I made an appointment for my sons birthday to get his 1st tattoo and waited 40 minutes before being told they couldnt get a hold of the artist. He never showed and they had no one else to do it because one artist was leaving and the other had an appointment in an hour. We took him ro another shop.

Kyle’s traditional / old school designs are beautiful and his line work is super clean. He usually tattoos in color but I got a black and grey design from his flash book that turned out stunning! So happy!! His instagram is @goose.mpeg

Artists are all so friendly and they do amazing work. After going here I wouldnt go anywhere else !! Definitely worth the 3 hour drive! Ask for kait!!

Scheduled an appt for me and my friend to get a small tattoo with mark. he was a half hour late getting started and was so rude. the few things he said were mumbled and passive aggressive. messed up my friends very simple tattoo and then got defensive when he asked for a touch up. made us feel so unwelcome and like he was annoyed he had to wait on us. bummer bc he had beautiful drawings on the wall.

My short visit to get my nose re-pierced!I felt that this place had good customer service very quiet in there(I like that) didn’t seem to dig Small talk again I don’t mind.....pointless conversation really doesn’t end anywhere so as far as pricing I thought it was pretty reasonable for what I got, normally $50 for the nose she did mine a discounted price cause I had it done already! + They respect my wishes for not wanting to wear a mask! I’ll be heading back there with a friend of mine to get our tattoos done!Also wanted to state that people are commenting saying things about the mask and seem to be bothered by that but the reality is no one is responsible for your feelings but yourself so if you don’t like it you can go elsewhere!

Went in person to schedule an appointment for a quarter sleeve with Ryan. Seemed like a nice dude. After exchanging numbers I was told to expect a text or call in a few days regarding more detail about my tattoo but, after waiting several days, I decided to call. No answer. Call the store during open hours. N answer. Finally make the decision to go back to the shop and see if I could make any progress and Ryan had absolutely no clue who I was. Guess I won’t be getting a tattoo from there...

Ive only worked with an Artist about what I want my very deep symbolism tattoo will look like.Sharing pictures, colors, while listening to his experienced feedback.I felt very comfortable upon leaving we understood each other.I was educated on a few things which would have comprised what I wanted.Hes drawing it up and in less than 24, Ill have the finished product.Ill have a picture then!

Left a $50 deposit never got a tattoo date or time then the artist quit took my money shop refused to do anything about it. No one says they own the shop just contractors so basically my money was stolen from me thinking of reporting to police. Definitely a waste of time and money. I have tons of tattoos first time I took a chance on a random shop and I paid literally. Not a professional shop at all or this would have been remedied by an owner or someone who cared about their customers. Definitely not a place I would recommend to anyone who wants professionals and a good experience.

I’ve gotten two tattoos from brothers keeper. I’ve been to one other tattoo/piercing place on two different occasions as well and I didn’t have this kind of experience from them. Although the tattoos from brothers keeper were small and came out great, the experiences from both of the artists were similar in nature. It was awkwardly quiet for a while, they didn’t seem to care to make conversation with you. And when they did specifically my second time he seemed very judgmental. In the small conversations there were he was very short, mumbling to the point that I would have to ask him to repeat himself over and over (and he didn’t have a mask on so it’s not like that was hindering him). He was assertive in his responses/nonverbal cues, leaving me uncomfortable. I’ve had friends tell me they’ve felt this way leaving their shop as well, but I wanted to give it a second chance because I do like their artists work even if it is something small. So if you’re looking for good artists then go there for sure but just be aware of the nature of some of their staff ahead of time. I will no longer be coming here for tattoos.

Super friendly my artist kait designed a shark I wanted to get basically from scratch. She was super friendly and so so patient with me and fantastic conversation. Her prices are so cheap for the work she does and the hospitality of the entire staff! LOVE THEM WILL BE BACK EVERY SINGLE TIME

Jesse has been doing some awesome pop culture tattoos for me, one of which is a cover-up, and Im totally digging them!Mark does realism and is doing a beautiful portrait of my late dog, which means a lot to me!Thanks guys, Im sure Ill be back for more designs in future!

The owner Daniel is an amazing artist, in more ways than one! Not only has he completely fixed my old tattoos, he has reached away from his normal style of mandalas to compete my astrological sleeve. Not only that, I have attended art nights hosted there to create drip paintings. I love the staff. I love the atmosphere. Ill never go anywhere else in Pittsburgh.

