comfortable and made me feel no pressure. My mom and I adored her! I ended up coming back at the end of the shopping trip to get the piercing because she was so kind. She was also extremely informative and super personable. She is a true gem at this store. My piercing looks and feels great!

My 5 year old daughter got her ears pierced with her best friend today! Aliyah and Alyssa were so professional, personable and empathetic toward our girls. It was a great experience. Would recommend!

I took my 8 year old daughter to Banter to get her ears pierced for the first time! Aliya was nothing short of awesome! She was so friendly and professional! She made my daughter feel so comfortable! She took her time with her and even pierced her stuffed bunnys ears for free! My daughter commented on her Stich clip in Aliyas hair so Aliya gave her one and some Stich stickers! My daughter was so happy and excited when we left! It was an amazing experience!

Alyssa was absolutely amazing! She was super friendly and great with piercing. I would 100 percent recommend to anyone who wants a piercing - even if they are a little nervous!

Alyssa and Jenna were fabulous with my 11 yr olds second piercing. They calmed her fears and explained everything step by step. We would go back in a heartbeat!

I just got my 9 month old pierced here and it was a wonderful experience. Our piercer was awesome (and I’m so sorry I don’t have her name!) but she took her time to mark my baby’s ears and the piercing was super quick and my daughter barely cried. I will recommend to anyone!Update:I took my 4.5 year old who has been begging to get hers done since her sister got hers. I was very nervous to take her as she doesn’t sit still and at her age fully understands shots and needles. I called twice to make sure they had two piercers and each time I called they were sooooo nice. We got there and they treated my daughter so nice. She felt so special. Jenna and Aaliyah were her piercers. Jenna did my previous baby (review above) and she’s wonderful. Aaliyah was so much fun. She danced around and was super playful with Millie to calm her down. They pierced her simultaneously and immediately gave her candy and danced and cheered. Millie didn’t shed one single tear. Best experience ever!!!

Jazmine was that nicest girl that has ever done my ears. Me and my 2 sisters got them done she is that best and really professional.

We took my niece to get her ears pierced for her 13th bday. It was an amazing experience. Aliya and Jenna went out of get their way to make her feel comfortable. They were very friendly and never pushy about anything. I highly recommend getting your first piercing here.

I am beyond words grateful for my experience with Heather today! I have come to the mall at least 5 times over the past few months trying to buy a new necklace and earrings. Each time, I was met with nothing but anxiety while in the mix of all of the people. Talking with Heather a few days ago and again today has been nothing short of refreshing and easy. Not only do I not feel anxious, but I am please to announce that I am leaving with 2 pairs of earrings and 2 necklaces! Jenna pierced my lobes and cartilage today. She was wonderful and patient as I was a bit indecisive on what pieces I wanted. I would 100% recommend going to see her! She did a perfect job and was very gentle. She also helped me pick out the perfect pieces for my forward helix. I will be back for more!

My friend and I took our kids (one and two years old) to get their ears pierced. I was nervous about the process but Hayley at this location was WONDERFUL. She explained everything thoroughly and did a great job with the babies. It was fast and I got to hold my daughter during it. I would HIGHLY recommend taking children here if you’re considering ear piercing—and make sure to request Hayley!

Brought my niece here for an ear piercing. The associate was very knowledgeable and patient. It was a great experience. They sell better starter earrings for first-time ear piercers then Claires.

Bought gold earrings as a Valentines Day gift and when my spouse went to put them on,w noticed thatthe earrings were bent and didnt latch correctly. Should have waaaaaay better quality for the price

Very rude! I needed help and it seemed like a bother to them, terrible attitudes and rolled her eyes at me when i left. I won’t be buying anything from there again after being a customer for many years.