Friendly staff, knowledgeable artists, clean parlor, nice atmosphere. They were patient with me being picky about the tattoo I needed. They were able to answer my questions, explain and be honest and upfront about about the size, placement, etc, of my tattoo.

Me and the wife went here to get our tenth anniversary tattoos. Something simple on our ring fingers. Hers looks great but mine not so much. Was told to come back in a month for touch ups. Called and was told Rafael wasnt there call back in a week. I did so and was told to leave a name and number and will be called back. Still no call. Was looking for a local place. This is not the one.

Really showed enthusiasm and respect with a last minute walk-in of three cousins wanting to get a memorial tattoo for their grandfather that consisted of three words in handwriting. Daniel fit us in at the end of his book & took his time with us, ensuring the authenticity of my grandfathers handwriting. Each tattoo took about 15 minutes, less than an hour for all of us. He was kind enough to give us a nice price as well. He made it a memorable experience!

Ive gotten a tattoo as well as 3 piercings done here and I plan on getting more! The artists are very friendly and do great work. The shop is very clean and nice and the prices are good. I highly recommend this place if youre looking for quality!

Im not sure if the business is cash only or just the guy i had but they were cool with letting me go get cash after the fact. You can park at rite-aid across the street with out any issue. Place was clean, waiting area was comfortable, music was great...once an artist opened up i was in and out. I would for sure go back!

I cannot speak to the quality of their work, I inquired about making an appointment for my daughter to get her ears pierced. I never heard I thing back from them. Also called and no one answered. I always try to support local businesses before I go to a corporation (like piercing pagoda). Pretty disappointed, I was very much looking forward to the experience.

My boyfriend went in on April 17th to put a deposit down on a tattoo with Ryan. It was going to be a memorial tattoo for a friend, and Ryan took a $20 deposit (which is extremely low for a deposit, but he didnt question it). Ryan had his number, and said he would be in touch.A week went by, and then Ryan texted him stating he was busy. No biggie. A week turned into several more weeks, and everytime my boyfriend texted Ryan, he didnt get a response. Everytime he called the shop, Ryan wasnt there.It wasnt until May 18th that he was finally able to get Ryan on the phone at the shop. Ryan claimed he never got any texts, and made excuses.I have several tattoos and have never had anyone ghost me. I have always had the drawing sent to me in about 2 weeks after I put a deposit down and made an appointment.Ryan lost a customer and a bunch of his friends as customers that were going to go to him for tattoos as well. He went elsewhere and got multiple tattoos by someone who was reliable.

Ive had tattoos done by DJ and Raf and their work is top notch. The studio is clean, they are professional and easy to talk to. This place is simply the best.

This is a great tattoo parlor, artist here will listen to your ideas and your plan for what you want. Very clean and organized business and everyone inside was very friendly, I will definitely be going back and would be recommending anyone else that is looking for a tattoo in the Pittsburgh area

I called this business to inquire on getting a tattoo over a week ago. I was advised to send an email with picture of what I want and they would give me a price. It was a week yesterday that I sent my email per their direction and not one person has replied back to my inquiry!

Mark was freakin awesome!!!!! I had one idea for a tribute tattoo and he took my vision to the next level. Unbelievable! Better than I ever imagined. I will be back soon, he is amazing!!!!

I got a tattoo awhile ago from Kaitlyn (who no longer works here) but I can still say that I loved the atmosphere here & everyone was so cool & welcoming. the tattoo that Kaitlyn did is still my favorite tattoo that I have

Everything about this shop is great. The shop itself is clean and classy. The artists are kind, accommodating and very friendly. Every artist here has a unique modern style.

Ive drove past this shop MULTIPLE times, and they never have had masks on and they never practice any kind of social distancing. This is so disappointing. So sad to see a business not take any kind of precaution.

I was highly satisfied with my experience. I got exactly what I asked for, the workspace was well maintained and clean, and I was given ample time to break when I needed it. I will be going back.

Had an appointment scheduled weeks in advance. I got there nobody was there and received an email 4 minutes before my appointment saying they had to cancel. took off work for this, very unprofessional.

Ryan was 2 hours late. Proceeded to take smoke breaks and eat pizza. There was no prior communication on design. No heads up that he wouldn’t be there. Extremely unprofessional.
